(Chifuyu, Taizan, Maya, and the IS pilots stand in front of the torn Touto flag gazing off into the distance. Changes to a pair of 3 people gazing out the window.)

(Changes Mido, Phantom Task, Rogue, and Stalk standing behind a Seito flag, with Mido smiling. Changes to Tabane her eyes aren't visible as she grins.)

(Sento puts on a determined face as he stands tall with a device in his hand and the Hazard Trigger in his belt. Sento splits the device and inserts it.)

(Two modes of Build flash on screen only showing their eyes. Then to Sparkling Build swinging his blade to the right before charging forwards.)

(Build battles Rogue, while Akatsu Charge and Grease Crusher battles the Kaisers. Swing around to Cross-Z Charge opening the shoulder missiles and blasting the screen.)

(Build lifts his head up Sento overlaid on top with a smiling Chifuyu behind him. Changes to Rogue with Gentoku overlaid with a burning city in his background. Both Riders jump up and kick towards each other.)

(Grease injured clenches her arm as she gets up to her knee. Akatsu leaned back standing before she leaned forwards and clenched her fists. A battle damaged Cross-Z puts his fists together. Battle damaged Build strikes his pose.)

Construct 106: The Twin Visior
Sento: War breaks out between Touto, Hokuto, and Seito over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within it. Touto's Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento, clashes with Seito's Kamen Rider Rogue, but… Oh no! I'm in Overflow! Ah! Pandora's Box is being- Ah~ He got away… Eh? Why am I attacking Chloe? Ah?! What will happen in Construct 106!?

Chloe's bangle begins to glow, shining bright, the Tank visior piece suddenly changes into another Rabbit Visior. Inside the helmet the bright red of emergency systems suddenly return to normal as Sento's eyes return to their regular red and blue. "Wha- *Gasp!* Chloe!" Build let's go of Chloe as she drops to her feet Build's armor disappearing off him.
Laura:(Limping over) Nee-san!
Sento:(confused) What was that?
Madoka:(being helped up) H-How did he revert to normal on his own?
Houki:(being helped up) I-I think for a second there, his helmet turned into two Rabbits…
Sento:(leans down to Chloe) Chloe! I'm sorry! Are you alright, Chloe?!
"I'm fine." Chloe said. "Do you know what you've done?!" Ichika shouts as he's being helped up to his feet by Charlotte. "Ichika! Calm down!" Charlotte exclaims holding Ichika back. "Sh-She's right." Madoka said being walked over by Rin. "More importantly, who leaked this location to Seito?" Madoka asked.
Cecilia:(Walking Houki over) I thought we were the only ones who knew the actual location of Pandora's Box.
Madoka:(clenching dog tag) One of us… Or in our inner circle… is a Traitor...

