(Sento walks along a destroyed road, when a gust of wind turns his attention to a figure with his back turned. As we come in closer the figure turns around to show it's Gentoku)

(Sento and Gentoku stare at each other. Swinging around the two change into their Rider forms with glass blocking the two.)

(Build watches with Rogue's reflection in the glass as he punches it.)

(The glass cracks and within the cracks are the other Riders and characters who have their eyes closed before opening them.)

(Chifuyu, Taizan, Maya, and the IS pilots stand in front of the torn Touto flag gazing off into the distance. Changes to a pair of 3 people gazing out the window.)
Sora nirandemo (Staring into the sky)
(Changes Mido, Phantom Task, Rogue, and Stalk standing behind a Seito flag, with Mido smiling. Changes to Tabane her eyes aren't visible as she grins.)

(Grease, Akatsu, and Cross-Z walk down separate paths before merging and looking off into the distance.)

(Sento grasps his head, as he lifts his head up we zoom in on his eye with the back of Katsuragi walking off.)

(Build and Cross-Z mirror each other half as they look up. Change to Akatsu and Grease doing the same. Then to Rogue and Stalk with the same, before Stalk leans off and smashes the barrier.)

(Sento puts on a determined face as he stands tall with a device in his hand and the Hazard Trigger in his belt. Sento splits the device and inserts it.)
Dou shitatte!
(Two modes of Build flash on screen only showing their eyes. Then to Sparkling Build swinging his blade to the right before charging forwards.)
Kesenai yume mo tomarenai ima mo
(Build battles Rogue, while Akatsu Charge and Grease Crusher battles the Kaisers. Swing around to Cross-Z Charge opening the shoulder missiles and blasting the screen.)

(Build lifts his head up Sento overlaid on top with a smiling Chifuyu behind him. Changes to Rogue with Gentoku overlaid with a burning city in his background. Both Riders jump up and kick towards each other.)

(Grease injured clenches her arm as she gets up to her knee. Akatsu leaned back standing before she leaned forwards and clenched her fists. A battle damaged Cross-Z puts his fists together. Battle damaged Build strikes his pose.)

(We zoom out of the battle as Pandora Panel's close in. The panels close revealing Pandora's box sitting alone in a room.)

