After almost being drowned in the ocean, Artemis sure tried to kill him by drowning, the group split up to their respective dorms. Well, all but three people. You see, Apollo and Artemis had been signed up for the college. The issue? Artemis was determined to share a dorm with Percy. Why? Only the Fates know. He figured it had something to do with the fact that he had provided her comfort when she needed it and she wasn't eager to see that gone. "Artemis, I'm male. You can't share a dorm with me. There's only one room in it." That made her think for a second before she ultimately decided she would live straight across from him.

You see, Percy had requested the building with the least amount of people. He didn't want a monster incident to happen and then he'd have to find a way to save his ass. The less people the better. Ultimately deciding that it wouldn't kill him to have Artemis and Apollo near him he started off in the direction of the parking lot. Percy thought that having Artemis and Apollo there wouldn't kill him. He really did but now he was almost less sure of himself. They'd give off a strong scent. Shaking himself out of those kind of thoughts, Percy made a pitstop at some beach store to grab new clothes for the incredibly wet gods. He had made it his goal to not use his powers as much in the mortal world. (Although he couldn't help the drowning fest Artemis had subjected him too. Percy really thought his friends were seconds away from calling the police.) Grabbing clothes he figured would fit them, he purchased them. A couple months ago Poseidon had given him a credit card that had an unlimited amount of money. Really he just kept it tucked in his wallet for the times that he needed it. He had purchased two major things with it. The dorm and a truck. He contemplated buying a small house but figured he was cheating someone out who really needed it.

Artemis looked like she was about to throttle him for guessing her sizes until she realized the shirt was fairly big on her. On the other hand Apollo's shirt was clinging to his body. She found it quite amusing while Percy sat there apologizing and blushing. With a shrug, Apollo stripped it and went to get another one. Percy eyed him warily as Apollo picked a shirt. He didn't need the Sun God running around with his card. His Dad could see what he got and he didn't want to express that Apollo saw a sun bong and really needed it. No, Literally. Percy had to step in and carry Apollo out of the store. "Cmon Perce! Let me get it! They didn't have stuff like that in the 70's!" With awkward apologies to anyone they passed Percy shoved Apollo into the back seat of his 2011 F-150. Artemis climbed into shotgun like it was nothing. At least Percy knew that she would want to sit in the front. Extra points on the, "if I reach lower then 99 points Percy loses his manhood." list. Currently he had 105. You see he did have a fair amount until he dropped her in the ocean. Hopping in the truck he rolled down the windows.

The ride was slightly awkward so Percy decided to ask questions. The first step to babysitting gods is making them talk about themselves. Even some of the less vain gods loved to talk about something that pertained to them. "How long have you guys been mortal?" Apollo was quick to cut in, "Since an hour before you found us! Well, me. Arty and I had been together so we figured we'd be in this together. Even if Arty isn't so nice to me I know she loves me." Artemis, for her part, had been really silent and on good behavior. Until Apollo said that. She decked him in the throat and Percy winced. This poor man was really getting it today. Percy would have to talk to her about that. Turning up "Best of my love by The Emotions" Percy decided that avoiding conversation was the best option. The ride was peaceful for the most part although after that ufc knock out of Apollo, his breathing was slightly rugged.

Finally pulling into the parking space of his dorms, he climbed out. He didn't need to wait for the gods he figured they would follow him. (Percy was silently praying to every god he knew that they would follow him but that's his secret.) Falling into step with him Artemis continued to silently brood. Apollo was forced to walk behind them but he seemed quite happy with it. He was stopping every so often to talk to women. If Artemis had taken the rear she would have forced him to keep walking. When they were literally 15 feet from their goal Percy spotted his first issue. Eric Stewards. He was a notorious flirt and boy toy. Eric's eyes were set on Artemis and Percy cursed inwardly. He's going to need a very large payment after this. Percy snaked his arm around Artemis's waist and refused to look at her. He just kept walking and prayed. Artemis was getting more and more impatient with him and he knew it. Eric finally turned away from them and Percy let out a sigh. He stepped away a good five feet from her as she glared. "Perseus Achilles Jackson. The only reason I didn't flip you into the dirt and make you choke on the concrete is because you probably had a good reason for that stunt. Explain it." Apollo was starting at him with raised eyebrows before mouthing to him, "you've got balls of steel." Of course Apollo had seen Eric checking his sister out. Apollo was incredibly protective over Artemis when it came to men. If Eric had done what he planned to Percy would be buying their bail for murder.

"Forgive me Lady Artemis, There was a man that was about to come over and hit on you. I don't care about him but I care about not going bankrupt trying to bail you out of jail. When Annabeth and I were still together that's how we finally got Eric to leave us alone. Well, after I decked him in the face and broke his nose when he tried to touch Annabeth." Artemis seemed satisfied with his answer, if only a little upset. She stood a good foot away from him but followed anyways. This was becoming one hell of a day. Percy wanted nothing more then his bed and sleep for the next four days. Sitting down in the lobby after checking in, Percy just waited to be called. Well, for Artemis and Apollo to be called but he had to help them. God forbid. Percy had a good standing with these people, he talked to them all often.

