Addison woke up slowly the next morning, she was still lost in half-remembered wisps of her dream and didn't want to let go, so she pulled herself closer to the cool, comforting heartbeat beside her. When she finally opened her eyes, she smiled seeing Zed's handsome face resting only a few inches away. She had no need to dream when her waking life was even better. She closed her eyes again and snuggled herself even closer to Zed, and quietly smiled even more feeling him tighten his arms around her in response.

Addison didn't know how much time has passed, but she eventually felt Zed shifting a little bit around her, so she looked back up to meet his brown eyes that were equally alight with happiness at seeing her.

"It's always the greatest thing ever waking up with you," Zed whispered.

"My thoughts exactly." Addison stretched her neck up to peck his cheek, and then Zed returned the gesture by lightly kissing her temple.

"Good morning. I assume you slept just as great as I did?"

"Definitely." Addison promised.

Zed looked past her for a moment. "Pops and Zoey are still sleeping like the dead-"

"Ha ha, very funny." Addison deadpanned.

"I'll go hop in the shower quick so once everyone is up, we aren't waiting forever to head out to the amusement park." Zed offered.

"Smart thinking, or let me guess, you're starving already and don't want to miss breakfast?"

"No. I-" Just then Zed's stomach let out a monstrous growl. "Maybe I'm a little hungry."

"See, I know you even better than you do. You better get going."

"Good point. I'll see you again in a few minutes Gorgeous." Zed kissed her cheek and then unwrapped himself from the blankets, he chuckled a little seeing Addison quickly bundle herself up again.

"What? You're cooler than me, but you still make the blankets warmer, and a whole lot comfier."

"Whatever you say. I'll see you soon."

Zed finished grabbing all his stuff and walked into the bathroom, Addison just went back to trying to rest a bit more, but it really was harder now that Zed was gone, so instead, she scrolled through her phone for a little bit until Zed returned and she then took her turn in the bathroom to get ready for the day.

When she came out, both Zoey and Zevon were up. Zoey was practically vibrating with excitement over their upcoming adventure. She gave Addison a quick good morning hug and then zoomed into the bathroom so she could get ready.

When Zoey came back into the room it was Zevon's turn and after about another twenty minutes, everyone was ready to check out their first-ever continental breakfast.

"OMZ! Look at everything! There are so many things I can't decide!" Zoey cheered excitedly as she looked around at the full course of options she had.

"How about a waffle? You can even make it yourself." Addison suggested.

"Really? Yeah, I want a waffle!" Zoey cheered. Addison showed her how to fill the iron with batter and then flip it over to start cooking.

"Thanks for your help Addison!" Zoey said once it was finished and she had a steaming, golden brown waffle sitting on her plate. "This looks so good."

"I'm sure you'll love it Zoey. Do you need anything else?"

"Yeah, I'll take some syrup. Oh, and an orange." Zoey grabbed everything she needed and walked over to the table Zevon was already sitting at. Addison pulled the bagel she made out of the toaster as well as cream cheese to spread over it, plus an orange of her own and some yogurt and she was all set.

After she sat down, everyone was already digging in, Zoey had her waffle cut up and smothered in syrup already, Zevon had a plate full of scrambled eggs and some coffee, while Zed had his own waffle and an even larger plate of eggs he was happily scarfing down.

Once they were finished, Addison asked them all, "I think I already know the answer but how was your first hotel breakfast?"

"Delicious, I'm going to have a waffle every day!" Zoey declared.

"Whatever you want Zoey. Although I think the eggs are missing something."

"I think we can all survive a week without scrambled brains Pops." Zed laughed.

"I have no problem with that, I just noticed they were missing," Zevon chuckled back. Zevon then checked his watch, "if we head out now, we should get over to Adventureland right on time for the gates to open. Does everyone have everything they need?"

"Yep." Zed checked his pockets and he had all the essentials, while Addison already had a purse hanging off her shoulder.

"You bet Zevon."

"Then let's get a move on." Zevon cheered, they all took care of their dishes and walked out the door.

