(Grease drops towards Cross-Z with her weapon at the ready, Cross-Z spins around and thrusts his blade at Grease, their weapons let out a shockwave of energy as the two steare each other down. Scene changes to Tajimi and Phantom Task behind her. Looming over all of them is a Mech hidden in Shadow, a beam charges up before firing at the screen.)

(Gentoku walks forward with Yamada behind him. Camera changes to an up close look at Gentoku up close, looking at one half of Gentoku's face is with a creepy smile. Camera switches to other side to see a dulled out Gen with purple crack veins creeping up his face. Stalk Revels in everything.)

(Camera flies past the cast in different poses looking at the camera M's face shows anger, as camera changes to Sento also with a serious face, before Chifuyu drops in besides Sento. Sento and Chifuyu reach out to each other, but a shadow creeps up Sento's hand. Sento brings his hand close to his eye, the camera focuses on his eyes to see a shadow in both eyes.)

(Still focusing on the eye, appears an all black boots, hand, chest piece, then belt with a Red Trigger upon it. Then to Normal Build as his helmet folds out, the camera pans back to look down upon the entire cast. Camera changes to a Full Bottle being tossed before being paused in frame.)

Construct 82: War of the 3 Nations
Sento: Okay. Here we go, in the last construct Louis and the England Branch of Phantom Task were defeated. Louis committed suicide to prevent herself from being captured. After some cleaning up, I left London and I am now headed towards China… Though I get the feeling that it's about to get rough… What will happen in this Construct?
We are Sento
I stand on the deck of a supply ship heading for Hong Kong. Hong Kong news from this place has been flowing in to the rest of the world. I pull up my HUD and look at the news feed. The country of China itself has collapsed due to political discourse. I look off into the distance away from Hong Kong, I see smoke rising up from the cities far off.
Man:(walks up behind) Excuse me sir. If you are getting off at Hong Kong, I ask that you take the boat over there to the mainland.
Sento:(turns to man) What? Why is that?
Man: Once we landfall, it's going wild the moment our ship hits land. A lot of what we are bringing are relief supplies after all.
Sento:...(nods) I understand. Thank you for the nice trip.
I went off to gather my things. I entered my room that was given to me on the trip. Cleaning up and putting away my setup into my bag, I double check if everything is on me. Okay, Belt, Check, Bottles, Check, laptop, Check, phone, Check, Charger, Check. I activate my translation HUD. HUD online. I grab my coat and put it on. Time to go. I go back up to the deck of the ship and over to where the boat is waiting for me.

I sit at a table overlooking the city. The city is calm now, but it's sure to change soon. I pick up my cup of tea and take a sip. *Beep!* I hear a call come in. I put down my cup of tea and answer. "Yes?" I ask. "My lady. I have a report for you." A Phantom Task soldier speaks from the other end. "What is it?" I ask, reaching over to a sweet roll. Taking one and placing it on a plate, to which I take a fork too.
Phantom Task Soldier: My lady, our scouts at the Hong Kong harbor have reported that the next supply ship had another passenger on the boat. He's broken off from the ship and is coming to the mainland by motorboat. We have identified him as the target.
Arachnid:(smiles) Excellent, have Grey Pill ready his strike force.
Phantom Task Soldier: Um… My lady, would it not be easier to just kill him before he reaches land?
Arachnid:(sighs) As much as I agree with that course of action. I'm afraid he is not someone who you can simply just, kill. Not to mention he's likely prepared for anything that may come at him. We shall rely on Pill to get the job done. Now, is that all?
Phantom Task Soldier: Yes my Lady. I will call when I have something to report.
I look back out over the city. Picking up my cup of tea. "Good. Keep me posted." I said. "My lady." The soldier said, he ended the call. I take another sip of tea, placing down the cup. I glance at my phone propped up by a stand, an image of Katuragi-senpai eating. "Of course you came, Senpai… Nevertheless. To the destruction of old China." I said lifting up my cup for a toast.

