Scene changes to Tajimi and Phantom Task behind her. Looming over all of them is a Mech hidden in Shadow, a beam charges up before firing at the screen.)

(Gentoku walks forward with Yamada behind him. Camera changes to an up close look at Gentoku up close, looking at one half of Gentoku's face is with a creepy smile. Camera switches to other side to see a dulled out Gen with purple crack veins creeping up his face. Stalk Revels in everything.)

(Camera flies past the cast in different poses looking at the camera M's face shows anger, as camera changes to Sento also with a serious face, before Chifuyu drops in besides Sento. Sento and Chifuyu reach out to each other, but a shadow creeps up Sento's hand. Sento brings his hand close to his eye, the camera focuses on his eyes to see a shadow in both eyes.)

We are Sento
"Now then..." Cecilia said, taking aim at Chameleon. "Time for the counter attack!" Cecilia exclaims. Cecilia fires at Chameleon before she launches into the air and flies at Chameleon. "Aren't going to follow after her?" John asks walking over to me, I shrug. "Far be it for me to get in her way." I said crossing my arms. This is one devil she needs to put to bed herself.
Build:(looking at Cecilia) This is her moment. She needs to take Louis down herself.(looks ahead) Besides, we've got a lot on our plate to deal with.
John:(looks ahead) Yeah. That's quite a number of Smashe's they've managed to collect. Can't imagine how many more would be here if we hadn't intervened on the Human trafficing ring.
Build:(reaches into pocket) A question such as that is best left unanswered. Now then. Time to get to work… Altho.(looks at self) I don't think this armor will cut it for large scale battles like this.(takes out can) Time I bust this out.
John:(looks at Build) Now that you mention it. I haven't seen you use the Sparkling Can.
Build:(looks at John) Hey~, how do you know about that?
John:(grabs rifle) MI6 had its eyes and ears in japan.(racks hammer) Though we had to pull them out before the war though.
"I see." I said looking ahead. Still, guess it's time I bust out that other secret. "Activating First Sparkling Pack." I said, ordering the first pack to come my way. I dodge a Smash that charges at me. I shake the can and open the bottle. "Rabbittank Sparkling!" I remove my current bottle pair and replace it with the can. I crank the lever, the runner building up around me. "Build up!" I said as the armor replaces. "Rabbittank Sparkling! Yeah yeah~!" I take out the Hawk Gattlinger and gun down the Smash. Another Smash charges me from behind. I move to the right, side stepping the Smashes attack. The Smash lifts up its arms to attack me again. When it's shot by an interceptor that flies over. "What the?! Where did that come from?" John asks looking at the interceptor.
Build: The Cavalry.(runs) Freedom Pack engage!
I jump into the air, the cockpit disconnects and folds down. The Funnels on my back detach leaving on the backpack funnels left on my back. It acts as a connection port as the interceptor attaches on to my back. The side skirt railguns fold out connection arms and connect to the sides of my belt and lock into place. "Kamen Rider Build Sparkling Freedom, ready!" I said.
The Interceptor is blue with black, and silver. On the front of the intercepter is a jet like cockpit on the front. At the back is a backpack piece with thrusters. On the wings is a pair of Folding Railguns. In the wings are two focused beam cannons.(Think Freedom Gundam color scheme)
With the Sparkling Freedom the interceptor is attached and the wings turn to align with the back. With the Railguns attached on the sides of the belt.(Think Build Strike Full Package but replace the cannons on the flight unit with the Freedom's skirt railguns.)
I immediately launched myself into the air. Summoning my Drill Crusher in gun mode, I aim at as many Smashes I can target at once. I fired, hitting everyone of my targets. Everyone looks at me. "Now then, Phantom Task, feel my Genius!" I shout flying off into the battle.
We are John
John:(Sigh~) Why is that Japan gets all of the good stuff? Moreover, why does all the crazy stuff only happen in japan? Yet when crazy stuff happens in other countries it's due in some part, because of japan… Man, it's like all the crazy stuff, likes the Japanese culture or something…
We are Cecilia
I fire at Chameleon, she dodges my shots before going invisible. "You won't escape me! Feathers fly!" I exclaim, the funnel wing compartment opens up, as 12 feathers fly out and begin to scan the area. Chameleon is spotted and I immediately take aim and fire at her. She manages to dodge and shoot at me. 4 feathers converge on me and form an energy shield. Blocking the shots. "You can't hit me!" I exclaim shooting at Chameleon.
Chameleon:(dodging) When did you manage to upgrade your IS?!
Cecilia:(shooting) I have a few connections, but not just that. I have the drive to take you out!
Chameleon:(lunges at Cecilia) Brave last words!
