Time-line: After Kristen's arrival at the hospital
Synopsis: After meeting the trio and learning the truth from Kristen's mother Elaine, she decides to get to work immediately in getting her block out of the hospital as they prepare to deal with who is holding them hostage. But seeing their block nemesis, she decides to do this her own way combining together with Neil Gordon, she and her father deal with a final repeat to save every teenager in town.
Warnings: This one is going to be an immediate what if she told Elaine who she was immediately, as they get the block back together and deal with the violations the ward and before it wipes out the entire block as the seven get reunited with each other.

Chapter 1: Meeting The Block And Family Meetings
It was later that day after a fast demonstration to her ability, an ability she remembered when she and the girl she was dealing with re-connected. 'Could it be, my Kristen, is that my baby sister?' she thought as she asked her co-hart, the psychiatrist who was treating her new friend and surrogate little sister. "Tell me about the kids." Intern Nancy Thompson said to Dr. Neil Gordon and he nodded as he sighed as he explained it to her gently at that
"Well, they're survivors in a way. They're all severely sleep disordered. Insomnia, narcolepsy, bed-wetting." he started to say and she quickly stepped in then as she answered. "But the nightmares are the common thread." she said and he nodded to her gently at that. "Right, they seem to share a group delusion, a bogeyman, for lack of a better word, they're so traumatized, they'll do almost anything not to sleep." he said and she looked at him quickly.
"Anything?" she questioned and he sighed as he motioned her to sit down then and they sat on the bench then." We lost a kid about a month ago to Fairview, I don't know where he got the razors, but he cut off his eyelids to stay awake." he said and she nodded in shock to that news. "Oh, God." she said and he nodded to her. "Shook the kids up pretty badly." he said and she nodded as she said it then as she looked at him.
"Anyone else with him?" she asked and he nodded. "His girlfriend and their friends, another young couple, oh, by the way, that was really great work with the new patient, pretty smooth for an intern." he said and she smiled. "I have had some experience with pattern nightmares." she said and checked her watch. "I've got to get going." she said and he nodded smiling gently as she got up then, before her bag tipped over then.
"Okay." he said before her bag fell over and he quickly got down and helped her. "Well..., let me help you with that." he said as they picked up everything as he looked at what was in his hand and read the name of the medication in the bottle, before she took it from him then. "Thanks." she said and he nodded as he answered her gently. "You're welcome." he said as he grabbed the medical records then as he said it to her.
"Now, uh, be sure that you check in with Max. . . ...and he'll give you the whole 2-cent tour and everything." he said and she nodded to him gently. "All right, I'll see you later." she said and he nodded to her. "All right. Oh, um, Miss Thompson?" he started to say and she said it gently. "You can call me Nancy." she said and he nodded to her. "All right. You call me Neil, all right, that was that nursery rhyme all about?" he asked and she said it smiling slightly
"That was just something that the kids say to keep the bogeyman away." she said and he nodded as she left then. ''She knows what this is, and knows who she is obviously, so what is going on here, what connection does she have with my patient.' he thought to himself, as he looked up and then saw a nun staring at him, before after someone walked in front of her and he nodded as he felt a trickle of trepidation go through him.
A little later that afternoon, the head of the orderly team was showing her around then. "Anyway, that's group therapy this whole wing is devoted to the program. Um... I guess, yeah, you can use this office for the time being, okay?" Max Johnson said to her and she nodded. "This will be fine." she said as she looked at her new office. "All right, great, because I'll have you set up in your own space by the end of the week."
"Um, the patients' rooms are down this way." he said as he took her to a door on the left that had two boys in it. " This is Phillip, we call him 'The Walker.'." he said and she smiled as she answered that. "Why is that?" she asked and the boy, a boy with blondish brown hair and brown eyes said it smiling. "Because I sleepwalk. Perfectly normal event... ...that our illustrious staff loves to theorize about endlessly." he said and Max hid a chuckle as he said it.
"Phillip, this is Nancy." he said and Philip Anderson nodded. "Hi, welcome to the snake pit. Heh" he said to her and she nodded. "Thanks." she said and then moved to the puppets on the wall and smiled. "Nice work." she said and he smiled as he answered her gently. They really ought to be carved out of wood, but they won't let me have a knife. I might, you know, pfft!" he said, mimicking cutting his wrist and she nodded as she got it as she looked at him.
"Any of you heard the noise this morning?" she asked and they both nodded. "Yeah we got a new arrival right now, but locking gazes with her, if you were listening to us through the link, it snapped back into place, I don't suppose you checked her medical records did you?" he asked and Max shook his head. "How about the bloodline?" he asked and he shook his head a second. "She, that's Elaine, is not an only child." he said and he froze up in shock at that news.
"She's a twin, and her own twin brother is my father, my cousin just arrived." he said and she nodded in shock to the news. "Cousin?" Max asked and he nodded. "Maternal/paternal family, but we haven't seen each other in 8 years since the arraignment." he said and Max nodded in shock. "This is what we looked like 8 years ago, that's Kris and me." he said passing a picture, of himself, Kristen, and the 6 to him and he looked at it in shocked amazement,
"The last time she and I saw each other was when she was 14, that's Nancy, and Kris and I were 8 years old, but that was strike 2 with the perp now. That our parents threw behind bars here right now, but that explains the short temper, she's been like this, ever since Richard left, and since we can't find him. And as well as the loss our brothers and sister, Nancy's mother." he said and Max nodded in shocked disbelief at that reveal and Nancy nodded to the news.
"That's the part I forgot, I've been gone so long I forgot your faces." she said and he nodded to her. "Six years changes things, Elaine's been on the warpath looking for Adam." he said and she nodded. "As in Rodriguez?" she asked and he nodded. "That's the last she and I saw you guys, but every time we dream we hear a single name, Freddy." he said and she nodded. "As in Freddy Krueger?" she asked and he nodded to her and she crossed her arms then firmly.
"Or rather Fred Krueger, the Springwood Slasher, so you chose the one week to put my patient in this hospital and it's the week I come home now, huh. Well looks like this round two between us." she said sternly and they straightened. "Round II, and said rumors were only 60% true then, if this was going around your class like brushfire." she said and he nodded. "I knew that was a lie, let take a guess our connection caused that, in Glen's case." he asked her gently.