After a short drive and a few minutes of waiting in line for their tickets, they walked through the gates right as they opened in front of them for the day.

"Come on, come on, Let's go, let's go!" Zoey cheered.

"Hold on Zoey. How about we make a plan first?" Zevon pointed over to a map of the park so they all walked over.

"I want to do everything!"

"We'll do everything we can get to, my little zombie angel." Zevon reached down and ruffled her hair affectionately. "Looks like the carousel and the train are closest, so do you want to do those first? I bet the train can give us the lay of the land, and then we'll make our way around as much as we can?"

"Sounds great. Let's go do the carousel." Zoey agreed.

They got on, and before the ride started, Zevon and Addison each made sure to take plenty of pictures as they got going. Meanwhile, Zed and Zoey couldn't help letting their sibling rivalry show through.

"Zed, I'm beating you!" Zoey cheered.

"Think again, I just took the lead Zoey." Zed shot back as their horses kept going back and forth.

They continued their lighthearted bickering for the entirety of the ride. Addison glanced back at Zevon who was riding a horse behind their row to shake her head at them. Zevon just chuckled back and shrugged his shoulders in a what can you do gesture.

After they finished riding the carousel and Zoey declared herself the winner, they walked over to the train station and they all sat down, Zevon and Zoey sitting in front of Zed and Addison who automatically cuddled up behind them.

As they got going the conductor up front was giving his own tour of the park, with plenty of jokes included that had them all cracking up, and the whole time Zoey kept pointing at all the different rides they passed along the way.

Zed, who already had his arm wrapped around Addison's shoulders leaned over to whisper in her ear, "so do you see anything you especially want to do today?"

"I don't really care as long as I'm with you," She whispered back, "although I can't wait to see your face riding a rollercoaster, I bet that will be hilarious."

"Please, I'm sure it'll be fun but it can't be that bad, it can't be any worse than riding on top of a bus."

"I'm sure, well no matter what your reaction is, I just know it'll be great."

"Oh how about that one?" Zed pointed over to a tall, free-standing tower in the middle of the park.

"The Space Shot? I really hope you're joking." Addison laughed halfheartedly.

"Come on, I bet it'll be fun." Zed grinned at her. "I promise to hold your hand."

"Oh really? I figured you'd be doing that all day anyway."

"Oh I will, but come on, I really want to try it, and I would love to have you experience it with me, but if you don't want to, I am totally fine with that."

"I know Zed." Addison reached up to peck his lips. "How about you let me think about it, and if I decide yes, we can do it sometime today?"

"Sounds like a plan Addison. Ohh, it looks like we're about to go through a tunnel, I hope there are no scary monsters in there."

"Of course not, only three adorable green-haired people."

"And one beautiful white-haired girl." Zed hugged her tighter while they entered the darkness of the tunnel. "And while we have some relative privacy…" Zed leaned down to capture Addison's lips in a searing kiss, but unfortunately, it only lasted for a moment.

"Zed!" Zoey shouted, "just because we can't see anything, doesn't mean we can't hear!" Zoey reminded them and then started giggling.

Zed and Addison broke away and a few seconds later, the tunnel brightened enough that they could see Zoey's teasing grin and Zevon's raised eyebrow looking back over their seats at them.

"Just keep the PDA down to a minimum, which I know is a challenge for you two, but can you throw me a bone?"

"Sure thing Pops, we'll keep things to a minimum."

"You got it Zevon." Addison said, blushing red.

They both turned around as the train pulled completely back into daylight but now Zoey kept stealing peeks back at them, ready to report them again.

"We'll get some time for that someday Zed," Addison promised him softly.

"And I intend to do so today. We just have to wait for the right moment." Zed whispered back.

They soon finished their train ride and started really exploring the park on foot, making sure to check everything off as they went, including the Teacups, Tilt-a-Whirl, Scrambler, Balloons, Parachutes, G-Force, everyone was having so much fun, even though after the third time riding G-Force Zevon got a little dizzy, and requested the last thing they do before lunch be something that didn't involve spinning. So Addison suggested the bumper cars and everyone once again agreed wholeheartedly.

