Scene changes to Sento the light going up his body, Sento brings his clenched fist close to his chest before reaching out. In the background Stalk looks on.)

(Camera flashes to Ichika's face then Cross-Z, then to Cross-Z jumping off a building and flying into battle. Scene changes to Cecilia taking aim with her rifle and firing off a shot)

(The shot passes Rin, who swings at the camera, Charlotte blocks incoming fire before firing back)

(Changes to Laura swinging her cannon and aiming before firing off a shot, the shot flies past Akatsu as she thrusts with her blade, under the helmet Houki let's out a tear.)

(Grease drops towards Cross-Z with her weapon at the ready, Cross-Z spins around and thrusts his blade at Grease, their weapons let out a shockwave of energy as the two steare each other down. Scene changes to Tajimi and Phantom Task behind her. Looming over all of them is a Mech hidden in Shadow, a beam charges up before firing at the screen.)

(Gentoku walks forward with Yamada behind him. Camera changes to an up close look at Gentoku up close, looking at one half of Gentoku's face is with a creepy smile. Camera switches to other side to see a dulled out Gen with purple crack veins creeping up his face. Stalk Revels in everything.)

(Sento Drives his bike before swerving to park as he looks over the ridge. Looking over a hill, Sento looks on at Hokuto's army. Stalk flies in with new armor covering her.)