And she nodded to him. "Yeah that's the part I also forgot, unless she uses it on me again, and I know it's back to full power." she said and he nodded as his room mate answered her gently at that. "You know who this is?" his room mate asked and she nodded. "Let me take a guess you're dreaming about a crazed man, but in a dirty red and green striped sweater, red on the arms, heavily burned, razors on the right hand?" she asked and they both nodded to her gently.
"Those were the clothes he got cooked in." she said and they both nodded. "Before we go with pointing fingers here, I need the truth, what did Marge tell you?" he asked her and she explained that. "Whatever you would have heard from your parents, something was left out here, and if it has to do with Richard being out of town, and someone is in big trouble here right now, so Anderson as is Bill, or William Anderson?" she asked and Philip nodded to her gently.
"Judge William James Anderson." he said to confirm and she smiled. "Dad's adoptive father." she said and he nodded and they exchanged smiles. "Your father is our parents best friend, Nanc'." he said to her and she chuckled. "Yeah I remember how you only got the first syllable out, you called me that all the time, before you reached 8, and then got out the entire name." she said and he smiled as he gave her a hug. "Welcome home." he said to her gently at that.
"Missed you too baby." she said and he pressed his forehead to her's and they closed their eye. "So you know our patients?" Max asked and she nodded. "Same block results in the issue of knowing you're sharing the same problem, but their parents are my dad's best friends." she said and he nodded. "Issues, but at least I get my sister back, but with her, my omega, well back to be cub me again." his room mate said and Max chuckled at her remark then gently.
"Alright cub, don't push it." she said and he smiled. "Whoever starts it this time, you better fess up here." Max said to them. "Oops." he said and she started laughing. "Alright, how's Raging Bull Senior?" she asked and he started laughing. "Dad's fine, but you better check in with our parents, time's up Nanc'." he said to her and she nodded. "Someone took the bait, hook, line and sinker." Philip said and Max shook his head at that. "Trap?" he asked and they nodded.
"The Andersons are a well known family in the areas of criminology and law here, Max, my grandfather is the town high judge, but he had a daughter. My dad's twin's name is Elaine Kristen Anderson." he said and the older man nodded in shocked disbelief. "As in..." he said and he nodded. "Kristen's my cousin, practically my sister, but we're our parents as teenagers, last time she saw me was after Adam Rodriguez got arrested for sexual harassment here."
"Kristen's mother's maiden name happens to be mine, her twin is my dad." he said and Max nodded in shock to that. "Now I never saw that coming, so you kids already know each other?" Max asked and he nodded. "Not just us, but the quintet as well in truth, our families were and are the best of friends." he said and Max nodded. "Our parents were known and called the Elm Street gang, everything was fine till the hold out roasted our dream menace here now."
"And whoever the said hold out is, is the one facing being arrested for the murders of 90 people, in 7 years now." he said and Max nodded. "Starting with the quartet, that's Nancy's own group of friends and her mother, after Jesse moved to town and the riot, and the last 10 months." he said and Max nodded gently. 'Man bombshell after bombshell today, so baby was not an only child, she's got a cousin, and these kids know each other already right now.'
'Okay so these nightmares just reunited her with her cub gang, if the boys, Taryn and Jennifer are the rest of it.' he thought as he answered him gently. "Who's the rest of your cub gang, if you're matched to your parents?" he asked and they smiled. "The girls, Will and Joey." Philip said and Max nodded. "With Kris arriving what you see between us, well Harris sees this all the time with our parents, so no matter what version we are nothing changes here, to him."
"But matched to our adult version, in the parent we take after the most, dad and Elaine are us as adults, me and Kris." he said and they nodded to that. "What would have been a reason for you to consider this right now as dangerous, there is no chance at that at all, as to why, it's because now. In truth here now, it's not just her and me, but Kin, Taryn, Joey, Jenny and Will, we're seven, and our missing member makes 8." he said and he nodded in shock to that news.
"That's 8, counting me, and that leaves my quartet and that's all 11 of us, I just forgot that part, we knew and know each other already, our parents. Now, are the best of friends, in our cases, and brother and sister in your's and Kristen." she said and he nodded. "I've been trying to figure out who was the left of the block if we got targeted first guys, so this answers my question finally, but it's the trio, me, and the seven of you." Nancy said and the duo nodded.
"So what's the connection, if we're all dreaming about this lunatic?" Philip asked and she crossed her arms. "We're all from the same block guys, he's also from Elm Street, so to him, the first to go is born on said block or spent time there right now." she said and they both nodded. "Great, so we're all dreaming about him and whoever was the true killer on the block, he left the target on our backs ever since, alright, alright now that we know this right now."
"But if you needed a confirmation right now, in who it is, but do you know this guy?" his room-mate asked and she nodded. "Unfortunately, long story and I was going to tell you in how I knew who he is on Friday, if this gets worse, but I don't think he was expecting to see me this soon. And directly after I get back, as I was on dream suppressant, but if her ability is still active, and it's never mind the pills, they're not going to work, if she yanks me in next."
"Philip are you and she still doing that, though she stopped after the trio were killed and mom with them?" she asked and he nodded to her. "Yeah, but what you have here with us, Max, in truth here was, after six months together the preschooler connection we have, it got replaced. And by our teenager interactions between us, she responded to Nancy immediately as she's also part of the family gang, our parents, that's the eight of us now."
"Our parents are the best of friends, we're all from the same block and said is the cause of a case of type two memories, not the symptom, but the cause of our problems." his room mate said and Philip nodded. "And we do, but group was code for gang in our case, last of the surviving members of our original block, Elm Street." he said and Max nodded. "Aside from me and Kris, Nancy hasn't seen the quintet in 12 years." he said and Max nodded to him.
"The arraignment of the Nightingale." she said in and he nodded to her. "And before we had anymore deaths, but looks like he was targeting the entire block, first you then us, Nancy." he said and Nancy nodded to the news sternly at that as he nodded to the news. "So you know what we're dreaming about?" his room mate asked and she nodded. "Same issue." she said as she shoved her sleeve up as she showed him and he sat up straight at that in response.
