(Camera flashes to Ichika's face then Cross-Z, then to Cross-Z jumping off a building and flying into battle. Scene changes to Cecilia taking aim with her rifle and firing off a shot)

(The shot passes Rin, who swings at the camera, Charlotte blocks incoming fire before firing back)

(Changes to Laura swinging her cannon and aiming before firing off a shot, the shot flies past Akatsu as she thrusts with her blade, under the helmet Houki let's out a tear.)

(Grease drops towards Cross-Z with her weapon at the ready, Cross-Z spins around and thrusts his blade at Grease, their weapons let out a shockwave of energy as the two steare each other down. Scene changes to Tajimi and Phantom Task behind her. Looming over all of them is a Mech hidden in Shadow, a beam charges up before firing at the screen.)

(Gentoku walks forward with Yamada behind him. Camera changes to an up close look at Gentoku up close, looking at one half of Gentoku's face is with a creepy smile. Camera switches to other side to see a dulled out Gen with purple crack veins creeping up his face. Stalk Revels in everything.)

(Sento Drives his bike before swerving to park as he looks over the ridge. Looking over a hill, Sento looks on at Hokuto's army. Stalk flies in with new armor covering her.)

(Camera flies past the cast in different poses looking at the camera M's face shows anger, as camera changes to Sento also with a serious face, before Chifuyu drops in besides Sento. Sento and Chifuyu reach out to each other, but a shadow creeps up Sento's hand. Sento brings his hand close to his eye, the camera focuses on his eyes to see a shadow in both eyes.)

(Still focusing on the eye, appears an all black boots, hand, chest piece, then belt with a Red Trigger upon it. Then to Normal Build as his helmet folds out, the camera pans back to look down upon the entire cast. Camera changes to a Full Bottle being tossed before being paused in frame.)

Construct 79: Generation 4

Cecilia: In the last construct, the details on Jeremiah, my father were discovered. Learning how my father and mother met. As well as the reasoning behind my Father's Deadbeat persona. With new determination brewing, Sento and I begin work on overhauling Blue Tears to battle against Phantom. Now what will happen in this Construct?

We are Ichika

I drive though the war torn streets. Glancing at the empty streets. Man, patrolling like this… I prefer it when there are more people on the streets. I pass by abandoned cars when I hear a transition over my ear piece. "We have a Smash report at area B-5. Kamen Rider Cross-Z you are the closest to the area. Can you respond?" A navigator orders.

Ichika:(driving) I'm moving as fast as I fucking Can!

I arrive on the scene, I park my bike and take off my helmet. Getting off my bike I strap on the Sclash Driver. "Dragon Jelly!" The Sclash Driver exclaims, I break out into a run down the road at some Smashes battling near a civilian center. "Henshin!" I shout, turning the crank down. "Dragon in Cross-Z Charge!" The beaker builds up and breaks out into the new suit. "Right now! I feel like I can't lose!" I shout my shoulder's opening up and firing a missile barrage. The missiles blast away the Smash and I close in my weapon materialising. "Twin Breaker!" I start shooting at the Smashes. I press down the Crank. "Scrap Finish!" I launch into the air and drop down into the center of the Smashes. All before roundhousing hitting all of the Smashes at once I let out a sigh. These attacks just never seem to end! I wonder how Houki is doing?

Meanwhile… We are Houki

My armor attaches onto me. "Akatsubaki Sakura~! Charge! Burrra!" The belt exclaims, I put my hand against the ground. The Roots take root and burst out grabbing the Smashes and tightening the grip around them. With a flick of my wrist, roots grow around my right arm and break away. "Twin Breaker" Taking out the Usahopper I put it inside the breaker. "Ready Go! LET'S BREAK!" I blast as a rabbit jumps out and barrels though the Smashes causing them to explode. The roots wilt and fade away, I sigh as the visior melts and is absorbed back into the helmet. The helmet's panels separate and fold away. My hair drops from the helmet and I let out a sigh.

We are Chifuyu

Chifuyu:(sits down) So that's our situation. Hokuto has been sending Smash Squads at us. We're dealing with them. Grease has also tried a few times to attack us for bottles. But since all of the bottles were given to you, Grease has been unable to gather any.