I pull the boat ashore, tying the rope against a sturdy log. "Hey there." I hear a voice ask from behind me. I turn around to see the small familiar figure of Lingyin Haung dressed in casual wear still with her twin tails. I turn to her with a smile. "Hello again Rin." I greet walking up to Rin, she smiles and walking over to me. We both exchange a high five.
Rin:(crosses arms) It's really good to see you again Sensei!
Sento:(smiles) It's good to hear you're safe too. Despite all the happenings here in China.
Rin:(sighs) Tell me about it. It's basically what's happening in Japan. Just without the Sky Wall… Same politics though.
Sento:(sweatdrop) No matter the country, Politics are a maze to navigate, huh?
?: Yes, and in these trying times. Knowing which side to be on is harder than ever. I understand now why you did not want to choose a side, Raggedy man.
I look at the one walking over. I see a familiar face, one I haven't seen in nearly a year. "Chen Mao, almost a year since we last met." I said greeting Mao. "You two know each other?" Rin asks me, Mao walks over nodding. "Yes, last we met was when we were first dealing with Mogami." Mao explains looking at Rin.
Mao is a 4ft 3in with black hair, green eyes, dressed in a white top and skirt, with a grey coat, and wearing a black shoes. On her wrist is a grey IS wrist strap.
Rin:(looks at Mao) Chen Daren I didn't know that you two met before.
Mao:(looks at Rin) Yes, what happened then has come back to bite us it seems though.(looks at Sento) Raggedy man, I need you and Rin to come with me.
Sento:(nods) Sounds good, I need to get up to speed on the details of happenings.
Mao gestures to me to follow. "Then come with us." Mao said, I grabbed my things and followed her and Rin to their car. I sit in the back, buckling my seatbelt in. Mao starts up the engine and we drive off. "Simply put, what China is in shambles." Mao begins, gesturing Rin to hand me something. Rin hands me a tablet with a dossier on China's situation in much more clear detail.
Mao: With the outbreak of war in Japan, a terrorist organization we now know is Phantom Task leaked much of China's secret information of it's doings. People were not happy, with many groups finally having enough riot and began taking over territory splitting the whole of China in three.
Sento:(reading) I assume Phantom Task and other Terrorist elements aided in the speedup of these territory grabbing? Because there's no way that these groups would have the firepower to take on China's military.
Rin:(turns around in seat) Well that's the thing. The military split as a result of the information leaked, many siding with different groups. A large majority of China's leaders and political parties are all dead. There were plenty who attempted to escape the country with lots of wealth but their transports and vehicles were all destroyed, with the politicians themselves being executed publicly for "Betraying the Country."
Sento:(looks at Rin) I remember you're uncle being a political man, what happened to him?
Rin: My uncle was not that high up the political ladder in the first place, but he was smart enough not to be played like a puppet and is here in Hong Kong helping to manage the defence of Hong Kong.(sits back down) Most of the political people you would agree with are here in Hong Kong. They were not mentioned much due to their push back against China's attempts to get the Government to back off of Hong Kong. But as a result many who sympathise with the outside world and Hong Kong have come here.
Sento:(chuckles) Must make this place pretty crowded.
Rin:(smiles) Not as cramped as your lab under the Cafe when everyone was there!... Speaking of. How are Ichika and the others doing?
Sento:(reading) Good, from the last report I got from Chifuyu before arriving here said that the war is on a kind of hold. Touto is taking the opportunity to stock up and regroup their standing forces. With those two helping IS pilots train in Anti-Smash combat measures.
Touto Japan… We are Observer
At the Former IS academy, the training facility for IS pilots has been transformed into a military staging ground with a bridge made to connect the island with the mainland. In the docs training IS's are being transformed into Military grade IS's. With other facility's finalizing training on second year students as well as training them into soldiers. In one of the training arena's IS pilots all carry new equipment with them on their IS's. Instructing them are Chifuyu, Cross-Z, and Akatsubaki.
Chifuyu:(walking back and forth) Listen up! As you are all well aware! Smashes have been breaking our lines, having this chance now. Me, Cross-Z, and Akatsubaki will be teaching you how to handle Smashes with the new Railgun weapons developed.
"Mam!" The line of IS pilots all exclaim, they all load their weapons. Behind Chifuyu Cross-Z and Akats stand off in the back, watching. Cross-Z leans over to Akats. "H-Hey, I just realised this but… Does this mean we are just Target practice now?" Cross-Z whispers to Akats. "Pff~ Yeah right. Chifuyu wouldn't do that to us...Right?" Akats asks as the two look at Chifuyu. Chifuyu looks back at the two, a small sinister smile forms on her face as she steps to the side of the firing line of IS's with their weapons trained on the two.
Cross-Z:(sweatdrop) Oh~ I know that smirk… We're dead.
Akats:(nods) Yes… Yes we are.
Chifuyu: This is training for you two as well. I'm going to retrain you two in something you two have been forgetting to do. Dodge.(looks at IS's) Everyone Fire!