"You find anything at her house yet?" he asked and she shook her head. "Not yet, I didn't go up there yet, but..., wait a minute, your voice, I know that voice, just aged 30 to 50 years." she said and he smiled as he answered her gently. "You're hearing my dad, aren't you?" he asked and she nodded. "We're matched to our adult version, but my full name is Roland-James Richard Kincaid." he said to her and she nodded in shock to that news at that response.
"Uncle Jim and his father?" she asked and he nodded. "You called dad Uncle Jim, and my grandfather Papa Kincaid." he said and she smiled as she looked down as he said it to her then as he pressed his forehead to her's. "We got it going in reverse here Nancy, but you're the sextet, we're Hanlon, we never left how could we forget everything, as the memory doors are being broken down one by one." Philip said to her and she nodded gently at that.
"Max, his last name was the maternal family in Kristen's case." Roland Kincaid told him and he nodded in shock to that news. "The judge is our grandfather, but this was our parents when they were our age, her mother, my father, but we're cousins, practically brother and sister." he said and he nodded. "Great, so that means you guys lead your pack and who's your beta?" he asked and Kincaid smiled gently and he nodded bemused to that.
"Me, but that's why I've been acting like this, wanted my omega back, she's my entire world, but Taryn and me, we're our big brother and sister as teenagers. Our siblings are Nancy and her quartet Glen Lantz, Tina Grey and Rod Lane, so me to Rod, Taryn to Tina, Kris is Nancy and Joey is our other brother Glen Lantz." he said and the man smiled gently at that news. "I can see that little brother." she said with a chuckle smiling and he smiled at her.
"Well Jeff is Jeff Brecker, last time Kris and I saw him and the sextet was at the arraignment." Philip said to him and he nodded. "So big brother, big sister, and adopted family, nice, we just did a set up to get her busted this morning here." Kincaid said and Max started laughing. "I assume this has to do with the gentle tone she gave me after things settled today?" he asked and they nodded. "Yeah, she and I did it on purpose." he said to him gently at that question.
"This was why you had problems you wanted her back?" he asked and he nodded to him. "In fact now, their parents are twins, her mother switched her name back to Anderson." Nancy finished as she smiled as remembered it then. "Last time you saw us both was at the arraignment, but that's 4 years testing the link, it's completely intact, that we're linked to you and the trio." Philip said to her and she nodded in shock to that news as she said it to him.
"She stopped doing it after my quartet were killed, that what you're telling me, baby?" she asked him and he nodded to her. "Only indication we got is to test it out, tonight." he said and she nodded sternly. "Done, but this is not a game anymore, you're all beyond sleep deprived here, baby, I need to see your arm." she said and Roland Kincaid sat up and showed her his wrist and she nodded. "Same place as Kristen." he said to her and she nodded to him.
"You know them?" Max asked and they all smiled gently. "I do, but our parents are the best of friends, in our cases and adopted family in the Andersons. That's me to Philip, I knew their parents all my life, but it's like IT, gone for a couple years you forget these things.." Nancy said and he nodded in shock to that news. "I never saw that coming, she relaxed the second she heard your voice." he said and she nodded as Philip said it to him then.
"Yeah she's the only one that can get through to her during a panic attack, but if Lorenzo never wanted that to happen, he shouldn't have said it." he said and Max nodded to him. "Or more accurately the nurse shouldn't have said that, you know what happens when we hear that." Kincaid said and he nodded. "I do, but I'm going to kill them for that, one look at her, I knew she's driven herself into the ground here." Max said sternly at that remark and they all nodded.
"The link snapped into place, and we're like we were as cubs, but she and I are the children, of the twin children of Judge Anderson." he said and Max nodded in shock to the news. "I never saw that coming here right now." he said and Philip nodded smiling gently. "Judge William James Anderson is the one dealing with criminals of James Reynolds's caliber, Aunt Elaine threw his best brewer behind bars, she's still looking for him." he said and Max nodded to the news.
"Stand by, hey Kris." he said and she came into the room. "Issues and guys is now the best time to tell him the truth." she said and they both smiled as the other boy sat up and she sat on the edge of the bed with him, as she leaned into his chest and Max smiled slightly as that. "So you and him, friends and brother and sister, and you said she's your cousin in your case, Philip?" he asked and the duo both nodded to him gently.
"Whatever Philip just told you is all true guys." she said and then said it to Max. "The Nightingale is Lorenzo Adam Rodriguez, but Adam has no twin brother, and he nearly attacked our adopted big sister, her name is Natalie Addams. Jeff and his own sister were at the arraignment with us, and the Greys, Thompsons, Lantzes and Lanes, but we know each other quite well, Nancy and we are family, adopted family." Kristen said and Max nodded to the news.
"And that was the year before your brother and sister, my boyfriend were murdered by possibly your boogieman as well guys." Nancy said in response and she nodded to her as she crossed his arms. "We're all dreaming about this character, but I think Jesse caused a level IV contagion to hit our entire class here now. But and you're not going to believe this, but after he scared the hell out of everyone at the party he said, and I'm quoting this exactly right now too."
"But 'You are all my children now.'." she said an Nancy nodded. "What does that mean exactly?" Kincaid asked her and she crossed her arms. "It means that his reign of terror is about to start twice, but to us local born now, it's once we start talking about it, then we start thinking about it. Then we start dreaming about it, and till it breaks down the front door, he's the memories type II, our childhood boogieman, and the reason our parents split up at the time.
"He wrecked our parents lives and whoever the hold out is and was is the reason we had to split." Kristen said to him and he nodded and Max nodded in shock. "My memories landed on the house, but the way it looks now, before your parents tried to clean it up." she said and Nancy nodded sternly. "So you remember now?" Max asked her and she nodded. "I do, but he's my childhood boogieman, we got this in common." she said and Kincaid crossed his arms then.
"We're all dreaming about this bastard and it's because we're all from the same block, we're the last, supposedly of the original block now that's it now. That's the connection now, finally we got the truth now, the reason we're all dreaming about him, is we're all from the same block right now." Philip said and Kristen nodded to him gently at that. "We were barely 4, when we separated, but what our parents never wanted to remember is us leaving the block."
