(Camera flashes to Ichika's face then Cross-Z, then to Cross-Z jumping off a building and flying into battle. Scene changes to Cecilia taking aim with her rifle and firing off a shot)

(The shot passes Rin, who swings at the camera, Charlotte blocks incoming fire before firing back)

(Changes to Laura swinging her cannon and aiming before firing off a shot, the shot flies past Akatsu as she thrusts with her blade, under the helmet Houki let's out a tear.)

(Grease drops towards Cross-Z with her weapon at the ready, Cross-Z spins around and thrusts his blade at Grease, their weapons let out a shockwave of energy as the two steare each other down. Scene changes to Tajimi and Phantom Task behind her. Looming over all of them is a Mech hidden in Shadow, a beam charges up before firing at the screen.)

(Gentoku walks forward with Yamada behind him. Camera changes to an up close look at Gentoku up close, looking at one half of Gentoku's face is with a creepy smile. Camera switches to other side to see a dulled out Gen with purple crack veins creeping up his face. Stalk Revels in everything.)

(Sento Drives his bike before swerving to park as he looks over the ridge. Looking over a hill, Sento looks on at Hokuto's army. Stalk flies in with new armor covering her.)

(Camera flies past the cast in different poses looking at the camera M's face shows anger, as camera changes to Sento also with a serious face, before Chifuyu drops in besides Sento. Sento and Chifuyu reach out to each other, but a shadow creeps up Sento's hand. Sento brings his hand close to his eye, the camera focuses on his eyes to see a shadow in both eyes.)

hakanaku kiete nakunaru koto sae kowakunai

(Still focusing on the eye, appears an all black boots, hand, chest piece, then belt with a Red Trigger upon it. Then to Normal Build as his helmet folds out, the camera pans back to look down upon the entire cast. Camera changes to a Full Bottle being tossed before being paused in frame.)

Construct 100: Phantom of the West.

Sento: War breaks out between Touto and Hokuto over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within it. Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento, manages to beat Kamen Rider Grease in the proxy fight and puts an end to the war with Hokuto, but… I nearly killed Grease as a result… Thank you, Ichika, Houki. Hmm, anyways go ahead with Construct 100.

We are Sento… Arena ground floor…

The sun has risen as the cameras and official staff have left, leaving the rest of us to talk among each other. "I'm sorry I lost myself..." I said bowing to Madoka. "You think an apology will work? This is just like what happened with Aoba." Akaba said, Madoka raises her hand. "Don't be stupid… Don't worry about it, teach. It's over. Let's go." Madoka, Akaba, and Kiba all begin to walk off.

Kiba:(walking off) What will happen to us now that we lost the Proxy fight?

Akaba:(walking off) The Prime Minister didn't even call us.

Kiba: We might not be able to live in Hokuto anymore!

Chloe: Sento.(hands button) I don't think you'll need this anymore.

Looking at the button, I pocket the button. "Yeah, sorry for making you all worry." I said scratching the back of my head. "As your punishment for making us all worry..." Chloe said with a serious face. "You'll make tonight's dinner… Spare no expense." Chloe said, her face slowly turning into a smile.

Sento:(chuckles) Bit of a tall order there mam.

Ichika:(pats Sento on the back) It's the least you can do for all the stress you put us under.

Everyone else:(nodding) Yup.

Chloe:(smiles) Please?

"...Miitan?" Madoka said freezing in place. "Hmm?" Madoka speed walks over to Chloe as she closely studies her. "I knew it..." She said, quickly turning away hiding what looks to be a face of pure excitement. "It's Mii-tan!" Madoka exclaims. I turn to look at Chifuyu and to everyone else. All of us have a collective look of 'Huh?'

Chloe:(confused) What?

Madoka:(looks at Chloe) Eh?

Chloe: Eh?

Madoka: Eh?

Chloe: Eh?

Madoka: Eh?(clears throat) Banjou Madoka, 16, Single. When I found you on the internet, I fanned the flame in my heart and I fell in love with you.(puts out hand) P-Please shake hands with me...

Chifuyu:(facepalms) Ooh~ boy.

Tatenashi:(mischievous smile) Oh my...

