"Come on Vegeta, think of it like this. After the expo we'll have a nice island resort to relax on." Bulma tried to coax her husband out of his bad mood from being pulled away from his training to get stronger than Kakarot's spawn. After his defeat during the Final Exam the Saiyan Prince trained harder than ever to reclaim his rightful place as the strongest in the universe.

Leaning over to whisper into his ear. "I got this new bathing suit and wouldn't you know it, I'm going to need someone to rub tanning oil all over my body." A quick flick of her tongue on Vegeta's ear sent a shiver down his spine.

"Fine woman you have convinced me," Vegeta grumbled with a smirk. "I can live with taking a few days off." Conceding to his wife to at least be sociable during the expo when she showed off her technology that put the rest of the puny earthling's gadgets to shame.

"Great, because while I'm setting up you will need to keep an eye on Trunks." Bulma said, passing on the duties of watching their son to her husband. Of course this was an annoyance for him since his progeny had been bouncing off the walls at the prospect of seeing the island. Thankfully Vegeta didn't have to watch over both his own son and Kakarot's youngest, the island might not have survived otherwise.

"Oh I'm sorry," Momo apologized after bumping into and knocking someone over. Jirou, Uraraka and herself had been too preoccupied with taking in the sights to pay much attention where they were going and she had ended up bowling over a small child.

"Nah it's fine," Trunks apologized and picked himself up off the floor, brushing off any dust from his clothes. "Come on dad, I want to see the heroes."

"Wait a second, isn't that?" Uraraka commented on the appearance of the familiar looking child before the spiky haired elite warrior stopped in front of them and began to appraise them.

"You're the classmates of Kakarot's spawn?" Vegeta raised an eyebrow seeing the humans that he had been in the same room with once or twice so far.

"Yes sir Mr. Vegeta," Jirou saluted and responded quickly out of fear of what this elite warrior would do without someone like Gohan being around to keep him in check. Everyone in the class had gotten the chance to be aware of who and what Vegeta was, that he was 'nice' now, did not assuage their concerns about him one iota.

"Dad," Trunks whined loudly as he was already waiting at the next corner for his father to hurry up.

"We'll just be going now sir," Momo hurriedly said while stepping around Vegeta and quickly but respectfully running away from him. Her two friends followed along behind in an effort to get away from the area.

"Check out this hero," Trunks happily said while standing in front of a samurai themed pro.

Scoffing Vegeta watched as his son acted starstruck seeing all these weaklings getting autographs with the costumed idiots. "Hey dad look, they have activities."

"Why do we let him have sugar?" Vegeta questioned while his son ran off towards the sounds of explosion.

"Ten and three quarters of a second! I'll fucking wreck you half and half," Katsuki threatened his classmate for having been able to shave off a quarter second from his own time. "Why the fuck are you even here?"

"My father wants me to represent him at this event," Todoroki flatly answered when a flash of purple hair came out of the corner of his eye along with a familiar yet terrifying energy signature he would recognize until the day he died. That was his father's reason for him going, but when he had heard that Mei would be coming along as a special guest of Bulma Briefs meant that he actually had a reason to enjoy his time on the island.

"Hey, look at me when I'm talking to you," Katsuki roared before another voice even louder than his own boomed.

"Shut the hell up pathetic weaklings, you're giving me a headache," Vegeta demanded of the rowdy teenagers while his son was busy trying to convince the pro-hero Amplifier to let him have a turn in the "Villain Attack" attraction.

"Oi, whose the dead fucker who-" Katsuki yelled back, turning towards the sound of the voice only to stop with a squeak when he realized who he was yelling at.

"Is that a challenge?" Vegeta savagely grinned, hoping the uppity child would continue with his meager threat.

"Impressive. Do you normally make it a habit of picking fights with saiyans?" Todoroki teased and stepped away after seeing that the area was resetting so that Trunks could have a go.

"What do you think the kid's going to do?" Kirishima questioned since he wanted to know why Todoroki seemed so interested in the child's performance. For him this kid probably wouldn't be able to break a single one, not unless they had some child setting on the machines.

"That's Vegeta's son," Todoroki nodded towards the man who beat him until he was stronger. Sometimes when Vegeta was focused on his own training Trunks, who still outclassed him in terms of power, would take up his training as a sparring partner.

"A new re-record," Amplifier stammered after the young child had demolished the entire course in under five seconds.