"And with it, in my case, I was clinging to your parents, not wanting to let go, your fathers were like my own, I didn't want to let go." she said and Philip hugged her tightly at that. "Whoever the hold out is, is asking to get the beat down of a century when we find him here." Kincaid said sternly as he also pulled her into a hug and she buried her head into his shoulder and Max nodded to that response as Nancy nodded gently as she said it then to him.
"Every back then toddler he missed is now a teenager, he was killed when our current teenagers were barring 4 years old, he's about to start up again." she said and he nodded in shock to that news. "Unfortunately, before you could leave, the next call going out was right to my house here, your mom discussed moving you guys now. And right off the block, with my mother, but if there was a reason we lost your entire gang, and nearly you with them, it's this."
"But everyone he missed is now open season." she said and Nancy nodded. "Description baby sister, I need to know this?" she asked and Kristen nodded. "Red and green striped sweater said is very dirty, Jones's hat on the movie, burned face, his vocal cords are scorched by said fire, and razors on the right hand." she said and Nancy nodded sternly. "In your words, finger knives and this looks like he created it himself, but the noise is like nails on a chalk board."
"And enough to scare us out of our wits here, but I'm just telling you this beforehand, but my dream-scape is your house, or rather his house." she said and Nancy nodded sternly at that. "That's him alright, I knew it, after you quoted the jump rope song." she said and Max nodded in shock to that news. "Our jump rope song gave was the keypoint here, but he's not some made up boogieman, but rather dead homicide that got turned into this, because of private justice."
"And drinking, and our parents don't drink more then one, in any type of the alcohol and they don't take drugs, that's recreational drugs either as for this. He's a dead a homicide that got off on a technicality, problem is, to us and our folks, he won't stay dead." Kristen said and he nodded in shock to that news. "So that wasn't a nursery rhyme but a song you guys created in play?" he asked and they nodded. "Yeah, but it's the indicator." she said and he nodded to her.
"Grow up here, you know rumors get out of hand, and that jump rope song was the origin of our town local legend: Fred Krueger." Philip said and Max nodded to him. "Or Freddy Krueger, as you heard in the song, Freddy's coming for you: Freddy is Fred Krueger, or to us, Freddy Krueger, the last two pieces of the song explains why they look like this: out of exhaustion." she said and he nodded in amazement that she understood what they were talking about then.
"I think that line 2 meant to survive we stick to chastity and stay clear of the toxic chemicals." Kristen said and she nodded. "And line 3 is we have to use our faith system to destroy him this time, we're all Catholic." Philip said to her and she nodded. "That's true and we got him now, finally, but cooked 3 times and now we go to burying the bastard, what next exactly?" Kincaid asked and she nodded. "I'm not waiting around to find out." she said to him and he nodded.
"That's you Kin, that's really you?" she asked and he smiled and she smiled in delight as she hugged him and Max smiled gently at that response. "That was a nickname the kids gave him, as to them saying his real name was a mouthful, that they shortened his surname to this." Nancy said smiling and he nodded. "And the only ones that could get away with calling me by my real name is Harris, Jenkins, Adams and our parents." he added and Max nodded gently to him.
As she wrapped her hand around the back of his neck and he pressed his forehead to her's and they both closed their eyes and Max smiled gently at that. "I know you never changed, but change your near 4 year old voice to your 16 year old voice and I know that's you, but add 30 years, you sound like Uncle Jim." she said and he nodded smiling. "Yeah never changed, Fire', still me." he said to her and she hugged him tightly and Max chuckled at that response then.
"Like we said, we're our parents as teenagers, he's his father, I'm my mother, but this was our parents, but the catch of testing my patience here now. James does that all the time with mom and Aunt Claire and they beat the crap out of him with the pillows." she said and he started laughing at that. "So you and Will?" he asked and she nodded. "Bit of a wise guy, but the caring understanding brother I needed, but that's what I love about him and Joey."
"We understand each other without needing to say anything, but the guys are like their fathers, me, Taryn and Jen, like our mothers, but we're our parents when as a group of 7." she said and he nodded smiling gently at that. "Hang tight." she said and pulled something out, and tapped out a message to someone, and they heard an immediate reply. "She's ready, but stage acting, Nancy." she said and Nancy nodded smiling at the news in relief at that.
"The bastard is a Catholic, his mother is a nun." she said and Max nodded to the news. "You're 46, like our parents?" she asked and he nodded. "So 1941?" Kincaid asked and he nodded and they both nodded. "Alright there we go, well in your age group there was an illegitimate birth, but this one was a serious one, you see, back in the 1940's, we had a severe case of criminally insane up at the Hathaway house, you know the place as Fairview hospital."
"Our unknown and mysterious nun that you probably been seeing occasionally here at the hospital, at times the convent does volunteer work here. Now at the hospital, the one time they never double checked, his mother got locked in the tower over the holidays. As a result she got raped a few hundred times, and was barely alive when they found her, and she was carrying, her real name is Amanda Krueger." she said and Max nodded in shock to that news at the reveal.
"Like Kin said, you grow up here, you gain a fair amount of knowledge in town legends, he's a big one." she said and he nodded. "I just moved here when you guys were 11 actually." he said and they nodded. "Well that makes perfect sense you never knew this, as he was erased from existence here right now when we were 10. Before the riot last year as it starts getting out of control in the so called suicides." Kincaid said and she and Philip nodded to that sternly.
"But 1981 to now, was the case of un explained murders and suicides here now, but thing of it, if you saw more then one cut, here's the reason." she said and passed him a sketch and he saw a glove with 4 knife like razors on it and nodded. "No person can stab someone in the chest all at once like this, you have to stab, bring it up, stab again and bring it up again, so no normal human can do it all at once on her chest." Kristen said and he nodded in shock.
"Yikes, so this is what you're dreaming about, knowing if he gets too close, those are going to do serious damage." he said and the quartet nodded to him. "If I know anything, what you hear about in the news was too hard to explain for every cop in town, for the first 5 murders, before the suicides got started. But those are not suicides, every person in town is dreaming about this lunatic." Kristen said to him and he nodded in shock to that news then at that.