Zoey quickly called dibs on riding with Addison, and Zed just shrugged, he figured it would be more fun crashing into Addison and Zoey anyway. They all went to the same corner to choose their cars. Addison and Zoey's was pink, Zed's was green, and Zevon's was blue.

"You're going down Zed! Addison and I have a secret plan!"

"Oh really, I'd like to see you two try to take me down."

"Well, we will because we are the best team ever!" Zoey declared.

The speakers crackled to life above them. "On your marks, get set, GO!" and suddenly all the cars had power.

Zed didn't hesitate, he stepped on the gas pedal and immediately plowed into Addison's car, sending them skittering sideways. In response, Addison grinned back at him, turned, and slammed into him while Zoey cheered her on.

Zed was about to back up when he was slammed from the other side when Zevon bumped into him with a laughter-filled grin on his face. From then on it was basically a free for all as their three cars chased each other around, and when one caught someone else, the third was always ready to slam into both of them. Occasionally someone else would try to join their party, but they quickly learned how much of a mistake that was and they quickly fled, but none of the three were willing to run away.

Zed turned to get one more hit in on Addison, but unfortunately, someone else drove right in his way, stopping Zed in his tracks, and before he knew it, both Addison and Zevon slammed into him from each side right after the other and shaking him around. Zed was ready to hit back, but right at that moment the power turned off and it was time for everyone to get out of their cars.

"Good job you guys, I can admit you got me good there at the end." Zed congratulated everyone else.

"See, we warned you not to mess with us." Addison laughed at him as they all walked out of the bumper car area.

"I never should have doubted you, but Pops, I believe you said something about lunch?"

"Don't worry, I'm sure we'll find something, even if it's three times the cost of normal food."

"Yeah, that's just how places like this work." Addison laughed. "Although we may have a challenge finding anything that's vegetarian that isn't pure sugar or deep fried."

"And what would be the problem with that? That sounds delicious." Zed shot back.

"Says you, you eat just about anything that isn't caulibrains without complaint." Zoey piped up.

"OK, let's just get going." Zevon ushered them ahead towards the nearby food court in the distance.

So with not very many good options, they all ended up having a lunch of ice cream and giant pretzels, the perfect blend of sweet and salty.

"So Pops," Zed said as everyone was finishing off their last few bites, "I was thinking Addison and I could go off our own so we can ride the big coasters, and you can still take Zoey around to everything she can do."

"Yes! I win!" Zoey cheered excitedly.

"What did you win?" Addison asked,

"That you and Zed would try to be alone before the end of lunch. Daddy thought you'd at least last until the afternoon today. But I was right!"

"Really Pops?"

"While this is a family vacation, I also know how you two like to operate. If it's OK with you Zoey?" Zevon asked.

"Yeah, they can go do all the big stuff. But next time we come here when I'm tall enough you aren't ditching me no matter what." Zoey declared.

"I promise Zoey, when we come here again I'll go on every roller coaster with you." Addison smiled at her.

"So you two can head off alone, but let's meet at the Raging River at five so we can do that last before heading back to the hotel," Zevon suggested.

"Sounds like a plan Pops."

"You got it, and I promise we won't lose track of time," Addison added.

"Uh oh, now I have to hold you two to that. Just have fun, and call me if you need anything." Zevon reminded them.

"You got it Zevon." Addison promised.

After taking the last sip of their drinks, they cleaned up all their trash and now Zed and Addison walked off alone through the park hand in hand.

"So now that we're alone, what do you want to do first?" Zed glanced down at Addison.

Addison stopped at a nearby map to glance over it, "Well, for coasters we've got the Outlaw, Dragon, Tornado, Phoenix, and the Monster."

"Ooh Monster? Which one is that?"

"Right there, the green one." Addison laughed.

"Wow, it's even green? It's like they knew we were coming. I say we save the obviously best one for last."

"I'm sure there's no relation, it's just coincidence. Plus I also want to go on the Ferris wheel before we go."