"Whoa, Whoa, Whoa." Sawa said, coming over and pulling Madoka aside. "If you want a handshake, you have to buy a ticket." Sawa said, putting out her hand. "50,000 yen please." Madoka stares at Sawa in confusion. "You want money?!" Ichika exclaims. "No way she would pay for that. That's way too expensive!" Houki shouts, Madoka quickly pulls out her wallet.

Madoka:(counting cash) That's cheap. I have a 100,000… does-

Ichika and Houki:(sweatdrop) Is she really going to pay?

Laura:(walks over to Chloe) Ah~ I guess you're no longer an Idol that cannot be met in person anymore. Huh?

Madoka:(looks over) Ah! Mii-tan Two!? Both sisters, NO WAY!?... (looks at Sawa) So for both…

Sawa:(smiles) For both it's 100,000 yen please.

Akaba and Kiba quickly run over. "Boss NO~!" Kiba shouts, pulling Madoka back. "We need that money to live!" Akaba shouts, the three argue amongst each other. "Sigh~ Not even half a day since the war ended and they're already like this." Chifuyu shrugs, I simply chuckle and pat her on the shoulder.

Sento:(smiles) It's fine, besides the fight is over… Hopefully. We deserve some brevity. Besides, I did keep my promise.(brings Chifuyu close) So I think I deserve a reward as well.

Chifuyu:(sighs) I guess you do.(smiles) This is a reward for me as well. I love you.

Sento:(kisses) I love you too.

We are Ichika

Sento and Chifuyu plant their lips together, much to everyone else's surprise. "Well, that's one way to motivate him." Houki said with a smile on her face. "About time." Rin said, everyone else nodding in agreement. "Eh? EEEEEEEHHHHH~!?" Madoka shouts running up to Sento and Chifuyu awed and speechless. "Wha-Whe-How?! WHEN?!" Madoka exclaims her face with clear shock at this revelation.

Ichika:(sighs) Like… 2 weeks before the fight.

Madoka:(flabbergasted) Y-You two were like that?! For how long?!

Cecilia, Rin, Charlotte, Laura, Ichika, and Houki:(in synch) For quite a while.

Chloe:(sighs) Close- Actually for 2 years at this point. Considering it's almost 2 years since you first met.

The moment is broken up, when Sento's phone begins to ring. "Who is it?" Chifuyu asks, pulling out his phone, and Sento looks at the caller. "Prime Minister Himuro." He mutters then answers. "Yes? Eh?... Got it. I'll be right there right away." Sento hangs up, I walk over to him. "What happened?" I ask, with a heavy heart he looks me in the eyes.

Sento:(looks at everyone) Apparently Seito has attacked and gained control of Hokuto's Prime Minister residence.

Maya:(phone vibrates) I got a message, from command too...(checking phone) *Gasp!* Hokuto's entire Standing army is gone! They've been wiped out by Seito!

Kiba:(looking over) You're kidding… Right?

Madoka:(dials up) Prime Minister? Prime Minister, is it true that Hokuto has been taken over?

Stalk:(though phone) Yes, Ma-chan. It's true, I know you're with the others, let's let them in on this.

Madoka: Stalk...(switches to speaker) So you were in cahoots with Seito before coming to Hokuto… I assume from the beginning.

Stalk: Fu Fu… Consider the rest of Hokuto as Seito Territory now. Including your friends and family… Are now under Seito's control.

Madoka:(clenches fist) Listen here you hag. IF you lay a hand on anyone I care about, don't think you're getting away.

Stalk:(sighs) That… Will depend on your attitude~ Seito's Prime Minister will be addressing Touto soon. Keep your eyes and ears open for news! Wait for your instructions till then. Caio~!

Madoka looks at her phone. Her eyes look up to meet our gaze. The cheerful feeling we had just a few moments ago had been shattered in mere moments.

Touto's Prime Minister Residence… We are Sento

Everyone has gathered in the Prime Minister's office. There, Himuro is giving us a briefing on the rapidly developing situation.

Himuro:(glancing around the room) It appears that Seito has launched a surprise attack on Hokuto. The Hokuto Government was unable to do anything.