Chameleon jumps at me, the underside of my wing open as I fire a barrage of missiles at Chameleon. "Ice Steam!" Chameleon swings freezing the first few missiles, creating a barrier that the rest of the missiles destroy. Chameleon flies from the smoke at me, her blade at the ready. I reach for my rapier, removing it and blocking Chameleon's attack. "I'll admit, this is a step up. Maybe even a match. Still let's see if you've got the experience Junior!" Chameleon shouts, kicking off me, sending me towards the ground. I land on the ground, changing my rifle into it's SMG form. "Feathers!" I exclaim as I run at Chameleon. My feathers open fire on Chameleon. She dodges the first few shots before charging at me. We close in on each other, readying our blade. Getting in close to each other we swing at each other.
Chameleon:(blade lock) Well now! You certainly know you're stuff! Better with a blade than I thought!
Cecilia:(smiles) I had a good teacher. And to protect her and this country, I will take you down!
Chameleon:(groans) What is with you people? It's all Saturday Morning bullshit with you people!
We break away from each other, I lunge back at Louis thrusting my blade at her. Chameleon blocks my blade. "What's wrong with that?! As long as it can lead to peace I don't care how cheesy it is!" I shout swinging at Chameleon. She lunges back, I send my feathers to attack. Chameleon starts running to make some distance. "What ever floats you're idiotic dreams kid!" Chameleon said going invisible. "Then tell me?! Why do you fight!? Money? Power? Recognition?" I ask looking for her, I hear a laugh as Chameleon decloaks behind me and lunges.
Chameleon: I want none of that shit!(swings at Cecilia) Idiots can fight over all that they want! So long as it gives me a fight!
Cecilia:(feathers block) And to get a good fight you would help instigate a World War?!(swings around) Are you mad?!
Chameleon:(laughs) Oh, yes I am!(jumps back) I think as John put it. I am a "Serial Killer wanting an excuse." And he's right. I just want to kill, altho he's a bit off in saying that I wanted an excuse. I just wanted to experience new ways of killing!(shoots) And this armor is so much better then the IS!
Cecilia:(flies into the air) And that gives me all the more reason to put you away! You're a danger to everyone! I'm taking you down!
"Try it if you can!" Chameleon said, running at me while shooting. I switch my SMG back to a Sniper, I take aim at Chameleon. Chameleon begins to cloak, I shoot at where she stands before she disappears. But instead of disappearing, she splits off into two copies. What?! I shoot at the copies as they split more and more. Going for the hydra tactic huh? Well one of you has to be the real one! "Feathers!" I shout as all of my feathers move into position. Each pick a target and shoot. All of the copies disappear, with none of them being the real one. So she did cloak after all! "Gotcha!" Chameleon shout dropping down from above. I aim my rifle, with parts around the barrel shifting to leave the barrel exposed. "Scatter!" I shout, blasting a cone of plasma directly into Chameleon's face.
We are Sento
I spin the Magazine a tenth time. "100! Full Bullet!" The sphere graph materialises as my funnels grab Smashes and Guardian IS's bringing them into the graph's range. "Full Barrage!" I shout, all of my weapons taking aim. I start firing wildly my funnels deflecting some shots into the Guardians and Phantom Task troops on the ground. While the rest of my shots hit the IS's and Smashes. The people who were transformed into Smash, I catch with my funnels and bring them to the ground. I back up and look at the battle as a whole.
Build:(looks around) Well, we are pushing them back… but what's their game plan? They aren't just going to throw everything at this frontal assault without some sort of a plan… Unless the parliament building is just a distraction!(hand up to comm) John! Where are the members of Parliament?!
John:(over comm) Them and the Queen should be heading for a bunker across town, they should- (hand up to comm)What was that? Repeat? Shit.(looks at Build) Build! This is a diversion! An air bound attack force is heading straight for the convoy! You have to go now!
Build:(flies off) On it!
We are Cecilia
I land on the building across the street as my feathers return to me, I open the side of my Sniper, dropping the red hot barrel out of my rifle. My Wing opens revealing a new barrel, I take the barrel and I insert it back into the slot. That previous shot let me get some breathing room. I look at my rifle again.
Cecilia:(helmet folds away) … Her reason is just to kill… Is that why you hid from me? Why you never told me?... You didn't want me knowing about the blood on your hands?...(smiles) It's okay. I would accept, I mean. You're body count couldn't possibly match that of Sensei's… and now I'm glad Sensei wasn't here to hear that… But, you get my point.
John:(over comm) Cecilia? Are you there? Are you free right now?
Cecilia:(stands up) I'm here John. What do you need?
John: I want you to report back here. There's a situation developing and I might need your help with it.