"What was said at the pool party, when we had him and our dream menace get started, well the character at the party that turned into a riot now in truth. He and our dream menace are one and the same." she said and he nodded in shocked fury at the news. "That's him, but he possessed Jesse, and started a second reign and wave of terror in every now teenager of the toddlers my age he missed at the time." she said and he nodded gently at the news as Nancy nodded.
"I suppose you heard from Eric and Walter some idiot was arrested at a town restaurant and dragged in for nearly killing a man and his daughter now too. Said ended up in the middle, broken arm and second degree concussion?'"she asked and Max nodded. "Yeah I did and the guys were all beyond furious, Dr. Jenkins and Dr. Adams with them." he said and she nodded. "Well reason is said daughter was 11 year old me." she said and he nodded in shock to that news.
"I take it Erin and Claire didn't want Jack, dad and Jared to know this, if Damian and John did?' Kincaid asked and she nodded. "Them and Uncle Donald." she said and he nodded. "Garcia, Willis, the guys and her father arrested him, but that explains the line in my x-ray, it was a wonder he didn't kill me, after nearly killing Sergeant Portman." she said and he nodded in shock. "Portman, as in Dean Portman?" Philip asked in shock and she nodded as Max crossed his arms.
"Yeah that's exactly what I mean." she said and he nodded. "Well how does he expect to get passed us, once the doc hears this, as everything that never came out in your therapy sessions doesn't even scratch the surface. And instead all of it comes out to me, the boys and your sister, if that's what Nancy is to you right now." he said and the boys nodded. "Total stranger in your case, but the guys and Nancy, they're my gang." she said and he nodded to the reveal.
"In this case, group is code for gang in our case, beyond lonely to try and go it alone, don't know how." she said and he nodded as Kincaid pulled her against him. "Would this be why Kincaid is always getting in trouble?" he asked and they nodded. "Yeah, without me, he's the tough guy on the short fuse, his temper on the short fuse, he needed me, so with me and he's like this, just a teddy bear now." she and Kincaid smiled. "Don't push it." he said to her smiling at that.
"The quartet are friends of my mother, so once this gets out, he put me in the hospital for both of these they're going to kill him, before being committed. And for permanent detox, which is why this keeps getting dragged up in your team, Eric, Walter and Jeff knew this all along and as did Daniel and Jane. So to them once it gets out in the rest of your team, Neil and now whoever replaces Simms, they're not taking it well." she said and he crossed his arms then sternly.
"That's the understatement of the century, but if he thinks your fathers are bad, we're even worse." he said to her and she nodded to him. "Don't count on it, our fathers are football players, Jack was a wrestler and Derek, Peter and John were on the hockey team, so this gets out in the members of our gang. Said that this was hidden from, they learn this and they're going to kill him themselves, if he ever touches her like that again." Nancy said to him and he nodded.
"As for Adam now, it was a simple case and I can fill in the blanks on that, but the key word there is in the name, Cradle, so what does that pertain to in women here?" Kristen asked and he nodded as he crossed his arms. "He's targeting under age girls." he said and she nodded to that. "Nattie was his last target for that area, but prior to that, he used to work for Reynolds till mom threw him in jail twice here." she said and Max nodded to the news.
"I'm lucky you put her next to me, as this way we're next door to each other here now, as though we're brother and sister." Philip said to him and he nodded to that with a chuckle. "So you're your parents as teenagers, you two?" he asked and she nodded as Philip got up from the desk and she leaned into Philip then and he smiled gently at that. "Younger of the two of us, she was born in November." Philip said to him and he nodded to that news gently at that.
"And one fast demonstration and already we got a case of pillow fights this morning, but you keep that up and you're both going to get it here." she said as she looked at her brother and he nodded with a chuckle at that. "Alright who started that this time?" he asked and he chuckled. "I did, but I didn't mean to do it, after Jenny got in the way of the launch and got hit." he said and he nodded as he started laughing at that remark as he went on then.
"If you grew up together you got us acting as a gang, but group was code for gang here, now in our case, she was lonely without us, Max. But group got exchanged for gang in our case here right now, as we're pack, so on your own, it's beyond lonely, she was wondering in where the hell we were. Till the bastard put her in here and she got the answer to that." Philip told him and he nodded as he asked the next question as he looked between them.
"If you're her cousin, then who is Kincaid to her?" Max asked and she smiled. "One of my trio." she said and he nodded. "And the other?" he asked and she chuckled. "Joey." she said and he nodded in shock to the news. "Our parents are the best of friends Max, in truth here now is this, but our parents and we were known as the Elm Street gang, but we're the original members of the block, but the block that gets the most excitement was our's."
"As to why if our boogieman and former trauma are one and the same, it means one thing and one thing only and it's he's doing the killing on the block." Kincaid said and he nodded as she finished that gently at that. "But when she hears our voices, she hears our voices aged 30 years, to the point we sound like our parents at 46. That's the guys, Taryn, Jenny and me, but aging our voices and faces 30 years, she knows our parents the second she sees them now."
"Jared Crusel is Joey as an adult, my dad is me, Claire to Taryn, Wendy to Jenny, Jack to Will, her to Elaine, and Philip to Damian, with Richard gone now. Our parents, and I don't have to hear this decided to throw out whatever blackmail move he used to keep us apart, after what caused the arthritis in her arm. Though I bet it's because he was drinking, and lashed out too close to her." Kincaid said and she nodded to that as she answered him then firmly.
"To which he did right now, but I'm just telling you this now, before our parents tell your dads and Derek next, though they find out he comes back..." she said and they nodded. "He wants to live he better stay away, after what I saw on that X-ray in your case, he's a dead man baby." Max said to her and she nodded. "Call it as you see it Max, he's never around, always drunk and more then two gets extremely violent." she said and he nodded sternly at that.
"And if he thinks our dads are bad you're even worse, but you're the one in charge of us, when the doctor's not here, but we got to get the duo out of control." Kincaid told him and he nodded to that. "And we just nailed her right to the wall, she fall for it?" she asked and Kincaid smiled and she smiled sternly. "Oh yeah she's in trouble alright, you mean that was a set up, you guys?" Max said, looking between them and they both nodded to him smiling and he nodded.