(A hand reaches out and puts it's hand on top, camera looks up to a pair of red eyes in the dark.)
Construct 105: Emergency
Sento: In the last construct… A lot has happened, Chloe is awakening a mysterious power that can manipulate the Skywall, an alliance with Hokuto, and our counter attack against Seito. Now we return to Touto, it's time for an emergency meeting.
We are Sento… Touto Prime Minister residence…
Inside the Prime Minister's office, Me, Ichika, Houki, and Madoka sit opposite Taizan, the IS girls, and his assistant staff. "We've identified Seito's spy." I said. "Seito's Imposter, is you're secretary, Masuzawa-san." As I point at Masuzawa he's taken aback. "Where's your proof?!" Masuzawa asks.
Sento:(shows HUD) We spread different versions of information about the location of Pandora's Box. To HQ staff, it was at Touto Institute of Advanced Matter Physics. To the Special forces, Touto International Art Museum. And to the Prime Minister's aides… Touto Machine Factory. That means if they thought that Pandora's Box was at Touto Machine Factory.(shows info)... You must have been the one who told them.
Masuzawa:(clenches fists) So this was all a plan to uncover the Spy?(reaches into pocket) Don't think it ends here. Rogue should be heading toward the real location of Pandora's Box right now!(takes out Bottle) A-All for Namba Heavy Industries!
Masuzawa opens the bottle on himself and dowses himself in the red Nebula gas, his body glowing before disappearing into the air. "So that's what Ichijo-sensei was gonna do." Houki mutters. "...No, Akaba!" Madoka shouts running towards the door, Houki, Ichika, and I chase after.
We are Observers… Abandoned Warehouse...
Everyone watches silently at the Pandora Box sitting inside it's casing. The gate door clutters open, as a figure enters, Akaba stands up with his bottle at the ready. The girls activate their IS's as their weapons are trained on the entrance. Light shines down on Gentoku as he enters the room.
Akaba: Rogue… How did you...?
Charlotte:(activates Shield) Guess the Seito spy was able to find out this location.
Gen: Hand over Pandora's Box.
Akaba:(shakes bottle) If I did that, I wouldn't be able to face the Boss!
Akaba transforms into Castle. "Defensive formation!" Laura orders as Akaba and Charlotte get in front while Rin stands in the middle with Laura and Cecilia in the back. "You will become a sacrifice for a greater cause." Gentoku said, strapping on his belt. "No you don't!" Cecilia shouts, firing at Gentoku, only for Gen to dodge the bullet with ease, as he takes out his Bottle.
"Danger!" "Crocodile!" "Henshin." "Break! Chomp! Crush! Crocodile In Rogue! Ooora!"
Akaba:(charges towards Rogue) Oorah~!
Laura: Don't break formation!
Elsewhere…
The four Riders are sprinting down a hall, with Madoka taking point all while she's calling Akaba. "Dammit! He's not picking up!" Madoka said, speeding down the hallway.
Back with the others…
"Sigh~" Rogue puts out his hand and blocks Akaba. "Wha-?!" Rogue quickly grabs Akaba's right shoulder shield and tears it off, then tosses it into Charlotte, the shield smashes through Charlotte's shields and knocks her off. "Wha-?" Laura asks, as Rogue launches towards her past everyone else. Rogue's kick launched Laura through the wall and into another building. "Laura! Grr… Gentoku!" Rin shouts, launching her other band to ensnare Rogue. "Cecilia!" Rin exclaims.
Cecilia:(takes aim) Repent, Gentoku!
Rogue: … (scoffs) As if.(breaks band) As I said, your sacrifice will be for a better cause… Let me show you.
With a flick of his wrist, an energy crocodile jaw forms and snaps the band. "Tch! Ha~!" Rin jumps at Rogue and swings at him. Rogue dodges each swing of Rin's blade, she swings across but Rogue spin jumps into the air and kicks Rin in the head knocking her face into the ground followed by Rogue stomping her head. "Rin! Tch!" Cecilia launches her funnels at Rogue as they proceed to shoot up Rogue.
Cecilia:(shooting Rogue) Despite your enhancements, they mean nothing without the ability to close the gap!
Rogue:(tanking shots) ...Rhh… RAAHHH~!
Roaring out, the suit is covered in energy that forms into scales, they all point out and launch all over the room destroying the Funnels and hitting Cecilia. "Ahh~!" She screams, dropping to the ground. "Wh-What was-?" Cecilia glances up, Rogue grabs Cecilia's head and lifts her up. "The Scale-Ripper, energy scales form around me that blast out damaging everyone around it. Now die." Rogue begins crushing Cecilia's helmet. "Let her go!" Akaba shouts blasting a beam that hits Rogue causing him to let go. Cecilia drops to the ground, as Akaba grabs her and tosses her out of the building along with the others.
Rogue:(looks at Akaba) …He should have hit his limit long ago…
Akaba drops to his knees, his body pulsing with electricity. The cracks and damage slowly begin to bleed. "Aoba… Kiba..." Akaba mutters, punching the ground Akaba screams out. "Lend me your strength!" Akaba clenches his Dog tags and charges Rogue, just as the Riders run in. "*Gasp* MASARU~!" Madoka shouts, Rogue cranks down his belt.
"Crack up Finish!"
Rogue raises his fist clenching it as energy forms around the fist. Akaba throws his fist at Rogue as he does the same. Rogue's fist hits first as Akaba is blown back, hitting the wall and landing on his feet, his Smash form disappearing into the air. "Masaru!" Madoka shouts, catching Akaba's attention. "Th-Thank you… For everything." Akaba said as he fades into the air. Madoka runs and catches the dog tags.
Madoka:(clenches tags) Why didn't you run, you idiot?(drops to knees) You were always that way… Always a fool. You always put your friend's fist… At the cost of yourself.
Rogue:(crosses arms) Are you done?
Madoka:(stands up) But Masaru…(turns to Rogue) That's why I'm prouder of you than anyone else.
The four Riders line up and strap on their belts and pull out their Can and Jellies. All four open their bottles. "Rabbittank Sparkling!" "Henshin!" All four shout as they insert the Can and Jelly inside the "Robot Jelly!" "Dragon Jelly!" "Sakura Jelly!" "Are you Ready?!" "Squish! Stream! Overflow!" The runners form and close in on the four as the armor is completed. "Rabbittank Sparkling!" "Dragon in Cross-Z Charge!" "Akatsu Sakura Charge!" "Robot in Grease!" The armor is completed and all four are ready for battle.
