(Camera flashes to Ichika's face then Cross-Z, then to Cross-Z jumping off a building and flying into battle. Scene changes to Cecilia taking aim with her rifle and firing off a shot)

(The shot passes Rin, who swings at the camera, Charlotte blocks incoming fire before firing back)

(Changes to Laura swinging her cannon and aiming before firing off a shot, the shot flies past Akatsu as she thrusts with her blade, under the helmet Houki let's out a tear.)

(Grease drops towards Cross-Z with her weapon at the ready, Cross-Z spins around and thrusts his blade at Grease, their weapons let out a shockwave of energy as the two steare each other down. Scene changes to Tajimi and Phantom Task behind her. Looming over all of them is a Mech hidden in Shadow, a beam charges up before firing at the screen.)

(Gentoku walks forward with Yamada behind him. Camera changes to an up close look at Gentoku up close, looking at one half of Gentoku's face is with a creepy smile. Camera switches to other side to see a dulled out Gen with purple crack veins creeping up his face. Stalk Revels in everything.)

(Sento Drives his bike before swerving to park as he looks over the ridge. Looking over a hill, Sento looks on at Hokuto's army. Stalk flies in with new armor covering her.)

(Camera flies past the cast in different poses looking at the camera M's face shows anger, as camera changes to Sento also with a serious face, before Chifuyu drops in besides Sento. Sento and Chifuyu reach out to each other, but a shadow creeps up Sento's hand. Sento brings his hand close to his eye, the camera focuses on his eyes to see a shadow in both eyes.)

(Still focusing on the eye, appears an all black boots, hand, chest piece, then belt with a Red Trigger upon it. Then to Normal Build as his helmet folds out, the camera pans back to look down upon the entire cast. Camera changes to a Full Bottle being tossed before being paused in frame.)

Construct 98: The Duel part 1

Stalk: War breaks out between Touto and Hokuto over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within it! Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento, kills a Hokuto Smash and loses his will to fight… But to protect Touto and the one he loves, he accepts the challenge to face Hokuto's Kamen Rider Grease in a Proxy fight.

Ichika: Why is Tabane doing the recap?

Houki: She's also leaving out the sudden attack by Phantom Task, what was that all about anyway?

Stalk: Good voice, eh? Hah! Voice acting is one of my new specialities! So, what will happen in Construct 98?!

Ichika and Houki:(in synch) She dodged the question...

We are Observer

A helicopter flies over a sky scaffold arena, cameras all pointed at the two fighters in the arena. On the sides of the arena are viewing platforms, with people from both sides watching in person. "We will now begin the proxy fight between Touto and Hokuto!" An announcer exclaimed standing between the combatants. Watching on Touto's platform are Ichika, Houki, Chifuyu, Maya, Chloe, Sawa, Tatenashi, Kanzashi, Cecilia, Rin, Charlotte, and Laura in the bleachers. Akaba and Kiba watch from the Hokuto's platform. Elsewhere others watch from various television screens.

Taizan:(Watching screen) So it's finally happening.

Tajimi:(smiles) I'm counting on you, Grease.

Mido:(lifts up tea cup) Which one will win?

Announcer: Victory is achieved when the other party surrenders or is knocked out of their Rider system.(glances between Sento and Madoka) Prepare yourselves!

Sento and Madoka both take out their belts and strap them on. Sento shakes a Bottle pair before opening the bottles and inserting them into the belt. "Rabbit! Tank! Best Match!" Sento cranks the belt the armor runners build up around Sento. "Henshin!" Sento exclaims as the armor closes onto him. "Rabbittank! Yay~!" Madoka opens her right hand to look at Syuuya's Dog Tags. Taking the Robot Jelly, Madoka inserts it into the belt. "Robot Jelly!" "Henshin." Madoka said as the glass pitcher forms around her. "Robot in Grease~! Brraah~!" The two opponents stand opposite of each other.

Announcer:... BEGIN!

The two Riders charge at each other.

