Chapter 5

After Professor McGonagall finish talking to the Potters and she decide to go to the office of Professor Dumbledore. She wants to talk to the headmaster of Hogwarts because she wants Sirius Black out of prison because he is an innocent man. One thing that they know about Sirius and that is he would never betray friends for one moment in his life and he loves Harry and Hermione as if they were his own children.

"I think that its time to get someone out of prison don't you think," McGonagall said to the old man in office.

"I do think it is time to try to get Mr Black out of prison," Dumbledore agree to one of his oldest friends at the school.

"How will we get him out of prison?" she ask him to if he has any ideas on the matter.

"I do believe that we might have away to get Sirius' life back on track," he starts to explain his plan to get the man out of prison, "all we need to use is the will of James and Lily Potter. The reason why we are using it as evidence for Mr Black to be let out of prison for a crime that he didn't do at the time and before you say I looked at it myself."

"But do you think that the minster will believe in this as evidence?" she ask.

"You might have a very good point on this matter at hand but we can one of the goblins because they know that the will is real," he told her what he was planning on to get Sirius out of prison.

"I do have another thing to ask you," she told the old man.

"And what would that might be?" he ask the head of Gryffindor.

"I would like both of the Potters in my quidditch team because I have teamwork from the two. Also fly like their father," McGonagall explains what she saw when both Harry and Hermione were on broomstick and the headmaster of the school nods his head for both Potters to join the Quidditch team.

"I do think that the twins comes with us to get Sirius Black out of prison and I would like you to bring them to me," Dumbledore explains to McGonagall, and she is happy to hear the plan to get Sirius out of prison.

The next day both Harry and Hermione are going to breakfast with Mia. Harry wants to get to know Ginny more and Mia wants to do the same as Harry but with Ron instead. All that they do is to sit and talk about how to become animagus just like Professor McGonagall.

Harry and Hermione are trying to think on a way to do what they want to do for the future. In Hermione's mind she is thinking on how useful to turn into an animals at will but they will need the help that they can get at the moment in time.

"So, Hermione do you think that we pull this off on our own?" Harry asks his sister to see what she thinks on the matter in hand.

"Well, I do think that we are not going to do this with us or our friends," she answers the question that her brother said to her.

As Hermione is trying to think on a way to ask Professor McGonagall to see if she will help the group with becoming animals at will. One thing that she is thinking on is will she and her friends get into because of what they want to do. All that they need to do is to take it one step at time.

When Hermione finds McGonagall to see what the teacher thinks on the idea of her and her friends to become animagus. She knows that it might come handy in future of their lives as a hole to fight Voldemort and his flowers.

"I will help you and your friends out with what you are planning on doing," McGonagall said to the young girl.

"Is there something that you want to talk about to me?" Hermione ask the teacher.

"Yes I do need to talk to you and your brother something that is important to both of you."

"Okay I can help you to find my brother."

When Hermione and McGonagall find Harry in the great hall eating with Ron, Ginny, Mia and Neville. McGonagall knows what Harry will be thinking and that is he is in trouble with the teacher.

"Harry, I need you for the day please?" McGonagall asks for Harry to see if he is free.

"Yes, that is fine with me, but I haven't done anything bad," Harry answer the question that was given to him.

"No, you are not in trouble."

McGonagall take the twins to Professor Dumbledore's office to fine out what need to be done to an old friend of James and Lily that went prison for a crime that he didn't do in the place. Dumbledore knows that the twins need to be at the trial of Sirus Black for their parents being dead. The thing that will be hard on him is getting the people to see the will of the Potters and they will think that it is fake.

When the 4 get to the place where the trial is taking place and all that they need to do is wait for it to start. All that twins can see is a man being brought to the middle of the room. Both Harry and Hermione are thinking what is going on and why are the two where in the first place? Dumbledore has to make sure that the twins are okay with what is going on at the moment in time.

"Hello, everyone in this room and we are where today to fix a problem that was made and that is to give this man a trial," a woman in black said to everyone in the room.

"I don't think that we should do this," a man that looks like Draco but with long blonde hair calls out.

"Back to the point and that on the matter at hand and that Mr Black has agree to take some poison to tell truth about the Potters," the woman gives something to Sirus to drink, "Now let start with the questions. The first one is your name?"

"Sirus Black," the man in the middle replied.

"Are you a death eater or involved with Voldemort in any way?"

"No and he diverts to root in hell."

"Last one for you Mr Black, were you the secret keeper of the Potters?"

"No that was not me and it was Peter Pettigrew."

"Thank you Mr Black and you are a free man."

After the trial the man was good friend of the Potters, he is happy to see the twins in the same room. Sirus is happy that he is not in prison all that he wants to do is to spend time with Harry and Hermione and to see what the two been up to since he last saw them. he slowly walks up to the twins and they are scared of Sirus.

"Hello, Harry and Hermione. I was good friend of your parents," Sirus told the twins who wants to know more about them.

"Could you tell us what they were like please sir?" Hermione asks the man.

"I will tell you more about your mum and dad and don't call me sir it is Sirus," the man said to the twins who nods at to say yes to him.

"That is fine with me and my sister," Harry said to the old friend of his parents.

The next thing that the twins has to go back to school to see their friends at to finish their plans. One thing that the twins are happy about is that they having help from McGonagall and need to make sure Draco doesn't get in the way of this matter.