(Camera flies past the cast in different poses looking at the camera M's face shows anger, as camera changes to Sento also with a serious face, before Chifuyu drops in besides Sento. Sento and Chifuyu reach out to each other, but a shadow creeps up Sento's hand. Sento brings his hand close to his eye, the camera focuses on his eyes to see a shadow in both eyes.)
hakanaku kiete nakunaru koto sae kowakunai
(Still focusing on the eye, appears an all black boots, hand, chest piece, then belt with a Red Trigger upon it. Then to Normal Build as his helmet folds out, the camera pans back to look down upon the entire cast. Camera changes to a Full Bottle being tossed before being paused in frame.)
Construct 102: The Man Called Rogue
Sento: War breaks out between Touto and Hokuto over Pandora's box and the massive amount of energy within it. Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento, beats Kamen Rider Grease in the proxy fight… But Seito takes the opportunity to gain control of Hokuto and declares war on Touto.
Ichika: By the way, why haven't I been more prominent lately?
Houki: Umm… What about me? I've been feeling more irrelevant as of late!
Sento: Don't worry you two. You two were never that prominent to begin with.
Ichika: Bullshit! My strength is so daddy it beats a thousand men!
Sento: Hm? Don't you mean "Deadly?" Well we don't need Musclehead or Stonehead anyway. Please go ahead with Construct 102.
Author Note: For anyone who doesn't get the joke here. The way Banjou pronounced "いっきとうせん" Which depending on pornouncation can be said as Dad or Daddy, or Deadly. It depends on how you say it.
We are Sento
"Wh-Who… are you…?" I ask, struggling to look at the Rider. "Kamen Rider… Rogue." The Rider said, the jaws on his helmet fold down and connect to the collar, as the black glass of the helmet reforms and slides back, leaving the green visior that also slides back as the rim of the helmet splits into two and slides down, the hair of the man relaxes, as our eyes widen on who's under the helmet. His eyes are now a glowing purple, with red cracking veins.
Ichika:(awe) It… It can't be…
Houki:(in pain) I-I thought you had left Touto…
Laura: Former Vice-Minister of Touto… Himuro.
Gen:(eyes glowing) Gentoku…(looks at Sento) We meet again, Katsuragi.
Sento: Why are you… a Kamen Rider?
Gen:(stepping towards Sento) I told you I would come back stronger. I've crawled back… from the depths of hell.
Flashback… We are Observers… Namba Heavy Industries, Seito Branch...
Utsumi walks through the underground parking lot of the building. "Where is President Nanba?" A voice asks, Utsumi sighs as he turns around to meet Gentoku's gaze with his Transteam gun pointed at him. "I heard you were kicked out of the Touto Government." Utsumi said, glancing at his tablet nestled in his hand. "Shut up." Gen said walking over to Utsumi.
Gen:(gun trained) You will make me a Rider.
Utsumi:(chuckles) Make You a Kamen Rider? There is a proper way to make such a request...(points at the ground)
Gen: You want me to grovel before you?(stomps up to Utumi) Quit messing with me!
Utsumi:(lowers hand) Then please leave. You are breaking and entering private property...(turns away) Vengeance against the Touto government, or whatever remains of your worthless pride…(looks Gentoku in the eyes) Which is more important?
The two stare at each other for some time, neither wanting to give the other leverage. Until slowly and with agony, Gen lowers his gun to the side. With even more agony, Gentoku lowers himself on his knees and cries out as he groves before Utsumi. Utsumi raises his left leg and presses down on Gentoku's right hand, Utsumi laughs at Gentoku's pain.
Later…
Gentoku stares at the Sclash driver sitting on the table before him. From the door behind him, Utsumi enters form the room behind him and steps over to Gentoku. "Hurry up and perform the experiment on me." Gentoku said.
Utsumi:(pushes up glasses) Who said I was turning you into a Kamen Rider?
Gen: What?
Utsumi:(gestures to end of room) Seito's Kamen Rider has already been decided.
Another man enters the room from the other end. "Stalk has chosen him to be Seito's Kamen Rider." Utsumi said, Gentoku looks at the man from head to toe. "She chose him because of his face, huh?" Gen said, looking at Utsumi. Utsumi glances at the man. "He has the necessary requirement to become a Kamen Rider." Utsumi said, gesturing to the man. "Is that really it? Really…?" Gen said, raising an eyebrow. "... And because of his looks." Utsumi said with a sigh.
Utsumi:(turns around) Nevertheless. *Snaps fingers*
Gen: What?
Seito's Rider charges up and hits Gentoku in his stomach. Before spartan kicked him into the wall, hitting his head against the back of the wall. Gentoku falls to the ground and passes out.
Later… Unknown location…
Gen:(present) I was caged, treated as less than human. Beaten by my fellow inmates. Tossed aside.
Chained up within a cage, Gentoku pulls against the chains to break free. "Why~! Why won't you let me take the fucking Experiment?!" Gentoku screams out within his cage. "What's wrong with me?!" His screams echo throught the prison with nothing answering except the clanging of the chains. "Answer me! Let me out~!" Gentoku screams. "Shut it!" An inmate said as he comes in sucker punching Gen across the face as blood spills out of his mouth.
Gen:(present) I gave up everything I have left… Seeking only strength.
The doors to the cage are opened as Stalk walks in. "Yayho~ Gen-chan." Stalk walks up to Gen and grabs him by the throat. "Don't worry, Gen-chan. I'll turn you into the strongest Kamen Rider. If you survive that is… Welcome to hell." Stalk begins to laugh.
Gen:(present) Death would not stop me. I would kill, betray, and forfeit anything I had left to survive.
Days later…
