(From the sky the camera falls down on the nation of japan and then close up to the Skywall, where the red light beams down on Chifuyu, as she reaches out. Scene changes to Sento the light going up his body, Sento brings his clenched fist close to his chest before reaching out. In the background Stalk looks on.)
ashita to kinou no kousaten de majiwaranai kimi to boku ima iku yo boku wa nagareboshi
(Sento stands with everyone looking on with a serious face. Scene changes to Chloe in tears as Sento reaches out before a Shadowy hand grabs Sento's hand. Scene changes to Build, Cross-Z, and Akats standing ready to fight.)
IS Infinite Build
sekai ga kuchihatete mo kawaru koto no nai mono ga aru
(Camera flashes to Ichika's face then Cross-Z, then to Cross-Z jumping off a building and flying into battle. Scene changes to Cecilia taking aim with her rifle and firing off a shot)
namida wo koraete demo mamorubeki mono ga bokura ni wa aru
(The shot passes Rin, who swings at the camera, Charlotte blocks incoming fire before firing back)
nanmannen nan okunen mae kara no messeji ga tainai de uzukidasu narihibiku
(Changes to Laura swinging her cannon and aiming before firing off a shot, the shot flies past Akatsu as she thrusts with her blade, under the helmet Houki let's out a tear.)
shagareta koe de asu wo yobu kizu darake no te de kimi mamoru
(Grease drops towards Cross-Z with her weapon at the ready, Cross-Z spins around and thrusts his blade at Grease, their weapons let out a shockwave of energy as the two steare each other down. Scene changes to Tajimi and Phantom Task behind her. Looming over all of them is a Mech hidden in Shadow, a beam charges up before firing at the screen.)
I continue to fight I continue to fight
(Gentoku walks forward with Yamada behind him. Camera changes to an up close look at Gentoku up close, looking at one half of Gentoku's face is with a creepy smile. Camera switches to other side to see a dulled out Gen with purple crack veins creeping up his face. Stalk Revels in everything.)

(Sento Drives his bike before swerving to park as he looks over the ridge. Looking over a hill, Sento looks on at Hokuto's army. Stalk flies in with new armor covering her.)

(Camera flies past the cast in different poses looking at the camera M's face shows anger, as camera changes to Sento also with a serious face, before Chifuyu drops in besides Sento. Sento and Chifuyu reach out to each other, but a shadow creeps up Sento's hand. Sento brings his hand close to his eye, the camera focuses on his eyes to see a shadow in both eyes.)
hakanaku kiete nakunaru koto sae kowakunai
(Still focusing on the eye, appears an all black boots, hand, chest piece, then belt with a Red Trigger upon it. Then to Normal Build as his helmet folds out, the camera pans back to look down upon the entire cast. Camera changes to a Full Bottle being tossed before being paused in frame.)
Construct 94: Experimentation
Sento: War breaks out between Touto and Hokuto over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within it. In order to prevent any more casualties, both countries have agreed to a proxy fight between Kamen Rider Build and Grease.
Chifuyu: We were given bottles from Blood Stalk in order to train with and improve Build's Hazard Level. We have 4 weeks until the battle.
We are Chifuyu... 4 weeks left…
I fly high above the city skyline seeing the smoke rise up from the rubble on the ground. Floating to the ground in front of the Cafe, I deactivate my IS and head in. All while my HUD is showing me the news on TV. Everyone's focus is on the Kamen Rider Proxy fight that will happen. Opinions are quite mixed… The TV moves to on the street interviews.
Civilian 1:(interviewed) What will happen to us if Kamen Rider Build Loses?
Civilian 2: I'm sad it has come to this, we're all Japanese people, after all.
Civilian 3: Shouldn't you be reporting about the evacuation center instead of this?
Entering the Lab, I meet Chloe at the bottom of the stairs. "Chloe, I'm back. How is He?" I ask, Chloe simply points to the lab. Looking to the lab, I see Sento over the Pandora Panels with Bottles we acquired next to them. "Spider, Reizokou!" Sento said by inserting them into the panel, it lights up showing a Best Match. "Best Match!" Sento exclaims, Chloe and I walk over to him as he grabs another pair. "Turtle, Watch! Best Match!" Sento exclaims, grabbing another pair. "Dog, Mic. Best Match!" Sento exclaims again. "You're so loud." Chloe complains.
