A Kwami Perspective

2 days after the Battle with Shadow Moth. Adrien just figured out his Lady Love was none other then his Friend Marinette Dupang-Chang, the girl he has gone to School with. The girl that's been sitting right behind him everyday at School. The girl that's been fighting side by side with when fighting the victims of Shadow Moth's plans to get his and Ladybug's Miraculous for YEARS. Helping him Fight a guy for crying out loud Akumatized a Baby just to get our Miraculous is none other then Ladybug.
"Plagg? Are you awake?" Adrien tries talking to Kwami.
"I am now" grumbled the grumpy Black Cat Kwami.
"I think Marinette is Ladybug" he asked Plagg.
When he heard this "Not this again" answered Plagg.
"What do you mean by that Plagg?" upset by his friend's words.
"It wasn't the first time you thought Marinette was Ladybug? Remember the whole Multi-Mouse situation" as Plagg mentions this to his owner.
"Yeah? But this time I am sure its her" answers Adrien.
Plagg sighs "Alright kid! How did you come to this conclusion this time?" as he questions his charge.
"Its something that both Ladybug and Marinette said to me after my Father was arrested. After I got back to the Mansion in my civilian form" he said to Plagg.
"You can't be sure of who she is by words alone kid!" Plagg replies back.
"I know that Plagg! Its how she said the words that are the same" he pauses and continues "When she said to me 'That no matter what happens now. Let it be known that you still got people that love you and care about you. So you'll never be alone', the Vocal Patterns were the same, the Body Language was the same, at first I thought Marinette wasn't Ladybug. But then things started to change as I got to know Marinette more and more over the years and I started to feel connected to her a little bit more" as Adrien explained.
"Then why don't you go to her as Adrien or as Cat Noir and say 'I know who you are'?" as Plagg mentions to his owner.
He turned in his Desk chair and said "No!...Not yet at least" and Plagg says "And Why Not?" he mentions to Adrien.
"Because I don't want to destroy on what I have with her. As both Ladybug and Cat Noir and as Marinette and Adrien. Especially with what just happened 2 Days ago when my Father was Arrested for being both Hawkmoth and Shadow Moth. Well Ladybug has the Peacock, but not the Butterfly and I want to try to find it before things get to out of control" as Adrien answers his Kwami.
"And what do you mean by that kid?" Plagg asks back.
"Things like the Press. School, my Father's Trial, my Mother, and the Issues of the Company. I already gotten a phone call from one of the members of Board of Directors and he is telling me that Sells within the Company are going down slowly and some employees are already Quitting because they don't want to be associated with a Company that is connected to a Supervillain. So things are up in the air right now and I don't want to bring that kind of problem into Marinette and her Parents life. So I need to handle this problem first Plagg before I go saying "Hello M'lady" to Marinette" as he answered Plagg's question.
"Alright kid, I'll leave it to you then" Plagg answered back.
As Adrien was sleeping soundly in his bed. Plagg got up from his sleep and put a caring paw on his owner's shoulder and went out the window and shuts his eyes and initiated a Telepathic connection to Tikki *Tikki, oh Tikki I need to speak with you...HEY SUGARCUBE*.
-Dupang-Chang Bakery-
While both Marinette and Tikki were asleep. Tikki recieves a Telepahic connection from a Kwami and not just any Kwami, but from a little black Migraine called Plagg *Tikki, oh Tikki I need to speak with you...HEY SUGARCUBE* and Tikki woke up and answered *What is it Stinky Sock* *We got a problem, Adrien has figured out that Pigtails is Ladybug* as Plagg answered and Tikki went wide eye and answered back *Okay! So how did Adrien figured this out* and he answered *Not over Telepathic Communique. In person* and Tikki gave a sigh *Okay, meet me at out usual spot* as Tikki answered back.
Within 10 minutes or so of flight time, the 2 Kwamis met half in the center between the Mansion and the Bakery.