"Why's that?"

"Think about it, it's probably the most relative privacy we could get in this park…plus I think it would be so romantic to get a kiss at the top."

"I like the way you're thinking I can almost see it." Zed grinned and checked his watch, "Well, we only have a few hours, and I still think we should do the Space Shot."

"We'll see. But let's go."

They walked hand in hand towards the first coaster, and for Zed's first time ever on a roller coaster it wasn't that bad, even if apparently this one was all wood and the oldest one in the park, Zed thought it was a breeze, besides, as long as he had Addison sitting beside him, what could go wrong?

The next couple of coasters gradually upped the ante in different ways, but a few hours later, they were almost at the front of the line for The Monster.

Zed joked, "Well I have to admit, maybe this thing wasn't made in my honor, the car for it definitely doesn't look like any zombie I've ever seen."

"Yeah, I think it looks more like a little gremlin or something." Addison agreed.

"Yeah, that just means it could use some zom-style. Just imagine what Bonzo could make something like this look like. Oh, you know what we should do?"

"What?"

"Once Pops finishes the Cheer Pavilion, he should build an amusement park in Zombietown. Obviously, we call it Zombieland, and we have our own coaster for sure. Maybe a Ferris wheel, and definitely bumper cars, and we can have the carousel have Mighty Shrimp to ride instead of horses."

"Wow, big ideas Zed, but where in the world would they build something like that?"

"I don't know. If nothing else maybe they can throw a roller coaster on top of the cheer pavilion."

"I'm sure your dad will get right on that." Addison laughed.

Right then the people in front of them finished their ride and they were let into their car.

"You want the front?" Zed asked.

"Of course, if we're doing this, we might as well do it right." So they jumped in buckled their seatbelts and pulled down the lap bar restraint to lock them in place.

Zed held out his hand to Addison. "You ready for this?"

Addison grabbed his hand and smiled at him. "You bet."

The coaster started forward and their very first obstacle was a nearly vertical hill taking them straight up.

"Scared Zed?"

"No way, no monster can scare this zombie. This is nothing compared to the werewolves. You doing good?"

"Of course I am, I was just checking on you. Here it comes."

"Let's do this."

The coaster finally reached the summit of the hill, stopped for just a moment and then moved forward making them fall nearly straight down, and Addison and Zed both screamed in delight, while their hands kept a tight grip on each other, and then they were launched through a loop-de-loop that managed to slow them down before speeding up on the downhill again.

Zed could feel his own heart pounding in his chest, but also Addison's which was racing, but definitely in delight rather than fear. He turned his head to glance at her, and she did her best to smile back at him through her hair that was waving all around her face like a personal blizzard. But they were both having too much fun to care.

Only about two minutes after they were sent off, they were able to step off and they both were still smiling.

"No doubt about it, they chose the right name for that one. Well, I guess the Zombie would still be better. That was definitely the best coaster here." Zed said, still excited from the adrenaline rush.

"I'll admit I have to agree." Addison laughed. "Come on, I think this one has a picture station." Addison pulled him along and indeed, right before the exit was a wall of photos.

"Oh, there we are." Zed pointed them out, Zed had his mouth wide open in a scream and Addison was still smiling with her hair blown back by the wind for the moment.

"Oh, we need to take that with us." Addison pulled her wallet out of her purse to buy the picture. A few minutes later, her and Zed walked out admiring it proudly.

"You look great Addie."

"And so do you. So, ready to take it a bit easier on the Ferris wheel?"

"Sure, but I don't expect it to be easy." Zed winked and made her blush.

"Come on, let's go." Addison started pulling him along until he wrapped his arm around her.

"Not to worry, I'm sure there's no rush, we still have plenty of time before we have to meet up with Pops again, and we'll make the most of every minute."

A few minutes later they took their seat on the Ferris wheel and the attendant closed the door with a click behind them.

"So, you were saying something about real alone time?" Zed grinned at Addison.

"Yep." Addison snuggled in closer to his side. "I love you, and there is absolutely no one around to interrupt us for I don't even know how long. I would say we have all the time in the world."

