(Shows Build throw a punch then a kick)

(Scene changes to Ichika working on paper)

(Zooms in on Ichika as swings blade in IS)

(Shows Bat with Monsters in front of him, Scene switches to bottles on a spinning table. Hands grab the bottles.)
Egao tayasazuni
(Shows Sento, Tabane, Ichika, Chloe all shaking bottles)
There you will...
(Shows Sento turning lever and takes Henshin pose. Build armor encloses around Sento)
Be The One, Be The One! All right!
(Shows Rabbit Tank doing finisher, then Gorilla Diamond smashing fist, Show Hedgehog Tank do Ora Ora attacks breaking the screen.)
Ashita no chikyū o naki da senai kara
(Silhouettes of other Characters appear)
Be The Lights, Be The Lights! All right!
(Sento spins kicks, Ichika throws a punch. Steam engulfs screen to Show Bat)
Tsuyoku nareru yo, I wanna Get it!
(shows Build standing before an army of Smash monsters)
Nanika wo tasukete sukutte dakishime
(back to Sento and Co shaking bottles as camera pans around)

(Build readies weapon and Charges Smash Army)

(Rabbit Tank stands as sparks fall on him. Gorilla Diamond readies gorilla fist)
Message, Okoru yo hibiku yo~!
(Tank Hedgehog readies smash attack. Ichika throws a punch while screaming.)
We are Sento…
Ichika:(waving arms) NO! Don't you, that Smash is Kasumi!
Sento:(looks at Smash) What?... This is the worst possible outcome…
A distorted chuckle echoes around me as a figure forms from the smoke. A figure in black armor and a bat motif appears. "You're… That bat man!" I shouted, the figure chuckles. "It's Night Rogue." Rogue answers. Strapping on my belt I pull out the Hedgehog and Tank Bottles.
Sento:(shakes bottles) I don't care what you call yourself!
Rogue:(tilts head) Oh…?
Opening the caps I insert the bottles into my belt. "Hedgehog! Tank!" Cranking my belt, the armor runner forms around me. "Are You Ready?!" I enter a henshin pose. "Henshin!" I shout as the armor runner closes and I charge Night Rogue and engage him. I throw and swing my spiked fist at Night Rogue to which he leans back and dodges my attacks easily. Night Rogue side steps me and grabs my arm and brings me in close.
Build:(struggling) I know you experimented on me! What did you do to my body?!
Rogue:(tilts head) Oh? As if I could remember every guinea pig's face. Not that you're showing yours.
Build:(jumps back) Don't fuck with me!
I attempt to charge Rogue, only for him to kick me back. The pipes on Rogue's armor pump out smoke that obscures him, 'You can't run!' running into the smoke I only end up passing through to the other side. "Huh?" I look around. "Don't think you can beat me with some random bottles." A voice inside the smoke tells me. I slashed from behind as I stumbled to the ground. "Get up!" Rogue shouts grabbing me by the collar and lifting me up then tossing me back. I quickly get back up, but as I'm about to head back into the fight I spot the Smash pointing its cannon at Banjou. "Crap! Move!" I shout running over to Banjou, grabbing him as we jump out of the way just as the Smash shoots at us, we are blown back and hit the ground near the coast line. 'Can't ignore the Smash…' I stand up to engage the Smash.
Ichika:(grabs Build) No! Stop it! That's Kasumi!
Build:(looks at Ichika) Don't worry! If I can remove the Smash essence, she will return to normal.
Rogue:(aims gun) I wouldn't do that.(steps over) If you do that, she's dead.
Build:(steps back) What? What are you talking about?
Rogue:(gestures to Smash) That frail body of her's could only reach Hazard Level 1. She was dead the moment her body was given the gas.
Ichika:(eyes widen) No… Kasumi…
Build:(clenches fist) You bastard!
Rogue:(jumps away) Deal with them… And have fun.
I look at the Flame Smash as it points its arm cannon at me. I move to attack. "Please, stop!" Banjou exclaims, just as he gets in the way the Smash seems to tense up. "What the?" I mutter, we both watch as we see the Smash shoot itself in the face as it collapses to the ground. "What's happening?!" Banjou shouts.
Build:(steps next to Ichika) Impossible, turning into a Smash should cause a loss of identity… Yet, she's struggling to control herself. She's hurting herself to avoid hurting you…
Ichika:(reaching out) Why…? She wanted to see the Sakura… And watch it with everyone…(turns to Build) Hey… Is there really no way to save her?
Build:(shakes head) I'm sorry. Night Rogue is right… She's on death's door.
Ichika:(looks at Kasumi) … In that case.(looks at Build) At least turn her back to normal…(bow) Please!
Glancing between Banjou and Kasumi I step past Banjou. 'Hold on Kasumi-chan. I'll break you free.' Reaching down to my bottle holder, I take out the Rabbit and a new Full Bottle. The Vacuum Bottle. I shake the bottles, the math formulas floating around me. I place the two bottles into the slots. "Rabbit! Sojiki!" Grabbing the lever and I begin to crank the lever as the armor runner forms around me. "Are you Ready?!" The Rabbit, and Sojiki armor changes out of my previous armor.
The Sojiki armor is the right head, left arm, and right leg. The helmet visor shaped in that of a Vacuum. The arm is basically an arm mounted Vacuum. The shoulder pad being a container for anything that the vacuum sucks up, a wire connecting the holder to the Vacuum.