"That hardly seems fair, I mean…" Kirishima shrugged now that he realized what that child really was. "We've all gotten good training but saiyans, even half-saiyans are on another level."

"Casual racism aside," Todoroki rolled his eyes in confusion at why so many of the classmates regarded the saiyans so differently. "I wonder what Mrs. Briefs had to bribe Vegeta with to get him to attend the expo?"

"Who said my wife was capable of bribing me?" Vegeta scoffed at the idea he could be manipulated easily.

"Okay so she either bribed him with some new type of food or sex," Todoroki reasoned as that seemed to be the only ways to control a saiyan.

"Hey brat… shut up," Vegeta demanded of his pupil. "Uppity earthling." Growling he stomped away to go get some food to feed his child with, he had a feeling that today was going to be a long day.

As the crowd continued to enjoy the events and festivities provided by I-Island, throughout the island shadowy figures were skulking around.

"This is incredible Toshinori," David Shield exclaimed in shock after the tests he gave his friend came back with him being in perfect health, as if all the damage done by the villain All for One had been reversed. "How was it possible, did you find someone with a stronger healing quirk than Chiyo?"

"No, it's far more simple and at the same time complicated than that. A lot of this is technically classified, but what I can tell you is that someone I admire greatly offered to help," All Might answered cryptically since he wasn't to go blabbing to just anyone about Gohan.

David closed down the computer. "Well I've never seen a healthier specimen of humanity so you should be more than fine to participate in tonight's ceremony."

Toshinori chuckled. "So what chance do you think you islanders have about putting out something more impressive than what Mrs. Briefs brought with her?"

The old scientist grumbled for a bit. "Oh we have some things that'll knock the blue right out of her hair. This year, I-Island will be the star, not Capsule Corp."

As the sun set and the night's festivities began, those in attendance began to mingle at the party. "Dad this is boring," Trunks whined as he kept tugging at his bowtie.

"Stop fidgeting boy, we only have to be here for a few hours," Vegeta snarled as he watched these Earthlings mingle. He just wanted them to get to the part where his wife got another award for being better than all the others. Watching that tall buffoon that was Gohan's teacher take the platform to start the ceremony was soon cut off with the alarms going off. Some device suddenly sprang up to capture the man in glowing blue bindings. Around the hall the same was happening to all the costumed heroes, leaving only the civilian guests uncaptured.

"Nobody move, the island is totally under our control," a masked figure wielding a gun announced as he took the stage. More soldiers started flooding into the room and tried to corral all the guests into a circle.

"I am Wolfram and these are the Steel Sabers," the villain announced as he started walking through the crowd, looking for the right person. "Well well if it isn't Bulma Briefs, the richest woman in the world."

Bulma, who did not choose to sit on the floor like a hostage, was glaring at the man in front of her.

All Might was looking around the room and trying to figure out the best way to take out the villains in this room without endangering the hostages, when he noticed that a few of the 1-A students were in here as well. That was when he started to make some adjustments to his plan. "Students, full power, take them out!"

His booming declaration along with him powering up to easily break the restraints on him was enough to draw the attention of the soldiers towards him which gave the students who had been training to harness their ki the time needed to blitz the hostage takers. It also helped that when the UA students went into the attack, Trunks who had been waiting for either of his parents to tell him it was okay to fight received the nod from his father and managed to subdue most of the Steel Sabers that the rest of Gohan's classmates didn't or couldn't get to fast enough.

Wolfram's eyes widened in shock as his entire squad was taken out in the blink of an eye. All of his intel suggested that while All Might was still strong, he wouldn't be capable of stopping all of them before they could shoot the hostages. Nothing in his surveillance indicated that hero students would be a factor in this. Quickly yanking Bulma Brief's by the arm and placing the barrel of his gun to her head. He needed a moment to come up with a new plan.

"Alright, good job hero, you stopped my soldiers. But now you're going to wait here, while I-" Wolfram stopped as he noticed that All Might wasn't even looking at him, instead the Number Two Hero was instructing the students to go through the building to take care of any of the remaining soldiers so that David could restore control of the island to the proper authorities.

"Are you even paying attention!" shouting at the hero causing the other hostages to flinch. "I will put a bullet in this bitch's head if you so much as make a move."