Grease:(puts hand on chest) Fan the flame… And crush Everything!
All four charge Rogue, who engages the four. Rogue ducks and dodges between the fists flying towards him. Akatsu punches, Rogue tilts his head to the right as the fist flies past. Rogue then grabs the fist and tosses Akatsu over his shoulder slamming her into the ground. Rogue then swings around punching Build in the chest knocking them back. Cross-Z punches, Rogue blocks and hits Cross-Z across the face, then an energy jaw materialises Rogue then grabs Akatsu and tosses her into Cross-Z. Ducking down, Rogue dodges Grease before swiping Grease from under her feet. Grabbing Grease with the Jaw arm, Rogue tosses Grease into Build, knocking the two back over to Akatsu and Cross-Z. Rogue then pulls out his Nebula Steam gun in it's rifle form. "Crocodile!" Rogue takes aim. "Funky Shot! Crocodile!" The shot knocks all four into the Pandora Box container, destroying it.
Grease:(Getting up) Not yet!
Build:(looks around) We can't beat him even with the four of us?
"Everyone!" The four hear, looking over to see Chloe running into the room. "Chloe!" Cross-Z, Akatsu, and I all exclaim. "You guys have always protected me." Chloe said, drawing a pistol out. "So if I can help you, then I want to fight with you!" Chloe grabs hold of the bandlet. "The same trick won't work twice." Rogue said, aiming his gun at Chloe. "Crap!" Cross-Z and Akatsu get in the way and get shot, knocking them to the ground. "Banjou! Shinonono!" Chloe exclaimed, running over to the two. "You idiots..." Chloe said, attempting to help the two.
Build:(reaches back) Tch, Madoka. I'm using Hazard.(takes out Hazard) Back me up.
"Hazard On!"
Grease:(nods) Copy that.
"Grease Crusher!" "Rabbit! Tank! Super Best Match! Are you Ready!?"
Grease and Build:(synch) Build up!
"Uncontrol Switch! Black Hazard! Yabe~!" "Grease Crusher! OoooRah~!"
Build charges Rogue as the two combat each other. Both trading blows that neither can get the upper hand. But as the two trade blows, Build slowly goes more and more aggressive with each attack. Until Build finally gets a hit in, knocking Rogue back. But after the attack, Build's arms go limp as the visior lights up, showing a red pupil in the center of both eyes. Build reaches for the Hazard Trigger and activates it.
"Max Hazard ON! Ready GO! Overflow! Yabe~!"
Grease:(readies Funnels) Crap…
Rogue:(aims arms) Like that will stop me…
Energy jaws form and open as it blasts a ball of energy at Build. Build clenches his fist raises it up and slaps the ball of energy out of the way causing an explosion behind Build. Build then charges at Rogue as he shoots at Build. "Ready GO! Hazard Finish!" Build jumps up and drop kicks Rogue. "He got him!" Cross-Z exclaims looking over.
Rogue:(Getting up) But you have lost yourself. Strength without aim, only leads to chaos.(stands up) Let me show you.
Build charges Rogue, only for Rogue to duck under Build's attack and gut punch him. Rogue runs past Build and to Grease, Rogue grabs Grease and kicks him at Build. Build then proceeds to attack Grease. "Hey! Teach! Get a hold of yourself!" Grease shouts as she battles Build.
Rogue:(steps back) My point exactly.(turns gaze)...
Akatsu:(stands up) We won't let you have it!
Akatsu turns down the crank on her belt. "Scrap Break!" Rogue does the same. "Crack up Finish!" As Akatsu jump kicks at Rogue. Rogue jumps and backflips, kicking the Rider out of her armor. "Houki!" Cross-Z shouts before charging Rogue, the shoulder rocket pods open and fire at Rogue. Rogue creates the scale mail and launches it out blowing the missiles out of the air. "Ora~!" Cross-Z charges past the smoke and towards Rogue. Only for his face to come into the jaws of the energy jaws. Grabbing Cross-Z and lifting him off the ground, Rogue proceeds to hit Cross-Z with a barrage of powerful punches all before slamming him into the ground causing his armor to disappear. Rogue let's go and step back.
Rogue:(energy jaws open) It's useless…(bullet pings off helmet) Hmm...?
Chloe:(pointing smoking gun) Get… away from them.
Rogue:(turns to Chloe) Do you really think something like that will even scratch me?
Chloe:(reaching into pocket) Maybe not now, but if I get the bottle out of the belt or open up that Helmet, this might do some damage.
Chloe charges as Rogue swings at her. Chloe ducks and slides between Rogue's legs tossing something up in the air as she slides past. A loud bang and flash fill the room as Rogue stumbles back. "F-Flashbang?!" Chloe then swings around and grabs the Crocodile Bottle. When she pulls on the bottle to remove it the belt locks in the bottle a shock of electricity hits Chloe. "Kiay~" Chloe stumbles back grabbing her wrist.
Rogue:(grabs Chloe's gun) Did you really think there wasn't a counter measure?
Chloe:(clenching wrist) Tch!
Rogue:(points gun) A spy has no place on the front lines.(pulls out bottle) Hmf.
Rogue steps over and picks up the Pandora Box. "It's finally mine." Rogue mutters the Box in his hands. Rogue inserts the Full Bottle into the Nebula gun. "Full Bottle!" Rogue points the gun at Chloe. "Funky Attack! Full Bottle!" Rogue's body is engulfed in flames as he flies through the roof of the building. Leaving Grease alone to battle Build who finishes Grease off with a swift kick to the chest.
Chloe:(looks over) Banjou!...(looks at Build)... Sento…
Madoka:(struggling) M-Mii-tan! RUN!
Houki:(crawling) G-Go!
From outside the IS girls limp into the room only to see Hazard Build slowly walking towards Chloe. "Ah! Se-" Rin falls to her feet unable to muster any strength. "Th-The Button! Nee-san! The Button!" Laura shouts. "I, I don't have it..." Chloe mutters. Build rushes at Chloe. "Stop it~!" Everyone shouts, Build grabs Chloe by the throat as she's slammed against a steel pillar.
Everyone:(in synch) SENTO~!
Chloe's bangle begins to glow, shining bright, the Tank visior piece suddenly changes into another Rabbit Visior.