Maya:(pulls up image on screen) As I said before, reports show the entirety of Hokuto's standing military barring some minor defence forces were all but decimated.

Tatenashi:(tapping fan on her wrist) If Seito's government has transferred to a war Economy, how were they able to keep such a military hidden from prying eyes?

Madoka:(arms crossed) By putting attention on multiple fires, instead of the small controlled fire… Phantom Task's attacks on multiple nations must have been a nice bit of cover to hide weapons and military strength out of everyone's view.

Akaba:(looking around) Huh? Where's Kiba? Kiba? Kiba?

Mido:(appears on TV) People of Touto.

Himuro: Mido-kun… What is the meaning of this?!

Mido: We, the Seito government… Declare war on Touto! Firstly, take a look at some of our weapons.

The screen changed to a sign that read 'Sawatari Farm' "That's our farm!" Akaba exclaims in shock. The screen pans to Seito Guardians gathering up farmers. "Bastards..." Madoka exclaims. "Everyone!" Kiba runs over, as the camera zooms in on him. "Kiba!" "That idiot… When did he?" Madoka said.

We are Observers… Sawatari Farm…

Kiba:(takes out bottle) Let my friends go!(shakes and inserts bottle) Get out of my way!

Kiba flies through the Guardians, taking them out quickly. "What do you think you're doing?" A voice behind Kiba asks. A pair of female soldiers step out to confront Kiba. "Who the hell are you two?" Kiba asks, the girls smile. "Call me, Rain. Meusel Rain." The Blond girl said. "Sapphire Forte. Make sure you remember the name Forte." The dark blue haired girl said.

The pair are dressed in Seito military uniforms. A maroon long shirt with waist high black pants, and tan boots. At their waists are a pair of combat harnesses. Around there neck are a bandana, one white the other blue.

Rain is a tall, curvaceous young woman with light blue eyes and long blond hair tied back in a pony tail and large breasts. She wears the white bandana and has an armband on his right shoulder with a gear bottle holstered on it.

Forte is a petite young woman with light purple eyes and dark blue hair that is tied in a long braid dropped over her left shoulder. She wears the blue bandana woman has a similar colored armband on his left shoulder with a gear bottle holstered.

Both soldiers remove their bottles from their arm bands. "Gear Engine!" Rain points the gun to the sky and fires. "Funky!" Then handing the gun over to her partner. "Gear Remocon!" Forte points in front of her and fires. "Funky!" Both simultaneously exclaim. "Jundou." As within the smoke, armor forms and gears attach onto them.

"Remote Control Gear!" "Engine Running Gear!"

Back with Sento...

Ichika: What?! That's impossible!?

Sento:(clenches fist) Mogami Kaise's Kaiser system…

Cecilia:(looks at Sento) I thought you buried it, never to be used until after the war ended!

Sento: I did… So- Stalk…(grits teeth) Is the dead not scared enough for you! You go ahead and desecrate his technology for yourself!?

Rin: Wait, I recognize their faces! Daryl Casey, the US's IS Representative, was discovered to be a Phantom Task Member when the list of Phantom Task Member's was leaked.

Chifuyu:(Crosses arms) More than that. Daryl was part of 3rd class with Forte, she was a regular student from the looks of it. But when the War began, she and Daryl went to America together. Guess she must have joined up with Phantom Task as a result.

With Kiba…

Engine: Call me Engine Bros… My Partner here is Remocon Bros.

Remocon:(points Nebula gun) Which one of us do you wish to die to?

Kiba:(clenches fist) I won't let you have Hokuto!

Engine:(chuckles) Hear that Dear?(draws blade) Sounds like he has a death wish.

Remocon: When we work together we are invincible.(points at Kiba) You take both of us on.

The two quickly engage Kiba, as he's quickly put on the defensive. But their combo attacks ensure that Kiba can't hit. Even when he takes to the sky and dive bombs, the pair attack when the opening appears. "How?!" "Funky Drive! Gear Remocon!" A combo strike knocks Kiba to the ground. Engine steps over and stomps on Kiba's head.

Engine:(looks at Camera) Kamen Rider Grease… Banjou Madoka. If you want to save him…(crushing Kiba's neck) Then become a Weapon for Seito.