Gen is flung back and hits the ground as Engine and Remocon Bros step in. Gen lies on the ground, glancing over at the cowardly man hiding behind a barrel. "Their Hazard Level is 4.4, as you two are now. You won't survive." Stalk explains, reaching into a bag she carries with her. "But~" Taking out a Sclash Driver and a bottle Stalk shows it to the two prisoners.
Stalk:(kneels down) If either of you two boys can use this.(sets items down) You might just survive.
Gen:(looking over) Th-The Sclash… Driver…
Stalk:(stands up) The only ones who can activate the belt is someone with a Hazard Level of 4. Do either of you have the courage to go for it?
Stalk exits the room soon after the door to the room locking behind her. Making any chance at escape impossible. Now Gen and the cowardly man look across at the two Kaisers standing before them in silence. "It's a one way ticket either way." The man muttered looking at the belt. "But if I can survive a little longer..." The man runs to the belt picking both up. Strapping the belt on, the man turns the cap of the bottle.
"Danger!"
Fumbling to get the bottle in the man finally inserts the bottle. "Crocodile!~" "Henshin!" The man announces turning the crank, massive electricity shocks the man's entire body as he screams out in pain. The shocks end as the man collapses to the ground, his body smoking from the experience. "Wh-Why?" The man asks.
The Kaiser steps over and picks up the man. Both holding both sides, as the gears on the bodies begin spinning and whirling like saw blades. Both's Kiser's arm saws slice through the man's throat as blood soaks his jumpsuit, the gears, the walls, and Gentoku as he watches in horror. The Kisers pull away as the man's body drops dead, his head snaps off from the impact as it rolls to look straight at Gentoku.
Gen:(stands up) I… Have… Nothing left to lose...
Kicking over the body, Gen tears off the belt and straps it on. Gen stands up, screams with his prison suit bloodied as he stands over the man's decapitated body. Holding up the Crocodile bottle he twists the cap as he spits blood to his side. "Danger!" "Henshin." He mutters, inserting the bottle into the belt and turning the crank down. "Crocodile!" Electricity surges all throught Gentoku's body. "Break! Chomp! Shatter!" Gen's pain quickly turns into a feeling of power as the beaker forms around him and shatters.
"Crocodile in Rogue~! OORRRA~!"
Rogue stands in his armor. In a separate viewing room, Utsumi looks on in shock as Stalk chuckles to herself. "So… You've finally awakened!" Stalk exclaims clapping. "I'll leave the final arming and bits of… Training him, to you." Stalk said, looking at members of Phantom Task.
Present… We are Sento
Gen: Don't worry.(turns around) I am not going to kill you all just yet. You'll slowly suffer the same hell I did.
We are all left to watch as Gentoku walks off. No one speaks a word as night falls, the land being cloaked in shadow.
Later… Touto Prime Minister residence…
After bandaging our wounds and checking on Madoka and Akaba. Me, Ichika, and Houki all went to tell Himuro the bad news.
Himuro:(shocked) Gentoku became Seito's Kamen Rider?! If he has defected to Seito, then he will have revealed any sensitive information he knows.
Maya:(hand to chest) To think he went so far…
Sento: We need to move Pandora's box.
Himuro:(nods) I understand.
Seito's Prime Minister residence… We are Observer
From within Mido's office, he and Gentoku listen in on the conversation.
Himuro:(over comm) I will prepare a new location immediately.
Mido:(arms crossed) Steal Pandora's Box before they move it.
Gentoku:(looking at mic) So you did have a spy in Touto after all.
Mido: That is none of your business. Not anymore.
Gen:(looks at Mido) You don't have to worry. I will crush Touto.
Aoba's Grave… We are Sento
Standing before Aoba's grave, I step up with a bouquet of blue flowers, while Laura stands next to me with a bouquet of yellow flowers. Both of us take a moment of silence, I put my hands together and pray, while Laura, dressed in a military uniform, takes off her hat and brings it down on her chest.
Stalk: Praying for Aoba and Kiba? So you've accepted the burden of their deaths?
Sento:(sighs) What do you want?
Laura:(puts hat back on) I would hope it would be to give your respect…(reaches for gun) I doubt that. You're here for Sento, aren't you?
Stalk: Not exactly. I'm here to take back the bottles. You did borrow them from me after all.
Sento:(stands up) And what makes you think I'll return them? I won't let you do as you please anyways.
Stalk:(sighs) Even if I can't take them all, Rogue will.(chuckles) It's funny, you and Gentoku are so similar.
Laura:(activates IS) I doubt a power hungry mad man like him is in any way similar to Sento!
Stalk:(shakes head) Oh, Laura-chan. That's only on the surface.(looks at Sento) Sento. You fight to protect what's important. Gentoku fights for his ambitions. If I were to say what the greatest difference between you two was…(snaps fingers) Resolve. See, Gentoku has nothing left to lose, but you still carry too much. Congrats with Chi-chan by the way. But that's why you are unable to free yourself.
Sento: Don't talk like you know everything!
Stalk:(shrugs) … Now, will you let me have the bottles?
"Take a guess." Laura said, I crack open my can insert and crank the belt. "Rabbittank Sparkling Yay Yay~!" The armor attaches onto me. Launching into Stalk, I grab her and push her into the building. We break away and proceed to trade hands. "You can only win this by using the Hazard Trigger Sen-chan!" Stalk said, blocking my first and jumping over me. As she flips through the air she kicks me in the back of the head before landing. Stalk then jumps and kicks me with both feet knocking me to the ground scattering my bottles.
Stalk:(kneels down) Still afraid of losing yourself?(picks up bottles) Then just give me the rest of your Bottles.(pulls out Pandora Panel) I just need your bottles to complete the collection.(inserting bottles into panel) These bottles are hard to collect, you know? Some of the bottles come with Deluxe items, music CDs, Holliday exclusives, and more.
