The Salvation Clan was a rich and powerful organization that was known for being kind and spreading their riches and donating to good causes. They were also known for being allies with the Meta Defenders as they were the Meta Defenders' financial aid and helped them get high-tech and state-of-the-art equipment and weapons to fight off the dangers of the Omega Omnisphere. However, it all came crashing down once Jay-Jay arrived.
Jay-Jay know the Salvation Clan was a shady and dirty organization. They got rich by using human trafficking, selling weapons, and drugs, loan sharking, scamming people, embezzling people, etc. But Jay-Jay moved silently as He know the best way is to be patient and gather evidence to make sure the public knew He isn't lying about the stuff they are doing and the people they are hurting. Jay-Jay talks to victims of the Salvation Clan. At first, the victims didn't want to talk about the Salvation Clan as they were scared of the Salvation Clan's riches and influence, but Jay-Jay show them that He can keep them safe by moving them and their families far away from this Omega Omnisphere. Seeing that Jay-Jay can keep them safe, they started talking and telling stories of the Salvation Clan's true colors. Jay-Jay listened to their stories and recorded them on an audio recorder. Once He was done with that, He started to hack into their systems and gathered info about their shady deals with other shady organizations and governments. Jay-Jay was under the Salvation Clan's reader as they may have high-tech equipment, but Jay-Jay knew to sneak across their technology.
Once Jay-Jay gathered enough evidence, He released it to the public. And the results were...well, it take the Omega Omnisphere by storm as people were shocked by the news and didn't know how to feel about this situation while organizations and governments were trying to pull out the deals they had with the Salvation Clan, but they couldn't as their names were explicitly in the deals. This hit meta Defenders the hardest as they were devasted to find out their closest allies were crooked as hell and it was right under their noses. They are a team that busted shady organizations, governments, corporations, etc. Yet the biggest one was closed to them and they never figured it out. The Salvation Clan was pissed that they have been discovered and decided to take down Jay-Jay for destroying their empire. Sadly for them, 80% of their forces were captured by Jay-Jay and the other 20% decided to hide in the Meridian Casion to come up with a plan on how to hit Jay-Jay back.
Most of the Omega Omnisphere were grateful that Jay-Jay busted the Salvation Clan, but nobody wants to work with Him as they see the allies the Salvation Clan has on their side and they wanted no part in that as they feared for their lives and their families. However, the Meta Defenders decided to recruit Him because an ancient evil is rising and they know Jay-Jay is insane as them to take the ancient evil on.
The Meridian Casino, highest floor, 2:25 A.M.
The most popular casino in the altverse. It is known for its high-stake games of any kind and the abundance of celebrities, nobles, kings, queens, emperors, and impresses that come here to gamble. Not only that but it is also popular among shady and malicious people. However, they don't come here to gamble instead they come here to make deals with the former organization, Salvation Clan. Sadly, the Meridian Casino is slowly going out of business as the Salvation Clan is a shell of its former self and is running out of money the casino is now being turned into a safe house for the rest members of the Salvation Clan as most of their members are in prison or turn a new leaf as they don't want to face Jay-Jay.
Unfortunately for them, Jay-Jay is putting an end to their clan.
On the highest floor of the casino, a person is sent flying through the wall and is knocked unconscious. Jay-Jay came through the wall with Demetri, Ye Zhenzhen, Warren, and Chaewoo following suit.
"We are here," Jay-Jay said, He looks at the ginormous door that kept the Salvation Clan safe.
"I still can't believe we are teaming with Him," Demetri said as he is unsafe about teaming with Jay-Jay. "I'm pretty sure we have better plans than this..."
"No, we don't," Warren corrected, starting to get annoyed with Demetri's unsureness. "We went over the plans in the last meeting and this was the best option."
