I... have something unfortunate to say.

I've taken time to think about it, and given the many ideas, thoughts, and concepts, it's hard to focus on so many projects at once. I have these stories I want to tell, some dramatic, others more lighthearted. And I believe this is decision is for the best...

I have decided to cancel The Stranded Crow, and I will no longer write its story.

In all honesty I'm not feeling it anymore, the energy or passion to continue it. Quite frankly, I considered Stranded Crow to be my most ambitious project, trying to merge My Hero Academia and Death Stranding, two very different universes.

However, as time goes on and as circumstances change, so do our tastes, passions, and well... real life situations. I've made it very well known that Tokoyami is my favorite character in Class A, seconded by Shoto, and as you can all see, he plays a prominent role in all of my stories.

With that said, as much as I enjoyed writing those eight chapters, I think it's best to drop the project, and focus my talents elsewhere. I know this announcement is very disappointing to many of you, but sometimes to truly be happy with ourselves, we have to make compromises. I have no regrets with the story I wrote, and I know that I'm leaving Stranded Crow on a cliffhanger, it sucks, but this is how I really feel.

I'm thankful to each and every one of you who has stayed along for the ride, and I'd love to meet with you guys more, whether it's on my other stories or on Discord, which I will link below.

Despite all of this, I have not given up on writing, if you enjoy what I have to offer, I have two other stories on my profile.

My Hero Academia: A Hero's Call. This was my first ever story, it is 65 chapters long and is an OC tale set in the MHA canon. It turns into its own plot with an interesting set of characters and (hopefully) a plot that many of you may like. If you like the more cerebral tone of Stranded Crow, try checking out A Hero's Call. This story will be added to FFN eventually, but not until heavy rewrites are done. It is available now on AO3 under the name ColonelWhaleMan

Spirited Posterity. This is my newest project. My first ever Vigilante Izuku story, as well as my first IzuJiro plot. The story takes place at the beginning of MHA's story, but with one crucial difference. Rather than meeting All might, Izuku meets a god, a kami known as Inari! The story has many Japanese and Shinto mythology roots, as well as stories of the gods and yokai. If you're interested in seeing this alternate universe, where Izuku becomes a Yokai hunter, then check that out as well.