"Okay Plagg. This better be Good, so how did your kid figure it out?" said Tikki.
"By her voice. But this time he listen very carefully to her voice" as Plagg answered her Question.
"Okay? So how he determined that?" as Tikki said.
"Its what Pigtails said to my kid as both Ladybug and as her Civilian self that got him to realize it" Plagg answered.
Then she said "Okay and what words were those" and he answered " 'That no matter what happens now. Let it be known that you still got people that love you and care about you, So you'll never be alone', he was able to determined that it was the same vocal patterns as Ladybug's voice 100% ".
"Plagg! Someday those ears of yours would someday be the death of you. Figuratively speaking of course. Okay? Is he going to act on this hunch of his?" she asked him.
"No, Not yet of course. Due to the issues that complicate the matter, his Father's Trial of course being one of them, The Arrangements for his Mother, School, and the Company. He has already gotten a call from one of the Board Members of issues that are popping up and their is also the fact that he wants to try and find Nuru's Miraculous in that Asshole's Lair" answered Plagg.
"Alright then! Then their is nothing to worry about?, We'll let your owner deal with things on his side and see where this leads to and if it leads to wanting their Identities being revealed, I say we let them" as she replied to Plagg.
"Are you sure about this Sugarcube? What about the Butterfly Miraculous and Nuru?" he asked her with a concerned look on his face.
"Don't worry about it Plagg. We'll find Nuru like we did before. We found him once, we can find him again and quite frankly I'm getting kind of tired of the whole 'Hiding their Identities Thing', its time that they know who they are. Especially after the Final Battle with Shadow Moth. They need each other, Now more then ever, but I'll talk it over with the Guardian and see what she says about it. But even if it takes them 3 years to reveal their Identities to each other, I say 'let them do it' and don't call me SUGARCUBE YOU STINKY SOCK" as Tikki replied.
And they went their separate ways back to their owners to get some sleep.
-The Next Day at the Bakery on a Saturday-
As Marinette got up from bed, got into a shower and got dressed. She went to get some Breakfast and went back up to her room to do some designs before she has to meet with Alya later this afternoon, when Tikki decides to talk about what she and Plagg talked about, but not in full context.
"Marinette, Their is something that I want to talk to you about?" asked Tikki,
"What is it Tikki?" she answered back.
"Now that Shadow Moth is taken care of. Have you thought about revealing yours and Cat Noir's identities to each other yet?" she asked.
She looked away from her work and sat back in her desk chair and said this to her Kwami "I don't know Tikki, even though we got the Peacock Miraculous back and is safely back in the Miracle Box and Su-Han gave us the okay to find the Butterfly Miraculous again and left it to our care when he was recalled back to the Temple of the Guardians and after 7 years of working along side the Greatest Partner I have ever had as Ladybug, He does deserve to know who I am, but with the Butterfly Miraculous gone again after the Final Fight. Its just to risky to know each others Identities right Now" as she said this with a some sadness in her heart knowing that this would hurt her kitty even more, "He's been waiting patiently for 7 years to reveal our identities and now he may have to wait longer" she said to little red friend.
"Well. What about Adrien then?" Tikki asked.
She blushed at mere mention of Adrien's name "I don't know Tikki, Maybe, but with things going on with his life right now with his Father going to Prison for the Crimes he Committed as Shadow Moth and with finding out his Mother had been under his house the entire time since she has been missing and probably now has to deal with problems of his Father's Company. I think Adrien has a lot on his plate right now, so in till things get situated with those issues. Then maybe Someday" she answered.
Later that Night, both Kwamis met up again and Tikki mentions to Plagg what Marinette said "She thinks its a better idea to not reveal their identities just yet" as Tikki talks to Plagg, and then she says "But if Adrien wants to surprise her in doing so. I'm not going to stop it".
"Are you sure about this Sugarcube?" Plagg says to her.