Sento:(over phone) That's good to hear. Good to see my plan worked. Still. I'm dealing with problems of my own here.

Chifuyu:(nods) Yeah, the report of Cecilia's family… I never thought the family would have a relation to MI6…

Sento:(sighs) I'm still disappointed that gadgets were so unimpressive.

Chifuyu:(giggles) Well, not everyone is a genius inventor.

Sento:(Crosses arms) I guess so. My bar might be too high for them. Still, we are approaching the meeting date. I'll have to make sure that everything for Blue Tears Neo.

"You'll manage. I know you will." I said to Sento, who smiles and nods. "Thanks. Talking to you feels great. I have to finish up a few more things. Thanks, I'll talk to you later." Sento said to me before hanging up. My eyes then wander back over to the Hazard Trigger, sitting next to the computer. I pick it up, dragging the mouse and opening the report on the Hazard Trigger. "Potential Nerve Damage..." I mutter reading the report.

England… We are Sento

Sitting at the console, I look through a microscope camera, adding the final touches to the Blue Tears. Closing up the Blue Tears I lean back and stretch. "Good work today, Sento." Chelsea said walking over with a cup of warm coffee. "Coffee, thank you." I thank, taking the warm mug of coffee. "Oh, where is Cecilia now?" I ask Chelsea.

Chelsea:(steps back) She is currently in the bath. She's quite tired after today's work.

Sento:(stretching) It's a lot of work. Building, improving, repairing, replacing, testing, programming. There's a lot to do.

Chelsea:(nods) Yes… Thank you.

Sento:(looks at Chelsea) Hmm? For what? I haven't done much of anything.

Chelsea:(shakes head) No you have. When she returned Home, she had such a sad look. Worried about the War, then about the truth of the Master… But now, you've helped her back on her feet. For that(bow) I thank you immensely.

Sento:(waves) It's fine.(swirls cup) I myself was, inpart saved by Cecilia. I learned a dark truth about myself, much like Cecilia I was distraught for sometime… But she and a few others got me to realise the truth of the matter and help me get over it. So helping her here now, is my way of saying thank you.(sips coffee) This is really good.

"Thank you." Chelsea said bowing. "I shall check on my lady. Excuse me." Chelsea said excusing herself. I take another sip of my coffee, I turn on the news. "Let's see what's on." I mutter, what is being played is mostly news on the upcoming meeting. With things as they are now, it looks like war might be averted. Oliver Oralia has been really vocal in supporting Touto since the attack. My appearance has also made people question if these "Terrorists" (They have made no note of Phantom Task) are really related to Touto. Helped by MI6 changing the information to support Touto. I didn't expect them to. I should expect a possible attempt to use the data against me. "Still… Before all of that." I said looking over at the other project. Project Sparkling Plus must be completed. I pull up the plans for the first Pack.

We are Arachnid

I enter the hanger with the Guardians unloading boxes of smuggled equipment. "Arachnid, just the lady I was looking for." Louis said walking over. I look at her, as she tosses me a bottle. "What's this?" She asks, I catch the bottle and look at it. The Hazard Bottle. "This is an experiment that I have been… "Working" on." I said looking at the bottle. "What, for our Smashes?" Louis asks.

Arachnid:(shakes head) No… It has another purpose… It's for...(hands to Louis) You.

A few days later… We are Sento

Cecilia:(walks over) Sensei, Today is the day. Are you ready?

Sento:(crosses arms) As ready as I'll ever be.

"Then we're ready. Chelsea brings the car around." Cecilia orders Chelsea who bows and leaves. Cecilia takes a deep breath. "Nervous?" I ask, Cecilia shakes her head side to side. "No, just preparing myself." Cecilia said with a smile. "My lady, I have brought the car around. We also have a guest who wishes to talk to you." Chelsea said walking over with John. "John?..."" Cecilia asks… "I'm… Glad you're here. Come with us." Cecilia said walking past John and to the car. We follow her out into the courtyard. Chelsea opens the door to the car and let's us in. Chelsea closes the door and gets into the driver's seat and we head to the parliament building.