Flashback… IS Cafe…

Ichika:(looks at Chloe) So the Armor locking up was your doing?

Chloe nods as she shows everyone the button Sento had given her. "So he didn't throw it away..." Chifuyu said, her face disappointed at first, but quickly changed to relife. "Well, at least it saved him..." Chifuyu mutters. "So how is Sensei?" Houki asks Chifuyu. Chifuyu takes a moment to collect herself and puts on a positive smile.

Chifuyu: He's fine.(crosses arms) He should be good to fight in the duel in a few days. The only remaining damage is his bloodshot eyes.

Ichika:(sits down) Hope that doesn't get in the way of the fight with everything he sees being red.

Sawa:(looks at Ichika) Bloodshot eyes don't affect vision. Sento sees everything fine. The damage should only last a few days, maybe a week.

Ichika:(looks at Sawa) They don't?

Sawa:(crosses arms) Of course they don't! I should know, multiple all-nighters will do it to ya.

Tatenashi:(rests chin on hand) Putting that aside. Have you heard the response from Hokuto about the attack?

Ichika:(crosses arms) A lot of nonsense I assume?

"Right on the mark." Kanzashi said as she picked up the remote to the TV, Kanzashi turned on the news to show the damages from the attack. "They denounced the attack and said Phantom Task had infiltrated their forces to force Hokuto to continue the war." Kanzashi said. "But the Global community is up in arms about it." Yamada said, typing away at her laptop.

Chifuyu:(looks at Ichika) The UN has decided to step in… Altho, "step in" is not exactly correct. They rather have just sent representatives to watch and ensure fairness. It's more accurate to say that the UN has sent tools to say if they are hurt or injured in any way the UN will descend on Japan.

Houki:(looks at Chifuyu) Who would even be willing to volunteer for that?

Yamada:(smiles) A few familiar faces.(show laptop screen) Former IS Representatives, Cecilia Alcott, Lingyin Huang, Charlotte Dunois, and Laura Bodewig are coming as UN Representatives.

Ichika and Houki:(looks at Yamada) No way?!

Ichika: That's great to hear! All Teach needs to do is beat down Grease and this war can end!

Present…

Eyes from all over the world watch as the two Armored Riders battle each other. Chiufyu stands besides Chloe as the two watch with concern at the fight unfolding. The two Riders swing their weapons at each other. They bounce and clash with each other, but Build is being pushed to the edge of the Arena, Build jumps over Grease and behind her while taking out a pair of Bottles. "What?" Grease mutters.

"Rose! Helicopter! Best Match!" "Build up!" "Are you Ready?! Rosecopter!"

Kiba:(shocked) What?! How does he have those?!

Grease:(steps back) What?

"Surprised?" Build said, removing the rotor blade from his back and bending it at a 45 degree angle then throwing it like a boomerang. Grease ducks under only for her feet to be wrapped up in vines. "A- C-Can't-" The boomerang comes back around hitting Grease as the blade returns to Build, who quickly straightens the blade out and spins to create lift. Using both the blade and his legs, Build begins to push back Grease.

Grease:(blocking attacks) Why do you have Hokuto's Bottles?! Did you steal them?!

Build:(steps back) You're not that smart.(replaces bottles) So you'd probably wouldn't have noticed!

Grease:(clenches fist) Hey!

"Tora! UFO! Best Match! Are you Ready?!" "Build up!" "ToraUFO!~"

Build makes a series of UFO's appear and float around Grease. Build jumps from UFO to UFO slashing at Grease with each pass. "Seito's Bottles too?! What kind of Grand Heist have you been on?!" Grease said before pausing. "Stark… That old Hag is the only one who could have done this." Grease mutters, when she's tackled by Build. "Well, looks like you can figure it out. Guess you're not SO dumb." Build said slashes at Grease, only for his hand to be caught by Grease and followed up with a kick that knocked Build away.

Hokuto Prime Minister's Residence...