"I'm sure of it Plagg. I believe its the guilt talking for what has happened to the Butterfly Miraculous again and not Ladybug or the Guardian talking. She thinks that things are coming full circle again after what has happened to both the Peacock and Butterfly Miraculous when Master Fu lost both of them" she replied.
"But its not her fault. Shadow Moth is to blame for knocking her off of that Asshole while she held onto the Miraculous" as Plagg said.
"And I told her that. But she still thinks its her fault for losing her grip on it" she replied back to him.
"I'm going to tell you something Sugarcube. My kid's been thinking about looking for the Miraculous in that Asshole's Lair. But its a big place and the Miraculous is small. It could have flown anywhere after she lost her grip on it, even..." as Plagg paused their.
"Even in where Plagg?" as Tikki asked him and then he answered "In the Water that was in the Chamber where my kid's Mother was residing" and he continued "But don't worry Sugarcube. Before he checks the reservoir, he would check every corner, Every nook and cranny before he checks that pool of water".
"Do whatever it takes Plagg and contact me if Cat Noir wants to tell Ladybug himself" as Tikki told him.
"Will do" he replied and off he went back to his owner and she did the same.
After Months of searching the Lair Adrien/Cat Noir has come to a conclusion that the Butterfly Miraculous is nowhere to be found after the Final Battle. Even at the bottom of the Water Reservoir that was in the Lair was a dud and he has come to the conclusion that the Miraculous was sucked out into the Sewer System by the Drainage System in the Lair. Now he has to tell Ladybug what he's been doing for the past few months.
"Look Adrien! There was no way you could have known that the Miraculous would have been sucked out by those drains and into the Sewer System." Plagg talks to Adrien.
"I know Plagg. Those schematics that we got from Natalie before the Battle with Shadow Moth, said that those Drains lead out to the Sewers. I guess I can't blame myself for hoping that the Miraculous would've gotten stuck on the edge of a corner or sunk to the bottom of the reservoir in the Lair" he answered.
He sighed and then says "Now I have to tell Ladybug, but I have no way of contacting her when I'm not Transformed" he said with a sigh, then Plagg mentions "Actually kid, I can contact Tikki and she'll let Ladybug know that you want to talk to her" as he answers.
"Wait your telling me this just now when you always had this Ability?" he asked his Kwami.
"Its called Telepathic Communication and its not something we Kwamis use all the time because its risky for us to use it" Plagg answers him.
"What do you mean Risky?" Adrien asks.
"Remember when we wanted to try and contact Nuru?" and Adrien nodded his head as Plagg continues "Well this works on somewhat the same principals with only 1 Kwami contacting another Kwami such as Tikki for example because I know where she is exactly and stuff like that. But when your trying to contact a Lost Kwami like Nuru for example. We didn't know where he might be in the world, so we rely on the other Kwamis for support and amplify our Telepathic Powers to try and contact him. We knew that he was somewhere in Paris because of Shadow Moth is based in Paris and has been for years. But we didn't know 'WHERE' in Paris Nuru was. But with Tikki its different, its because I know where she is and NO, I am not telling you where" Plagg told him.
"Okay, Why is it risky then?" he asked.
"Because it operates on the same frequency as the Psychic Wavelength that Psychics use to sense spirits and stuff. They wont be able to hear our conversation or sense where we actually are. But they would able to sense the spiritual energy that is used for it. But we don't want to take that chance and we Kwamis sometimes forget about that little issue" he told Adrien.
"Okay! Send the message to Tikki then and tell her to tell Marinette to meet me at the Eiffel Tower" Adrien told Plagg as he closed his eyes and sent the Message to Tikki, "Okay message sent" as he said it and then Adrien said those famous words "Plagg, Claws Out" and transformed in Cat Noir.
Meanwhile at the Bakery in Marinette's Bedroom, Tikki was munching on a Sugar Cookie along with Marinette at her desk while she was working on a dress design, when Tikki receive a T.C. from Plagg letting her know that Cat Noir wants to talk with his Bugaboo.