Sento: No, no, no. I can't help it, it's so exciting to have so many Bottles in front of me!(hair raises) Now… Which one is next? Sai, Dryer!(inserts bottles) Penguin, Skateboard!(slowly inserts bottles) Best Match~, Magnet, Obake!(inserts bottles) Best Match?(board lights up) BEST MATCH~!... Actually, how'd they get the element of a ghost anyway?
Chifuyu:(crosses arms) Sento, you don't have to pretend to be cheerful…
Chloe:(sighs) You're always trying to carry all the burden by yourself…
Sento:(looks at Chloe) What's with you two?
Chifuyu:(reaches for remote) It's about the news that's going around.(shows the News)
Civilian 3: I want the Government to think about that.
Civilian 4: We should've done the one-on-one fight from the start.
Chloe:(looks at screen) Everyone has worn themselves out fighting, but everyone just says what they want…
Sento:(walks back to desk) It's fine.(picks up jacket) I started this war, made it worse too after all… I have to end it myself…
Chifuyu:(walks over) You're taking everything on yourself again. People will say what they want, but you didn't make the war worse. How many times do I need to remind you that you don't have to do this yourself…(sighs) I swear, you haven't changed since I met you.
Sento:(puts on jacket) It's just your imagination.(pockets bottles) Going out for a coffee break.
I follow Sento. "I'm coming too." I said to him, he turned back to me. "It's just a coffee break, no need to keep an eye on me." Sento assures me, I simply stare back at him. "True, but I'm here to help. So I'm coming." I responded walking over to Sento, who simply sighs and nods. "I know less than to stop you." Sento said, going up the stairs. "I'll keep him safe." I assure, looking at Chloe, who nods to me. "Please do." She asks, I nod. Sento and I go up the stairs and into the main cafe. As the two of us head to the door, the sound of a cup of Coffee fills our ears. The two of us glance towards the sound and continue.
Sento:(steps back) Whoaa~!?
Chifuyu:(turns around) Utsumi-san?
Sento:(walks over) No way?! But I thought you fell into the river? Eh? What? Eh? What's with the necktie? What? Too many things to make fun of, where do I start?
Utsumi:(sets down two cups of coffee) Start with taking a breather.(gestures to cups) Enjoy.
The two of us glance at each other before we both take a sip of the coffee. "Oh! This is good!" Sento said, I nod in agreement. "Yes, you could run a successful Cafe with this." I complement Utsumi. Utsumi simply takes off his apron and walks out of the kitchen.
Utsumi: That must be sarcasm unsuited to a ministerial advisor's secretary or to a scientist.
Sento:(turns to Utsumi) Just a joke. It's better than Tabane's tho. But… Why are you here?
Utsumi: Stalk told me to assist you and Banjou-san.
Sento:(Sighs) I don't have anything I need help with.
Utsumi:(steps in Sento's way) Can you win against Grease in the proxy fight as you are now?
Sento: It's come to this because you gave the Sclash Driver to Hokuto in the first place!
Utsumi:(walks over to coffee) There's no scientist who could look at those blueprints and not get excited.(looks at Sento) You were the same! I couldn't contain it, especially after Stalk asked me to make an Upgrade to both the system and Grease.
"Grease Crusher was your creation?" Sento exclaims looking at Utsumi. Utsumi responds by pushing up his glasses and nodding. "And another thing, this was requested by Banjou-san." Utsumi gestured to me, and Sento turned to me with a surprised look on his face. "You can't do it alone. At the very least, you need more varied practice." I explained myself. "But I'm surprised it was you Utsumi-san." I said looking back at Utsumi.
Utsumi:(pushes up glasses) The bullet that hit me just hit my shoulder. Nothing a few months in recovery won't fix. I heard from Stalk that you've borrowed Hokuto and Seito's Bottles. Have you tested all of them yet?
Sento:(looks at bottles) No.
Utsumi: Seems I can help with something. Follow me.