I let out a tired sigh. The development of Kanzashi and her sister using the Railguns of Hokuto's Combat vehicles on Smashes became viable. I developed the plans into a proper handheld version for the IS, using my old handheld Prototype Railgun as a base. I made it viable against Smashes with the Blue Tears Gen 4. I'm sorry Cecilia, I hope I haven't disappointed you. Rin looks back at me with a concerned look.
Rin: I know that sigh. Sensei, have you done something you aren't proud of?
Sento:...(Nods) Yeah, with Smashes being more common in the fight in Japan. I've had to develop countermeasures. I made weapons when I promised I wouldn't…(sigh) You can see why I'm not proud of that.
Mao: I don't blame you for feeling that way. Rin told me that you feel responsible for the war in the first place. Don't it's the idiot politicians that cause wars like this in the first place.
Sento: I assume with that statement, Rin has told you of who I… "Used" to be.
Mao: I'm not going to say anything other than, I am surprised, but… Who you were, has no effect on who you are today.
"Yeah, that's why I had an arc about it." I mumbled in the back. "Hmm?... What's he talking about?" Mao asks Rin, to which she sighs and shrugs. "Some Mad scientist nonsense." Rin said sighing looking out the window. "Hey~ What's that supposed to mean?" I ask leaning over the chairs. "What? Am I wrong?" Rin asks looking at me.
Sento:(sits back down) Well no… Wait.(stands up) That's not the purpose!
Mao:(parking) Okay, we're here.
Rin:(smiles) Great, let's get the plan in motion.
Sento: Hey! Don't ignore me!