"Uh Marinette? Their is something I need to tell you" she mentions to Marinette.
"What is it Tikki?" she answers back.
"Cat Noir wants to meet with us" Tikki repiles back to her.
"And how do you know this?" she asks her tiny friend.
"Because I received a T.C. from Plagg and he's saying that Cat Noir wants to meet with his" as Tikki paused at that comment "His Bugaboo at the Eiffel Tower. Its about the Butterfly Miraculous?" she answered.
Marinette blushed at the comment she made and then said "Okay! Now I know that's Plagg and Cat Noir trying to contact me" she said with a slight upset tone.
"Alright we better go meet with him then, Tikki, Spots On" as Marinette transformed in Ladybug (while still in her normal original suit before chapter 1 suit change) headed out through the Trap Door to the Balcony and started to head on out to meet with her silly flirting feline partner.
As Ladybug arrives at the Eiffel Tower. She sees her silly kitty sitting on 1 of the Girders, waiting for his favorite spotted heroine to show up and as she lands, he felt the pat of the landing and got up to greet his Lady.
"Good Evening M'lady! Always a lovely night to see you" as he goes up to hug her.
"Its always nice to see you kitty. Even though its been months since the last time I saw you and the last time was when we got together and talked about cutting back on the Patrols now that Shadow Moth is behind Bars. So what have you been up to since then and you mentioned something about the Butterfly Miraculous when Tikki received a? What is it called a T.C.?" she asked him.
"Yeah, its called Telepathic Communication. Apparently Kwamis can communicate by Telepathy. I thought you knew this stuff already since your the Guardian" he said to her.
"Well even as Guardian, I'm still learning things" she answers back and continues "So Plagg told Tikki and she says you have info on the Butterfly Miraculous?" she asks.
"Yeah. For these past few months I been looking for it in Shadow Moth's Lair under Adrien Agreste's Mansion" as he told Ladybug.
"You have?, How come you haven't told me this before Kitty! We could've been looking for it together?" as asked her feline friend and partner
"I wanted to tell you, but it was at the request of Adrien Agreste that only I be the one to look for it. Since I was the one he told about his Father to begin with and because he didn't want a bunch of Superheroes causing the Press to go stir crazy and asking Questions. Oh and he also wanted me to give this to you" as he hands her the Book of the Miraculous and Ladybug went all wide eye and said "How?" and he replied "Adrien managed to open his Father's safe behind his Mother's picture and gave it to me. He wanted to keep it at first. But he thought it would be best if it were returned to you" as he finished "He also wanted me to tell you not to visit him to thank him as he has to much going on right now".
"I'll will respect his privacy and I kind of guess why he wants it this way. He's got a lot on his plate right now" she mentions to her partner.
"Well, back to the matter at hand? I was looking for the Butterfly Miraculous in Shadow Moth's Lair. I was looking for it in every nook and cranny and couldn't find it. Even with my cat eye vision. So I turned into my Aqua form and checked the water that was in the Lair to see if it sunk to the bottom and couldn't find it there either, but then I took a look at the schematics that Gabriel Agreste's former Assistant gave us and saw the Lair had a Drainage System to release water pressure and the drains were to small for me to fit through and last time I checked, I didn't have a shrink Power-Up or was using the Mouse Miraculous" and Ladybug giggled at this comment and he continued "And realized those drains lead to the sewers" (Ladybug gasps at this) and her partner continues "In which leads to the Seine River. So which means it could be anywhere or be found by anyone. I feel like I failed you" and her kitty looks down like he disappointed her and she says to him "You didn't fail me kitty. You did the right thing? You asked Adrien Agreate if you could try and find the Miraculous and spent months trying to find it, with no Luck. But you did get both the Peacock Miraculous and Miracle Book back. So that's a A+ for me kitty. But the one that should be at fault is me. If only I held onto the Miraculous better, I wouldn't have lost it"
He looked at his beautiful sexy partner and said "Hey, Its not your fault either! Shadow Moth knocked you away from him in which resulted in you losing your grip on the Butterfly Miraculous causing it to fly into the water".
