(Camera flashes to Ichika's face then Cross-Z, then to Cross-Z jumping off a building and flying into battle. Scene changes to Cecilia taking aim with her rifle and firing off a shot)

(The shot passes Rin, who swings at the camera, Charlotte blocks incoming fire before firing back)

(Changes to Laura swinging her cannon and aiming before firing off a shot, the shot flies past Akatsu as she thrusts with her blade, under the helmet Houki let's out a tear.)

(Grease drops towards Cross-Z with her weapon at the ready, Cross-Z spins around and thrusts his blade at Grease, their weapons let out a shockwave of energy as the two steare each other down. Scene changes to Tajimi and Phantom Task behind her. Looming over all of them is a Mech hidden in Shadow, a beam charges up before firing at the screen.)

(Gentoku walks forward with Yamada behind him. Camera changes to an up close look at Gentoku up close, looking at one half of Gentoku's face is with a creepy smile. Camera switches to other side to see a dulled out Gen with purple crack veins creeping up his face. Stalk Revels in everything.)

(Sento Drives his bike before swerving to park as he looks over the ridge. Looking over a hill, Sento looks on at Hokuto's army. Stalk flies in with new armor covering her.)

(Camera flies past the cast in different poses looking at the camera M's face shows anger, as camera changes to Sento also with a serious face, before Chifuyu drops in besides Sento. Sento and Chifuyu reach out to each other, but a shadow creeps up Sento's hand. Sento brings his hand close to his eye, the camera focuses on his eyes to see a shadow in both eyes.)
hakanaku kiete nakunaru koto sae kowakunai
(Still focusing on the eye, appears an all black boots, hand, chest piece, then belt with a Red Trigger upon it. Then to Normal Build as his helmet folds out, the camera pans back to look down upon the entire cast. Camera changes to a Full Bottle being tossed before being paused in frame.)

