Chapter 7:

Great News

A/N: In our Last Chapter, During a Lunch get together with Alya, Marinette just told Alya the good News with just 1 simple word 'Maid-of-Honor' and when Alya heard those words, she went all wide eyes and just started to scream.

-Marinette POV-

"AHHHHHH" as Alya screamed at the top of her lungs and got up from her seat and onto the other side of the table and gave her Bestie one big hug "OH I AM SO PROUD OF YOU GIRL".

"Okay Alya!, You need to calm down, your starting to make a scene" Marinette told her best friend.

"Okay okay, oh I'm just so proud of you" as she takes a breath and says "Show me the Ring?" and Marinette shows her the Ring on her finger "Oh My God, Its Beautiful Marinette" and starts calming down from her excitement, "Okay, you need to tell me everything that has happened, up to the point Adrien has Popped the Question" she said.

"Well, it started after I gotten back from our 'Girls Day' at the Mall when I got back to the Bakery, my parents were still doing the Inventory Count when I got back, I asked if they needed an extra hand and they said that they got it and were almost done anyways and then my Mother said that their was a package that was Specially Delivered to the Bakery and so I took some cookies with me and went up to my room and saw what the item was, It was Suit Bag and I opened it and saw it was Black Opened Back Dress from DaySonics Exquisite Romantic Line that cost over $400,000 Dollars" she told her.

"OMG and let me Guess who it was from, A certain 22 year old Blonde Hair Man that Rocks your Whole World?" Alya mentions before taking a sip of water from her water bottle.

"AYLA and yes it was from Adrien, with a Sticky Note on it letting me know of a Surprise Dinner Date he planned the next day at 7:30pm on Tuesday" Marinette told her.

"And you had No Idea that he was planning on proposing to you?" Alya said.

"Not One Single Bit" she said, then said "Though I do Suspect my Parents might've known"

"Okay?, So where did your Prince Charming take his Princess?" Alya asked.

"Rena Rouge" and Alya just started choking on her water when she heard this "Oh sorry, I meant Chea'Rena Rouge" as Marinette teased her as payback for the times she teased her before and during their month long Skit Trip.

"You got me their Girl and OMG, Chea'Rena Rouge huh, If Nino took me there, I'll not only Kill him, but also make love to his corspe to" she says and Marinette just started laughing.

"Yeah and I smacked him on the arm for that secret he kept from me, but this place was ABSOLUTELY BREATH TAKING, the Food was so Delicious" she told Ayla.

"And let me guess what the Wine they served you, Cat Noir Passionfruit flavored Wine" she said to her bestie.

"How did you Know?" she asked her.

"It was obvious, he saw you how much you liked it when we all taste tested it during our trip, so he had to make it available for your 'Special Night'" she said "And then what Happened?" she asked.

"Then we had Dessert and paid the Bill and left" Marinette told her.

"That's it?" Alya asked.

"No, after we got into his Car, Adrien asked me if I wanted to go see the Penthouse and I said 'I would Love to' and we headed over there" as Marinette took another bite of her sandwich and continued "As we got there, he took out his Key for the Penthouse Level, I saw this look on his face and I didn't know why he had such a look on his face?" she said to Alya.

"He must've realized he forgotten to make a Set of Keys for you" Alya told her and Marinette said "Really?"

"Yeah, Penthouses like his would require 2 set of Keys, 1 for the Elevator to access the floor its on and the other for you to get into the Penthouse itself, after all, you are going to be living there as his Fiance and his Soon-to be-Wife and would need your own set of keys to access your own home, unless you forgot to grab your keys when your heading out and I'm pretty sure the Security Guy at the Security Desk would have one for the Elevator and a Security Key for Security Purposes and if necessary for the Police involvement" she said.

Just as the girls were talking, a Black 2019 Ford Mustang pulls up to the Cafe's Outdoor Eating Area where they were having Lunch.

"Hey!, Isn't that Adrien's car?" Alya asked.

"Yeah, that is Adrien's car?" answered Marinette with a confused look on her face as her Handsome Fiance with his Black Sun Glasses got out of his car as Marinette got out of her seat to greet her her Fiance.

"What are you doing here Adrien?" she asked him as she gave him a kiss on the lips.

"I went over to the Bakery and was told that you went to have Lunch with Alya at the Cafe here" he answered her and gave Alya a wave "And plus to give you these" as he hands her 2 keys for the Penthouse Level and the Penthouse itself "The keys to the Penthouse Elevator Level and the Penthouse itself and when your already to pack-up your stuff at the Bakery, we can start moving you to the Penthouse".