"I know! But it just feels like when Master Fu lost both Miraculous and the Book when he was running from Feast" Ladybug said.
"I know it feels like that M'Lady. But we have both the Miracle Book and the Peacock Miraculous. So that is 2 points for us and 1 point for Neutral" as her kitty tried to cheer her up and she giggled at the comment and he continued "And don't worry? We will get the Butterfly Miraculous back. Weather its stuck in the mud somewhere or someone finds it. We'll get it back either way" he says to her.
"Well, I better get this back to my place and thank you for doing what you did these past few moths kitty" as she gave him a peck on the cheek.
"Your welcome..." as she leapt off the Eiffel Tower and swung back to the direction of the Bakery and Cat continued what he was saying "Marinette" and places a hand on his cheek and blushes for a bit as he headed back to the Mansion to get some much needed sleep.
-3 years Later (3 months before the Ski Trip)-
"You want to plan a Month Long Ski Trip to Switzerland with your Friends in January?" Plagg mentions to his owner while about to munch on a piece of Camembert.
"Yeah, I haven't seen my friends in over 3 years Plagg. Not since the whole fiasco with my father, my mother's Funeral and the selling of Gabriel Fashions. Its time that I make-up for lost time and plus Paris hasn't needed Ladybug and Cat Noir much since the final battle with my Father, even though we sometimes still make rounds to let Paris know we're still watching over them" as Adrien replied "And plus, I want to find out about my Lady, to know if Marinette is Ladybug" Adrien finished off.
"I thought you said you already figured out if Pigtails was Ladybug?" Plagg said.
"I did 3 years ago. But I want to bring it out to the fold so to speak" as Adrien replied.
Then Plagg goes back to 3 years ago remembering what Tikki said to him. That she was getting tired of the whole 'Keeping Identities Secret' thing and to let Adrien make the first move and he has with this month long ski trip to the Winter House in Switzerland and the more he thinks about it. The more he thinks that Tikki might be right, because of what Tikki says is true, Ladybug has been trying to find the Butterfly Miraculous in the Sewers.
As Adrien was asleep in bed, Plagg woke up and phased through the bedroom door leading to the Terrace outside of his Apartment. He closed his eyes and initiated a T.C. to Tikki and made contact with her.
At the Bakery Tikki was asleep with Marinette on her bed when she heard Plagg's voice and replied *Plagg, its been a while! whats up?* and he replied *Remember when you said to let my kid make the first move when it comes to revealing their identities"
*Yeah* she said
*Well, he made the first move, he's planning on a month long ski trip to the Winter House in wintery Switzerland in January for the 4 of them* as Plagg tells her.
*I didn't know he had a Winter House in Switzerland and its for the 4 of them, Marinette, Alya, and Nino?* she replied.
*No Larry, Moe, and Curly! Of course Marinette, Alya, and Nino, Who do you think!* being sarcastic as he always is.
*Okay, Then I suggest we let it happen* she say.
*What about the Butterfly Miraculous?* he asked
*Plagg? Theirs not really much we can do about it but wait in till it makes an appearance like it did 7 years ago okay* she replied back.
With a sigh *Alright Tikki. We'll wait in till it makes an appearance again. But it doesn't mean I have to like it* Plagg answered.
-At the Winter House in Switzerland. (Chapter 2)-
Up in the Wooden Rafters Tikki, Plagg, Trixx, and Wayzz are all playing rounds of Go-Fish when all of a sudden all 4 Kwamis feel a sudden wave of pleasure within the house and Plagg and Tikki soon realized who it was.
"I'm guessing my kid's plan went smoothly?" Plagg mentions.