"Still, He is the one that has all the organizations and supervillain groups after Him!" Demetri pointed out
Ye Zhenzhen sighs. "After 15 years being together, you are still as paranoia as ever,"
"Don't worry, Demetri," Chaewoo said while putting his arm over Demetri's shoulder. "We have taken out groups of the Salvation Clan is allied with for breakfast! You should feel a little more confident."
"Fine, if this turns out to be a bad idea, I told you so," Demetri said as he forces Chaweoo's arm off of him.
"Whatever," Warren said, rolling his eyes before looking out the door. "Any idea on how-" His question was answered when Jay-Jay walks to the door and easily push open. "Well, never mind then," Warren said as he and the others walk into the room. They were greeted by the sight of the remaining forces of the Salvation Clan playing Monopoly. The leader of the Salvation Clan look for a second and saw Jay-Jay and the group approaching them.
His jaw dropped to the ground. "H-how did y-y'all get i-in?!" The Salvation Clan was confused about what their leader was talking about and they turn to see what he was looking at. Once they did, they screamed and quickly backed away.
"I pushed the door open," Jay-Jay plainly answered.
"What?! That door weighs 1,000,000 gigatons!" The leader shouted with bewilderment in his voice, he has tales of Jay-Jay's strength, but he never them to be true until now.
'How in the omniverse did they manage to get a door that weighs much?' The group thought in unison.
"Anyway, we finally have found you," Ye Zhenzhen said as she pointed her hook swords at them. "Stand down now and you won't get hurt."
"Trust us, it better for all of your well-being," Warren said, his right hand is covered in flames.
"Fine! Fine! We give up!" The leader shouted, he raises his hands in the air, indicating that he is surrendering. "You win!"
"Huh, that was easy," Chaewoo said, surprised that this mission was this easy. "Mission accomplished, I guess."
"Hmm, something fishy is going on," Demetri mumbled to himself. He looks at the leader. "What is your end goal here?"
Before the leader can answer, Jay-Jay beat him to it. "He is surrendering to us because he knows that he and the remaining members of Salvation Clan can't take us on. Instead, they rely on the ancient evil to do their bidding, the Beast."
The group's eyes widen in horror as they heard tales about the Beast and what it is capable is off. Long ago, there was a monster...no, it isn't a monster as it is something more horrible than that. The Beast is an evil freak of nature. The Beast used to devour cities for the fun of it and will fight anything that gets in its way. All of kinds species tried to kill it off so it can stop terrorizing them. However, their efforts were in vain as nothing they tried was effective against the Beast. Instead, their efforts make Beast irritated at them and the Beast go into an unstoppable rampage until they stopped attacking it. Tired of their efforts not working, species of all kinds put aside their differences and decided on the next best option, sealing it away. They worked on a sealing technique for years and years until they perfect it. After seeing they perfected the technique, the species made a plan they launched an all-attack against the beast to keep it distracted while the group of people use the technique. As you can read, the plan worked as the species manage to seal the Beast away and soon, the species went back to their bickering and killing each other. Ignoring what they can accomplish together.
"No way..." Xe Zhenzhen gasped, she couldn't believe what she is hearing.
"This has to be a joke, right?" Chaewoo said, in shock at what he is hearing. "There's no way that Zephon would stomp this low, right?"
Soon, the leader now known as Zephon's demeanor changed as he coldly chuckled. "Would you look at that, not so confident are y'all?!"
Warren grabs Zephon by the collar of his shirt and slams him against the wall. "This better be some cruel joke or else, you won't be leaving out of here without any broken bones!"
Zephon smirks. "And why would I lie about this?! I always knew that my clan's actions will be found out one day, so I made a deal with the Beast. Let's say, all of you are simply fucked!"
"And what makes you so sure that the Beast will not kill you as well?" Ye Zhenzhen questioned, narrowing her eyes at him. "All the Beast seems to care about is causing destruction!"
"True, but the Beast has one other goal," Zephon said, surprising the group. "That is to defeat the Meta Defenders."
"Us?" Demetri pointed to himself while gulping. "Oh crap baskets, how do we end up being the Beast targets?!"