Stalk leans against the wall as she watches the fight. Squall stands at the far end of the room. While Tajimi sits in the center, all three are staring at the screen. "Stark… That old Hag is the only one who could have done this." Grease mutters. Stalk snaps her fingers and points towards the screen.

Stalk: Bingo!~(crosses arms) I'm not that old,(points at screen) but Bingo~!

Tajimi:(staring at screen) Why does he have our Bottles?

Squall:(glances at Stalk) Indeed. Tell us, why would you bother with such a thing?

Stalk:(crosses arms) Why not? If Hokuto wins, they're all yours. It's a worthwhile Gamble I think?

Squall:(turns to screen) Gamble, Stalk?... Like that matters either way… This match is already decided.

Back to the fight…

"Kujira! Jet! Best Match!" "Build up!" "KujiraJetto~!"

Grease switches weapon mode to Beam and shoots at Build. Only for a pillar of water to splash onto Grease launching her into the air. Build flies into the air after her, deploying small fighter jets to attack, as Build creates a ball of water, then blasts it at Grease knocking her back down to the ground. "Let's dry you off!" Build exclaims switching to a new pair.

"Kirin! Senpuuki! Best Match!" "Build up!" "KirinCyclone!" "Ready? Go! Voltech Finish!"

Build swings his hand as a small cyclone lifts Grease up, as Build spear attacks Grease with the Kirin spear. The Cyclone launches Grease up, Build follows up with extending the spear and catching Grease only to swing her down into the arena ground. "Boss!" Akaba exclaims, as Grease hits the ground.

Grease:(slams fist) You're stronger… Stronger than before…(Pushing off ground) Guess my Big Sister Whipped you into shape… Guess I shouldn't be surprised… Considering a few days ago...

Akaba: Boss~!

Grease:(stands up) But I'm coming into this Half-assed either!

Flashback…

Madoka sits in the Hokuto Faust Labs, next to the Nebula Gas Chamber. "So you'll take care of them?" Madoka asks Stalk. "Of course. The Hokuto Government will take responsibility." Stalk explains, Madoka looks down at the Chamber before her. "And I'll become a weapon for war?" She wonders aloud.

Stalk:(hand on chin) What will you do? There is a high possibility that you might even lose your memories.

Madoka:(looks at Stalk) I don't need them. I'll bear it all. Everything… But, could you tell them about the Memory loss beforehand? I don't need them to worry about me.

Stalk:(crosses arms) Bearing the weight of others on your shoulder… You're just like you're Brother and Sister.

Madoka:(chuckles) A bit of a shame I have to meet them on the battlefield. They seem just as Tightnit as me.

Present…

"So… I'm not holding Back!" Grease shouts taking out a Jelly then activating it. "Crusher!" The jelly is inserted into the belt, she clenches her fist, then turns down the crank. "Press! Crush Pulverise!" The beaker forms again, but this time with two claps grabbing the sides of the beaker revealing Grease's new form. "Passionate Crusher! Grease Crusher! ORIYA!" The belt announces. "Raaah~!" Grease charges Build, who points his turbine arm at Grease, only for the clamps on Grease's arms to detach and fly in, grabbing Build's arms and turning them towards the sky. Getting in close, Grease begins to wail on Build.

Grease:(hitting Build) Counterattack! Counteroffensive! Second Wind!(smacks Build away) Nothing can stop me NOW~!

Flashback…

Grease shoots down multiple targets in quick succession. "Whew… Definitely prefer the direct approach." Grease mutters, her helmet folding away. "Boss~!" Madoka turns around to see Akaba, Aoba, and Kiba approach her with bottles in hand. "With these, we can transform too!" Akaba said, as Kiba gave a peace sign. 'They underwent the Experiment?!' Madoka thinks to herself. "The boss can't do anything without us anyhow. We told you we'll always be with you no matter what." Aoba said.

Grease:(looks at the three) I… Think you got the wrong person...

Akaba: Haa? What are you saying boss?

Kiba: Yeah? Don't you remember us?