A hand catches a red bouncy ball. The hand throws the ball at the ground, the ball bounces off the ground into the wall then the roof and back into the hand of the man. The man sits in a chair next to a desk, on the desk sits a Steamgun and a Full Bottle. The door to the room opens, a Soldier enters the room. "Genming Sir." The soldier said saluting. "Report." Genming said.
Soldier:(bows) Sir. Mistress Arachnid has given us orders. We are to move to Hong Kong to assault Build.
Genming:(smiles) Okay, the guest of honor has come then.(catches ball) Time to get the ball rolling.(stands up) Ready the first company for battle. We march on Hong Kong in the hour. And prep the rest of the troops. Time we get more "Recruits."
Soldier:(salutes) Yes sir, excuse me.(leaves)
Genming:(looks at table) Okay then, let's see just how strong you really are. Kamen Rider Build.
Genming grabs the bottle and gun, pocketing the ball as he walks out of the room and out onto a catwalk that overlooks an FOB that is prepping a Military company to move. "Now… Where is she?" Genming said looking around, the sound metal shifting, then of a cannon charging up. A beam fires into the air shooting down concrete and the targets behind the cover. The metal shifts close. Genming walks off the catwalk and over to the IS on the firing range. "Huian." Genming said walking up to the IS. "Sir." Huian said, taking her IS's helmet off.
Genming is 5ft 4in man, with short brown hair, green eyes, and a strong body build. He's dressed in a grey undersuit with a red tie, a black suit jacket, grey suit pants, and black shoes.
Huian is a 4ft 2in teenage girl, with short black hair, blue eyes, a petit build. Dressed in the IS piloting uniform.
Huian's IS is another Shenlong unit. The colors of the Unit are gun metal grey, black, with outlines of yellow and red. The armor is the same with additional armor and a helmet in the style of a demon face and red visior eyes. The Shenlong's twin blades are replaced with a single Jian style plasma blade.
Genming: Huian, join up with 1st company. We move on Hong Kong, so do whatever you need to and report to the dropship.
Huian:(salutes) Yes sir.
Genming:(nods) Good, now hurry up.
Huian walks off to the barracks.
We are Sento… Hong Kong Prime Minister building...
Mao parks the car in the parking garage. We exit the car and head to the elevator. "Okay, so I'm caught up on what's generally happening." I said putting away the tablet. "So why are we here?" I ask as the doors to the elevator open. "Well, as you know. A lot of people who don't agree with China's old regime but didn't want to take a side came here to try and escape." Rin explains as the doors close and we head up the shaft.
Mao:(crosses arms) A lot of people who don't agree with the 3 nations that have split. But air traffic is being controlled by the Republic of Beijing, who have most of the military force with them.
Rin: But a large group of troops and IS pilots are here in Hong Kong. So the Republic of Beijing has mostly new recruits but they are still the most powerful of the three nations so far. The United Nations of Sichuan has the sea which makes it hard for us to leave. The Real problem is the Tibet Federation.
Mao: Most of their command structure has been replaced,as well as unmarked planes and transports entering Federation air space, which means only one likely thing.
Sento:(crosses arms) Phantom Task, they are bringing in their guns to the Tibet Federation. As well as likely taken over their leadership. Still… What about North Korea?
Rin and Mao:(in synch) Oh they're all gone.
Sento:(blank face) H-Huh?
Mao:(sighs) When the nation collapsed, North Korea made an attempt to conquer China… With little success. The Republic of Beijing repealed the attack and went on to invade North Korea. The people weren't an issue, as more the military were.
Sento: What happened to them?
Mao:(shrugs) Who knows, military leadership as well as the nation's Leader have disappeared off the map. Last we heard they were sent off to quote: "have a taste of their own medicine."
Sento:(sweatdrop) That could mean any number of things.
The doors open and the three of us step out and down a hallway. "So, where are we headed?" I asked, following the two girls. "We're going to the meeting between the leaders here." Mao said as we approached the meeting room, we entered the room where many figures stand in the meeting hall with a map of Hong Kong on the holographic display.
Prime Minister: Commander Yang is there not some way your forces could eliminate the fleet on the sea so that we may at the very least evacuate the people here out of the country?
Yang:(Sighs) Like I said before in my report. Sichuan's navy is preventing us from leaving. It's not a problem if we did so, that would leave us open to the other two nations to attack us. Unless we backup that could sufficiently cover for our IS forces. We can not engage the Navy Blockade.
Prime Minister: Is there not something we can do!? We can not wait in this city forever! We must get the citizens out of the city before it's too late!
Sento:(wisper) I feel something is going to happen very soo-
As soon as I finish the statement an explosion goes off in the distance. "Oh… I really didn't want to call that." I muttered, when a staff member entered the room. "The Tibet Federation is invading Sichuan and a detachment of a company is attacking the City!" The Staff member exclaims. I glance at Rin, we nod to each other as we both run past the staff member.
We are Mao
Mao:(looks at Sento) Wa-Where are you- And they're gone.
Yang:(runs over) Mao, Report. Where were you.(looks down hall) And… is that Rin?
Mao:(sighs) Yes, and the special individual I mentioned Rin wanted to meet.(rummages through the pocket) Looks like they are jumping in to help.
Yang:(looks at Mao) Order them back, we need to get the Government members out of here!
Mao:(takes out IS) With all due respect sir? You might be able to get Rin back here, but I doubt the other guy will care much. Especially considering he's here not by order of anyone but himself.(puts on IS) That's just what Kamen Rider Build does.
Yang: Build? But he's supposed to be a weapon of the Touto Government?
"Oh that's what the Government likes to say." I said smiling. "But I know that's not the case." I said before standing at attention. "Force Commander Yang, Permission to assist in the repelling of Tibet forces?" I request, Yang considers the request and sighs. "Very well. Prioritise civilian safety." Yang orders. I give a salute, and Yang turns back to the room to coordinate them to leave the building. I turn to the hall and run down it to catch up with the two.
We are Sento
Getting to the ground floor, Rin and I rush to the door. "I hope you've been keeping up with your practice?" I asked Rin. "Hey! I had to fight to get here safely, of course I have!" Rin said readying her IS for battle. "Count me in on this." Mao said, catching up.
Sento:(takes out belt) With our composition, it's primarily close quarters.(looks at Rin) Rin? What bottle pair do you think I should use in a situation like this?
Rin:(smiles) What is this a lesson in the just before a fight?(chuckles) I missed you. But since we are going to be facing a group of enemies… HawkGattling? To provide Overwatch and watch for stragglers?
Sento:(nods) Glad you remember!(straps belt on) Now then.(takes out bottles)
The Three of us exit out onto the street to see Tibet soldiers with IS machines, Guardians and Smashes. "Let us begin the experiment." I said shaking the bottles, Rin and Mao activate their IS's. "Hawk! Gatling!" The bottles said entering my belt. I crank the belt as the runners for the armor constructs around me. "Henshin!" I exclaim the armor closing in on me and completing. "The High Flying Vandal! Hawk Gatling! Yeah!" My wings open out and I launch into the air. "Okay, let's go you three!" I exclaim flying at the enemy.