"Yeah, if you saw him looking down slightly in supposedly in anger, if you went to check on him at the time as you were listening to your radio here. Well it's because he was trying to keep the smile off his face, that our bait and switch worked like a charm." she said and he nodded smiling. "The reason he's been like this with you, since he arrived is he's lonely without me, we got a connection deeper then you expect, but in truth the three of us are beyond close."
"My maternal family name is Anderson, but the Andersons are a well known family here in town, based in law and order, and to the point here now, in truth. Is that though Rick was a lawyer, he could never get passed my mother, she's part of the D.A., and my grandfather is the town's highest ranked judge. So the perps hear the nickname of Dragon Anderson, and they know they're getting the axe here." she said and he nodded as he saw her open up to him then.
"The Andersons were at the restaurant the night this happened, but if Jack, James, Derek and Jared find out they're going to kill him as the blow broke my arm." she said and he nodded in anger at that news. "If he thinks their parents are bad, Eric, Walter and Jeff learn this and we're the ones killing him baby." Max said to her and she nodded. "You guys and Dr. Gordon." she said and he nodded to her gently at that news as he saw the relaxed demeanor in her.
And then realized it was because she was back with who he first thought were strangers to her, but were really her childhood gang and smiled softly at that. "Trust me, if you guys are bad, John's even worse here as to why, my brother is, well was, a bit of a wise guy here, but he loses his temper here now. And he gets extremely territorial with us girls, to him touch us, his sisters or his friends, he's going to beat the crap out of whoever did here right now."
"John is him as adult here now, but he, Derek, James, Jared and Jack, they find out and they're going to join with you, Eric and Walter, and I mean it literally. I'll be fine, I was lonely for months as all my friends were disappearing and I didn't where they were, the seven of us were raised together from birth. So whoever caused us to split is the reason my mom changed, after what you heard from her this morning, Nancy, just tell her who you are."
"But mom's been on the short end after dad took off she hates him for separating us, for taking away our cats, we're cat people, this was her duo." she said and Nancy nodded to her as she passed a picture of the said duo to her. "You ever replace these guys?" he asked and she shook her head. "But three things, it's the cats, Adam himself, and his forcing us to separate right now." Kristen said to her and they both crossed their arms at that news.
"Well now I understand why she was on the short fuse here this morning after I got in there right now." he said and she nodded. "The reason is my dreams and memories have just broken down the front door, and she was praying I never remembered the reason we had to separate, memories type II. Or that I woke up screaming after the connection between me and Glen snapped." she said and he nodded in shocked disbelief at the news then quickly.
"She never wanted you to remember this and she's pissed at Parker for taking you guys away from your uncle and her friends?" he repeated and she nodded to him. "Yeah said friends are the duo's fathers, her own trio is Claire and Wendy, Jack, Jared, Sarah, John and Peter, to put them to their teenage selves. It's Will, Jenny, Taryn, Joey, Rod, Tina and Glen, we lost the trio, when she was 16." she said and he nodded in shock to that news as Nancy nodded quickly.
"We lost 3, that leaves us 8." Philip said and she nodded. "And I think he's got a line drive right to everyone else outside of the gang here now in it, if he gets all of us. But Lisa started a level IV in our class after he started a riot at the pool party, but memories type II." she said and he nodded gently. "Damn it, then we definitely need to be on whatever Nancy has planned for all of us here, but I heard your scream last night." he said and Nancy nodded in shock.
"And we both woke up screaming when the cord between us and Glen was severed." she said and Max nodded in shock to that. "Whoa, what caused that exactly?" he asked and she ran her hand through her hair. "I got the power to bring people into my dreams, my ability is Nancy's in reverse, but the dangerous side effect. Is it connected us together for life, so 1) I can manage 2) I need time, but I lose everyone from our connection I need to fix it here."
"And quick." she said and Kincaid ran his hand through her hair gently. "The best way to fix it is to connect to someone else outside of the 8 of us now, Kris. If something happens to us, but I get it, if you're the last of us, you're scared to use it on anyone else, but you're not alone, if you explain this here. And to whoever your new boyfriend is." he said to her and she looked at him and he pressed his forehead to her's and Max smiled softly at that response.
"I know, but I still need you, can't go it alone, don't know how." she said and he nodded. "Eighteen months together, the link is tied shut, to you, whoever and I were your trio. If we lose them next, but we can't do it alone, in getting rid of him for the second time in 2 years, we need back up." he said and she nodded. "So you think I should just do it with them and get it over with?" she asked and he nodded. "Yeah, the more the better." he said and Nancy nodded gently.
Just as she was answering they heard a familiar tune. "Nice choice in music, in opening songs here." she said and Philip nodded with a chuckle to that. "We're all that's left of the block, so we just insure he can't get the rest of us, and till we lock him back up, but gone, we can sleep with dreams. Back, we're on our medication and we go back and forth here, till we get rid of him for good." Nancy added and Kristen nodded gently at that remark as she said it then.
"But truthfully, I did this connection with the quartet, and Philip when we were cubs still after we saw each other at Adam's arraignment here at the time. I spent 18 months doing it with the quartet, Philip and the girls, but as a result it created a link between us and one that meant serious trouble. With us this age, but a member of the link is killed it's going to hit the others and we both felt it when Tina and Glen were killed." she said and he nodded in shock.
"Oh god, you felt it at the same time I did?" Nancy repeated and she nodded. "The line and connection between us and Philip is still intact he told me he too, woke up screaming." she said and they nodded in shock to that news. "Not only did I feel it guys, but I was like the step up from the masters, who can control it, and I was like whoever was going to be mine in following you around and I saw this guy as he killed Tina, and you did your dream session that day."
"But every time I even tried to get some sleep that week, I kept seeing him through you." she said and Nancy nodded sternly. "Him, him who exactly?" Max asked and she said it. "Our copy cat killer, but his real name is, in the crime community here is the Springwood Slasher." she said and he nodded. "What you study up on him is one thing, this is what he looks like, when we talk about him." she said, and passing a sketch she made of him to them at that.
As Nancy opened it up and saw the face of her dream menace. "So looks like this is round 2 between us, you son of a bitch, I'm back." she said sternly and the trio smiled in relief at that remark she said it. "So that's it, you know who we're dreaming about?" Kincaid asked her and she nodded. "I do, and I had my own run in with him when I was your age, he killed the trio and mom." she said and they nodded in shocked fury at that news and Max crossed his arms.