We are Observer
Build:(falls to knees) *Gasp!* *Gasp!* *Gasp!*(bends back) I… Can't… RAAAAAAHH~!
Build runs over to the edge of the building and launches off it towards Grease. Grease is beginning to pull herself out of the side of the building when Build crashes just below her. "The fu-" Grease is grabbed by the chest, as she and Build begin flying up the side of the building. Build screams as his eyes burn bright with purple like flame. Reaching the roof, the two fly up into the air.
Grease:(Grits teeth) Letting loose?! Then SO WILL I!(reels head back) Raagh!
Build:(face smashed in) Bough~!
Grease:(readies Breaker) Back down to Earth!
Grease jams the tip of the Twin Breaker back into Build's back shoulder and blasts down into the Arena. Grease smashes Build into the Arena, Grease rolls off and slowly stands up. "Ugh..." Grease looks over at Build with him face down on the ground, but still in his armor. "Stubborn." Grease said, clenching her shoulder. Build's right hand twitches before reaching out. "Uh?" She turns her head to the side, Build brings down his hand. In a flash four Blade funnels careen down from the sky cutting across Grease's back destroying her funnel wings.
Akaba and Kiba:(leans over railing) Boss!
Houki:(gasps) The Blade funnels!
Stalk:(crosses arms) Seems this match is settled. But the Party isn't over yet.
Build motions his hands, directing the funnels to cut across Grease cutting up her armor more and more with each slash. Crossing his arms and clenching his fists, all of the blade stab into Grease. Build slowly stands up and taps the Hazard Trigger. "Max Hazard ON!" Grease is lifted up into the air as a dark ball of energy forms around her as she is positioned directly above Build. The chest piece of Build's armor opens up, putting his hands close to his chest a concentrated ball of energy forms. The arena holds its breath as the ball of energy hovers over Build's mouth.
Build:(breathes in) Rhh… (bends back and looks up) WRAAAAHH~!
Letting out a guttural roar, Build blasts a massive beam of energy into the Hazard Orb causing a massive explosion. "Boss~!" Akaba and Kiba shout as they watch Grease fall to earth, hitting the ground her armor fades away. Madoka lays bare on the floor as the sun sets behind the two fighters. Build stands tall above Madoka, her body unmoving. "Boss..." Akaba mutters. Madoka's hand twitches and clenches as she lifts her head up. "Boss!"
Announcer: As her Rider system has been deactivated… The winner is… Touto!
People cheer across Touto, the world exhales a sigh of relief, Seito watches on in silence, Prime Minister Mido claps within his office, with Tajimi watching on in shock. "That can't be..." She mutters. "In the end, Grease kept holding back..." Squall mutters.
Back at the Arena, no one is cheering, every spectator watches on in silence at Build standing over Madoka. "Sento." Chifuyu mutters, holding her hands on her chest. "Don't." Chloe mutters, Build steps towards Madoka. "Sensei stop!" Cecilia screams out. Build clenches his fist. "Sensei! Do you even hear us?!" Rin shouts, panic visible on her. A blade forms from Build's gauntlet. "Don't do this, Sensei! Don't let the Trigger control you!" Charlotte shouts. "Sento! Kiryu Sento! STOP~!" Laura screams out, Build picks up Madoka by the collar.
Akaba: Boss! Get out of there!
Kiba: Boss~!
Chloe: Don't!
"SENTO~!" Chifuyu screams out, as Build goes to swing. Everyone turns their gaze, when the sound of an impact is heard… Silence follows as everyone looks at what happened. "Doing pretty well, Sento." Cross-Z said, blocking the blow with Akatsu. "You just love giving us heart attacks don't you?" Akatsu said, glancing behind her shoulder, Madoka is helped out of the Arena by Akaba and Kiba. "Stop it! You two can't do it as you are now!" Madoka screams out.
Cross-Z: Shaddup! We have to do this!
Akatsu:(pushes away fist) If not us!(punches Build) Then Who!?
The two Riders proceed to tag team Build. "Open your eyes, you moron!" Cross-Z grabs Build and punches his gut. "Grgh… Grah!" Build screams, as every blade funnel drops from the sky towards Cross-Z. "Heads up!" Akatsu shouts, putting out her hand, the sakura tree roots grow out of the ground and over Cross-Z. The Funnels get stuck in the wood, Akatsu clenches her fist, the tree veins curl crushing the funnels. Akatsu then charges Build and jumps kicks him, followed up by Cross-Z upper cutting him smashing through the tree roots. Build quickly recovers and lunges back in, punching both Cross-Z and Akatsu following it up with a round house that knocks the two away.