With Sento…

Mido:(appears on screen) As he said. Grease, we welcome you and you're comrad… Don't resist. I expect a favorable response.

The transmission ends, Madoka stands up and heads to the door. "You can't be seriously going are you?!" Charlotte exclaims looking at Madoka. "It's a trap, there is no doubt about it." I said, Madoka simply glances back. "Even so, if it were you, would you just abandon him?" Madoka said, Ichika steps over. "Then we'll come along." Ichika said, but I stopped him in place.

Sento:(places hand on Ichika's shoulder) No… We- We can't go. If we go to Hokuto, it'll be considered an act of aggression! We don't want a repeat of last time!

Ichika:(pushes hand away) That doesn't matter at this point!

Sento:(grabs Ichika again) IT does! We can't go to Hokuto… The Fight with the Mega Mech all but decimated our remaining forces. You, me, Houki, Chifuyu, Maya, Tatenashi, and Kanzashi… We are practically what remains of Touto's standing army… If we leave, we fall into Mido's trap.

Himuro:(looks down at desk) If you three were to go to Hokuto… You will further incite the war, and the people of Touto will be in even more danger. We don't have enough to defend ourselves now.

Yamada:(steps up) Ichika-kun… Sento is holding back for the sake of Touto as well.

Sento:(pulls out bottles) If nothing else…(steps over to Madoka) Use these, they will help.

Madoka turns around and looks at the bottles. "These are Hokuto's bottles..." Madoka said, picking up the bottles. "I have a favor to ask." I said, grabbing Madoka's hands. "Bring Kiba back to Touto. We can't fight in Hokuto. But enter Touto and we'll back you up." Akaba steps in the way.

Akaba: This isn't your place to act! This is Hokuto's problem!

Chifuyu:(steps over) Hokuto is part of Seito now! And they just declared war on Touto, this is as much our problem as it is yours!... We want to save Kiba too…(looks at Sento) Right?

Sento:(nods) Right.(let's go of Madoka) We'll be waiting at the Skyroad in Area E2… Don't take long.

Madoka pockets the bottles and opens the doors. "No need to repeat the obvious… Teach." Madoka said leaving the room.

We are Madoka… Hokuto…

Hopping off the bike, Akaba and I rush to the farm. As we arrive at the location on the TV, we see a pair of Seito Guardians protecting a chained up Kiba. "Kiba!" Akaba exclaims. "B-Boss… Aka-chan..." Kiba mutters, blood still dripping from injuries sustained. Engine drops the farm's sign, crushing it under his feet as he steps forward.

Engine:(crosses arms) Took you long enough… Have you made up your mind to become a weapon of Seito?

Madoka:(takes out the belt) I've made up my mind alright.(straps on belt) You hurt my precious friend, you bastard!(takes out jelly) I'll never become a tool to a pair of Graverobbing dolls!(inserts jelly) Henshin!

"Robot in Grease! Burrah~!"

Grease:(beats chest) I'll fan the flame and Crush Everything!

The three of us quickly clash, but it's quickly apparent that these two know my fighting style, power, the works. "You think you can beat us both alone?" Romocon asks, pressing against me from my right. "That's a grave mistake!" Engine said, pressing me from the left. "Shut it!" I grab both and blast them away with my arm mounted guns. I look over at Akaba quickly destroying the Guardians before freeing Kiba. 'Good! Keep them distracted!' Drawing my beam sabers from my shoulder pads, I begin deflecting and attacking the Kaiser pair, managing to push them back a bit. Only for the combo attacks to push me back and knock me to the ground.

Engine:(walks over) What's wrong? Is this all Hokuto has to offer?

Remocon:(aims gun) Perhaps there is a need for... Persuasion.

Engine:(hugs Remocon from behind) Oh, I love it when you talk dirty.

Remocon:(visibly flustered) C-Come on! Cut it out! We have a job!

"Of course sorry." Engine backs off. Remocon shoots at Kiba, but Akaba blocks but just barely. As he's about to fall, gun fire from the sky causes the two Kaisers to jump back. A massive explosive round hits the ground, we look over to see a German IS floating down, the same one I fought in Germany. The helmet folds away revealing Mii-tan Two in the IS floating down. "Laura Bodewig, reporting in." "You're- Kinda cute in that suit… Can I get a picture?" I ask. 'I kinda wanna see her do a stream in that outfit...'