John:(looks at Sento) The bug you placed in their network has allowed us to make plans.

Sento:(crosses arms) What kind of plans?

John: We are tightening security around the parliament building. We have the military and police on standby.

"That's a smart move. Better to be safe than sorry." Cecilia said, John goes silent when he looks at Cecilia. "I assume, Build showed you the room?" John asks, Cecilia nods. "I see..." John goes silent and ponders. "My lady, we will be arriving shortly." Chelsea said, I turned on my HUD to hide my face. "So, where will it be posted? Or will we have to blend in with the crowd?" I ask, John gets out and collects himself.

John: Maria has asked that Build join me and the IS team in observing the Parliament grounds. But I also know that since you are acting as a "Representative of Touto" civilian you would best be in the parliament building.

Sento: Wait, I was given permission to come here as an investigator, not as a Representative.

John: Yes, but Parliament has been missing the most crucial point to make a decision. Real information from Japan of what is happening. What you say there can change how England will deal with the issue of Japan.

Cecilia:(looks at Sento) No pressure.

"Great." I said, letting out a small sigh slip though my lips. "We have arrived." Chelsea said parking before the parliament building. Opening the door I step out and look at the parliament building. Palace of Westminster, this is where my words will sway the decision of hundreds of lives… Here we go…

Palace of Westminster…

I step into the building and walk into the meeting hall, I see all the men and women of parliament sitting around, along with a crowd that's viewing the meeting. Oh boy… "Everyone to their seats, we will begin the meeting now." The header of the meeting said as everyone gets into their seats. I sit back at the back of the room with Cecilia as we see the meeting proceed.

An hour later…

"Now onto the topic of the current war happening in Japan." The advisor said. The room begins to buzz with talks. Here we go. "With us today, we have a representative from Touto Japan." The advisor said, pointing at me. "Sento Kiryu, please come up to the stage." I'm called on. No screwing around… No beating around the bush. I walk up and onto stage. I stand before the whole parliament representative. The people in the galleries and the cameras, all looking at me.

Sento:(looks at the whole room) Ladies and Gentlemen of parliament and England. I stand before you to tell you of the situation in Japan, as well as the war… I'm not here to mince words. I have prepared for you all, unedited video and images of both the war happening in Touto and Hokuto. The weapons used, the troops used, and boths sides used by people. I'm not going to give some rowdy speech of what's happening. I'll just let the facts speak for themselves.

I activated the projector and it goes though everything happening in japan right now. Showing to everyone, Both sides of the conflict.

We are observers… Japan...

Back in japan, in the Infinite Stratos Cafe everyone is watching the meeting. "What the hell? What is he doing?" Ichika exclaims. "Why isn't he trying to sway help to us?" Houki asks, looking at the screen. "No, this is exactly what he should be doing." Chifuyu said, smiling everyone looking at her in confusion.

We are Yamada… Touto government building...

We watch the meeting, Himuro-san sighs. "What is that man doing? He's representing Touto and not even trying to bring us support?" Himuro-san groans sitting in his chair. "Perhaps you shouldn't have started this war in the first place." I said, Himuro-san glares at me, but I just ignore him. It's only because it's true, that you dislike it.

We are M… Barber Kiryu...

We watch the meeting at parliament from our laptop. "The hell?" Akaba exclaims. "You'd think he would try and get help." Aoba said, crossing his arms. "What's his game?" Kiba asks. I watch him, silently scanning the room. "Is he?..." I ponder watching him. Is he looking for reactions or Phantom operatives? I'm restless as I clench my left hand again and again.

Kiba:(looks at M) Ah~! Boss is doing that thing again with her left hand.

M:(looks at Kiba) It's just a habit. It's just… What's his game plan?

We are Sento

The room begins to calm down. "Excuse me." I hear as a hand is raised. I look to the man raising his hand. "This information is all well and good but. Recent terrorist attacks have been made by Touto, the recent raid on the human trafficking ring reveiled Touto Guardians, begin at the site." The man clarified. "How do you explain this?" the man asked.

Sento:(opens HUD) This should answer that question better.(shows screens) These were taken at the London Bridge and the raid you mentioned. In both instances, yes Touto Guardians were used. But the users of those Guardians were none other than the IS stealing terrorist organisation known as Phantom Task.

