(The shot passes Rin, who swings at the camera, Charlotte blocks incoming fire before firing back)

(Changes to Laura swinging her cannon and aiming before firing off a shot, the shot flies past Akatsu as she thrusts with her blade, under the helmet Houki let's out a tear.)

(Grease drops towards Cross-Z with her weapon at the ready, Cross-Z spins around and thrusts his blade at Grease, their weapons let out a shockwave of energy as the two steare each other down. Scene changes to Tajimi and Phantom Task behind her. Looming over all of them is a Mech hidden in Shadow, a beam charges up before firing at the screen.)

(Gentoku walks forward with Yamada behind him. Camera changes to an up close look at Gentoku up close, looking at one half of Gentoku's face is with a creepy smile. Camera switches to other side to see a dulled out Gen with purple crack veins creeping up his face. Stalk Revels in everything.)

(Sento Drives his bike before swerving to park as he looks over the ridge. Looking over a hill, Sento looks on at Hokuto's army. Stalk flies in with new armor covering her.)

(Camera flies past the cast in different poses looking at the camera M's face shows anger, as camera changes to Sento also with a serious face, before Chifuyu drops in besides Sento. Sento and Chifuyu reach out to each other, but a shadow creeps up Sento's hand. Sento brings his hand close to his eye, the camera focuses on his eyes to see a shadow in both eyes.)

(Still focusing on the eye, appears an all black boots, hand, chest piece, then belt with a Red Trigger upon it. Then to Normal Build as his helmet folds out, the camera pans back to look down upon the entire cast. Camera changes to a Full Bottle being tossed before being paused in frame.)

Madoka and Akaba struggle to break free while I fly away. "Syoukichi!" Akaba cries out. "Let me go dammit! I'll avenge him!" Madoka screams out. "Don't waste his sacrifice!" I scream out, the two go silent. "Don't waste it by killing yourselves..." I said, passing through the Skywall and into Touto I set the two down and handed Madoka what Kiba handed me. "Syoukichi..." Madoka mutters looking at the Yellow Dog tags. "Come on… We need to move before they catch up." I said slowly carrying the two into Touto.

We are Sento

Me, Ichika, and Houki sit and wait for Laura to return. "Think she's okay?" Ichika asks, to which I only shrug. "I hope- Wait." Spotting Larua's IS carrying with her, Madoka and Akaba limping along the road. "Oh god. Come on!" I shout as the three of us run over. "Are you alright?!" Ichika shouts helping Akaba. "Hold on there!" Houki and I came over to Madoka.

Madoka:(holding back tears) Kiba… I was too late to save Kiba…

Houki:(shakes head) No…

Remocon Bro:(steps over) So your plan was to lead us here for backup?

Engine Bro:(steps over) Don't think you're safe because you escaped into Touto.

Ichika:(steps out) You two are the bastards that killed Kiba?!

"Bas-" Madoka tries to get up only for her injuries to catch up to her. "Leave them to us… You've done enough." I assured Madoka, I turned to Laura. "Get them to a hospital." I order Larua, she nods and helps the two up. "Shut up, I'll do it!" Madoka exclaims, I grab her face and make her look at me. "We'll avenge him! Don't think we won't." I said with a stern face, Madoka yielded and let Laura take her. Laura takes the two and flies off into Touto. Leaving the three of us left. "Ichika, Houki… I'm using the Hazard Trigger." I said taking out the Trigger along with my belt. "I'm counting on you two." I ask.

Houki:(straps on belt) We got it.(opens Jelly)

Ichika:(takes out jelly) Leave it to us.

"Hazard on!" "Dragon Jelly!" "Sakura Jelly!" "Rabbit! Tank! Super Best Match!" "Are you Ready?!"

Sento, Ichika, and Houki: Henshin!

The beaker and press form and close on us. The armor attaches onto us. "Black Hazard! Yabe~!" "Dragon in Cross-Z Charge!" "Akatsu Sakura Charge!" 'Here we go!' The three of us charge the duo.