Rin:(gritting teeth) Grr…(steps on railing) I'm getting in there!
Maya:(grabs Rin) Rin-chan! Stop that! This isn't a fight that you can help in!
Kanzashi:(grabs Rin) If you stepped in, you would be pulverized!
Tatenashi:(watching on) We would just be in the way. This is a fight only Riders can fight.
Being pushed back Cross-Z and Akatsu's suits begin to pulsate electricity. "No, Ichika, Houki..." Chifuyu mutters while watching on. "You're overloading! Get out of there!" She shouts. "Argh… Great." Cross-Z said, struggling to keep himself in check. "I… Can... Control it!" Akatsu said as the two Riders jumped back into fight Build.
Madoka:(leaning against the railing) Stop it you morons! You two can't handle it!
Cross-Z:(knocked back) I...I'm, no…(looks at Akatsu) We are the only ones…
Akatsu:(hitting Build) We are the only ones…(blocks) Who can save Sento!
The electricity coming from Cross-Z and Akatsu reach their apex, but both keep themselves in check. "We… Are the only ones who can do it!" Both scream, hitting themselves, an blue and sakura aura form around the two and burst off as the electricity ceases. Jaws drop, as the two stand tall. "They… gained control!" Madoka exclaims.
Akatsu:(looks at hands) What is this?... I… I feel so much more power now!
Cross-Z:(nods) Yeah… It feels like we're in control!... We can do it!(looks at Akatsu) Becoming stronger than yesterday!
Akatsu:(takes out Uso Hopper) As we are now, we are Unbeatable~!
"Cross-Z Dragon!" "Uso Hopper!" Cross-Z and Akatsu insert it into the Twin Breaker and crank the belt. "Ready~ Go!" Cross-Z and Akatsu enter a stance for the final strike. "Chloe! The Button!" Cross-Z screams. Chloe activates the button trapping Build in place. "Scrap Break! Let's Break!" The two Riders throw the Dragon and Rabbit straight at Build.
Cross-Z and Akatsu:(in sync) OPEN YOUR EYES!
As the finishers reach their peak, all three Riders charge at each other and throw a punch. "SENTO~!" Akatsu and Cross-Z shout as their weapon connects with the belt, Build's fists hit both Cross-Z and Akatsu's helmets. The impact of the attack rocks the entire stadium. After a moment of silence, Build stumbles back, as the helmets of both Cross-Z and Akatsu crack open. After seconds of silence, the armor of all three Riders disappear into the air. Ichika and Houki catch themselves, as Sento falls unconscious backwards, falling into Chifuyu's arms as the two slump to the ground.
Madoka:(smiles) They managed to break his limit…
Maya: They did it…
Chloe:(tearing up) They won…(crying) Sento's safe...
Sawa:(hugs Chloe) They did it…
Rin:(throwing hands up) THEY DID IT~!
The winning side bursts into cheers, while the losers watch on. Houki and Ichika help themselves up, looking over to Sento. Chifuyu cradles Sento in her arms, her head looking down at Sento. She feels the warm skin of Sento, his sleeping face slowly bleeding. Yet a clear warm and glad smile on Chifuyu's face as tears welled up.
Chifuyu:(cradiling Sento) You are a moron… You self-centered, egotistical, handsome scientist… You're such a moron…
Sento:(opening eyes) Ugh… Wh-Where… Chifuyu?(tear falls on his cheek) Ah… You're crying…
Chifuyu:(smiling) That's because you won…
Sento glances over at Houki and Ichika. "You two stopped me then?" Sento asks, the two shake their heads. "No… Everyone did." Chifuyu said, Sento looks over at the friends smiling at him, tears on their faces. "Thank… Thank god..." Sento said, covering his own bleeding teary eyes with his arm. Madoka stands up straight using the railing as a brace to stand on. "A total loss..."
Akaba:(looks at Madoka) Syuuya's smiling down on you… saying, "You really can't do anything without me, Boss."
Madoka:(sighs) … Who's Syuuya?
Kiba:(smiles) You were always a bad liar. Madoka.
Madoka chuckles as she opens the palm of her hand to look at the dog tags in her right hand. "No matter what happens, you're with me to the end." Madoka said looking at Syuuya's dog tag. "Moron." Madoka clenches her hand and lets out a sigh. Looking up at the night sky. Silence fills the night sky.
Hokuto Prime Minister's office…
Tajimi:(pacing) I will obtain Pandora's Box!(phones up) Attack Touto right n-
Stalk pulls the phone out of Tajima's hand and promptly pockets it. "Ah-Ah ah~ That's against the rules." She said, stepping back. "What are you talking about?! That was your Ide-" Tajimi is cut off as Squall points a gun at her head, the two stepping to stand side by side. Tajimi double takes the scene before her. "Squall… What are you doing?!" She demands.