The room erupts in talks, with people talking and whispering. Standing in the crowd of people watching the meeting, Cecilia nods at me. I nod back, before pulling up more information. "These were stolen from Phantom Tasks own Network thanks to MI6 involvement." I said displaying their plans. Let's let MI6 have a bit of the glory. Since if it wasn't for them, I would not be able to present this information.

Sento: The information shows that the Touto Guardians were stolen then smuggled here to england. By the Hokuto Government. This also coincides with multiple Phantom Task members appearing on the battlefields of Japan.

Hokuto… We are Tabane…

Images of Phantom Task members in the field appear on screen. "Wha?! Where-When...Ah!" Squall said, clenching her fist. "Chifuyu..." Squall said through her gritted teeth. Nice… Sent those photos right to Sen-chan huh? Chi-chan.

We are Chifuyu

Ichika:(looks at Chifuyu) So that's why you took a little bit before dropping into those fights.

I nod in agreement.

We are Sento

Sento: It should also be mentioned that the reason for the war happening is because of Touto's Acting prime minister so… He's equally at fault.

Man: It doesn't matter who started the war, but this brings to up the question what Phantom Task aims to achieve?

Sento:(looks at man) Phantom Task has been attempting to instigate a world war as clear by the multiple attacks made across the world… Which includes the one Phantom Task Member in this room at this moment!

I reach into my jacket and pull out a pistol aiming it at Louis who is hiding in the crowd. Louis quickly grabs a nearby man and puts the Trans Steam Gun to his head. "Not so fast." She said, everyone getting up and looking at her. "Let's not be so hasty now shall we?" Louis said, grinding her gun against the man's head. "Let go of the man!" I shout, aiming my gun. The door opens as more John and other guards and soldiers bust into the room and surround Louis.

Louis:(looks at Sento) So what's next then Genius? Have anything planned for good ole me?

Sento:(walks off stage) Well first of all.(walks over to John) We have multiple inbound IS Signatures. As well as trucks approaching. We need the military at the front of the building, and IS's in the air.

Louis:(annoyed) Tch!(hand up to mic) They have access to our current locations! Switch to silent messaging for plans!

Cecilia:(runs in) Now!

Cecilia runs in grabbing the man and pulling him away from Louis. Louis takes out her steam blade and changes her gun to it's rifle mode. "Everyone! Get back!" I order, Louis takes aim turning the dials and spinning the valve. "Steam Break!" Louis proceeds to fire multiple shots into the crowd and soldiers, turning them into Smash. "No! Sorry, Sensei." Cecilia said backing up to me. "It's fine." I said, John grabs my shoulder. "Go, I'll cover." John tells me. I nod. "Take care of this you two." I said before heading out of the room to go and transform. I ran into the hall to find Arachnid standing at the end of the hall.

Sento:(looks at Arachnid) What do you want this time?

Arachnid: Nothing in particular. Like you said in their Senpai, multiple attacks are happening world wide. So this is my goodbye for now.

Sento:(confused) What are you tal- Is this about the other terror attacks happening around the world?

Arachnid:(smiles and nods) Yes. So I'll be moving on. If you decide to follow. Find me in China,(take out a gun) also… I left a little surprise for you. Bye bye!

Arachnid blasts smoke around her. "Wait!" I exclaim running towards her, I run though the cloud of smoke to see that she's clearly gone… What is her deal… I shake off the thought before strapping on my belt. "Save it for later I guess." I mutter, taking out my bottle pair and giving it a shake. Opening the caps inserting the bottles into my driver. "Rabbit Tank! Best Match!" I crank the lever as the runner builds up around me. "Henshin!" I exclaim, the armor closing around me. I head back into the room, to find Louis and the Smash in a gun fight as the security attempt to get people out of the room.

Build:(look around room) Let's see…(gestures.) I have the formula for victory!