I first suck up the flames around the Smash. It gets back up and points its cannon at me and fires a jet of flames at me. Pointing out my vacuum I suck up the flames from her. 'Come on...Think think…' After some thinking, I snap my fingers. "The Formula to victory has been decided!" I said pulling a latch on my shoulder that releases the flames in a tornado of flame. I quickly swap my bottles out and crank my belt. "Gorilla! Diamond! Best Match!" The armor runner forms around me. "Build up!" "Are you Ready?" The armor swaps out as I raise my arm to the tornado of flames, it turns from flame into Diamond. "The Dazzling Destroyer! Gorillamond! Yeah~!" Holding out my arm, the gems wrap around my gauntlet. I throw it straight at the Smash, barraging it with diamonds. The gems begin wrapping around in a vortex around slowly splitting the Smash form Kasumi. Reaching down to my belt I crank it, as the separation continues. "Voltech Finish! Yay~!" I charge over and hold up the Smash over Kasumi.
Ichika: Kasumi!(runs over) Kasumi…?
Kasumi:(looks up) I-Ichika?
Ichika:(picks up Kasumi) How…? She's breathing…
Build:(struggling) Th-This is all I can do for her! She won't last! Make this time… Agh! Precious!
Kasumi: Ichika… I'm sorry, I tricked you…
Ichika:(tearing up) It's fine! Don't talk!
Kasumi:(crying) A-A man named Nabeshima had me send you to the scientist's room… He said he could get you back in the Boxing rink… If you… If everyone had never met me… Their lives… Would've been a happier one. I'm sorry…
Ichika:(crying) That's crazy! Don't say such things! We couldn't have asked for a better life! We couldn't ask for a better friend! Meeting you made us the happiest we've ever been… Especially me. I love you…
Kasumi:(smiles) Thank you…
The Smash begins to break apart. "She's falling apart! I can't hold it any longer!" I exclaim as Kasumi-chan… Dies, turning into dust.. I blast away the Smash as it falls to the ground defeated. "Why...? I thought we were gonna see the Sakura's again with everyone, again…" Banjou mutters, his eyes welling with tears. Banjou Ichika… I take out the bottles from my belt. Hearing sirens off in the distance I take out an empty bottle and I absorb the Smash's essence. I close up the bottle's cap, and I look at it. Kasumi-chan. 'At least with this, you leave something that can still help people behind. Don't worry, I'll make sure you don't die in vain.' "Let's go. The cops are on their way." I said looking at Ichika who's kneeling on the ground.
Ichika:(crying) It's fine… It doesn't matter anymore. Just leave me here.
Sento:(walks over) What is? What's fine about all of this!?(grabs Ichika) Nothing about this is fine! If you get caught now, they're gonna link her death to your crimes! Then you're going back to being a murder! Don't make her death mean nothing! You think that's what she'd want!?... (pushes Ichika away) Meet me back at the bikes.
I storm off back to the bikes. And after a bit, Ichika begins to follow after. Getting back on the bikes, I give another worried look at Ichika-kun, before he revs up his engines and we drive off.
We are Tabane… IS Cafe…
Sitting out on the front of my Cafe, I read the news on my tablet while enjoying a cup of coffee. "The fugitive Kamen Rider… Huh." I said reaching the article aloud. "Muu?" A tingly sensation on my back creeps up. 'Itch~...' Squeezing the tablet it turns to a moldable mush like clay as I turned into a scratching stick. I reach back and scratch that itch. "Ahn~" I moan.
We are Ichika… Underground lab…
Walking through into the lab I see Ichika his body slumped on the back of a chair resting as he stares up at the Bottle fabricator. 'If he hadn't trusted me…' I think to myself, I glance to the right of the room to see an incomplete IS unit. "Hey." I said, looking back over to Sento, "Thanks to you, I was able to say Goodbye to Kasumi, thank you." I said… 'Hmm?' I walk over to see him resting on the chair. "You're asleep?!" I exclaim. *BEEP~! DING* An alarm rings out and the bottle fabricator door swings with a loud bang. "WHA!" I shout in shock instinctually grabbing Sento. His eyes shoot open as he stands up. "The bottle!" Sento shouts, pushing me off him as he rushes to the door. Reaching inside, he grabs the bottle and takes it out.
The Bottle is blue with black rimmed top and bottom. The blue glass has a dragon mold design.
Sento:(looking at Bottle) A Dragon…(glances at Ichika) … You'll always want to keep an eye on him right? Ryuga Kasumi-san…(turns to Ichika) I think this one belongs to you.(tosses bottle) Here, catch.
Ichika:(catches Bottle) Huh? Why?
Sento:(walks down steps) This bottle is made from the Smash that Kasumi turned into. It only seems fair to give it to you.(steps over to Ichika) Oh, and another thing. It took some work, but we got some extra evidence, and despite what happened recently, the court decided that you are no longer a prime suspect. You're as of now. A free man.
Ichika:(looks at bottle) I see…(looks at Sento) Thank you.
Sento smiles as he pats me on the back. "That's great for you isn't it Ikkun!" Tabane said, hugging me from behind. She spins me around and I tumble out as I stumble onto the incomplete IS. Catching myself on the IS I look back over. "Oi! Don't throw me around like that! I could have broken this thing!" I exclaim tapping the IS. The unit lights up, 'Eh?' the whole IS activates. "Eh?"
Sento: Eh?
Tabane: Eh? Ikkun can… Activate an IS?
Chloe:(steps out of Fabricator) What's… Eh?
Ichika:(staring at IS) EEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHH~!? Seriously?!
Construct 7 Complete.

A twist of fate. A new chapter begins.
"I'm going to the IS Academy?"
Banjou goes to school.
"Chifuyu-nee?!"
Familiar faces. Yet new beginnings.
"It's Banjou-Sensei here."
Another new job.
"I'm Kiryu Sento, as of today I am a counselor here at the IS academy."