We are Sento… Underground Garage…
Utsumi:(takes out pad) So, shall we begin the ex-
Sento:(waves hand) We can't begin! Chifuyu is a good opponent and all but I'd like something else to fight against.
Utsumi:(nods) Exactly why I am here.(opens pad) Engaging Hard Smash Program.(Smash appears) This Hologram is unlike any you've ever seen. This hologram delivers a shock with plasma when it lands a hit. It has been improved to perform like the real thing. You can have a realistic simulation battle with this.
Sento:(ruffles hair) This is awesome!(straps on belt) Let's start with something familiar!(glances at Chifuyu) You gonna join Chifuyu?
Chifuyu:(crosses arms) I think I'll just watch this fight.
"Fine by me." I said shaking the Full Bottles. "So, shall we begin the experiment?" I said opening the caps and inserting them into the Driver. "Phoenix! Robot! Best Match!" Turning the crank, the runner constructs around me. "Are you Ready?!" "Henshin!" I exclaim, the runner closes on me. "The Immortal Weapon! PhenixRobo! Yeah~!"
Chifuyu:(leans against pillar) Haven't seen this Best Match in a while.
Utsumi:(pushes up glasses) If I remember correctly, this was the fist Bottle pair Build had that was outside Touto.
Build:(chuckles) Ah~ Memories. That was so long ago, I'd almost forgotten I could do this!
Putting out my claw arm, I grab the side of it with my other arm. The Claw transforms into a plasma cannon, blasting the Hard Smash it pushes it back. Lowering my arm I then blast the Smash with flame, swinging my hand back and forth the flames burn into the Hard Smash before grabbing the smash by my robo arm. "Get up!" I proceed to toss the Smash around before tossing it into the roof. Cranking the belt my body bursts into flame in a phenix form. "Ready Go! Voltech! Finish! Yeah~!" Jumping into the air, I slam myself though the Hard Smash multiple times until it explodes leaving nothing behind.
Utsumi:(typing down) You surprised your opponent with a plasma attack, then incapacitate your opponent with a phenix flame and then closed in with Robot's unmatched power.
Chifuyu:(crosses arms) Not to mention the ability to fly and manipulate the plasma used earlier in other ways than just shooting.
Build:(turns to Utsumi) Utsumi-san, next please.
Utsumi:(nods) Engaging Flying Smash Program.
Chifuyu:(looks at Build) PhenixRobo is a good match for this one too. But how about switching it up. How about the Best Match you used on me and Stalk.
Build:(points at Chifuyu) Good idea.(takes out bottles) Now, let's see what else this pair can do.
Shaking the Full Bottles I open them. "How did he open that bottle with a robot hand?" Utsumi asks aloud. "Individual finger manipulation." Chifuyu answers as I insert the bottles into my driver. "Rose! Helicopter! Best Match!" Turning the crank as the new runner builds up around me. "Are you Ready?!" "Build up!" The armor closes around me.
Rose takes up the left visior, right arm, right chest, and left leg. The Visior has a red rose for the visior, the chest and arm have a black vine running all through the chest and arm. The Helicopter takes up the right visior, left arm, left chest, and right leg. The visior has a helicopter, the chest and shoulder are the body of the helicopter and on the back of the suit is a helicopter fan.
"The Passionate Fan! RoseCopter! Yeahh~!" Wiping out my hand the rose thorn vine hits the flying smash, quickly moving in I begin trading fists with the flying Smash. Kicking the Smash back, the helicopter blade on my back spins up as I float up into the air, my blade cuts into the flying smash as I fly past. Entering a hover form, I begin slapping the Smash with my vine again.
Utsumi:(taking note) You use the helicopter's hovering ability to stay above the opponent and then attack with rose thorns.
Chifuyu: That's not all. Sento!(gestures to back) Use the Blade!
Utsumi:(looks at Chifuyu) The…(looks at Build) Blade?
Pulling the vine back in, I reach to my back taking off the helicopter blade and I begin cutting the Smash. "And the rotor is removable too!" Utsumi said, noting it down. Re-deploying the vine, I dual wield it with my blade to inflict more damage. The flying Smash tries to get away. No you don't! Putting the blade back on my back, I turn the crank on the belt. "Ready Go! Voltech! Finish!" Wiping my vine out, the vine wraps around the Flying Smash and I pull it towards me as I fly into it with the helicopter blade now covered in the same Rose vine…
Build:(shakes head) No… This won't work.(removes bottles) It's no good. I can't beat Grease like this.