"Sir," All Might turned a stern look at the soon to be not existing person. "I don't need to listen to a dead man. About the only reason you haven't been wiped off the face of the Earth yet is because you haven't cocked the hammer on the gun. And frankly I can't save you, I'm not getting between Vegeta and someone he wants to kill again, at least not for you."

"And who the hell is Vegeta?!" Wolfram demanded to know when he heard a dark chuckle.

"That would be my husband," Bulma answered calmly as she watched Vegeta put down his drink. "If you're smart, you'd let me go now and maybe he won't kill you. It's unlikely, but he might only cripple you for life."

"Listen to the woman earthling," Vegeta warned. "The longer you keep your grubby hands on my woman the worse it will be for you."

Wolfram snarled and then cocked the hammer on his gun. "I don–"

Whatever the man was going to say next died in his throat as in the next instant his body was tossed in the air and disintegrated by a ki blast from the saiyan elite who closed the distance in the time it took to blink.

"Alright everyone," All Might announced to the crowd to get their attention as the 1-A students ran off to help clear the island of its intruders. "May I have your attention please. There has been a small hiccup in the night's festivities but don't worry. We are here and we'll get everything back to normal shortly."

In the upper atrium Kirishima and Bakugou were arguing because the two villains they had come across had been put down easily. "And I'm telling you, we aren't lost, Bakubro."

"The fuck we aren't! Everyone is below us, you can sense them just as easily as I can," Bakugou shouted at his friend. Turning around when he sensed more people arriving. "Oi the fuck you all doing?"

Todoroki stopped and looked at the Steel Saber soldiers that had been captured by his classmates. "Some mercenaries have tried to take over the island, we took out the main group in the ballroom, but now it's just clean up."

Scoffing at the notion of attacking an event that he was attending, Bakugou snarled. "Well let's get this over with, I was hoping for something exciting."

Tapping her chin Jirou raised a finger. "Well the leader did take Mrs. Briefs hostage."

"So he's dead then?" Kirishima commented since he knew that where Bulma went Vegeta wasn't far behind and threatening the loved one of a saiyan was suicide.

"Yeah probably, or at least he wishes he was," Momo concluded.

"Hey Shoto baby," Hatsume called out as she ran over to catch up to her boyfriend. "Bulma told me to come help you get the systems back online, she said it would be as easy as getting through the UA security which is why she didn't come to do it herself."

Todoroki smiled at seeing that his girlfriend was going to help him get this done quicker when he noticed the purple haired kid was following. "Hello Trunks, are you here to help us too?"

The young demi-saiyan sniffled. "I guess so, mom said I had to escort Mei in case any of the idiots with guns were still around. Hey, can I come with you guys? If I go back to the party my dad's just going to make me stand around."

Uraraka smiled and crouched down to ruffle Trunks' hair. "Sure thing, it's always good to have some back up."

Trunks blushed and swiped the teenage girl away from him. "Stop it," he whined as he didn't like being babied like that.

"Oh hell no," Bakugou shouted. "I barely got to see any action and I'll be damned if I let another saiyan brat get all the fun."

At that declaration Bakugou rocketed off the ground in search of more soldiers to fight while Trunks just tapped his foot. "I'm giving him a head start."

In less than an hour the entire ordeal was taken care of and all the villains who had been captured were being taken away by the police. From there the companies revealed their inventions while the students were getting praise and interviews for their actions and bravery.

"Come on Vegeta, this night hasn't been a total waste of time," Bulma said comfortingly to her husband after announcing her modified food that would seemingly end world hunger. She had based the principal on the Senzu bean, while she couldn't grow them, nor would they provide the healing needed, she was able to isolate some of what makes the single bean able to provide the sustenance of ten days for the average human.

Hers weren't nearly as efficient but being able to provide a full day's worth of nourishment in one bar was far more effective than anything else on the market.

That had stolen the show over David Shield's quirk amplifier helmet, while fun was wildly impractical with everything that had to accompany it to use, and that most quirks simply couldn't take advantage of it. As it did nothing for mutation or transformation quirks. On paper it was flashy and fun for those with weak quirks to be more powerful but it was nothing more than a gimmick.

"I'll send Trunks to hang out with All Might and the other heroes while you take me to bed. After all, saving me was just the first part, now you get the reward," snaking her arm over her husband's chest she dragged her nails across his shirt.

Vegeta grinned devilishly. "Guess this trip was a good thing, and I killed someone today."

Bulma giggled as Vegeta picked her up to carry her back to their VIP suite at the hotel.
