Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Shadow Clovers. Enjoy the 3800-word chapter. I don't own Totally Spies, Vincent, David Michel, and a few others do.
There was a lot more to be done when it all came to an end before he hummed before this came down to it. he had questioned what to do next. There was a lot more on Ray's mind which meant so much for the time being. it'd be a lot worse than it came down to it. He'd question what to do next. This was going to be a more interesting story.
Ray looked at Clover who had been a lot more tired now. It had been something odd for now and she couldn't at all seem to happen for now. Whatever came next would be an odd little move and she knew it.
Clover was not often a woman who had been defined by her past now. The idea had some small sense inside of it. It had been fun for now had she known it. There was a lot more to the plan before now.
Clover cleared her throat as she seemed to question what was coming next. The idea has promise yet it hadn't yet been decided.
There was a clack as one of her heels hit the ground, she cracked her fingers before she seemed to question what to do next. She ran her other hand over her temples before she finally decided to speak.
"And I know that you're the last dork to become the hero. How long did it take to become the hero of your little group?" Clover questioned before she turned and looked around. "It isn't often your best friend becomes a superhero who's dealing with terrorists." Clover before finally turning to look before now. What she had been through had been a lot more interesting for now.
Clover sighed and looked at her nails before finally deciding to kick her other heel. The noise of the shoe hitting the floor echoed through the room. It had been a lot more curious for now.
The idea had been planned in her mind for at least a little bit. It had been something curious and odd for now when all of this was said and done. All that was needed was time.
She knew that her friend had been a lot more focused on other things and had been a lot more for now. Clover before she tilted her head to the time before now. She had been a lot more curious for now and she knew it. The idea had slowly started to question.
"This is going to be a lot more interesting than I expected it to be when it's all said and done, isn't it?" Ray questioned before he raised an eyebrow. "No offense. I'm just curious at the moment. Why out of everything would you end up being a spy for anyone? Doesn't seem like your style at the end of the day." Ray added before he hummed to himself.
"And I didn't think you'd end up being a super-soldier for some type of revenge plan when it came down to it. there was a lot more to be done before all of this was said and done." Clover added before this all came down to it.
He had a lot more to be done. This had yet to come down to it. this was going to be something for the ages of the time being. it'd be a lot more interesting when all was said and done. It had become something horrifying for them and she knew more than anything just how insane and crazy this had become. The idea had spawned a thousand different views now. This had been a lot more interesting
He as of the second for now. What he had known now when he questioned before now. This had been something fun for now and she knew more than anything how this had been for now. Whatever she did next was going to be fun for now.
Ray had fallen quiet for a second. It had been a lot more interesting as of now. This had been an idea that needed to come down to it. Whatever she said next was going to be interesting in what to do next. It had been fun and she knew it. Ray had been a warrior for the longest time and if she had been willing to enjoy the idea for now. Whatever she had been through for now? it paled compared to what she had been through this.
The idea had been a lot more to question at the time. The idea had yet seemed to be a lot more hopeful when she considered it.
Clover kicked her feet up onto the table and wiggled her toes before she questioned what to do next. Ray leaned next to her as she seemed to hum and tilt her head before she tilted her head to the side. It had been something interesting between them for now. Whatever came next? She had been ready for now and she knew that her moves hadn't yet seemed to come down to it. There was a lot more left to them that hadn't been done for now. Whatever came next? It'd be something new for them and she knew for a moment that little had been a problem with her plans.
"You always this off when it comes down to it?" Clover questioned before she hummed and tilted her head. "We both know why this is going to be odd for now. the superhero thing? It's not as easy as you seem to think. It's not easy." Clover stated to which Ray fell silent.
Not the easiest question to ask for now, nor the one that had been able to handle, for now, it had been an odd little problem for them to handle, one which had stuck with me, for now, it had been a lot harder to handle at the end of the day. It'd be odd if not for the fact little to nothing had happened that had done anything. He sighed all the same.
Still? She was a spy, which was odd for them to handle at the end of the day, a very weird thing for them to be dealing with, one that had been a little of an off subject but it wasn't exactly like it couldn't ever be approached for now. They had known each other for longer than this, they knew more than to simply throw the other under the bus for now. What it had been nothing compared to what she had done for now.
It had been something to make them question what was coming next. Sure, there were to be problems, but it had been something odd for now, something that hadn't weakened their friendship yet, it had been a problem to handle, one which could be done with sooner or later, they had more to this talk then something odd and weird, it'd be a problem if not for the simple fact that this would be done sooner or later. It'd be an odd little problem for them to sort out in the future, though.
It had been a lot weirder now for this to be handled at a later point. Clover sighed and reclined back in the seat, kicking her feet up higher as she seemed to be oh so keen on doing for now, what little this had been doing to them, it had been something he really couldn't let slide for now.