Utsumi:(walks over) Indeed. Do you really intend to fight only with Bottle Matches? You should already know that you can't win without the Hazard Triggers power.
Chifuyu:(walks over to Utsumi) We don't know that! Not to mention that should only be a Last resort. Not something he can just use without restraint.
Sento:(nods) She's right.(takes out Trigger) If I use Hazard Trigger for too long, I lose my reason and I try to destroy everything in front of me…(clenches fist) If I'm going to use this then I'll need to install a device to force de-transformation.
Chifuyu:(looks at Sento) So you've completed the blueprints?
Sento:(nods) Yes. But to complete the device… I need more data on Hazard form. Those Smash now would get destroyed before I could gather any data.
"Understood." Utsumi said, walking over to a small table set up near a pillar. "Utsumi-san?" Chifuyu asks, Utsumi reaches into his coat and takes out a familiar gun. "Is that...?" I ask, looking at the Steam gun. "Night Rogue's Transteam Gun." Utsumi answers, reaching into his pocket and taking out the Bat Bottle. "My data as well as Himuro Gentoku's is stored here." Utsumi explains.
Chifuyu:(steps over) You transformed once before. But… If he loses control of the Hazard form…
Utsumi:(looks at Chifuyu) I'll force him to de-transform before that happens. If not,(look at Sento) I'll be relying on Banjou-san to jump in. Unleash the Hazard Trigger's full potential!
Sento: ...(clenches trigger) Okay.(looks at Chifuyu) You should stay back, if things get back I will need to rely on you. So… please watch me, okay?
Utsumi shakes the bottle before opening it and inserts it into the Steam Gun. "Bat! Mist Match! Bat! B-B-B-B-Bat! Fire!" I flip the protective glass of the Hazard Trigger before activating it. "Hazard ON!" Placing the Trigger into my belt, I take out the Wolf and Smartphone Full Bottles and insert them next. "Wolf! Smartphone! Super Best Match!" The plates construct around me. "Are you Ready?" "Henshin." I said the plates close on me. "Uncontrol Switch Black Hazard! Yabe!~" I clench my fist as I charge at Rogue. I throw my fist at him with Rogue dodging. "Is that all?" Rogue asks.
Build:(shakes head) Just gauging the level of my punches is… all.
Chifuyu:(steps forwards) Sento! Shout when you're starting to lose focus!
Build:(nods) R-Right. Right!
Putting my fists together I lunge forwards at Rogue. Rogue raises his fists to block, I lunge around and kick out his feet before round housing him though multiple pillars. "Such a simple attack having such… Power." Rogue said getting back up, his visior flashes as what I can only assume is him scanning my combat pattern. Guess I should do the same. Focusing energy into Smartphone I materialise apps that surround Rogue. "What is this?" Rogue said before the apps were slamming into him. Flicking my wrists plasma blades materialise in the form of claws, I lunge forwards slicing at Rogue's armor. Jumping back, I ready my next attack when my vision begins to become blurry.
Build:(wobbly feet) I… can't…
We are Observer
Chifuyu:(activates IS) Sento! I'm ending this here, help me hold him down Utsumi-san!
Rogue:(puts out hand) No! Let him lose control.
Chifuyu:(looks at Rogue) Are you crazy? He could kill you!
Rogue:(pushes up helmet) We need data, he said so himself. I will tell you when to jump in. I wish to see how much data I can acquire from this fight.
Build slowly turns his head to Rogue, who raises his fists to fight. Build growls as the vents of the suit open up and vent hazard energy as purple smoke. Suddenly the energy ignites like jets, creating thrust that makes Build floats up. Build swinging his blade claws out to the side before launching at Rogue. Rogue jumps to the side and shoots at Build, only for an app icon to appear in front of Build as he enters it. "What?" Rogue exclaims as another app icon appears behind him. Build comes out from the app to knock Rogue into a pillar.
Rogue:(turns back to Build) Perhaps I over estimated.(Build attacks) I can't keep on like this, he's almost at his limit…(looks at Chifuyu) Banjou-san!