Cecilia:(helmet closes up) I'm on my way.
We are Sento
I speed towards the convoy on my approach. I spot Guardians on bikes with IS's following behind. The ambush notices me and they take out their weapons and open fire on me. I dodge the shots and I point my new guns at my shooters, I fire off a single shot from each gun, destroying the ambush. That can't be all of them. I fly to the front of the convoy and look ahead. Oh no! I move down to the front car and tap the window. "Stop the convoy!" I shout, the convoy stops and I land back on the ground. Guardians, Smashes, and mercenaries step out from behind cover. Walkers rise up out of rubble from around the street. We're surrounded.
Build:(looks around) I'm amazed you managed to prepare so much.
Chameleon:(appears) We are an international Terror organization. We have our backers. We are professionals.
Build:(sweatdrop) And yet you need to instigate an attack on the government to start war… Yeah, real professionals.
Chameleon:(chuckles) Hey, I may be the type to assassinate. But these are orders from our bosses. And they tell us it's time to kick off a War. So who cares how much we blow up?
"Right." I said… I flip out all of my guns and fire. Chameleon dodges and tosses something onto my chest. "Hu-" I'm blasted with electricity as my whole suit goes dark. Oh shit! An EMP! "Knew it." I hear muffled, I'm then grabbed by multiple guys and I'm lifted up to my feet. "Fuck this armor is heavy!" I hear.
Chameleon: With all this heavy ordinace and all his systems down of course the fucking suits heavy…
We are Cecilia
Cecilia:(lands) What is the status of things?(helmet folds away) Are the Parliament and her highness okay?
John:(shakes head) No. They're in trouble. They have been ambushed on their way to a bunker. Build attempted to stop it. But he's been captured.
Cecilia:... What do we do?
John:...(looks at Cecilia) Cecilia, how good is your aim?
"Pretty good why?" I ask. John points to the top of Big Ben. "Think you can make a shot from there?" John asks me, I look at the top of Big Ben. I'm confident but... "Not sure." I mutter. "Well you better be sure, because if you can't make a shot like that, you won't be able to save your teacher." John said to me. "Well if I'm taking the shot, I need a spotter." I said to John, to which he's already carrying a spotting scope. "Ready whenever you are." John tells me. Here we go. I grab John and we fly up to the top of Big Ben. We land just above the clock and towards where Build and where the convoy are.
John:(setting up scope) I hope those upgrades extend the range of your rifle.
Cecilia:(helmet folds up) Yes, but when you get far enough the whole world works against my shots. And from here, it's several kilometers...
John:(looks down scope) Well let's hope you know a lot of math.
"This might help with that." I said, grabbing the bottom of my Sniper extension, and pulling down the bottom and sliding it back. The Barrel slides up and then slides into the rifle. The barrel sides, slide out to the side and reveal electromagnets running down the length of the rifle. A port on the left side of the rifle opens. I teleport a round into my hand and I load the round into the Railgun. John looks up from the scope and sees my Railgun. "Wow… That will certainly work." John said looking at my rifle. I activate my scope and I look for my target.
John: I see something. It's on Build's chest… Looks like an EMP. Must be disabling all of his systems.
Cecilia: And Chameleon is about to kill him!(takes a deep breath)
I'm not letting you die here Sensei. I aim for Chameleon, I pull the Trigger. Electricity runs down my barrel. *Choom!* The metal round sounds as it flies straight, it arcs and hits Chameleon in the shoulder. "Good shot, go for the EMP." John said to me as I adjusted my aim and fired again. A few seconds pass before the round hits the EMP… And also sends Build flying back into a car… "Oops." I mutter. "That packed a punch..." John muttered.
We are Sento
"Systems reactivating..." The AI informs me… Ow… I think that impact might have broken something… What just hit me? It must have been aiming for the EMP. "All systems are operational." The AI said as my HUD activates and I can see again. "Ow… What just." I ask when my HUD marks a friendly signal on Big Ben… Cecilia… Of course. "Why are you standing there!? Kill that bastard!" Chameleon orders. I flip out the cannons on my wings and blast away two of the mercernaries. I use the thruster to send me into the air. "Funnels!" My Funnels fly out and take out the remaining soldiers and using the cannon and railgun I take out the walkers.
Chameleon:(starts running) Fuck, Fuck! This shits falling apart!
Build:(starts shooting at Chameleon) You're not getting away!
Chameleon:(shoots back) Fuck, Fuck, FUCK!
I shoot Chameleon's left leg causing her to fall and hit the ground. I fly over and keep my guns trained on her. "It's over Louis. Surrender." I tell her, Chameleon stands up and starts to walk around. What… Wait, it's a hologram. Scanning for a signature… She's not too far away. "Cecilia, are you there?" I ask.