"We just going to sit in some awkward silence until the cows come home? We're both doing the same job or will be sooner or later." Ray said as he turned to look at her. "There's a lot worse we could be doing; it isn't like I expected to see you again at the end of the day," Ray said to which there was a frown.
It wasn't a lie, both of them knew it well, it was clear they were a problem for them, it had always been that way between them for now, and it'd be until the day ended sooner or later.
She knew more when it came down to it was a lot more to question for now. What it seemed to be was something to question before it was all said and done before now. What it seemed to be was a problem when it came down to division, one which wouldn't end easily… No, but it would end sooner or later at the second before now.
She had been prepared for the idea. It was probably better they had this talk now rather than start a new argument, one which could end sooner or later.
This boredom while he questioned what to do next before he didn't know what to do next if anything. He tilted his head, resting his head in his hands before sighing while he leaned forwards once more.
He seemed to prepare for now, unsure of what the next real move would have been. What did he ask someone who had been a super spy? What did he ask someone who had been a super spy? What was their life like being one of the most dangerous women around? Yeah, that'd turn out perfectly if anything.
It made him roll his eyes mentally as he tried to gather his thoughts for even a second.
"You know they're not going to be as easy to take down. They're a terrorist group and they fight as dirty as anyone." Clover heard from Ray. "That's why they throw everything they have at us," Ray said while he hummed, rubbing his temples.
Clover hummed, cracking her fingers as she looked around, preparing for now what to do next.
"Well, they're not the only people we've dealt with. You know." Clover added with a sigh as she rolled her eyes, unsure of what to say.
Ray shrugged, not uncaring, but too unsure of what to tell her. He knew that WOOP was probably planning to tell her what he had already known it had been. If anything? There was a nightmare to be focused upon at the end of their game and he knew it well, there was just no real focus on the terrorist group before now. They hadn't planned on telling her anything, did they? Nope, that didn't at all mesh well with the dynamic they had all put into this, probably for the best.
He wouldn't know, he wasn't a top-level super spy with all of the power and resources that came with it. he wasn't one of the best warriors in the world, all he knew was that he had been one of the odd little soldiers who was busy doing his job for now when it came to it.
Clover sighed and rested her hands behind the back of her head, there was only so much he enjoyed when it seemed to have been.
She tilted her head, clicking her fingers against one another as she looked at him to see him glance around the room, preparing for now. there was a lot more to question and a lot more to do before now. She tilted her head at him before she finally decided to speak once more.
Another silence fell over them for a few seconds before it seemed to question what had been a lot more to do before now while he hummed.
He sighed, unsure of what to do next and what would be done, and dusted when it came down to it. He wasn't unsure of what to do before he seemed to be when it came down to it.
He didn't understand her. He wanted to understand her. Yet? He couldn't. it was such a problem that it scared him, scared him down to his core. It was a nightmare, one which couldn't be added or boiled down by simple parlor tricks. All he could do was pray and hope for the time being.
He wasn't able to get to such a state, he wasn't in the right peace of mind.
It was such an odd slope to fall that it almost scared him if not for the fact of the matter being just how bad this could have been.
"You're looking off into space again," Clover said as Ray turned to her, raising an eyebrow as he did so.
He laughed, giggling for only a moment. This was such an odd little thing, such a weird part of being a hero according to him. He was a lot more to focus on as of now.
"Sorry, Clove. Just got a lot on my mind. It's just something I've been thinking about for the past few days." Clover stated as he turned back into the focus as of now.
The focus, for now, is only for a few moments, making his mind swish around as of now. He was a lot more worried.
How would this go? How did he talk to someone whom he hadn't spoken to in years? How did he react well to such a thing? How did he relax? Clover cracked her fingers and kicked her legs up on the table.
She only made him laugh; she did only serve to make him amused. He was too tired, too unsure of himself. Whatever he did next would be at the time. He was something else, he was far too unsure, far too scared for this.
He wasn't going to be able to get where he had to go. This wasn't something he could focus upon. He didn't know what else was to get into such a place. Yet? He was too unsure of what to do next. He wasn't able to relax, to react to a nice part of this when it came down to it.
"You're always a bit thrown off, unsure of what to handle next, it's weird. It's always a bit weird." Clover stated as she rubbed at her eyes before she hummed before now. "Still? You're always a bit like this." Clover said with a smirk.
He was a lot more to focus on before now. He was a tired little thing before now.
He laughed, a lot more of a laugh that had coursed through him than what he had now. it was a small thing, but it was a lot more to question at the end of the day.
He was a lot more unsure of what else was going to be done, he didn't know what he was prepared for, for now, prepared for the worse. He wasn't going to be a lot more to do and yet? Ray was not entirely focused on how it was going to have been when it came down to it. They had so much and yet so much that had been a problem for now.
It was something before it came down to it. They were not sure before now. Ray looked at Clover who had yawned, it had been clear that such a measure was beyond her. It was clear both of them had more and more concerns about the problems when it came down to it.