"Well, you don't have to worry, because after you dropped me off at the Bakery Yesterday, I already went to the Hardware Store and gotten some Moving Boxes and started packing" as she replied and smiled at her new Fiance.

"See, I knew you were perfect for me" as he smiled back at her and gave Marinette a kiss on the lips.

Alya, who was just sitting there watching her 2 best friends practically smooch each other to death, she snapped the 2 of them out of their smooching session by saying "Its nice of you guys to finally Pop the Question, but Why don't you Guys wait in till the Honeymoon to be like this" as she smiled at her 2 friends snapped out of their Face Sucking and had the most Reddest Cheeks in Paris from the embarrassment they share with each other, Alya turned to Adrien and continued what she was about to say, "So Adrien, Did you talk to Nino yet?" she asked Adrien and he replied.

"Yeah, I talked to him Last Night after he got off from Work and he was excited by it" he said.

-Adrien POV Flashback, Wednesday, Around 7pm-

As Nino was walking out of the Paris Movie Studios, when he saw Adrien's car sitting in front of the Main Entrance with Adrien leaning on the side of it as he waited for his Best Friend to come out of the Main Gate.

"Adrien, Dude, What brings you here to the Studio?" he asked him.

"I was wondering if you would like to Join me for a Drink? Because their is something I would like to talk to you about?" Adrien replied back to him.

"Sure Dude, there's a Bar not to far from here" he said to Adrien.

As they both got into his car and drove off in the direction of the Bar, they arrive at the location and Adrien pulled the car into the small Parking lot near the Bar and both of them got out of the car and headed on over to it.

As they both went in and sat at the Bar and ordered a couple of Beer Mugs, Nino started up the conversation.

"So! What's on your Mind Buddy? You and Marinette had a Fight or Something?" he said.

"Oh No, its nothing like that at all, in fact I couldn't even be more Happier" Adrien told him.

"Well that's Good, So What is it then?" Nino replied back.

"Well Nino, You have been my Best Friend ever since my First Day at a Normal School" Adrien said and continued "We have been through a lot since those days at Francois Dupont and some things I wont mention" meaning those things behind the masks and Nino got the idea of what he meant and continued "And all those times we been Best Friends, but you been more then just my Best Friend, you been like a Brother to me Nino and Now its time for you to take the Next Step" as he paused to take a sip of his Beer and continues "As My Best-Man" he finished up with.

When Nino heard this, he went all wide eyed and puts a arm around his shoulder and said "DUDE, Congratulations, Marinette must be so Happy when you Popped the Question and I know you would treat her right Bro" he said to his Best Friend.

"Thanks Bro" he replied back

"Well! This calls for a Toast" as he raises his Beer Mug "To Many More Adventures my Brother" Nino said to him.

"To Many More Adventures" Adrien replied as they both clingged their glasses together.

-End of Adrien POV Flashback-

As Adrien told Alya and Marinette about his and Nino's Day at the Bar, Alya then asks Marinette how Adrien proposed to her and Marinette answered her question.

"Well?, After Adrien here gave me the Grand Tour of the Penthouse, we both were staring out into the Night Sky with the Eiffel Tower in the view and he mentions that he wants to make it a home for the both of us and I just looked at him with a blank look on my face and then told me how we first met and You, me, and Nino all became friends, like he always had friends other then Chloe and then he mentions how I been a Friend, a Partner, A Girl-Friend and that he thinks we should take the Next Step and he got on 1 knee and Popped the Question and I said Yes with Tears in my eyes and he places the Ring on my Finger and the Rest is History" she told Ayla, but leaving the sex details out of this conversation.

"History Alright, History in the Making with you 2 and I also suspect you 2 made 'HISTORY' in the Bedroom to" as Alya commented on this and the 2 of them went Redder then Reddest Rose and when Alya saw the looks on those 2 faces, she just started laughing and calm down.

As the Red in the Face faded, Marinette turned to Adrien and said "Well, Laughing and History Lessons aside, Would like to join us for Lunch Honey?"

"I would Love to, But I have to head to the Train Station to catch my Train to London to meet with my Aunt and Cousin and would be back the Next Day" he told her.

"Your going out of Town Today?'" Marinette said with a sad look on her face.

"Don't worry its only for 1 Day, nothing more and I would be back the Next Day" Adrien told his Princess as he kissed the back of her hand, "Well, I better get going" as he kissed his Lady on the lips and got back into his car and drove off.

As Marinette watched Adrien drove off, she went back to join Ayla at their table and finished up their Lunch, when Alya mentions something to her bestie.

"What say you and I go find Andre for his Famous Ice Cream and afterwards we head back to the Bakery and I help you pack your stuff up for your move?" she told her.