"And I am happy to spend it all with you." Zed leaned down to catch her lips in a long, drawn-out kiss. He didn't let up until he absolutely had to breathe. But once he did let go, Addison hopped up onto his lap, fast enough that their basket started swaying a little bit, but they didn't care, it just gave them both an excuse to hold tighter to each other. Plus they forgot all about the swaying when Addison made her move on Zed's lips.

She had her arms pulling herself up closer to his mouth, and when they locked lips, it was for only a heartbeat before their tongues started dancing together, delicious was the only word to describe it.

Zed had his hands slightly digging into her sides, and feeling his cool touch over the thin fabric of her shirt was making her even more fired up, and she did her best to communicate that she was loving this, and she loved him.

"I love you Zed." Addison panted out when they finally broke for breath.

"I love you too." Zed smiled back at her. Then his eyes looked past her head, "looks like we're about to be heading down again. Do you want to stop?"

"Let them talk if they wanna, we're gonna do what we wanna." Addison sang to him.

"Let them talk, let them talk." Zed sang.

"If they wanna." They sang softly together once again. They kept going round, and around but Zed and Addison were both blind to everything except for the feelings in their hearts, and the emotions pouring out of their bodies and into their other half.

Eventually, the Ferris wheel started the unloading process again. Starting and stopping every few minutes, and they both agreed it was probably best to tone it down if they had to get off soon.

"You know we should do this again with Pops and Zoey if they want before we go. I don't think I got to see anything besides your beautiful face. I'm not complaining; I could stare at you all day and never be bored."

"I feel the exact same way." Addison kissed him again, before somewhat reluctantly sliding back down to the seat beside him. But her smile brightened as he wrapped his arm around her. So she leaned her head back into his shoulder. "Gar Gar Gaza Zed."

"Gar Gar Gaza Addie. So what's next? Space Shot? He grinned down at her.

"You really want to go on that thing?"

"Yeah, it looks awesome! Plus who knows when else I'll get the chance to do something like that? You don't have to do it if you don't want to."

"Funny, you think I would let you do that without me with you?"

"So, is that a yes?"

"Sure, it's a yes, as long as we're together, I know nothing is going to go wrong."

"Exactly, plus I'm sure thousands of people have done it all day. Will it be scary? Yes, but it will also be scary awesome, like me."

"You're never scary."

"But I am awesome, right?"

"OK, you're awesome," Addison admitted with a giggle, "and handsome, strong, smart, caring…"

"Please go on."

"I don't think so, I don't want you getting a big head." Addison reached up and ruffled his hair.

"I know we're both going to love this, in fact, I guarantee you'll thank me for it when we're done."

"I don't know about that, I'm sure I'll be happy I did it, to say I did it, but I don't think I'm going to be too happy."

"Well, when we're all done, I promise to comfort you," Zed promised instead.

"You better," Addison warned him as they finally got back on the ground and exited their basket.

"Let's go! Space shot here we come! Yeah!" Zed cheered.

"Come on you crazy zombie, let's just get this over with."

As they were waiting in line, watching everyone in front of them traveling up on the space shot and coming back down, all the while screaming their heads off, Zed could pick up on Addison's elevated heartbeat, so he knew she was getting nervous.

"Hey, it's ok," Zed whispered in her ear while gently rubbing her shoulders. "If you really don't want to do this, we can go do something else."

"No, I'm just nervous even though I know you're right that nothing's going to happen, just looking at how tall that thing is. I know it's just like all the roller coasters we've already been on today, just a bit more vertical."

"Seriously Addie, I know I said I want to do it just to do it, but you really don't have to."

"No. I want to do it to say I've done it too. I love how you always seem to know what I'm thinking, but I'm not scared, I'm just ready to get this over with. And I know I'll have you right beside me." Addison turned around and squeezed his hand.

"You got that right, and we're both going to have so much fun. Just think of it like flying during cheer, except Bonzo's really using his zombie strength."