Kiba:(coughs) R-Really boss? Now?

Larua:(steps over) Please focus on getting Kiba back to Touto.

Grease:(collects self together) R-Right… But you shouldn't be here. Since you just attacked Seito's troops, that counts as Germany declaring war. Right?

Larua:(lifts finger up) Not exactly. I'm free to explore Japan as a representative of Germany, yes. But I was attacked by Seito's troops on the way here. I'm allowed self defence. Besides…(looks at Grease) Don't you have somewhere you should be?

Sento's words before echo in my head. "Yeah, I do." Shaking a bottle, I insert it into my belt. "Discharge Bottle! Unsquishable! Discharge Crush!" Grabbing Kiba, I raise my hand to the sky as a propeller blade appears. "I'll cover you, go!" Mii-tan two said, as she began firing on the Kaisers. Akaba grabs onto my leg as we fly towards the Skywall. Mii-tan Two quickly followed behind.

Elsewhere… We are Observers…

Within Seito's Prime Minister residence, Prime Minister Mido and Namba Heavy Industries Juzaburo meet with Utsumi. The three look upon the after action reports of the Remocon and Engine Bros. "It never fails to amaze me how brilliant you are." Mido said to Utsumi as he got up from his seat and stepped over to Utumi.

Mido: The Remocon and Engine Bros you made are a fine successor to the Kaiser System.(puts out hand) Amazing.

Utsumi:(shakes and bows) Thank you very much, Prime Minister Mido.

Namba:(leaning on cane) Seito must take back the entire country. I'll contribute however I can to make that happen. The Masterpiece of a Kamen Rider created for Seito… Should also be on his way to Touto right now...

We are Madoka…

Our approach to the Skywall is near. "Almost their Kiba, just a little longer!" I assured Kiba. When something hits me in the back. "What?" Mii-tan Two and I look back to see the Kaiser's shooting at us. 'No…! Not no-' Another shot breaks apart the propeller as we fall to earth. I hit the ground as my transformation disappears. "Boss..." I hear Kiba, his body beginning to fade away. "I… think… I'm done for." Kiba said.

Madoka:(crawling over) N-No… K-Kiba! No!

Kiba: Actually… I was already in bad shape before you arrived…

Akba:(turns) Boss!

The Kaisers slowly approach us. "Leave me and Run!" Kiba shouts at us. "Y-You know I can't do that!" I exclaim, Mii-tan drops out of the sky and grabs the Kaisers using the funnel cloak and tosses them into a wall. "Kiba-san!" Mii-tan Two rushes over to him. Another round hits her back. "Wha-?" "Bastards!" Akaba runs past and charges at the Kaisers, only to be beaten down and knocked back. "Gear Engine! Electric Steam!" Remocon Bro points his rifle towards Me. "Funky Shot! Gear Engine!" As the round flies at me, Mii-tan steps in the way forming a shield that deflects the round over me.

We are Laura

Laura:(lowers shield) I won't let you kill them!

I feel a hand on my shoulder, as I look over to see Kiba with his Smash bottle. "What are you?-" Kiba cuts me off by handing me something. "Mii- No… Laura… that's your name?" Kiba asks, I nod. Kiba lowers his hand, I reach up and grab what he placed on my chest. "P-please… Take care of Boss and Aka-chan… I'll cover you… Go." Kiba said, with that he shakes the bottle and transforms before charging at the Kaisers. 'Kiba-san… I understand.' I turn back and grab Grease and Akba.

Laura:(looks back) I will keep my Promise, Kiba-san.

Madoka:(struggling) What are- Let go!(looks at Kiba) Idiot! Run! Run~!

Akaba:(struggling) Kiba~! Kiba~!

Madoka:(struggling) Syoukichi! Syoukichi!~

We are Observer

Kiba:(watches) I knew… You didn't lose your memory… You're such a bad liar.(turns to Kaisers) I'll be watching over you together with Ao-chan…

Kiba charges off alone against the Kaisers.