Laura:(Charges in) You make it sound like this is some kind of Japanese Toku Series!
Stalk:(dodges Laura's attacks) At this point we kinda are. Gimmicks, bottles, belts, armors, power ups- Hell! The whole 3 worlds incident with Mogami-chan could be made into a Summer Movie!
Laura jumps up behind Stalk swinging her beam blade at her. Only for Stalk to spin around, catching Laura's arm and throat before smashing her into the ground. "Laura!" I cry out. Stalk sighs as she continues to insert the bottles. "Moving on, once we have them all, then Pandora's Box can finally be opened!" I sit up pulling out the Hazard Trigger. "I won't let you..." My hands become heavy. 'Ichika and Houki aren't here to stop me… And if I hurt Luara… No! I can't let that stop me!' Flipping the safety cover off, I stand up. "... Do that!" I shout.
"Hazard ON!" "Kaizoku! Densha! SUPER Best Match!" "Are you Ready!?"
Build:(lowers head) Build up.
"Uncontrol Switch! Black Hazard! Yabe~!"
Stalk:(puts away panel) Finally made up your mind then?(blocks Build's attacks) More, more! Give me everything you've got!
Build:(swinging) Don't worry! I can keep going!(stops) Agh!- N-No…
We are Observers…
Build's drops his weapon on the ground as he reaches for his belt. "Max Hazard ON! Ready Go! Overflow!~" Build turns the crank and launches into Stalk, grabbing her and hitting her. Build's feet materialises railing as Build rides across it as Energy cannons appear blasting Stalk as the two glide across the room.
Stalk:(being pummeled) Hazard Level 4.2… 4.4! This is the power of the Hazard Trigger! This is Great! Remove your limiter!
Laura:(gets up) Wha- Ah! S-Sento!(standing up) Stop!
"Yabe~!" Stalk is launched through the wall and crashes out into the open. "Go on, Sen-chan. Surpass my expectations!" Stalk said slowly getting up. "I know you can go much further than that!" Stalk laughs as she stands up tall, while Build slowly walks out. "Can you reach the level I want you at?! Now!" Stalk said entering a combat pose.
"Scrap Finish!"
Grease drop kicks into Build knocking the Hazard Trigger off the belt and pulling him out of the armor. "Looks like fun. Mind if I crash the party?" Grease said, turning to Stalk. "Grease." Laura said, glancing over at Sento she rushed over to help him. "A surprise pest got in the way." Stalk sighs as she takes out the Pandora Panel.
Stalk: Guess I'll have Rogue get me the rest.(takes out Steam Gun) Oh, I'm gonna have to pay extra for the box set don't I? Oh well!(disappears into smoke) Ciao!
Grease:(helmet folds away) The hell was she talking about?(removes jelly) Some Kind of band she liked?
We are Sento…
Laura helps me up to my feet. "You alright, teach?" Madoka asks me. "You saved me… I thought you were healing up in the hospital?" I ask her, she shrugs and walks over to the grave site. "I heal fast..." Madoka stares at the flowers Laura and I placed. "Thanks for the flowers you got for them." She said looking back at us.
Laura:(lowers head) Madoka… I'm… Sorry I-
Madoka: We all would have died if you hadn't stopped us.(takes out dog tag) You have my thanks Mii-tan two… (clenches dog tags) Our home was taken from us.(steps up to grave) I have to do something… I refuse to just sit around.(kneels down) For my friends in Hokuto and for them… Will you join forces with us?(turns around to look at Sento) With you, we can fan the flames and light the fire in our souls…(bows) Please. Lend us your strength.
Sento:...
IS Cafe…
Madoka sets down a large camping backpack containing all of their stuff. "... we'll be in Touto's care from today onwards." Madoka introduces herself. "Banjou Madoka. Feel free to call me Mado-chan." "Mado-chan?" Chloe asks aloud. "Miitan~" Madoka responds. "I'm never calling you that." Ichika groans, then returns to his ramen.
Sento:(sighs) Well, I never had any hopes for you.
Ichika:(looks at Sento) The hell does that mean?!
Madoka:(turns to Akaba) What will you do?
Akaba:(looks at Madoka) … I'll follow you, Boss.
Ichika:(stands up) Hey!(walks over to Madoka) Don't think you can do as you like just because you're in Touto now!
Madoka: You'd better not be a busybody and hold me back.(sarcastic tone) Nii-san.
Ichika: Who's a busybody?
Madoka: What's with that ebi fry head?
Ichika: What's wrong with ebi fry?
Madoka: Nothing, but you've slathered it in sauce.
Houki:(sweatdrop) What does that even mean?
"Stop fighting!" Chloe exclaims before putting her hands together and making a cute face. "Please?" She asks. "We won't do it again, Right?" Modoka said, turning to her camper backpack she pulls out a Mii-tan pillow. "Uh…? Where will I sleep?" Madoka asks.
Sento:(resting head against hand) Well this is off to a brilliant start.
Chifuyu:(crossing arms) At least they aren't trying to kill each other anymore… Though this isn't the kind of family reunion I'd hoped for…(looks at Sento) We don't know when Gentoku or Seito will strike again… So-
Sento:(stands up) Yup. I'm on it.(walks up to Madoka) Let's leave housing and Personal details for later.(puts out hand) I need your belt, jellys, and Akaba's bottle.
Madoka:(steps back) What for?
Houki:(steps over) Clam down, he's going to tune your belt to better match your current self. As well as basic maintenance.
Sento:(nods) As well as make any kind of upgrades to your systems or equipment.
"Oh." Madoka said, reaching into her backpack she takes out the Sclash Driver and her jelly. "Here. Don't break them, teach. They are hard to fix." I take the items, Akaba taps me on the shoulder and hands me his bottle. "I invented the belts and bottles in the first place." I walk past everyone over to the fridge.
Sento:(glances at Madoka) It's only difficult because you're a Meathead.
Madoka:(turns to Sento) What's that supposed to mean?!
Ichika:(crosses arms) Look who's the Meathead now?
Sento:(sighs) Great, the Meathead's have multiplied.
Ichika and Madoka:(look at each other) Who's the Meathead?!
Houki:(facepalms) Dear god they really have multiplied.