"Smoothly isn't what I call it. From the emotions I'm feeling, it feels like an Avalanche just crashed on top of the house" as Tikki replied.
"I haven't felt these kinds of emotions since Rena and Carapace had their first times" mentions Trixx.
"Even though Master Fu would be happy for them now. I still think its to soon for them to reveal themselves with Nuru's Miraculous still missing" replied Wayzz and then mentions "But from what you guys have told me and from what I heard from Rena. The Guardian has become obsessed with finding the Butterfly Miraculous and with the issues that happened with Cat Noir with his Father, his Mother, and his former Company, I guess I could let it go. They need each other" Wayzz finished off with.
"And what about me, I have to sleep in that room tonight once we call it a night" grunted Plagg.
"Don't worry Stinky Sock, I know how you feel about these sort of things when it comes to your Kittens and my Ladybugs. You can stay in Ladybug's room with me while she is...preoccupied" Tikki said to Plagg as she giggled at him.
-Next Day (Chapter 3)-
"Well its about damn time all of you revealed who you were, I was getting tired of smelling the stench of a sex filled room. So I went over to Ladybug's room and stayed with Tikki. Now Where's my Cheese", with what Plagg just said both Marinette and Adrien went full on complete Tikki color red.
"PLAGG IF I HAD A FLY SWATTER RIGHT NOW, I'D SWAT YOU WITH IT" as Adrien said this to Plagg, Plagg then said "I like to see you try kid" and everyone just laughed including Tikki and Trixx, but not Wayzz, he was always leveled headed when came to such things, but that doesn't mean he thought of seeing Adrien swatting Plagg with a Fly Swatter quite funny.
"Nino allow me to introduce you to the pain in my backside" "HEY, I resent that remark" "But a very good friend none the less, Plagg my Kwami" as Adrien finished.
"Hey! How ya doing" as Plagg answered.
"And this little bundle of sweetness is my Kwami, Tikki" as Marinette introduce her Kwami.
"Its nice to finally meet you face to face Carapace" answered Tikki.
"You can call me Nino Tikki" Nino said.
"We can't as you probably already know from both Wayzz and Trixx. That we can't say our owners names when were in front of other people and other Kwamis due to the spell on the Miraculous. Unless were alone with the Guardian in private which Ladybug is the Guardian".
"Oh yeah, I completely forgot about that" as Nino replied, then Nino just realize something.
As their owners went to take their showers and get ready to head out to get breakfast, the kwamis sat on the table talking and waiting.
"That was very rude of you Plagg! Rena and Carapace didn't need to know what it smelled like in Adrien's room" as Tikki looked at him and as Plagg snickered before he answered back
"OH NO! You are not going to take away my fun at embarrassing my kid and if your kid just happens to be there. That's 2 for the price of 1 embarrassing looks on their faces I get to laugh at. After years of hearing my kitten go GA GA over Ladybug and Marinette and about how he finally knows the identity of his Lady after that Final Battle and going through the hurt he had to go through within the 7 years before he planned this Trip, I am going to take every chance I can get and besides its not like Rena and Carapace hadn't done the 'The Horizontal Mambo' once they went to bed last night" as Plagg looked towards Trixx and Wayzz and they were both all wide eyed at what Plagg just said and just started laughing again.
Then Tikki said "Oh Plagg! What am I going to do with you" as they hear doors opening and their owners started coming out their bedrooms all fresh and not smelling like sex, Adrien grabbed one of the Keys from a secret cabinet in the wall and pressed the start up button on it, meaning he has just started up one of the vehicles in the Garage to get it warmed up.
Plagg said to Adrien "Are you sure its a good idea to start a car while its inside the Garage?".
Adrien answered his little black friend "Not to worry Plagg? The Garage has a Filtering System that Automatically starts up when it detects a Car being started and starts filtering out the Exhaust Fumes from it" and everybody went to the car and headed out to get a nice Breakfast at the Ski Lodge Resort.