Squall:(keeping gun trained) Apologies Prime Minister. But as it stands, this fight is a lost cause. I'm dipping before this gets any worse for Phantom Task. Your moronic plans decimated our operations.
Tajimi:(disbelief) What are you saying?! It was Faust and Build that destroyed oversea's operations!?(looks at Stalk) I held back attacking Touto on Your insistence!? What is-
The door to the room bursts open as armed red suited Guardian Robots enter the room and aim at Tajimi. "Seito's Guardians… What is the meaning of this?!" Tajimi demands as Squall and Stalk step over to the Guardian's side of the room. "Oh no, Hokuto's entire standing army is in Touto." Stalk said, taking a seat in Tajimi's chair.
Stalk:(crossing legs) Looks like you'll just have to surrender.
Tajimi:(clenching fist) You betrayed me?
Stalk:(waves arms) Whoa~ Don't get the wrong idea Jimi-chan. When was I ever on your side?
Squall:(steps behind Stalk) You really should have seen this coming.(holsters gun) Snake-like women are untrustworthy to begin with.
"She's right. We aren't." Stalk said. "Take Tajimi into custody." Mido's voice orders from one of the Guardians. Two Guardians approach and grab Tajimi. "Get your hands off me!" Tajimi exclaims, the solid grip of the Guardians leaves no room to run.
Seito… Prime Minister's office…
Mido laughs to himself standing up from his desk. "Now, Hokuto is mine. Two thirds of the Nation of Japan has been reunited..." Mido mutters a wretched smile forming on his face as he kackles within his office.
Tajimi:(struggling) Let go of me! Let-
"Jobs done, Squall." Autumn walks into the room, dressed in a Seito Military uniform. "It's done?" Squall asks, Autumn confirms with a nod. "You!" Tajimi exclaims looking at Autumn with disbelief. "I-I thought you were-" Tajimi sputters, Autumn simply smiles. "Dead? The MM was junk, but it has excellent pilot safety." Autumn said walking over to Squalls side.
Stalk:(giggles) With that… Hokuto's standing army is no more. So don't hope for any form of rescue.
Tajimi: Wha-(looks at Autumn) You defeated the entire Hokuto army?
Autumn:(scoffs) As if…(turns around) That was His job.
Tajimi:(looks at the doorway) His?
Heavy footsteps fill the room, the shadow of the hallway obscuring the figure walking in. Only faint sparks of what looks to be a Hokuto Guardian being dragged along the ground lighting the hall. As the figure slowly reaches the room. The light coming from the room illuminates the figure as he slowly comes into view, Tajimi's eyes widen at the sight before her. "No..." She mutters.
Tajimi:(shaking head) That… That can't be… It couldn't be?!
Autumn:(Tch!) You really do live in your own Lala Land don't ya? It's Exactly. What it looks like.
The figure steps in the room, his body now clear to see. No scratch marks across the armor, shades of purple, green, black, and white cover the armor only being cut off by clear splatters of blood across the suit. The figure tosses the halved body of a Seito Guardian at Tajimi's feet as she begins to shake with fear staring down at the destroyed Guardian. "Smoothly done. Rogue" Stalk said, Tajimi's head slowly creeps back up to meet with the figure's visior.
Rogue's suit is based on a crocodile motif. The color scheme of the suit is purple, a greenish teal, white, and black outlines.
The helmet is a Crocodile's jaw and eyes making the sides of the helmet. In the center white crack lines across a black glass like visior reveals greenish teal eye visior underneath.
The chest is a collar neck chest piece, with an alligator head in the center in black and white outlines making the crocodile head.
The shoulder pads have the tails of the crocodile pointing outwards.
The arms being purple with white outlines across it. At the arm are purple gauntlets with the same white outlines, but greenish teal bands at the wrist connecting to the white gloves.
At the waist sits a Sclash driving containing a translucent crackling purple bottle.
Under that is the legs with a purple outer later, and a white border separating the black inside of the legs.
The knees are armed with greenish teal scales like armor. The rest of the foot armor is also mechanically scaly in look.
The shoes themselves are shaped like a crocodile's feet.
Autumn:(looks at Tajimi) Introducing… Rogue… The Kamen Rider!
Stalk: And good at making a first impression I see… Just as I'd expect… from Seito's Kamen Rider.