"It's simple really," Zephon said, trying to break out of Warren's hold but to no avail. "The Meta Defenders are known as the best team in the Omega Omnisphere, no team or organization can even come close to y'all achievements and that is only in 15 years. The Beast has a hunch that if the Meta Defenders are left unchecked...y'all may seal it back up or possibly even kill the Beast! But I highly doubt that I will achieve either of that as my clan and I have been under your noses for the last 12 years!" Zephon's gaze shifted to Jay-Jay. "We were only discovered because of that boy! And if wasn't for Him, we will-" He didn't get to finish his sentence as Warren punch him in the face. Knocking Zephon out cold.
It was quiet for the past couple of seconds before Chaewoo spoke up.
"Okay, so we are in some deep shit," Chaewoo stated as he paced around the room. "What should we do?"
"Y'all call the Meta Defenders while I take the Salvation Clan to prison," Jay-Jay answered, using His speed He took the Salvation Clan to prison.
The group looked at each other.
Ye Zhenzhen sighs. "We need to inform our team and fast," The group slowly nods as they were still processing the information. Ye Zhenzhen taps into her comm.
Yukino answered. "This is Yukino speaking,"
"Hey Yukino," Ye Zhenzhen greeted. "I just cut to the chase. We managed to convince Jay-Jay to join us and find the rest of the Salvation Clan."
"Excellent! Come straight to the base so we can discuss His role in the team," Yukino said.
"However, we also have some terrible news. I was hoping you can gather the Meta Defenders in the briefing room," Ye Zhenzhen said in nervous tone.
Yukino noticed the uneasiness in Ye Zhenzhen's voice and she worried about the news. "Consider it done. And get here as fast you can," With that, Yukino hangs up.
The group shares a glance with each other before looking at the ground. Wondering what kind of mess they get themselves into now?
Uncomfortable with the silence, Demetri decided to break it. "Well...we lasted longer than I thought we would," They shot Demetri an annoyed look. "What? Just trying to lighten the mood."
"Whatever you say," Warren said as he roll his eyes.
"I wonder how the Meta Defenders will take the news," Chaewoo said, stroking his chin at the thought.
"There is no telling with them," Ye Zhenzhen said. "We're going to need the plan to take the Beast down."
"That we do," Chaewoo said. "However, we should be asking does the Beast have a weakness."
"Given how the tales talk about how dangerous the Beast is, I feel like it would mention its weaknesses," Warren pointed out as he crosses his arms. "However, we must find a way to bring the Beast down, or else, everything we know and love will be destroyed."
"Hang on...are all of you actually planning on going against the Beast?!" Demetri asked in shock.
Ye Zhenzhen frowns at Demetri. "Of course we are. We join this team for a reason and that reason is to protect our homes and our people! You remember we promise each other that we will turn our back on the defenseless."
Demetri wanted to retort, but he couldn't come up with a good comeback. Ye Zhenzhen does have a point. As he hated to admit it, but they will have to face the Beast one way or another, eventually.
"Besides, it ain't all bad," Chaewoo said. "Zephon did say the Beast say we have the potential of sealing it back up or possibly killing back. With that piece of information, I feel like we have a good shot at this."
"Zephon did say that," Warren said as a small smile formed on his face. "Is it weird that I'm a little excited about taking on the Beast."
"I would say so, but I can't lie to myself, I'm a little bit happy about facing the Beast," Ye Zhenzhen grinned.
Chaewoo and Demetri just shook their heads at their teammates and wonder how their lives come to this.
Jay-Jay appeared in front of them.
"Alright, the Salvation Clan is taken care of," Jay-Jay informed them. "Now onto to the Meta Defenders' base."
Jay-Jay teleported them away.
Rinzeon, Meta Defenders' base, briefing room, 4:00 A.M.