"You got it" Marinette said with a smile.

-Adrien POV, Location: London, England-

As Adrien's Train Arrives in London, Adrien gets off the Train and makes his way to the Exit with this Luggage to catch a Cab that would take him to his Aunt's Place in the Country.

As he arrives in the Country side of London, Adrien turns his head from his book and looks out from the window of his Cab and sees the beautiful landscape of London's Country area and remembers all the times he and his Cousin had fun in these fields when he and his Mother came to visit his Aunt and Cousin when they were younger and he remembered just how nice and fun loving his cousin was before he became such a jerk.

As the Cab begins to arrive at the Graham De Vanly Country Estate and looks back to the last time he came here with his Mother and remembering how happy he was coming here, as for his Father, he never really liked his Sister-in-Law all that much, much less his Father-in-Law. He was once told by his Aunt once that Grandpa De Vanly didn't think his Father was 'WORTHY' of his Daughter Emile because the Graham De Vanly Family was a Class of High Society and Nobleman through out History, while the Agreste Family were from a Middle Class of Rich Families, in fact Gabriel Fashions was first Funded using Graham De Vanly Wealth, so that's why the Graham De Vanly Foundation, such as his Aunt Amelie is 1 of 2 Secret Board Members within the Company and Second to hold Controlling Interest within the Company, while the Agreste's Hold Primary Controlling Interests and the Second Secret Board Member was Tomoe Tsurugi of Tsurugi Corporation, but has no Controlling intrists in the Gabriel Fashions.

As Adrien's Cab arrives at the Main Gate and turns on the road way that leads to the Estate, the Cab stopped at the front door of the House and both the Driver and Adrien got out Cab, with the Driver getting his suit case out of the Trunk of the car and with Adrien paying the Driver.

As he watched the Cab pulling away, he went to the door and rang the door bell and as the Butler opened the door and was surprised to see who it was, "Master Adrien, This is an Unexpected Surprise? What brings you to your Aunt's Estate?" as the Butler asks him.

"Nice to see again Wilson, am I allowed to come in?" as Adrien answers the Elder Butler and he answers back "Of course Young Master, you're Always Welcomed here Master Adrien of course" he finished off with "So? What brings you here to here?" he asked.

"I'm here to see my Aunt and Cousin, are they here?" Adrien asked.

"Your Aunt is in her Study, as for your cousin?, young Master Felix is out for the day and wont be back in till 3pm I'm afraid" Wilson answered as he led Adrien to his Aunt Amelie's Study.

As Wilson knocked on the Study door, he waited in till heard a "Enter" and opened the door.

Inside the Study, Amelie was sitting in a big chair at her Desk that once belonged to her late Husband working on her Desktop Computer checking on the latest reports from the Graham Di Vanly Foundation while sipping on a cup of Tea when she heard a knock on the Study door and said "Enter" and the door opened and in came Wilson.

"Sorry for the interruption Madam, But a very special Guest just arrived today and wants to meet with you" as he moved to the side to let Adrien in to the Study.

Amelie looked up from her work to see Adrien walking in "Adrien, Well this is a Surprise Indeed" as she puts her Tea cup back on the saucer and gets up from her Desk and walks over over to her Nephew and gives him a BIG hug.

In all the times that he has seen his Aunt Amelie. He still can't get over the fact of how much she resembles his Late Mother as Adrien watches his Aunt walking over to him from her desk to give him a hug and gladly accepted her hug.

"So! What brings my Favorite Nephew ALL the way from Paris and away from his Girlfriend to visit his Sweet Old Aunt here in London" Amelie asked him, as they sat down in some leather chairs in front of the desk and he replied.

"I'm your only Nephew Aunt Amelie and your not that old, I betcha by the time you reach 100 years old, you'll still look the same as you do now" Adrien said.

"Oh Adrien, you flatter me! So, what brings you here away from that Lovely Girlfriend of yours that I met 2 months ago?" she asked.

"Well Aunt Amelie! I got some Great News" he answered "I'm getting Married".

"Oh Adrien, Congratulations! I'm so happy for you" as she gives him another hug and continued talking "Marinette must be so Happy, I know you 2 known each other for a long time before you 2 became a couple" she says.

As Adrien thought to himself 'If she only knew the half of it' and says "Yeah, we've known each other since Middle School and all through High School" and paused for a bit "In fact, If it weren't for her, I wouldn't know where I'll be after my Father was put in Prison because she was there supporting me during the Trial and during Mother's Funeral, but after that with the Company, we've kinda lost touch with each other along with my best friend and his girlfriend, that's why I planned the month long Ski Trip for the 4 of us" as he finished his conversation.