Cecilia: Sensei! Sorry about shooting you. Did you catch Louis?
Build:(shakes head) Unfortunately not, but the Convoy is on the move again. And I've triangulated Chameleon's signal. Let's regroup and end this here and now.
Cecilia: Right!
We are John
Cecilia brings me back down to ground level. "Right, I'll go join Sensei now." Cecilia said as she was going to leave. I stop her. "John?" Cecilia asks me. "Before you go. I need to tell you something." I said, I reached for my pouch on the back of my belt. From it I take out a present box.
John:(hands gift) You're father meant to give this to you when he was going to tell you the truth. It's several years overdue, but I held onto it… Not sure of what to do. But now that you know, it's best I give it to you.
Cecilia:(looks at gift) What could…(opens present.) A… Necklace?
The Necklace has a locket and the design is simple, nothing really too special about it. "Check the Locket." I tell her. She looks at the locket and opens it. It's a picture of Jeremiah, Anya, and a Baby Cecilia, the two are in tears happily smiling. "I'm not sure if you knew this but." I begin.
John:(crosses arms) When your mother was in labor, the doctors weren't sure if you were even going to survive labor. It was dangerous for both you and your mother. I'll be honest, at the time I thought it would've been your mother's time to meet the reaper… But, instead. A miracle happened and both of you survived. That picture was one I took in honor of your birth. Your father was terrified but so relieved when you both survived. So that's why he figured to tell you this story and give you the necklace and explain everything to you.
Cecilia:(looks at necklace) I… This…
John: You're parent's loved you, even when you may have despised your father.
Cecilia:(tearing up) Why…(looks at John) Why are you telling me this now?
John: Since your parents' deaths I've been… Disillusioned is all. I just wasn't sure of why I fought so hard anymore. I dropped the Phantom Task case and left it for someone else… I wanted to talk to you but… I was scared. But when I was ordered to talk to you, I… honestly, I'm not sure how to explain my actions. I just did as I felt. But hearing your teacher tell me about his dream, made me reflect on a lot of things… So, sorry for not telling you sooner. I was going though the same pain as you were, yet I did nothing to help.
Cecilia: No… You did. You told Sento about the hidden room… And you were also the one who kept my dad's old cars in clean shape right?... You… You have given me a chance to reconnect with my family again… Even if it's like this… Thank you… I mean it.
"Yeah. And thank you. For helping me." I tell Cecilia. Cecilia puts on the necklace and puts it inside her suit. "I'll be going now." Cecilia tells me. I nod and back away. "Stay safe, I don't want to bury anymore Alcotts." I tell her, Cecilia giggles and nods. "Yes sir." She said before flying off to meet Build… Jeremiaha. I think I can finally let go now. Anya, you too. It's time I leave this all in the past...
We are Louis
I lean against a wall clenching my shoulder. Fuck, I think that shot broke something. I clench my hand and move my arm around. It hurts, but I can still move with it. Thank god for the armor… still... I reach into my pocket and take out the black Hazard Full Bottle. So, looks like I was backed up into a corner after all… "The Fucking Spider called it then..." I mutter, clenching the bottle.
Arachnid:(flashback) Know that using this bottle will most certainly kill you. If you use it, your Hazard Level will skyrocket. Matching even that of a Kamen Rider.
Chameleon:(flashback) I'm sure there's more then that too. Right?
Arachnid:(nods) Yes, you could lose your mind if you aren't prepared. But even if you manage to keep it together long enough, it's effects are permanent. So use it when you are backed up against a wall. And be prepared to face the consequences.
Chameleon:(looks at Bottle) Well I'll remember not to use it straight off the bat then huh?
I lift up my Transteam gun, I take the Chameleon bottle out and replace it with the Black bottle. "Hazard Bottle!" I point the gun at myself. It's all or nothing… I pull the trigger. "Steam attack!" My body is engulfed in a black mist. My body begins to shake as I feel a burning sensation across my entire body. "Gg...Rrr…. GRAAAAHHH~!" I scream out as the burning sensation slowly starts changing into a shocking sensation. I could feel my body pumping with adrenaline, my focus on the ground around me begins to fade as more and more of my rational thoughts start to fade. "I... I won't…. Give… In… Ah… RAAAAHH~!" I scream out.
We are Observer
Chameleon stands up, the black mist still hiding her figure. The Smoke begins to move in towards the chest, revealing the suit.
The suit is now white and black. The undersuit is black, the armor is black, with accents of green on some small parts.
Chameleon looks ahead, before kneeling down and disappears.