Grease:(sighs) Whoever you are. I don't know you people…(turns away) Get out.(helmet folds on) I'm in the middle of training.

Grease silently returns to shooting. "Wa… wait, boss..." Aoba said, stepping towards Grease only to have a barrel shoved in his face. "Get… The hell… Out of my way." Grease mutters. Underneath her helmet, Madoka grits her teeth. 'Idiots… Why did you follow me? This isn't worth your lives...' "Well… I'm waiting." Stalk said, her arms out. Grease turns to Stalk before changing straight at her. "Orrah~!" Grease screams, charging in and battling Stalk.

Stalk: Ooh~! It seems that they've riled up your emotions! Let them drive you!

Present…

Grease separates all crushers, as they shoot at Build. "Passion!" Grease kicks Build. "Fury!" Grease punches. "Unpredictability!" Grease uppercuts Build into the air. The funnels grab Build and hold him out. "Fall before ME!" Grease turns down the crank. "Crushing Finish!" Grease jumps up into the air and lifts her right leg up over Build head, as an energy claw materialises under Build. As Grease hits Build over the head, the claw comes in at the same time, crushing Build followed by an explosion.

Akaba:(clenches fist) Alright!~

Chifuyu:(shocked) Sento!

Hokuto Ministry Building…

Tajimi leans back in her chair with a sigh of relief. "Looks like her engine's finally in gear." Tajimi said. "I'd hold on Mam… Build still hasn't laid out all of his cards yet." Squall said, glancing at Stalk. "He still has his Ace." Squall said Stalk nods before stepping over to Tajimi.

Stalk: By the way, I forgot to ask but.(looks at Tajimi) What's Hokuto's army doing? I can't imagine they are doing nothing.

Tajimi:(smiles) Like you suggested… I ordered them to march on Touto. If Grease loses… We'll crush Touto with full force. We'll deal with the Global Community later.

Back to the fight…

"Rabbittank Sparkling!" "Kabutomushi! Ready?~ GO! Voltech Break!" "Ready GO! Sparkling Finish!"

Build swings the stag beetle blade at Grease who tanks the hit. "Now we're talking, Teach!" Grease smashes the enegry blade into pieces. "This is the Festival I Wanted!" Grease launches into the air, Build follows as the two kick into each other. As the two push against each other the sun slowly sets behind them. An explosion knocks the two away, Build lands on the ground clenching his foot, while Grease lands and stands back up.

Grease:(Funnels return) Scorching! Radiating! Beaming! I'm NOT BURNING HOT ENOUGH!~

Build:(reaches back) … No good. I won't hold much longer…(takes out Hazard Trigger) Can I handle this?

We are Sento

I glance over at the bleachers, the faces of my students, my friends, my family, the one I love. I can see it in their faces. They are begging me to not use it. 'I was lucky last time, I don't think I will again…' Looking at Ichika and Houki their faces, not of fear, but of concern, not of terror, but uncertintanty… "Ichika." I said as my helmet folds away. I give him a stern look, before I smile. His face is filled with confusion for a moment, when the pieces fit in his mind. Taking in my message, he resolves himself, looks at Houki then at me.

Ichika:(resolved look) Sento… Go all out.(puts out fist) KICK HER ASS~!

Sawa:(looks at Ichika) Ichika-kun?! What are-

Sento:(flips trigger) Roger that.

Grease:(looks at Build) Huh?

"Hazard ON!-MAX HAZARD ON!"

Setting the Trigger into my belt, I begin cranking the belt as the press builds around me. "Sento!" I hear Chifuyu cry out. I look at her face, her beautiful face. I smile. "Trust them." I mutter. "Are You READY?!" "Build up." The press closes on me as my armor changes.

"OVERFLOW! The Effervescent Burst! Rabbittank Sparkling! Yeah, Yeah~! Yabe~!"

Hokuto Ministry Building… We are Observer

Stalk:(clenches fist) I knew he'd use it… And going all out too? This is gonna be fun!