"Well I'm glad for you Adrien and you are finally putting your life back together with that special girlfriend of yours" Amelie mentions to him as she looks up and see none other then her son Felix standing at the door.

-Felix POV-

Felix, Adrien's cousin has just arrived back at the Estate in his 2020 Black Ferrari and parked it by the Front Door and got out and walked over to the door and entered through it.

"Ahh, Master Felix, your home early?" as their Butler Wilson approches.

"Yes Wilson, I got my tasks done earlier then expected" as he paused for a bit and continues with his talking "Is my Mother still in the her Study?" Felix asked his old friend.

"Yes she is Young Master and she is with a Unexpected and yet Surprising Guest" he says, as he turns to walk away, as Felix looks at the old man with a confusing look.

As Felix walked over to his Mother's Study and opened the door he heard the familiar voice of his cousin Adrien saying "Well Aunt Amelie! I got Great News" their was a pause in the conversation as it continued "I'm getting Married" and the conversation continued as Felix continues to listen to his cousin as he see his Mother looking up at him.

"Oh Felix, your back early? Guess who paid us a Surprise visit" she says as Adrien turns around to see his cousin standing at the door to the Study and gets up to get greet his cousin.

"Hello Felix" Adrien says as he extends his hand out to his cousin and Felix accepts it into his own hand and they shake.

"Hello Cousin and I guess Congratulations are in order also on your recent announcement of your Marriage" as he mentions it to Adrien as he walks over to his mother and gives her a peck on the cheek.

"You must of heard the entire conversation then?" Adrien mentions to him.

"Yes I did and I'm happy for you Adrien" Felix says to his cousin.

"Well that's good, Now we won't have to tell you later Felix dear about Adrien's Marriage" Amelie says to the both of them and continues "Felix, why don't you take Adrien with you to his Guest room and I'll have Wilson start preparing for Dinner tonight" as she finishes off with her conversation.

"Of course Mother" Felix says to his mother and starts heading towards the Guest room so Adrien can settle in.

As they headed off to the guest room where Adrien is staying at, Adrien starts up a conversation with his cousin.

"So Felix. How have you been doing since the last time I saw you 2 months ago?" Adrien asks his cousin.

"Doing fine, been doing some minor traveling here and there" he answered.

"Oh! Traveling to where may I ask?" he asked.

"Oh just a few places like Shanghai, Toyko, Tibet, places that have Spiritual Guidance and stuff like that" he replied back.

When he heard Shanghai as one of the places he went to. That brought up some Good and Bad memories due to it being 1 of the places his Father went to to find the Prodigious in order to gain more power to fight Ladybug and him as Cat Noir and met their new friend and Marinette's new adopted cousin Fei who was taken in by her Great Uncle Wang Cheng and became the Master of the Prodigious and Ladydragon Hero of Shanghai and the last time both Marinette and him heard from her, she fell in love with one the guys they met when both he and Marinette were there.

"Interesting! I never thought you were into that kind of stuff?" Adrien said.

"What do you mean by that cousin!" as he said it with a slight anger tone "I do believe in that there are some kind of 'Powers that Be' that just can't be explained that AREN'T involved with a Miraculous like Ladybug and Cat Noir and the other Heroes" he finished off with.

"Oh don't get me wrong Felix, I understand completely, really I do" Adrien mentions to him.

Well the real reason why Felix was Traveling to these places was because he wanted to find his own Miraculous ever since he lucked out in trying to get the Peacock Miraculous from his Uncle after the whole Strikeback Senti-Monter situation, but he did manage to get ahold of Natalie's Tablet that contained the Info of the Miraculous, in which also contained info of other Miraculouses and including a list of places that his Uncle went to or was planning going to before he was sent to Prison and New York and Shanghai were places that were already checked off as Failures thanks to the interference of one Ladybug and one Cat Noir and some Mystery Hero who Felix now knows as Ladydragon, thanks to the News reports that he reads and watches on Youtube from China, the New Hero calls herself Ladydragon and Felix looked into what happened in New York and compared it to the notes he found on the Tablet that he came to realize that his good for nothing Uncle found the Miraculous of the Eagle, which is now in the possession of a New Hero named Eagle, but Felix still has hopes to find his own Miraculous in other places to, like Greece, Japan, Africa, Norway, and etc. and their is still his back-up plan into getting the Peacock Miraculous, but he wants to use that plan as a sort-of last resort plan because even though Ladybug and Cat Noir saved his life during the whole Senti-Gabriel/Collector fiasco, he would have to tread 'CAREFULLY' when it comes to those 2 and the rest of the Heroes as he lead Adrien to the Guest room.