I take out my drill crusher changing it into gun mode. I charge and jump into the action, firing at the Smash. Landing in the center of the room, I kick away the Smash knocking them to the ground. I hear a gun pointed at me, I grab the nearest Smash and lift him up using him as a shield. I then kick the Smash into Chameleon, to which she cuts the Smash down and it explodes into green smoke. "Build! Good of you to show up. Hiding in the crowd like I was?" Chameleon asks me. "Something like that." I respond, taking aim and shooting at Chameleon. She backflips turning invisible. I glance around the room searching for Chameleon. I've activated all sensors but Arachnid must have upgraded her stealth technology. I get slashed on my back, I look back to see no one but the Smashes getting back up. Well, time to get creative.

Build:(reaches for bottles) Haven't used this bottle pair for some time. Cover me!

Cecilia:(takes out IS) You heard him!(activates IS) Cover Build!

Build:(waves) Thank you! Now.(readies bottles) Let's begin the experiment.

I begin shaking the bottles, I open the caps as I insert the bottles into the driver. "Mahoutsukai! Nuigurumi! Best Match!" I turn the crank, as the armor builds up around me. "Are you Ready?!" My belt exclaims. "Build up!" The armor closes up around me, steam exudes from the openings. "A Fluffy Miracle Magic! MahouGurumi! Yay~!" I snap my fingers as a glitter appears and explodes covering the room in glitter and it all sticks to a certain cloaked enemy. "What the hell?" Chameleon exclaims, she turns to me and gestures to the Smash. "Get him!" Chameleon orders. The Smash charges me, one throws a punch at me, only for it to bounce off me. The Smash looks at his fist then hits me again, only for the attack to bounce off me again. Nice. I slap my hand against the ground and a wave of energy ripples through the ground, lifting my arm up, it sends the Smash and Chameleon up into the air. I then launch all of them out the window and into the street.

Build:(looks over) Let's go!

Cecilia:(nods) Right!

We jump out into the streets following the Smash only to find Guardians, Walkers, more Smashes, and the last of the Phantom Task Team. All battling the army, swat, and MI6 "Ah… I see you have brought you A game." I mutter, Chameleon jumps to the roof of a building dusting herself off. "I have no idea where you pulled those bottles out. But shall we go on to the main event." Chameleon said, I look at the Mechs to see Hokuto symbols.

Cecilia:(looking at mechs) So they don't seem to care anymore then.

Build:(nod) As long as they have conflict they don't care what side has to deal with the heat. It's all the same to them.

John:(running over) Build! Cecilia!(stops in front of the two) We can deal with the Guardians and mechs but the Smashes and Chameleon herself is something you'll have to handle alone, Build.

Cecilia:(smiles) That's where you are wrong.

"What?" John asks, Cecilia steps forward. "Phase Shift, Generation 5 Activate!" Cecilia exclaims as a holographic runner builds up around Cecilia. New armor and parts materialise around Blue Tears. Her Rifle changing out parts. New armor parts attach, new helmet parts attach. "Build up." Cecilia mutters the armor finalizing.

The armor has a color pallet of blue, black, white, and lime green. At the head is a new helmet with an elongated trapezoid shaped visior, with a mouth guard. At the forehead is a scope headgear with a circle camera on the headgear, at the back of the helmet is a port for the hair to come out. At the chest is new armor overlaying the chest. The chest armor is a long oval down the center that stops just above the abs, with rounded half circles covering up the chest. At the abs are armor circled armor plates strung over the stomach. At the shoulders are simple rounded shoulder pads, the arms are the same with a port for a beam saber on the left arm. At the legs they are the same with a new addition of holster on the side of the thigh. At the back is the wing bits. On the back wing closest to the backpack is a new launch bay for funnels. At the wings which are now larger and longer with an opening slide on the underside and opening ports on the front end for missiles.

Cecilia:(visior lights up) Blue Tears Generation 4, ready for battle.

Chameleon:(looks down) Ooh, fancy but new armor isn't going to change much is it?

Cecilia:(headgear lowers) That's where you are wrong!

Cecilia fires off from her new rifle, hitting a Smash it explodes into green flames as a man drops out. "What?!" Chameleon exclaims. "Her IS can destroy Smashes?!" John shouts. "Now then..." Cecilia said, taking aim at Chameleon. "Time for the counter attack!" Cecilia exclaims.