"Please tell me after that sleep test, you never tried to leave your room and follow me and Glen to the station?" she added and Kristen looked down and they both nodded with a bemused look. "Are you trying to scare Elaine into a heart attack here, she sees the bed empty, and is going to call the cops here, and before dad tells her. He has you and we barely make it in time to save Rod, if that did happen here right now." she said to her and she nodded gently.
"And if I had, we'd have made it in time, but the arrival was barely 2 in the morning and your father is wondering what you guys, let alone me now here. Said are doing there at that hour, before we stop him before he can kill Rod, as the truth comes out the following to us and you." she said in response. "That's the understatement of the century, and what the heck were you doing at the station at 1:45 in the morning here?" Max asked and she sighed at the question.
"The side effect of that dream test, and I was also doing it with her, after going in, after I brought her into my dream and then woke up both us up now. And at the same time now, so as a result here it's a case of joint hallucination, blending the dreams and so on here, that he never expected me to stop him. And by yanking her into mine and then pulling us out, before the 3 of us head for the station." she said and he nodded and Nancy finished that remark then gently.
"But as resulted in a single feather floating in the breeze, in there he shredded a pillow, as you know these pillows have feathers, so the mess in the bedroom was that." she said and he nodded to her. "Those rumors were 60% true, I used to live in that house, but I never saw him kill my boyfriend, though I heard the screams, but I felt it and I knew he was gone, before he killed mom next and almost me with her." she said and Kincaid and Kristen both nodded.
"Who is this guy?" Kincaid asked her and she explained that. "His name if Fred Krueger, or to us, Freddy Krueger, he was pedophile and child murderer when he died, but 6 years ago, he killed the trio and mom and nearly me." she said and he nodded. "So why is he after us exactly?" Philip asked and she sighed. "Not us, someone in our parents was the hold out and killed him by setting the plant on fire." she said and they all nodded sternly at that news.
"If mom and the others tells us this the way that Aunt Marge told you, and I'm going to kill the hold out when I learn who did it, because of them here now. I now have the target on my back and he killed our friends, our P.E. teacher and the rest of your side of the 11 of us." she said and Max nodded sternly. "If this is connected to why Parker took off, and you won't have to worry about killing him, because we will, baby." he said and the quartet nodded gently at that.
"Shouldn't have said that with him in earshot of this conversation." Kincaid said and Kristen nodded as she started laughing. "Don't give me that, I forgot he was listening to a personal conversation between the four of us." she said and Kincaid nodded smiling. "Expecting trouble from this." he said and she smacked him in the head with his pillow. "Alright I'm sorry, I take it back." he said and Nancy and Max started laughing at that response and Philip chuckled at that.
"Alright guys, we're not having these exchanges being turned into a pillow right now." Max said with a chuckle to that. "Well that's one way to get you start laughing, but come on guys is this conversation really necessary." Philip said with a smile and she nodded gently. "I knew something's never change no matter how much time goes by, but there's the you I remember boys, but boy am I glad to see you." she said and they smiled gently at that remark.
"Issues, the trio, so that possibly means that our parents were a quartet, but dad hears the entire gang is in here and there is communications black out. And Simms is going to get it, next question is why, why is Lorenzo interested in my family history, why is he afraid of me. And if he aged her another 7 to 8 years. The 8 year old boy and girl became an identical copy to their parents as teenagers." Nancy said and he nodded as he looked from Kristen to Philip.
"It got worse, that link he just mentioned, we set the trap and she fell for it, the outburst in group this morning, before she arrived." Kincaid said and he smiled sternly at that. "Now you let us see our kids or we're coming back with a court order, oh boy, is someone going to get it, you played her for a fool. And she fell for your trap and you get to see your parents by Nancy turning her in right now?" Max asked him and he nodded to him gently at that.
"Aunt Elaine is the ADA." he said to him and he nodded smiling sternly at that news then gently. "So your father is soldier, the duo are all EMT's, Claire's a nurse, Will's father is a contractor and Jenny's mother is also an actress?" he asked and they all nodded to him. "Army ranger actually, but Jared's father is the general of the base, and he, Kin's grandfather, our's and her's are the best of friends, generation by generation." she said and he nodded with a chuckle.
"Didn't see that coming here, so three generations, you're a family gang and you're now back together?' he asked and they all nodded. "Aside from us is the rest of her sextet, the Breckers and Addams." she said and he nodded smiling. "Brecker, Jeff?" he asked and she nodded. "Yeah he's the oldest of the 13 of us, but it didn't matter not born on the block or not, our families are the best of friends, but he knows this all to well you got one of us a patient."
"And soon enough we start arriving one by one here, but he's on baby-sitting duty with us the youngest here, he's the oldest of the 13 families here. But we lost 3/4's of her gang and he decided he's not losing Nancy or us next, so mess with us, someone is ending up upstairs as a result here right now." she said and he started laughing at that. "Dad's a cop and my grandfather is the commissioner alongside Kin's grandfather." Nancy said to him and he nodded.
"So cop and ADA?" they heard and she looked up. "Yeah Lorenzo, and fast question, because I think I should tell you I heard the entire conversation through Doctor Gordon, between mom and Simms here, so with those words in mind, I need an honest answer here. If you're going with the 20 questions in trying to figure out in whether or you got the right duo at the moment who arrested you, if you and Adam are the same man?" Kristen asked him and he looked at her.
"What?" he asked her and she said it gently. "Care to tell me why you were interested in her family history, or mine?" she asked and he sighed. "I got the right duo, right, Thompson, as in Daredevil Thompson, and Anderson, as in Firebird Anderson?" he asked and she nodded. "Yeah, but I'm baby firebird." she said and Max hid a smile as she said it. "And Taurus, Cannon, don't start with me tonight." she said and the duo tried to keep from laughing at that.