"Yeah, I don't think even you or Bonzo could get even a football that high." Addison laughed. "But don't worry Zed, I'm ready for this."

"Good," Zed grinned down at her and pecked her cheek, "because it looks like it's our turn now. Zed turned her back around so she could see the line moving ahead."

"Nothing to worry about it. There ain't no mountain we can't climb, and nothing will keep me down!" Addison declared.

They walked through the gate, took their seats, buckled their seatbelts, pulled down the restraint bar over their torsos, and then Zed offered his hand out to Addison and she gladly took it.

"We got this." Zed smiled at her.

"We got this." Addison agreed. She could feel her heart pounding in her chest and she knew without a doubt Zed was hearing every beat, but she resolutely kept her smile on her face.

The ride rose them about ten feet from the ground, and the sound of a spaceship blasting off sounded in the speakers.

"Gar Gar Gaza Addie."

"Gar Gar Gaza Zed," Addison yelled back, moments before with a loud whoosh they were suddenly launched up into the sky.

"AHHHH!" Screams from Zed, Addison, and all the other riders filled their ears, and with the wind flying all around them, Addison couldn't hear anything else. She forced her eyes to stay open as they kept traveling up nearly two hundred feet high until they paused at the top for a few calm seconds and then dropped down even faster than when they came up. Addison couldn't help closing her eyes at the view of falling to the ground far below and squeezed Zed's hand tight in a death grip as she screamed.

She didn't open her eyes as the ride stopped and then shot up again twice more before slowly coming back to Earth.

"Addie? Are you OK?" She could hear the worry in Zed's voice.

She finally opened his eyes to see his frantic expression, she caught her breath for a few moments from all her screams. "Yeah, don't worry Zed, I'll be fine, it was scary, but maybe, just the tiniest bit fun. But I don't plan on doing this again anytime soon."

"I'm sorry I dragged you onto this."

"No, don't worry Zed, I'm not mad, and while it was scary, I'm totally fine now.' Addison promised him as they finally came to a stop on the ground. Their restraints were released and Zed and Addison left the ride area.

"Are you really OK though?"

"Yes, don't worry Zed." Addison hugged him tightly. "I promise I'm fine, and I'm ready for our next thing. So what do you want to do now?"

Zed checked his watch, "It's about time we go find Pops and Zoey for the Raging River. I'll text him to see where they're at." Zed pulled out his phone, and a few moments later he got an answer. "Pops says they're at G-Force again."

"How many times do you want to bet Zoey's been on that thing?"

"Too many to count probably," Zed grinned, "if you're ready, let's get going."

They walked hand in hand over to the G-Force area to find Zevon sitting on a nearby bench.

"Hey Pops how's your day been?"

"It's been great Zed, although some of those rides I don't know how Zoey loves them so much. We did everything else then came back here and she's been riding this one for practically the past half hour. She'd get off and then jump right back in line. I got a bit dizzy after the third time in a row so then I've just been cheering her on from the sidelines."

"So does that mean you're ready to get soaked?" Addison asked.

"Yeah, I'm sure she'll be too. And I'm assuming you two had plenty of fun together?"

"Oh yeah, we've had plenty of fun." Zed and Addison shared a chuckle with one another. "We've ridden all the coasters and even flew up high on the Space Shot."

"That big drop tower over there?" Zevon laughed out loud, "no way you'd ever get me on that thing."

"Funny, that's exactly what Addison said too."

"And you convinced me, and I did enjoy it when I was back on the ground."

"Sound's like there's a story there." Zevon grinned at them.

"Nothing major, I was just a little nervous, but Zed convinced me everything would be alright because I would have him right there beside me. And he was right, we did it and we made it through unharmed." Addison smiled up at him.

"Like I would ever let anything happen to you." Zed hugged her tight in a side hug.

"Don't worry you two, seeing you two come close to a disagreement is a rare sight."

"But they never last long."

"Because we love each other." Zed finished for her.

"Oh looks like it's stopping." Zevon nodded at the ride that indeed came to a stop. "Zoey!" He waved to grab her attention and she quickly ran over to join them.

