Hello, dreamers! In this chapter, Lilith will notice something amiss in her kingdom of Frosteria, that she is ruling in place of Dire. Remember towards the end of book 1, when he gave her the ring? Even though she won't be ruling it with Dire like in Astral Maiden's Love, she rules with grace, wisdom, and fairness. This movie will also be a sequel to an earlier mission! So, enjoy!

It was a beautiful, frigid day in the kingdom of Frosteria. Lilith was busy ruling her kingdom as its queen. She was sitting upon her icy throne, wearing a long, beautiful, blue gown, with a diamond crown, decorated with stars. She took a break from her royal duties to walk around her palace, and admire the views. Lilith was standing on a balcony made of solid ice, breathing in the frigid air when she realized something.

The air didn't have the same 'bite' to it.

It wasn't chilling her nostrils like she was used to in Frosteria. Frosterian air was supposed to be extremely cold all of the time. For a normal wintery environment, it would be normal, but not for Frosteria.

This isn't right... Lilith said.

But things were about to get worse. Lilith was holding the railing when she took her hands away in shock. The heat from her hands had made the ice start melting! The railing was dripping water onto the ground below. Lilith knew something was very wrong. Frosterian ice was supposed to be unmeltable! Lilith ran to her interdimensional phone and dialed the Mansion of Lucidity's number.

Coletta picked up the phone. "Hi, Lilith! How's it going?"

"Not good." Lilith looked around, to check if anyone was listening. She cupped her hand to her mouth, and whispered, "The ice here is melting!"

Coletta knew that wasn't good news. "Ok, I'll tell everyone else, and see what they think we should do."

"Bye, Coletta." Lilith hung up the phone. She tried to walk to the throne room to see how everyone was doing, and she slipped and fell! There was so much more water already, that It had started to flood a little bit!

Meanwhile, Coletta had just told everyone about the situation in Frosteria.

"Could the Frostgale Crystal be losing power?" Aurora asked.

"I hope not. I'll ask if Icy can help replace any ice, just until we can stop it from melting." Coletta said. She was going to get Icy before someone knocked on the door.

Coletta answered it. It was Manny, Sid, and Diego!

"Hi! What are you guys doing here?" Coletta asked, pleasantly surprised.

"The ice has been melting in our world, threatening to cause a massive flood!" Manny said.

"That's what's happening in Frosteria!" Coletta said. The four of them went to Frosteria, to try and connect the dots.

Coletta was walking through the palace, staring at the melting ice. "This has the Nightdreamers written all over it..."

"I actually don't think it has to do with them this time. I think it's just the plot of our movie colliding with your world." Diego said.

"Maybe, but either way, we have to stop this," Coletta said.

"Guys! I'm so glad you're here!" Lilith approached them.

"Ok, so what do you think is happening?" Coletta asked.

"I have an idea." Lilith held up a book. It was The Quest for Paradise, the same book Snowy Dawn was from! "I think it wants me to find Snowy, but I don't know where she would be in this timeline. Since I remember everything from my second timeline, she should remember, also.

"You may be right. The Author read this book in 2013, and even though the main incarnation was Esperanza back then, our memories are linked, I may remember something from the book. Do you mind if I read it?" Coletta said. Lilith handed her the book.

Coletta leafed through the pages, trying to find some sort of hint. She looked and looked and looked to no avail. She was about to call it quits when she remembered something! "Wait! I remember when The Author read this as a kid, she gave me the power to summon characters from books!" Coletta said. She focused and tried to summon Snowy.

Snowy appeared before the group. "Lilith! Is that you? I've been on this journey, trying to find you in this timeline for months!" Snowy said.

"Can you help us? The kingdom is melting!" Lilith said.

"I can. I've been plagued by strange nightmares for the past three weeks, about the kingdom melting. I was attempting to get in touch with you for the past few months, because every June, I use my snowflake necklace to perform a spell that protects the kingdom through the summer, to keep the ice unmeltable." Snowy said. She started waving her hands around, and her snowflake crystal started to glow brilliantly. All of the water started freezing back into ice!

"It's working!" Coletta said. Paragon essence was also raining from the sky! She collected it, just as all of the ice was back to normal.

"It worked! Thank you, everyone, for saving my kingdom!" Lilith said, with a smile of gratitude on her face.

"You're welcome," Coletta said. So everyone bid Lilith and Snowy goodbye and returned home. The Ice Age universe was saved, also!

When Coletta got back to the Mansion of Lucidity, she was shocked at what she saw...

Author's note: Cliffhanger! So, the next chapter will really kick it into high gear! I've made a certain decision regarding this book that will be discussed in the first Author's note of the next chapter. But, I have one more thing to talk about. I've been looking at my traffic graphs, and my views for this story ever since I started updating once a day, or once every few days have been so good! Nothing show-stopping, but I've been having some pretty good viewership! The last time I had viewership like this was when I first published The Astral Maiden's love nearly a year ago!
