In the Synapse

Minos smirks. "Oh, he thinks he can take me off the throne. This Downer is delusional. Defeating the Minotaur got to his head."

He couldnt help but let of burst of laughter. Tomoki, a human, with many limitations thinks he can overthrow Minos. A supreme being that has taken over the Synapse and can create an angeliod that can snap his neck like a twig and then Minos snap that angeliod neck just as easy. He'll show this downer what type of angeliods He's capable of creating.

He takes a sip from his wine out the new golden cup one of concubines delivered to him. In the center of his large throne theres a gigantic fountain with a statue of himself in the center as something is swimming in circles at superhuman speed.

"Seiren!" Minos barks, the angeliod stop in her tracks and stare at her master "You will be the next candidate for the murder of Tomoki Sakurai."

"Yes, master. I won't let you down. Should I transform?"

"Yes. No need for procrastination in trying to seduce him. I will manipulate the weather, so they have no choice but to go to the beach. YOUR DEATH IS NEAR! TOMOKI SAKURAI! HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

On Earth: Early Morning

Its been a week after the fight with the Minotaur and Tomoki is about to go on his daily run. Hes wearing nothing but some grey muay thai shorts and some tennis shoes with white socks peaking at the top. If Sohara were to see his near naked physique now, her perverted mind would explode.

"Master, can we come with you?" Nymph asks

"No. We cant get too comfortable. Hes sure to try something with Sohara if theres no one here to protect her."

"Its okay, master." Ikaros chimes in, her rosy pink wings being the only "light" in the complete darkness of his room " I'll watch over her while she sleeps."

But despite it being completely dark in his room, Tomoki can still see his angeliods and Sohara, whos laying in the futon, as clear as day. His vision seemed to be enhanced. Hes able to see in the dark. Tomoki noticed he acquired this feat after the third year of his training.

He kiss Ikaros on the forehead " Thank you. We'll be back, okay." then he turn to Nymph and Astrea " Since its very early in the morning, you two can fly as much as you want while we're out."

"YAY!" Astrea shoots her arm up in victory "I can finally stretch my-"

"Shhhhhh.." Tomoki and Nymph says, quietly

"Yell like that again and you wont be able to go."

She gasps, covering her mouth "Sorry, master."

As Tomoki is running through the streets of Japan, and Nymph and Astrea are flying around playing tag but made sure to stay close to their master, so many things flood his mind. He is trying to understand why Minos havent attacked him when he wasnt in Japan. He didnt have any Transport Cards with him, and obviously no angeliod to protect him from an attack.

Astrea is closing in on Nymph, her hand extended as shes getting close to tag her friend."Im going to get you Nymph." But just when she was about to receive her tag, Nymph body suddenly disappears out of thin air. So she stops, looking around while still remaining close to Tomoki.

He jogs pass the tree where he first met Ikaros, the crater where she landed is still there.

Is Minos' reason for not attacking because he can only see what goes on in Japan? Is the only place on Earth he cares about is Japan? If so, then why? But then again if thats the case why havent he attacked Japan in four years. Tomoki wouldnt have put it past him to have Ikaros and the others fight to the death with other angeliods just to pass time for his bored life. But they told him they didnt have to fight anyone while he was in America.

Chaos entered his memory and rage start to boil inside him.

That angeliod was a very innocent and precious creation. She just wanted to know what love is. And Minos goes and kill her, just for the simple fact she was slowly realizing what it means to have someone that cares about you. Minos is a tyrant that needs to be slain. Tomoki dont know how hes going to do it, but it will be him who will plunge a sword in his heart. Not to mention, Hiyori. Another precious girl youd want to protect, not knowing shes a very powerful creation of the Synapse.

He know has jogged pass the area he had his fight with that Minotaur. Its surprising no one caught the fight despite it being in the pure daylight. The destroyed picnic station is no longer there but the remnants of their battle is.

He wonders how she's doing. He hopes shes probably sleeping in the Synapse in a place Minos doesnt know about. Then comes Daedalus. They has spoke when he was in America. But there was one discussion or much like a warning she told him before he came back to his friends that brought chills down his body. She told him about a strong being that is to arrive some day, and is much stronger than Minos. But then she smiled and said something he couldnt understand: But dont worry by that time you'll have the power to defeat him.