"It's about time you two got back." Zoey teased them with a grin on her face, "What took you so long?"

"We just wanted to make sure we rode on every single ride we could," Zed said.

"Right, and I'm sure you two didn't get distracted by anything else did you?" Zoey asked knowingly.

"Of course we didn't." Zed feigned innocence, even though Zoey and Zevon could both tell just from past experience that there was probably plenty Zed was leaving out of his claim.

"Sure! Well, I'm ready to go ride the Raging River, it sounds so scary. I bet its going to be awesome!"

"I'm sure it will be Zoey." Addison smiled as Zoey grabbed her left hand while she was still holding onto Zed's with her right and started trying to pull them both along.

"Come on! Let's go! Raging River! Raging River! Raging River!" Zoey cheered excitedly.

Zed, Zevon, and Addison just laughed along and followed Zoey as quickly as they could before waiting in line for a while and finally getting into their circular yellow raft.

"Uhh." Addison cringed slightly as when she sat down her shorts were immediately soaked through from the cold puddles still standing in their boat.

"You ok Gorgeous?"

"Yeah, just my shorts are all wet."

"I've got a feeling you'll forget all about your shorts in a few minutes," Zed said, with a dark look in his eye before he lapsed back into his normal teasing grin before his dad or Zoey could notice.

"You're probably right." Addison smiled across at him, trying to hide the fact hearing Zed say those words got her fired up in a completely different way than normal. They were all scattered pretty much evenly around the circumference of their raft that soon slid off the conveyor belt and down into the water whose current quickly picked them up.

There were plenty of waves, but nothing extreme yet, Zoey was still way too excited and doing her best to look ahead. "Ohh! I think we're getting to the first big splash!"

Zoey was right as the raft suddenly dropped down a few feet and splashed up over the sides, hitting Zed especially hard, leaving his T-shirt wet and sticking to his skin, which really wasn't helping Addison focus at the moment.

"Woah!" Zoey started yelling in happiness as they picked up speed, every few seconds they would hit another drop off or bounce off the sides of the river splashing more and more each time, it wasn't long before everyone was thoroughly drenched, but they were all still laughing at each other.

The ride continued on before coming to one last obstacle, across the entire was a stone archway that had a large waterfall on one side.

"Here it comes!" Zoey cheered.

"Sure looks like it." Addison grimaced as the waterfall poured its freezing water all over her head. She wiped some of the soaked white strands out of her eyes just in time to see Zed and Zevon pass through themselves while Zoey was shaking her head beside her to get rid of some of the water.

"Brr. I'm freezing. Are you guys all ok?" Addison asked.

"Yeah, it was so much fun! Can we do it again?" Zoey was still smiling brightly.

"I think that's enough for today Zoey, besides I think it's time we head back and get cleaned up for the night, plus you don't want to miss dinner do you?" Zevon reminded her.

"OK." Zoey calmed herself down a bit. "Can I choose where we go eat tonight?"

"Sure, we'll go wherever you want Zoey," Zevon promised her.

"At least the sun is so out, maybe we'll even be dry again," Zed said a few minutes later as they walked along toward the park's exit just behind Zevon and Zoey.

"Yeah, it feels nice, but…" Addison glanced at Zed, with his soaked t-shirt pressed close to his skin, and bit her lip, "I'm not in any hurry."

Zed glanced down at her again and finally caught the look in her eye. "What are you thinking about?"

"You don't want to know…" Addison whispered, "but what do you say we get up early tomorrow and check out the pool again?"

"I would say I have the best girlfriend ever." Zed smiled brightly. "You don't even have to ask."

"I know I don't. You are all mine."

"Always." Zed squeezed her tighter for a moment. "I can't wait till tomorrow, but I'm also hungry so we'd better catch up with Pops and Zoey before they leave us behind."

"I'm sure we're in real danger of that." Addison laughed and they sped up. Just in time to wave goodbye to Adventureland with Zoey. Everyone went to bed happy that night, their first real day of vacation couldn't possibly have been any more perfect, but they were just getting started.