After fifteen minutes of waiting, Apollo asking if they're gonna call them yet and Artemis glaring at any man who even breathed in her general direction they finally got called. Sitting down in front of Miss Lady Cambell, Percy started to explain their situation. Artemis and Apollo had applied for university but they hadn't gotten a dorm. Percy, as head of his dorms, offered them two empty dorms. "Okay let me just look them up real quick. Artemis and Apollo Olympian? Those are strong and unique names!" Apollo flashed the old lady one of his bright smiles and Percy swore he must have gave the lady cataracts or something. "Thanks! Our mom, Leto, really liked them!" Artemis pinched his side but he was stead fast. "Oh? That's so cool! Your family must really like Greek Myths!" Miss Cambell laughed out. "Oh yeah, you can say that!" Percy rested his head in his hands and almost broke down crying. He was going to need a therapist after this. The two made conversation as Lady filled out all the paperwork. Percy expressed that he would be paying for there housing and to just put it under his name. That saved them a ton of time. Percy doubted they even had a card to use. Although it made it quicker, he did have to explain that yes he was aware the bill would be expensive. He just waved it off and said his Father knew that they were coming to start school here and asked him to pay for them.

Lady had to run and get physical contracts for them after everything had been set up online. As she came back she started to explain to the gods what exactly this was and Percy swore she thought them insane when Apollo frowned and said, "I sign this here? So it's like an autograph but not? A binding autograph? You won't sell this would you? I'm not supposed to give my autograph out anymore cause people made money off them. Pissed the Old Man off so he made it a rule a couple millennia ago." Artemis started to nod, "Nobody has ever asked for my autograph either. I think it's cause-" Apollo cut her off, "It's cause you're aggressive Arty." That earned him a swift throat punch. Percy smiled softly at Lady Cambell, "Siblings am I right?" He then turned on the two and glared at them. "Sign the paper and lets get out of here." They quickly signed the paper before standing up. "Oh! Your schedules here ya go!" Percy almost fainted when he realized that Artemis had his exact schedule. She blinked at him before shrugging and snatching the paper back from him. With a quick glance at Apollo's he realized that Jason shared his schedule. Jason was sent on a quest by the Romans but he should be back by tonight. That eased Percy's nerves. Jason could handle Apollo. Well he hoped Jason could handle him.

Percy practically ran out of the building as he started off towards his dorm building again. Snatching his phone out, Percy dialed Jason. On the third ring he heard Jason's voice ring out, "Hey Perce! What's up?" Walking ever so quickly Percy started to explain the situation to Apollo. Since Jason and Apollo shared the same schedule and were relatively close to each other in the dorms Apollo would be Jason's responsibility. The Son of Zeus was quite excited to accept him when he realized the other option was Artemis. That fucker. He thought they were friends but apparently not. "Alright Jason, Be safe and come home." Finally reaching the dorm's, Percy sighed heavily. So close and then he was free for the rest of the day. He was exhausted and it was only 4:34 pm based off the time he saw before he had put his phone back. When he reached their floor Percy showed Apollo to his dorm first. He was ever so slightly suspicious about how close to the elevators it was but decided it was Jason's job to handle.

"Listen we can go furnish the dorm tomorrow there's no reas-" The words died in his throat as he opened the door just to be temporarily blinded by a gold light. He slammed the door shut and turned around. "Nevermind, you go in yourself. I like my ability to see." With that Percy made sure Apollo went into the room before showed Artemis to her room. On the way there he thought about how Apollo was a backpack leash kid before shaking his head. Stupid ADHD. Carefully opening Artemis's door and peaking inside, he realized it was fairly normal. It definitely had silver tons and furs everywhere but Percy still contained his 20/20 vision and he was fine with that. "Alright, here you are. If you need me I'm straight across from you. It's just us and Jason on this floor so you don't have to worry about anybody else. I'll leave my door unlocked just incase you need me but have a goodnight. " After pressing the keys into her hand he slammed the door on himself. With a satisfied nod he went back to his room before promptly stripping down to his boxers and collapsing on his bed. He'd worry about the sand that would be on his bed in the morning.

Alright then! Third chapter done. I'm sorry if Artemis seems incredibly aggressive right now. I figured since she always held herself with indifference the fact that she's now experiencing emotions differently really affects her. I promise she'll mellow out more eventually. I also plan to do more with Apollo, have no fear. I choose to not make ToA canon in this story line so that explains Jason. Also I think that from now on my chapters are going to come out at least once a week. I was thinking that maybe every Friday? Or maybe Thursdays cause that's when this chapter was posted. We'll see. I have a rough idea of how I want this story to end but I'm working on the in between. Originally I was planning on making this a ten chapter story but realized my chapters were too short. Now it's going to be a pretty full length story. I'm hoping that with these weekly updates I'll be able to make the chapters much longer. It'll get especially easier when I start my new job cause I'll be working from home so I should be pretty consistent with the book! Until the next chapter. (Also! someone had asked if the story was pertemis and the answer is yes.)