Launching forward, I throw my fist at Engine, who dodges to the side. I follow up with a roundhouse, Engine dodges again but I swing around and hit him in the gut as he tries to throw a fist at me. Punching across Engine's helmet I push him back smacking his face again and again. Then I spartan kick Engine into the side of a hill. "Whew… I have more control than before..." I mutter, Engine stands up and charges me. Entering a defensive stance, my vision slowly starts to become hazy. 'Spoke too soon... Just a little more!' Engine comes in and punches me in the cheek. Grabbing the fist I pull the arm away and use my other fist to uppercut Engine back. Engine backflips and lands on the ground, I go to enter a combat stance but my vision becomes blurry.

Akatsu:(looks over) Ah! Ichika! Sensei is losing control!

Cross-Z:(aims Twin Breaker) I got it!(shoots) Ora~!

The Hazard Trigger is knocked off as my armor reverts to its default state. "I wasn't able to bring him down… Thanks, you two!" I exclaim picking up the Hazard Trigger and putting it away. "Ichika! Behind you!" Cross-Z turns around only to be smacked in the gut by Remocon. "Sensei! Switch, help Cross-Z! I'll handle Engine bro!" Akatsu shouts running past me, I nod and rush over to Cross-Z while cracking open the Sparkling Can. "Rabbit Tank Sparkling!" Putting out my hand, my funnels fly out and grab Remocon's arms holding them out to the sides. "Ichika! Now!" I shout.

Cross-Z:(shoulder missiles open) Eat Missiles! Ora!(Missiles fire) How do you like that!?

Remocon:(steps out of smoke) Hmf. Was that it?

Build:(scans suit) That's… Enhanced IS based shields?

Remocon:(dusts self off) What? Did you really think we just made a carbon copy of the old Kaiser System? You're not the only one who's been upgrading, Sensei.

We are Laura… Touto General Hospital...

Landing on the helicopter pad, a team of doctors await us. "You're gonna make it. Hold on." I said as the doctors lifted them onto the stretchers. "Why… Are you going this far for us?" Akaba asks, looking over at me. "They- We have a responsibility. To help everyone." I said, stepping over to Madoka.

Madoka:(clenches hand) That's why he's strong… He's kind like that… It's also why he won't win…

Laura: What are-(call) Bodewig here. What is an Instructor?

Chifuyu:(over call) Larua, we've picked up movement near the border back where the Riders are fighting. Make your way back. I need a visual, on the Kaisers and whatever is backing them up.

Larua:(nods) Yes mam.(turns to Madoka) I need to go.(flies off) Rest up.

We are Observers… Touto Border...

A figure cloaked in the shadow of the tunnel though the Skywall walks silently. The only sound is his own footsteps echoing inside the walls of the tunnel. Holding his right hand out revealing an odd glass bottle, turning the cap, the bottle lights up revealing cracks all throught the bottle. "Danger!" A dangerous standby sound plays, as the man raises his arm up and inserts the bottle into his driver. "Crocodile!" Another standby switches in, turning the crank down the beaker platform constructed now with pincers shaped like a crocodile's jaw. "Break! Chomp! Shatter!" The beaker fills up with a purple liquid, the pincers break the beakers causing the liquid to spill all over. Leaving behind the suit. The helmet's jaw pincers smack against the sides of the head cracking the helmet open, revealing the Visior.

"Crocodile in Rogue~! OORRRA~!"

Rogue exits the tunnel into the light. The amber sky beaming against his helmet as he steps onto the wilting grass.

We are Sento

A foot from Remocon kicks me back, Akatsu charges in and swings at Engine who deflects with his blade and swings Akatsu around tossing her into Cross-Z. I get back up and charge at Engine, only for Remocon to shoot at me making me enter a defensive stance, Engine jumps in, slashing my arms and pushing me back, which is followed up by Remocon kicking me back. "Tch! These fuckers are in sync." Cross-Z said, Akatsu gets off him and up to her feet. "We won't be able to hold them off for much longer..." Akatsu said, the two Kaisers step forward.

Engine:(chuckles) Touto's Kamen Riders aren't as big of a deal as I thought.

Build:(stands up) Houki, Ichika. You sure they aren't talking about you two.

Cross-Z and Akatsu:(looks at Build) Just us?!

Build:(cranks belt) Jokes aside… We're carrying the wishes of Hokuto!

Akatsu:(cranks belt) So… No matter who it is!

