Mukuro sighed quietly. She wanted to talk to Shido's classmate, which might help her learn more about his attitude toward this girl, however, it was unsuccessful.

But after examining a certain part of this girl's body, she nodded proudly. She was way superior in this aspect! This was also one of the reasons why Fumino avoided interactions with these two: Mukuro had a pair of fully-ripen melons, what she had was just a washboard… She didn't want to make such comparisons anytime, especially not in front of a guy!

With the classmate out of the way, Shido and Mukuro enjoyed their time in the observatory. Of course, the stars were not the only ingredient of their date, being lovey-dovey was.

Mukuro was a very well-behaved girl, but was also quite possessive, so whenever she was alone with Shido, she couldn't help but show him her best self, hoping that he would love her more.

But it was impossible, since his favoritism toward her was already maxed out!

By the time they left the observatory, it was getting dark already, so they had dinner in a local restaurant. This time, they didn't encounter any trouble, so it was all good.

Rubbing their satisfied bellies, Shido and Mukuro went for a walk in the local park.

They found a place where no pedestrians were present, so they sat down and looked at the night sky. The full moon was high in the dark canopy, shining beautifully as its ray landed on the couple's lovely cheeks.

Under the moonlight, Mukuro's skin looked shiny and gleaming. He felt like she was the princess from the moon, and that thought made his heart warm.

"Muku, you are so beautiful." Shido exclaimed lovingly.

"Nushi-sama~" Mukuro responded with a gorgeous smile.

These were the most common love talks, but they were perfect for one another.

After hugging and kissing for a while, Shido suddenly proposed:

"Muku, close your eyes."

Mukuro listened to him obediently as she awaited the surprise.

In the next moment, the couple on the grassfield was gone!

When Mukuro opened her eyes again, she found herself floating in space!

Billions of stars dazzled her eyes, the immense beauty around her made her remember the first time she met Shido. Upon this realization, she quickly turned around, and to her relief, he was by her side.

Thanks to Natsumi's Angel, Haniel, Shido was able to create a sphere of breathable air with proper atmospheric pressure around them, in the vacuum, though only 20 meters in diameter.

"May I have this dance?" Shido held out his hand to Mukuro in a western gentleman's style.

"Muku would love that! Muku has learned the basic steps of the waltz…"

Shido's hands rounded Mukuro's back and their bodies came closer at once. The girl's enormous bosom pressed against the guy's chest, making her cheeks unwittingly grow red. Then she closed her eyes.

Realizing what she wanted, Shido closed his eyes as well and leaned in for a kiss.

The couple pressed their lips against each other as they enjoyed the mood. The atmosphere was perfect for them: No noise, no people, no interruptions; it was just the two of them in this place.

After a while, the two separated their lips, but the lingering feelings didn't. Even so, they decided to move on to the next event…

Thanks to the sphere of air that Shido created, sound could be traveling in this place. Therefore, he raised his hand and produced a disc player out of thin air, playing classical music.

Since Stanley Kubrick's timeless sci-fi masterpiece "2001: A Space Odyssey" in 1968, this waltz had won the recognition of "the trademark of human civilization" worldwidely. A perfect choice of music, in a perfect environment for a perfect couple, they truly established a brand-new definition of "a match made in heaven".

"Accustom yourself to it. Let us repeat the same movement… Muku, entrust yourself with my male role as we progress. Leave your body to me…"

"Muku will be in your care, Nushi-sama~"

The couple started forming their dancing steps, swirling left and right smoothly. After a few steps, Shido turned Mukuro's body with a 360, then he held on to her waist again as support.

The first time these two danced was on a cruise, where all the Spirits participated, and they only got to enjoy it for a short while; after all, the others were waiting in line. During that night, Shido had to dance with 11 Spirits, to the point that he got exhausted.

But now, the time belonged only to the two of them, and they wanted to cherish it.

After a while, Shido wanted to spice things up, so he took Mukuro in his arms and flew across the galaxy sky. Feeling the firmness of his chest, she simply pressed herself against him and purred, enjoying the weightless condition of her body.

Forming two rays of meteors, the dancers flew up and down as they spiraled. If anyone were to take a closer look at the mesosphere of the Earth, they would be astonished to see a dash of blue light and a dash of golden light clinging to each other.

When the waltz concluded, the two finally stopped.

"Muku." Shido said lightly.

"Yes, Nushi-sama?" Mukuro answered.

"It's said that a girl is born to be an angel, flies freely in heaven, without tears and sadness. But when she meets her love, she will lose her wings and fall from the sky, thus she begins to know sadness and thus to have tears." Shido looked deeply into the golden Spirit's eyes, and continued solemnly: "I met you above the vault of heaven, and saw you fell to the ground because of me. I witnessed your every struggle, every sorrow, and every time you got hurt, my heart shattered too. So I made a vow: Never give you up, never let you down, never run around and desert you; never make you cry, never say goodbye, never tell a lie and hurt you. Now, right here, where we first met, the cycle has been completed." He extends an inviting hand to her: "Will you marry me, my angel?"

There was silence for a short second, but it wasn't because of awkwardness, but of overloading happiness. And instead of taking his hand, Mukuro threw herself into his arms: "Yes! Muku has belonged to Nushi-sama since the day we met! Nushi-sama is Muku's wings, and Muku's heaven!" Crying tears of joy, she hugged him tightly and kissed him passionately.

A/N:

Mukuro is very cute and beautiful, but she was introduced too late in the story. If she came along sooner, the others wouldn't be able to shine, so there's that.

The "one-spirit-per-day" rule has been broken, and what will the outcome be? Will it be a good change or a bad change?