Why did it confuse him, you ask?

Well, because she said any use of Transport Cards would be useless against this being. And thats the only source of defense he have at the moment. He asked her What power will I have to defeat him? All she said was You'll see.

As much as it worries him that there is someone thats stronger than Minos out there, this tyrant is what he has to worry about now.

Tomoki has returned to his home, after jogging more than 5k meters. His body is beaded in sweat, feeling the fatigue trying to creep into his lungs. Hes tired but not to the point he needs to put his hands on his knees and breathing heavy.

What are you planning you sadistic fuck? Whatever it is, I'm going to slay them all. You will not ruin my goal for a peaceful life.

And neither will whoever thats coming in the future.

"Heeeheeeehee!" Nymph lands beside Tomoki "Master? Astrea couldn't tag me at all."

Astrea growls quietly, not wanting to get in trouble "Thats because you turned invisible. That was cheating."

"Okay.." He kiss both of them on the forehead "Thats enough for now. You guys hungry?"

"No." Astrea has a slight blush across her cheeks from receiving a kiss from her master " But if youre hungry, master, I can make you something."

"uh uh." Nymph, also with red cheeks, shakes her head in disapproval " No. You still need lessons on your cooking. Im not hungry either but I can make you breakfast, master."

Tomoki opens the front door of his home. "No. Im not finished training. Going to hit the heavy bag then do some weightlifting. You know what, yes. Ill get miso soup for now."

He remembered one of his coaches advising him never to train on an empty stomach. Always drink water as soon as you wake up because each night our body releases about one liter of water due to the humidity of our breathe. Which is why we wake up dehydrated. So Tomoki scratched off the water drinking part and now going to scratch off the food eating one.

"Coming right up, master." They both rush in the kitchen to serve what their master just ordered.

Later that day

"Wow! Hasn't it got hot all of a sudden?" Sohara complains, wiping sweat from her forehead. Even though shes only wearing a sports bra and some light pink Soffe shorts, it doesn't help with the heat. The blazing sun rays beaming through the window.

By the way, those shorts are so short its not covering anything. Most of her perky butt is unsheathe for Tomoki to see. Obviously she chose them to get his attention and they didnt fail her. He compliment her on her "perfect bikini body" physique , how he like that her skin has a natural glow to it, and made a request for her to wear bright colors more often because it commend perfectly with her evenly toned sensuous porcelain skin tone.

She definitely took a mental note of that. Not to mention he said with her showing so much skin he can just lick her all over. Sohara really hope he wasn't joking about that.

"Yeah. It have. Which is odd. It got hot abnormally fast."

While Tomoki and Sohara is suffering from the heat, the angeliods doesn't seem to be experiencing the same as them. They dont have a single drop of sweat on their bodies.

"Being an angeliod has so many good perks." Tomoki chuckles then drink water from a water bottle.

"Sorry, master." Ikaros covers both Tomoki and Sohara with one of her wings, providing a much-needed cool shade, causing them to both sink into the floor with a sigh of relief.

"Mmmm. Thanks Ikaros."

Tomoki, staring at the ceiling, put his water bottle beside him "Lets go to a water park."

"Great idea. Lets go, please." Sohara sits up right "When does one open?"

Tomoki, still laying down, look at his phone and searches for the nearest water park "Okay so the closest one to us is an indoor one."

"Fine by me."

"-and they dont open until another hour."

Sohara stands up "Thats fine. More than enough time for us to freshen up. I hate feeling so sticky."

They all took showers and changed into proper swimming gear. Tomoki with his white tank top, swim shorts designed with multiple colored stripes going horizontally all over, and some flip flops. Sohara in a dark blue one piece bathing suit. Astrea, Nymph, and Ikaros are also wearing one piece bathing suits. They all grab a towel, water bottles, and head to the indoor water park when it opened.

But if Sohara knew what would happen while they were there to enjoy themselves. She wouldve decided to go some place else.