He yawned, tilting his head, too interested at the moment. She frowned to herself…. It was clear such measures had only served to do much of their time. It was clear they had more to do.
Clover continued to click her feet up on the table. She looked at him with a raised eyebrow as he tilted his head, staring at her.
"So, what's spy life like? It's fancy up and down and back and forth. You don't get to enjoy the same things I think regular citizens get to deal with… Then again? I don't know what spy life is like." Clover heard Ray as he sighed and looked around the room. "Then again? I don't know what life was like for spies and all that, too busy dealing with a group of people who want us all dead and all that." Clover heard as she frowned.
It was clear she knew he wasn't at all mad for her nor mad at being forced to have lived life differently. He was a hero, someone who had lived a different life, one which they'd not be able to have relaxed about.
It was simply clear to him that half-measures like this weren't going to have done much. Ray watched as Clover sighed and leaned forwards.
"It's not exactly as fun as you think, always getting pulled out of classes, always having to deal with the fact you could be asked to go do a mission daily… It doesn't matter how cool it is when it comes down to it. This isn't exactly a fun job." Clover stated before she tilted her head to the side.
She didn't at all know that such problems were easy to have handled before it came down to it. She tilted her head once more, leaning on the wall while she clicked her tongue rubbing at her temples.
It was honestly annoying which had driven her up the wall. They had more and more problems, something that should have been a problem. She didn't at all understand what their enemy would have done for now.
WHOOP was going to be tired of this all. She seemed to have gotten it all over and over and over until it collapsed into nothing. He wasn't going to just have bowed out and allowed it to have gotten so damn far… To have spiraled this much.
Clover would need for now and it needed to be ended for now and yet it seemed to be ended for now. it was going to be ended, for now, it needed to end before now… It looked before now and only before now and looked at all of the locations in front of now and looked to the side, interested before questioning it all.
Clover would need to be on top of her game for now, because it would always end one way or another… Never more or less and yet? it would only become more and more interesting to her as of now, more and more fascinated as if it couldn't be overcome.
"Spy life is weird, isn't it? Weird, no? I don't understand it at all before now." Clover heard Ray state as he slowly started to yawn and looked at the clock.
"Not as easy as you believe it might be, Ray. Lots of paperwork and stuff Jerry doesn't like at all." Clover stated before frowning, feeling more and more silent for a few seconds, only looking upwards and into the roof.
He felt interested in something that he was entirely bored at the end of the day, utterly unsure of what to say or do and how well it could be at the end of the day. Today he seemed to be more and more tired at the end of the day.
Part of him also wondered how the others were getting along. Perhaps better than he was at the end of the day and unsure of what to do at the time.
"You know these guys we're dealing with are honestly going to try and kill you. they have actual weapons, that's partly why we have armor, I don't feel like Jerry has pointed that out to you guys." Ray stated before he slowly started to try and look down at the ground.
There were a few seconds of silence as he slowly started to try and focus on the moment. He was unsure what to try and tell the others about their enemy considering none of them seemed to notice what going on and just what was going on.
Then again? It was just as likely that Jerry left out certain details because he was worried, they'd back out if they knew the truth. This seemed to be something they'd need to learn and could learn at the moment. He just didn't at all know nor care for now and wouldn't anytime soon.
With what was coming, they had a lot more to figure out, something that could and would continue to keep growing as of now, a desire to be better and fixate upon something beyond now, beyond what has been thrown at his feet.
It bothered him more and more what had been done and what could be done to fix it all.
A desire not yet completed nor ended anytime soon, a desire to be better and far better than this. What he knew was simple, that he could not and would not change anytime soon, not willing to admit that he had been able to relax once more, unsure and uncertain of what to do as of now.
There was a lot more to figure out as of now, something that could spiral beyond truly now it became easier and easier to deal with it all before now, something that could easily be fixed.
Something that could and would continue to relax upon as he looked down at the ground, unsure and unable to fathom what to do next, hopeful for now and would keep going down the road.
He didn't know what to do next before he seemed to try and look downwards at the ground, he was unsure, uncertain. They'd be able to keep going again and again as he looked downwards at the ground, if for no other reason than he could continue to understand for now.
If for no other reason than he managed it for now, he looked around once more, crashing his hands against the ground.
Ray was able to try and figure it out for now while he seemed to yawn, looking down at the ground as Clover sighed, leaning further back on the sofa like a tired dog more than a human. It'd have made him tired and exhausted again and again.
If for no other reason than he was tired? He reclined on the sofa, unsure of himself and it all. They had something else to try and figure everything out for now when it came down to it.
They had a lot more to try and understand next.
Author Notes
Phew. Another chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter will be delayed. The next chapter is in 2-10 months and will show more of Clover and Ray's past. Until then, Lighting Wolf is out!
P.S: Next chapter will be 900-6500 words and such. The next chapter will sadly be a lot more bloated than before for now to try and explain more of the plot down the road.