Chifuyu:(readies blade) Utsumi-san! Give me an opening!
Rogue:(knocks Build back) Understood.
Rogue is tossed aside as he hits the table with his tablet falling to the ground. "MAX Hazard ON!" Build turns the crank. "Sento! Stop! Utsumi! Get me an opening!" Chifuyu exclaims, looking for a clear opening. "Ready GO! Overflow! Yabe~!" "Utsumi-san! Dodge!" Chifuyu exclaims, Rogue quickly picks up his tablet and calls up Hologram Smash to get in Build's way. Build slices away the Smash into nothing. "Banjou-san! Get to cover, I'm going to try something." Rogue said entering cover behind a pillar. Chifuyu does the same, while Build calls up his Drill Crusher and inserts a Full Bottle. "Unicorn! Ready Go! Voltech Break!" Build charges at Rogue. Rogue calls up Strong Smash as he jumps back. "Now Banjou-san!" Rogue exclaims, as Chifuyu jumps in. The explosion caused by Build's finisher engulfs him in flames. Chifuyu jumps into the flames pulling out the Hazard Trigger as she lunges by. Build's transformation cuts out as all 3 are left gasping for air.
Chifuyu:(steps over and cradles Sento) Sento… are you okay?
Sento:(places hand against head) Ugh… I-I think so…(feels eye) Ugh… I think I still might have bled a little… Utsumi-san? Are you okay too?
Utsumi:(sits up) You should be worried about yourself… Do you think you have enough data?
We are Sento
Reaching to the side of my belt, I pull out a small data stick. "Yes, data shows I have enough, thanks to you." I thank Utsumi-san, he nods as he stands back up. "It was risky, but that experiment was enlightening." Utsumi said with a small smile forming on his face.
Chifuyu:(shakes head) I don't see how killing yourself could be considered Enlightening.
Sento:(looks at Chifuyu) I'm more surprised that he can smile.
Chifuyu:(sweatdrop) Are you two just ignoring the fact that Utsumi-san nearly died?
Utsumi:(pushes in glasses) Of course not. Sorry for making you worry.
Chifuyu:(sighs) It's fine. As long as you understand.
Sento:(phone rings) Yes?
Matsuda: It's Matsuda. This is an alert from the Prime MInister. The Bottle's hiding place has been attacked.
Sento: What? Was it by Grease?
Matsuda: We don't have details but it seems to be a potential third party. Please head there immediately.(call ends)
"... You can let me go now." I said to Chifuyu, she pulled her arms away from me as I stood back up. "Sigh~ Another thing I'm surprised about is that your thighs are surprisingly soft." I said, turning to Chifuyu who raises her clenched fist. "Do you wish to start something?" She threatens. I chuckle, waving no, to Utsumi-san's sigh. "Do you two ever get tired of that routine?" Utsumi said, pushing up his glasses.
Utsumi: And, will you two be alright?
Sento:(turns to door) I have to stop them. I can't let this war drag on.(walks off) Let's go to Chifuyu.
The two of us head back upstairs to exit the building.
Base location…
Running into the FOB base we run past bodies strewn across the ground. A black unmarked set of Guardians are shooting up the base. "We really don't need more terrorists." Chifuyu said activating her IS. When another figure steps out from behind the pillars. "What?" Chifuyu mutters looking at the figure. I stare with my mouth agape, as Blank Kaiser stands before us. "That… Can't be. Usobakka?" I mutter, Blank Kaiser simply tilts its head in confusion. "He's awfully quiet. This must be someone else." Chifuyu said, drawing her blades. Observing his shoulder pad, I notice a familiar marking.
Sento:(clenches fists) So… Phantom Task got its hands on Mogami's technology…(clenches teeth) Is Nothing sacred to you people!
Chifuyu:(battle stance) Now isn't the time Sento!
Sento:(nods) R-Right.(takes out bottles) Let's begin the Experiment.

Build:(battling) How did Phantom Task even acquire Mogami's Technology!?
Utsumi: Why do you go so far?
Sento: I caused this war with the power of science.
Stalk: I'll need you to keep working so they get stronger.