-Adrien POV-

As Adrien got settled in, he went over to his small suit case and unzipped it and took out a piece of cheese and gave it to Plagg.

"I still don't like your cousin Adrien" as Plagg mentions this to his owner.

"I know you don't after what he has done to me in the past when he came over for the Anniversary my mother's 'So Called' mourning" he says to his Kwami.

"Have you forgotten what he has done to me to" as he paused "He squished a piece of Perfectly Good Camembert under your pillow on your bed!".

"Oh I remember, he dressed up as me and gotten 3 of my friends akumatized, but the problem with your issue Plagg, it wasn't on the high risk factor of possible akumatizations" as Adrien laugh at it for a little bit.

"Oh Har Har! That's so funny I forgot how to eat cheese" Plagg says to him as he ate the cheese that was given to him.

"Really! That would make my day if you did forget how to eat cheese, I can FINALLY stop buying it" as Adrien continued laughing.

"Alright! Laugh it up you" said Plagg.

As Adrien starts calming down from his enjoyment, he says to his tiny friend "Sorry Plagg, but you walked or should I say 'Floated' into that one, but you know that would never really do that you Plagg, but I also know that I don't need to feed you as much as I use to since I reached adulthood, so I wouldn't need to buy much of it nowadays and you know that"

"I know that" Plagg mentions to him "And I also saw that look on your face when that cheese squisher mentioned Shanghai and know that your father almost destroyed the city when he Akumatized Mei Shi and ordered him to attack you and Marinette" he pause for a bit then continued "But you and Marinette also got Fei to realize her Destiny to use the Prodigious and thanks to the both of you, Shanghai has gotten the best Superhero ever and the last time I heard, she passed on Mei-Shi's Miraculous over to her own partner" as he finished what he was saying.

"Yeah! My Scumbag of Father really knows how to Terrorize people" as Adrien paused for a second while squeezing his hand into a fist and continues talking "When we fought Strikeback, it brought me back to that day in Shanghai when me and Marinette fought Mei-Shi, even though I was under the influence of Risk when Strikeback was walking around, deep down inside of me it felt like that day in Shanghai, seeing a Giant creature walking through the City like he owned the place" he said to his tiny black friend.

"Well those days are long gone now" Plagg paused and continued "Even though Nooruu"s Miraculous is still missing, Dusuu is safely locked away in the Miracle Box, which means No more Senti-Monsters and Amoks to deal with" Plagg finished off with.

"Maybe? With my Father who knows" Adrien mentions.

"Why you say that Adrien?" Plagg replies back.

"I don't know! My Father is a very clever man" he paused "Like he has some 'Plan of Last Resort' just floating around that we don't know about as of yet" Adrien finishes off with.

"Oh come on Adrien! If their were one of those, Don'tcha think that your Asshole of a Father would have used it back then?" Plagg says to his owner.

"Yeah, your probably right, he would have used it back then, after all it has been 3 years since that Final Battle with my Father and I'm probably just over thinking it" he finished off with just as a knock on his door came and Plagg went back into his pocket and he answered "Yes" as Wilson entered.

"Master Adrien, Dinner ready" Wilson said to him.

"Thank you Wilson, I'll be right down" Adrien answered back as Wilson closed the door behind him.

As Adrien finished what he was doing, he went down into the Dining room and sat down on his Aunt's right with his cousin sitting across from him and started eat their meal and talked about a few things like how Adrien proposed to Marinette and other such things and enjoyed themselves, at least between his Aunt and him, Felix however had did say a few things here and their, but mostly kept quite.

As they finished Dinner, they called it a night and retired to their rooms.

-Felix's Bedroom-

After he gotten ahold of Natalie's Tablet years ago and brought it home, he downloaded everything pertaining to the Miraculouses and possible locations of where they might be or where to start looking on to his personal Desktop Computer and Triple the Encryption of the files just to be on the safe side on his Personal Server, separated from the rest of the Graham De Vanly Foundation Servers as he looked over the info he has in front of him.

A/N: Hello Readers, Sorry for taking so long to get this new Chapter out, a lot of things have been happening as of late, so I took a somewhat of a 'Vacation' so to speak to collect my thoughts and deal with some family issues and health issues, but now I'm back with this new chapter, but I am going to let you know that the chapter production would be coming out slowly then they use be and for those who were wondering about the mentions of the Season 4 episodes 'Strikeback' and 'Risk'. 'Risk' went exactly how it when in the episode, but 'Strikeback' went a little bit differently then what was in the episode. More on that in later chapters.