Cross-Z:(cranks belt) We can't afford to lose!

"Scrap Break!" "Ready Go! Sparkling Finish!" The three of us jump into the air and launch at the Kaisers. Our triple Rider kick blasts the two away, the Kaisers manage to land on their feet. "Tch! They still have that much power left?" Engine said. "Goes to show just how much better they know their suits." Remocon counters, the two glance over to the right of them. We look right to see a new Rider stepping in.

Laura:(floats down) Sensei! Whats- Who… Who's that?

Akatsu:(looks back) Laura, keep your distance…

New Rider: …

Remocon: Seito's Kamen Rider.

Cross-Z: Seito's Kamen Rider?... They have one of their own?

Engine:(sighs) Our allotted time ends here. If you're lucky, we'll meet again.

The Kaisers use the Nebula steam gun to disappear in a puff of smoke. "Hey!" Cross-Z tries to chase after only for the smoke to clear leaving nothing behind. "So… What's your story?" Akatu asks as our attention turns to Seito's Kamen Rider. Without saying a word, Seito's Kamen Rider simply makes a gesture of 'Come get me.'

Cross-Z:(cracks neck) Cocky aren't ya? So, you think you can take the three of us on alone? Fine with me!

Build:(charges) Let's do it!

Akatsu:(charges) Oryaa~!

Charging up to the Rider we all start throwing fists only for our fists to bounce off the man's armor. But with a single punch, Seito's Kamen Rider knocks Cross-Z away like a ragdoll. Akatsu jumps kicks only for her foot to be caught by Seito's Kamen Rider and punched in the gut, sending her flying. I charge in and throw a fist, it makes contact but no damage as Seito's Kamen Rider uppercuts me back.

Cross-Z:(stands up) Wh-Whats going on?!

Akatsu:(struggling) We-we haven't even made a dent!

Cross-Z:(charges) Raaah~!

Seito's Kamen Rider hits Cross-Z in the head disorienting him. Pushing him to the ground, Seito's Kamen Rider takes out his Nebula Steam gun and loads it with the bottle in his belt. "Crocodile! Funky Break!" Firing on Cross-Z, he goes flying into the side of a cliff. "Ichika!" Akatsu and I both shout, Ichika falls to the ground, the armor dissipating off of him.

Akatsu:(stands up) Grr… Damn you!(cranks belt) Raah~!

"Scrap Break!" Akatsu jumps into the air and enters a kick. The Rider turns the crank on his belt. "Crack up Finish!" Seito's Kamen Rider raises up his hands to the side, before swinging them in, as energy jaws materialise catching Akatsu in mid air. "Wha-?! Ugh, rrr!" Struggling to break free, Akatsu doesn't spot a second energy Crocodile jaw forming on the Rider chest. Opening its mouth the jaw blasts a beam hitting Akatus and blasting her away. Houki hits the ground, her armor disappearing.

Larua:(runs over) Houki-san!(lifts up Houki) Hold on, can you hear me?! Houki-san!

Build:(clenches fist) Raah~!

I charge in, hitting Seito's Rider in the chest, activating my funnels. Bring the funnels to me and send myself forward pushing the Rider back. In the light of my attack, I spot the rider reaching for his belt. 'Crap!' "Crack up Finish!" The Rider jumps up, bringing both of his legs in as energy jaws press in on either side of my body. A crackling pressure crushes the armor, when an explosion blasts me away before my entire armor explodes.

Laura: Sensei!~

Laying on the ground, the Sparkling Can hits the ground it's sides crushed in, liquid scretting from it. "Wh-Who… are you…?" I ask, struggling to look at the Rider. "Kamen Rider… Rogue." The Rider said, the jaws on his helmet fold down and connect to the collar, as the black glass of the helmet reforms and slides back, leaving the green visior that also slides back as the rim of the helmet splits into two and slides down, the hair of the man relaxes, as our eyes widen on who's under the helmet. His eyes are now a glowing purple, with red cracking veins.

Ichika:(awe) It… It can't be…

Houki:(in pain) I-I thought you had left Touto…

Laura: Former Vice-Minister of Touto… Himuro.

Gen:(eyes glowing) Gentoku…(looks at Sento) We meet again, Katsuragi.