Rinzeon is a beautiful planet that is in a solar system with 14 other planets. Rinzeon is the same size as Earth and its gravity is 20 times of Earth's. Its landscape mostly consists of a rainforest. Rinzeon is basically a lifeless planet as only plants and trees are the lifeforms on this planet. Which makes it the perfect base for the Meta Defenders.
"Why did you call us so early, Yukino?" Dusty asked with a yawn. "I was having a good sleep."
"Well, the group we sent out to found Jay-Jay has managed to convince Him to join us," Yukino said with a smile. Meta Defenders cheered at this. Soon, Yukino's smile dropped. "However, they also seem to have some terrible news. They figured it would be better to gather all of you here and let them tell us the news."
"Well, whatever it is, I hope it's worth being up early in the morning," Percival said in a groggy tone. "And I was having the nicest dream too."
"From how Ye Zhenzhen sounded, it must be truly terrible," Yukino assured him. "She rarely gets shaken up by things."
"Well, let's hope it's nothing too serious," Elena said. "Because I have a bad feeling about this."
Before anyone could say anything, Jay-Jay and the group appeared in front of them.
"We're back," Chaewoo said with a smile.
"And we have horrible news to share," Demetri said.
"Well, lay it on us," Vito said.
"The Beast is unsealed," Jay-Jay told them, shocking all of them and their mouths are agape. "And before any of you ask, no it is not a joke."
Meta Defenders are speechless at what to say. They have faced many things in their lifetime, but the Beast is...different to say the least. The Beast is the cruelest being in the Omega Omnisphere and a very powerful being. Hell, the Beast might be the most powerful being in all of the Omega Omnisphere! Fuck, that's one way to start the day...
"That's not even the worst part. The Beast also has its sites on us because we have the potential to seal it away again or even kill it!" Demetri shouted.
...And of course, it got worse for them.
"...Well, that's one way to start the day," Spyro said.
"You're telling me," Makoto sighed. "And here I thought we were so close to our retirement after taking care of the little crime in the Omega Omnisphere."
"This is bad," Sofia said with a worried look.
Sherl snorts. "That an understatement of the century,"
"What is the plan?" Mitch asked as he looked at the group. "Because there is no way in hell we are letting that thing go without a fight."
"I know, Mitch," Ye Zhenzhen said. "However, we need to come up with a plan."
"I can train y'all," Jay-Jay said, everyone turns their attention to Him. "My training could help all of you with this situation."
"Are You sure Your training can help with this situation, pretty boy?" Nagi asked in a snarky tone.
"Trust Me, it can," Jay-Jay said as He look Nagi in the eyes. "I knew techniques that can either restrain, knocked out, or seal the Beast away. Not only that, but My training can help y'all become a better team."
Everyone looked at each other. They are unsure about this plan. I mean sure, they know Jay-Jay is very powerful as He did take the Salvation Clan and their allies, but the Beast is a different category altogether. There is no way Jay-Jay has techniques that can affect the Beast in any way, right? Then again, Zephon did say the Beast told him that they have the potential to stop the beast, but Zephon could be lying to them as this could to them being careless and taking the Beast head-on without any good plans. Seeing, they don't have many plans for this situation, they made their decision.
"Fuck it! I'm in!" Tangie said loudly as she stands up from her seat. "We are insane enough to team up with Jay-Jay, we should insane enough to kick the ancient's evil ass!"
"Well, actually..." Chaewoo trailed off, he tries to think of a good comeback, but none is coming to mind. "You know what, you are right. Besides, it is not in our creed to back down from a challenge."
"That right!" Ye Zhenzhen exclaimed as she looks at Jay-Jay. "I'm in as well! We can't let the Beast do what they want or else, our home is gone!"
Soon, all of the Meta Defenders begin to say their approval on this plan.
"Well, that's everyone," Warren said. "When can we start our training Jay-Jay?"
"It starts tomorrow," Jay-Jay said with a soft smile before His expression turns serious. "I hope all of you are prepare for this training. Because this will be the harshest training of y'all lives."
