Alpha class is now in session as Kate and a nervous Lilly was standing in front of a group of 10 pups who sat patiently waiting for Kate to speak "Do I really have to do this Kate?"Lilly asked looking at Kate "Yes Lilly you said you help me demonstrate hand to hand combat techniques."
Lilly sighed in annoyance.
"But why me, why not Garth or any other alpha?"
"Well..i thought about asking Garth but then i realized something: you owe me."Kate said firmly Lilly looked at her confused not knowing exactly what she was talking about "For what exactly?"she asked "For making me watch your omega class."
Lilly now knew what she was talking about a couple of months ago Lilly asked Kate to watch her omega class while she was reluctant she agreed to do it but she felt like a fish out of water but Humphrey helped her and she had fun and she learned a lot but she still some what mad at Lilly and declared that she owed her it's time to pay the piper.
"Kate you said you had fun."Lilly argued "I did have fun, but you put me out of my comfort zone, so I think it's only fair I take you out of yours, you're going to help me demonstrate some moves I will be showing." Kate said crossing her arms Lilly sighed she really didn't want to do it but she did figure it was only fair to make them even.
Lilly looked up at Kate with a worried expression "You're not going to actually hurt me right,like punch and kick?" "no no no Lilly nothing like that, I promise I won't hurt you."Kate said with a sincere smile but Lilly was skeptical knowing how seriously she takes her role as an alpha. "Alright."Lilly said completely regretting her choice.
"Good morning everyone,now last week we covered the basics of weapons alphas use in combat,now we're going to talk about unarmed combat meaning you will be using your fists and feet to defeat your opponent."kate said looking at the pups.
The pups continued to listen as Kate continued speaking "Now are a lot of types of fighting styles you can use but we are going to cover a small handful of them the first thing we're going to do is a couple of throws which my lovely little sister Lilly is going to help me demonstrate."
Lilly waved at the pups who just stared at her with blank expressions and waved back "now Lilly try to punch me." Kate said as Lilly turned to her then she balled up her fist and cocked it back before driving it towards Kate's face but Kate immediately caught it and with lightning speed Kate pulled an over the shoulder throwing technique making Lilly yelp in surprise and land flat on her back on the grass and causing the pups to jump a little "woah."A female pup said "Holy cow."A male said impressed.
Kate offered her hand to help Lilly up which she took and kate helped her up but she didn't let go of her arm "Now the next throw I'm going to show you is called a Major hip throw it is a throw that a person uses their hip as leverage to throw their opponent on the ground, like this."
Before Lilly could react Kate preformed the major hip throw placing Lilly on her back once again "Ow."Lilly groaned in pain as Kate looked towards the class who were impressed with Kate's prowess, Kate showed various forms of takedowns and throws much to the dismay of Lilly although Kate kept her promise not to go too far and seriously injure her sister however Lilly was having a hard time telling if she was holding back.
Kate stood in front of the class "Did everyone get all those?"Kate asked causing the pups to nod in affirmation then Lilly who was laying on the ground on her back slowly got back up and looked towards Kate dumbfounded and annoyed.
"Alright now what I'm about to show you next is grappling holds and submissions these are primarily used after a takedown to control your opponent and prevent them from striking back at you, keep in mind however that most of these techniques may cause your opponent to suffer serious pain if done forcefully so be very very careful when you're practicing with a friend."
Lilly's eyes widened in terror after hearing that "Firstly I'm going show you is the armbar which is done like this.."Kate motioned for Lilly to lay down which she did and then Kate proceeded to put Kate in a armbar. After that she began to show the class several more different choke holds and submissions they could use in unarmed combat after showing the pups one last submission hold Kate sat down on Lilly's back.
Lilly squirmed under her trying to get Kate off of her but she couldn't "now of course those are just some of the techniques you can use in combat they're are lots more but we're not going to cover them all today as we have other lessons to do today."
"Ugh Kate get your big butt off me!"Lilly strained as she tried to get up but to no avail Kate glared back at her before turning to the pup "does anyone have any questions?" "Yeah could you get your big butt off me?"Lilly asked with sass earning chuckles from the pups Kate clenched her teeth before speaking through her teeth "I meant about the lesson."
None of the pups said anything which made Kate nodded and finally get up off of Lilly who stood up too glaring at Kate who glared back before turning to the pups "Ok so now everyone stand up and let's do a few laps around the field,And go!" the pups immediately stood up and began running.
Lilly looked towards Kate seeing as there was probably no need for her anymore "Can i go now?"Lilly asked Kate stared at her before responding "Thanks for your help Lilly, consider us even now get your tiny butt out of here."
Lilly stared at Kate offended by that remark and wanted to hit her for it but remember that she could body slam her on the grass again so she decided to just let it go and leave.