Back to the Fight…

Build and Grease stare each other down. "That form… Same one you took down the Mega Mech with..." Grease mutters looking at the suit. "I'm not a slow moving target… Let's see if you can match me." Grease said, silence fills the air. Grease's funnels fire at Build, only for Build's blade funnels to deflect the shots. Both Riders send their funnels against each other. The funnels of both clash as Build charges at Grease. Build clenches his fist as a beam blade comes out of the gap in the wrist armor. Grease jumps back dodging the first swing, reaching to her wrist the nozzle on her gauntlet protrudes out into the handle, a beam comes out of the handle. Grease swings it out as it clashes against Build's blade.

Grease:(blade clashes) ...R-Rrhh..

Build:(pushing against Grease) …

Build pushes aside Grease's blade before spartan kicks her. Grease crashes through the railing and tumbles off the side of the Arena. "Boss~!" Akaba and Kiba shout, when Grease and her funnels fly into the air and shoot down at Build with her funnels. Build braces as the shots hit him causing an explosion. Build is engulfed in smoke, his funnels slink into the smoke followed by a red glow. Build launches out of the smoke and high speed, flying under and past Grease as he careens into the rooftop of another highrise in the distance. "The hell?!" Grease said looking at Build, zooming in Grease notices all of Build's funnels forming around his back creating a pair of wings. "Think you're fast huh? You're not the only one!" Grease shouts as her funnels form together into wings, Grease flies at Build. Build launches towards Grease as the two clash through the air. Shooting, swinging, clashing, and crashing into each other. Build and Grease bounce off each other and swing around in the air charging towards each other, both swing blades at each other as their blades lock and they spiral into the air. Their trajectory turns as they both carreen into a Highrise roof.

Cecilia:(shocked) Sensei?!

Rin:(clenches fist) How is this allowed? Aren't they supposed to stay in the Arena?

Laura:(shakes head) The rules are clear. The fight can continue anywhere. Not until one of them disengages their transformation.

Cecilia:(clenches shirt) I just hope Sensei can keep himself in check and still win…

Grease and Build rise from the dust of their impact. Grease now wielding the Beam Saber and Twin breaker. Build clenches his fingers into a claw as beams claws form. The two riders charge each other. Grease swings her beam saber down at Build, then when Build stops to dodge the blade, Grease thrusts his Twin Breaker at Build's head. Build twists his head to the left as the Twin Breaker only scratches the helmet. Build upper cuts with his claws, Grease bends her head back as the claws miss her helmet. With the same hand that just swung, Build grabs Grease's back and tosses her away. Grease flips in the air and lands on her feet, she turns just as Build is right up in her face. He swings at Grease, which manages to land a few scratches on the visior, but Grease dodges most of the claw. Build raises his claws over head and swings down at Grease. Grease blocks the claws with the Beam Saber and follows up with a strike to the gut with the Twin Breaker, which pierces Build's armor. Grease let's go of the Breaker, then knees the Breaker to make the weapon go deeper. Grabbing the Breaker, Grease pulls the Breaker out then roundhouses Build back. Build reels back, only to bring swing back down slicing across Grease's armor.

Grease:(steps back) Tch… That hurts like a-(Build charges in) Wha?- Argh!

Build:(claw buried in Grease's right shoulder) Give… Up. P-Please… I… Can't… Hold on…

Grease:(grabs Build's helmet) Like… Hell!(uses Twin Breaker to smash the helmet) I will!

Build:(eyes glow purple) Wraah~!

Pulling his hand out of Grease's shoulder, Build kicks Grease back. Grease smashes into an air duct, Build then grabs Grease and pulls her up his grip tightening to the point that the right side of the helmet cracks and shatters. Grease falls only for Build to immediately kick her off into the side of another building.

Build:(falls to knees) *Gasp!* *Gasp!* *Gasp!*(bends back) I… Can't… RAAAAAAHH~!

Ichika:(clenches fits) He's finally lost control… You can trust me… Sensei.