"Kristen 'Firebird' Anderson, I took my mother's maiden name." she said and Lorenzo Rodriguez nodded in relief at the news. "So de-age you 8 years, the little girl I saw at the arraignment, that's you, baby?" he asked and she nodded. "Yeah it was me, but your voice..., I know that voice, but the last time I heard it was..., 8 years ago, no that can't be, is that really you, you were praying you had the right duo, or trio?" she asked and he nodded to her gently.
"Yeah I was praying your brothers were going to change me back, and you know me on sight the second you see me." he said to her and she nodded. "Too late, but you know what our parents look like at this age, you know our parents, you went to school with them, Adam what the hell is are you doing here?" she asked and he sighed in relief she said that. "Adam Rodriguez, or more accurately Lorenzo Adam Rodriguez." she said slowly and he nodded to her gently.
"Lorenzo Adam Rodriguez, you have no twin brother, and secondly, the last time I saw you was 8 years ago, we're 16 here." she said and Philip looked at him in shock at that remark. "You got to be kidding, of the 7 of us, only Kris and I were at the arraignment with the sextet!" he snapped and Lorenzo sighed in relief at that news. "So I got the right families, Anderson and Thompson?" he asked and the trio all nodded. "Yeah we're them." Nancy said for all of them.
"Anderson is mom's maiden name like I said, but she and Damian are twins, that's Philip's father." Kristen said and Max nodded in shock to the news then. "I knew I had the right girl now, as you look like Elaine when we were your age." Lorenzo said and she looked down and he smiled softly at that remark. "Issues, you know your former friends as cubs in the second you see us here, so Kin, Philip and me, we're teenage replicates of Damian, mom and James."
"Which means to you, Jen, Taryn, Will and Joey are, to you, Jack, Claire, Wendy and Jared." she said and he nodded to her. "Yeah you look like your parents, to know I now have the right group of 7, to turn myself right into the 8 of you finally, I was praying someone was going to know me on sight. In the second you see me, and I get my wish when you and Nancy arrive." he said to her and the quartet nodded as she looked at Kincaid and Philip sternly at that.
"Alright Cannon, Taurus not yet guys, hold fire, if he came to talk to both of us he had to make sure he had the right duo, our parents were the ones. In his arraignment, he had to make sure, but now that he asked me that question, I'm guessing this was why she keeps starting fights with you. It's because she knows, they release you, you tell your parents, who tell mom, who tells Uncle Donald, they come to check and they're done." she said and he nodded to her.
"Cannon was the nickname the 10 gave my uncle, as he's like the human cannonball." she said and Max nodded bemused at that news. "So you've been trying to get caught by me, the guys and Jeff all this time, uh..." he started to ask and Lorenzo quickly said it. "My name with them was Adam, just call me by that name." he said and he nodded. "Adam Rodriguez, Max, otherwise known as his former criminal alias, as the Cradle Nightingale." Kristen said and he nodded.
"Were it not for the fact I spent the last half an hour in conversation with you, I wouldn't know this right now, but Lorenzo want to tell me what this is. And was really all about, if you were going with the 20 questions after we got her to lay down earlier, before whoever caused that bruise on her shoulder?" Max asked and he nodded. "I'm an undercover Narc, out on parole in your ward actually, Max." he said and the quintet nodded in shock to that news.
"I'm just repeating this from the way the narrator said this in Tex, but he kept screaming Narc till it was a wonder one never showed up here right now." Kincaid said with a bemused smile at that. "Our narc is Bill Kopecky, his daughter is in our class Kin." Kristen said to that. "And like I said, he kept screaming narc, till it was a wonder one never showed up on the door step, we keep this up and Kopecky will at this rate." Kincaid said and Max tried to hold it in then.
"Well at the moment the one screaming Narc happens to be Simms and Carver, but they're afraid to let us go, in fear, we tell their parents, who tell mom. Who tells Uncle Donald, and they and Uncle Bill come here, and see Adam and they get arrested, but they screamed wolf one to many times. Till the wolf comes to the door to investigate, and he just did." she said Max started laughing. "Narc is like screaming wolf, and it's gone real." Kincaid said to her then smiling then.
"Get your hand off the toggle switch young man, I heard that right now." they heard over the radio and she started laughing at that and Max nodded smiling. "Adam just turn yourself into their parents now, I'll be up there in an hour." they heard and he nodded to the orders and Max nodded. "I got it Sergeant, I'm having Nancy tell mom, and the games are over." she said grabbing the toggle switch and they heard a gentle tone in his voice to that.
"Okay baby, I'll be there in 2 hours, but the office is closing at the D.A.'s office, you better make it quick and Nancy, your father is undercover as a security guard, game up." he said and she nodded. "Got it, see you soon, get Derek and Paul, Sergeant." she said and knew he nodded. "That's Derek Garcia and Paul Willis, they're her father's best friends on the homicide team." she said and Max nodded to the news gently as the trio exchanged looks.
"Whatever is going on inside this ward someone is ending up being reported, so whatever complaints you have to tell mom, just put it on the charges here. I will turn this into mom before they come here to check on this, but her warning to Simms and Carver is now a promise as for Adam and the Sergeant. The most dangerous job in the law enforcement program Max, in truth, these raids result in the occasional gun going off." Kristen said to him and he nodded.
"Well I see why he told him to turn himself into me and your parents now, and before you tell us we found him here baby." he said to her in response and she nodded. "To which I did at the moment, but they needed someone who knows the in and outs of being behind enemy lines, not as a soldier, which is what Dame is. But in here right now, in truth, I was the only one that would know one of his grouping the second I see it here, but I'm here now."
"To arrest every member of his ring working in this hospital, starting with the first, and I know you have every member your mother arrested here. And I mean their permanent records, but Kopecky sent me, and Angie is waiting for me to make contact finally, but I've been trying to get caught. By the team and with your sisters and as they call your parents and the duo, that's Simms and Carver get arrested, Taurus, Cannon, it's okay, I'm working for Kopecky."
"Guys, I'm telling you the truth here right now, but I swear, I'm trying to get arrested to get you out." he said and the quartet nodded to him. "Yeesh, first The Outsiders, then That Was Then, This Is Now, and now we're on Tex, well Reynolds should have seen this coming attempting to wipe out the gang. Would result in you just turning yourself in man." they heard and he quickly turned to the second in command of Max's team who smiled in relief he said it.