Genming sits within his cell with a small window and a solid steel door. Genming is now strapped into a chair with his arms, legs, and head strapped against the chair. Sounds of a struggle echo from outside as Genming opens his eyes to look at the door. The steel door is hit as it dents before being blown off. Hitting the floor with a loud thud, Genming squints his eyes to adjust to the light, as two faceless approaches. Genming's eyes finally adjust as he recognizes Squall and Autumn stepping into the room. Genming looks up at the two, as the Phantom Task Members approach.
Autumn:(steps forward) You look like Shit.(helmet opens) I'm surprised they'd put you in an isolated chamber like this.
Squall:(blade protrudes from gauntlet) Only because he attempted to kill himself multiple times.
Autumn:(looks out doorway) If he doesn't even want to live anymore, why does Stalk want him?
Squall:(cutting straps) What else? Some Kind of plot to backstab Namba probably.
Autumn: Oh… Great.(grabs Genming) Well, come on.
Touto Prime Minister Residence Meeting room 1…
Taizan sits down in his seat, as an image of Mido appears, with the Box sitting next to him. His kakles of laughter filled the room as he stood up to place a hand on the box. "At last… Pandora's Box is finally in Seito's hands!" Mido exclaims, his hands caressing the Box like a precious heirloom.
Mido:(evil smile) I can't wait… to see the energy inside this…(looks at Taizan) Once I have Touto's Bottles, that dream will finally come true.
Taizan: We will not hand over the Bottles.
Mido: If we launch a full offensive, Touto will become a sea of flames. If you wish to avoid that, then please consider my proposal.
Outside in the waiting room... We are Sento
Within the waiting rooms, Ichika and Madoka stare each other down. Watching on, I pondered in silence as Chloe and the girls watched two Idiots. "Hey… Hey! Are you really sure one of us is a Seito Spy?" Chloe asks.
Ichika:(looks over) None of your business. Butt out!
Madoka: Don't be so mean to Mii-tan, you idiot.
Ichika:(looks at Madoka) Don't call me an Idiot! At least call me "musclehead"!
Houki:(sweatdrop) That's the thing you point out?
Madoka:(scans Ichika head to toe) I don't see any muscles on you.
Ichika:(crosses arms) I'm the type that looks skinny under a shirt.
"RIght… What's your diet even consist of-?" The sounds of the argument are zoned out by Sento whose mind wanders back to the moment his Overflow fell back into his control. "His helmet turned into two Rabbits..." Houki's words had wormed their way into Sento's mind. 'What caused my visior to change?' I wondered.
Ichika:(walks over) Hey! What are you spacing out for? You're a suspect too, you know!
Cecilia:(sighs) Ichika, baseless claims only make wasted breath.
Staff Member:(steps in) Riders, the Prime Minister must meet with you.
Sento:(stands up) And wasted time. Come on.
Prime Minister's office…
Taizan:(standing behind desk) Seito has proposed a Kamen Rider Proxy fight. If we lose, we'll have to surrender Touto's territory and Bottles to Seito.(steps over to Riders) But if we win… Seito will not only withdraw their invading forces but also restore Hokuto to it's former state.
Madoka:(looks at Taizan) Seriously?
Taizan:(nods) But… this time it'll be 4 sets of one-on-one duels.
Ichika:(standing up) That means Sento, Me, Houki, and…
Madoka: I'm in…(glances at the others) This is for Hokuto as well…
Taizan:(steps behind desk) I want you to win this battle and end the war…(bows) Please.

Chloe sits by the Bottle Chamber while I sit at my computer typing away. "Sensei, why aren't we looking for the Seito spy?" Houki asks while walking in. "And where's Ichika?" Houki asks, stepping up to the desk. "Don't worry about them, they can take care of themselves." I said prepping the VR headset. "As for the Spy, leave it to me." I assure, as I set aside the headset.
Sento:(puts hands together) More importantly, the priority right now is to develop a power-up item. When the Hazard Trigger goes into Overflow my Hazard Level increases sharply.
Houki:(steps behind Sento) At the cost of control. The Trigger's biggest flaw.
Sento:(nods) Exactly, so I'm gonna make a device to stop me from losing myself even in Overflow.
Chloe:(looks over) That's good and all but. How are you going to make that?
Sento:(looks at Chloe) You are the Key Chloe. I somehow regained control back there. That means with the power of the bangle, it's possible.(grabs VR headset) I'm going to project some Build footage back to you.(walks over to Chloe) So try praying, "Please, Bangle-san, for the handsome ge-"
Houki:(crosses arms) We get it. Have Chloe look back at old footage to make a bottle that can control Hazard Trigger's special ability.
Chloe:(looks at VR Headset) Hold on, why do I have to do that?
Sento:(hands headset) You said so yourself. "If I can…(pant pant) help you (pant pant)...!"...(pushes Chloe) Come on, you heard me.(puts bottle in side chamber) I'm counting on ya!
Chloe:(grabs headset) Fine, fine! Your impression is terrible. That didn't sound like me at all!...(door closes) … Groan~... Go on.
Sento:(sits down at PC) Okay, starting.(hits key)... Man, I really am a Handsome guy!
Houki:(raises eyebrow) That's great and all but… How did you record this like it's an Action TV show?
Sento:... Whoa, the Rider Kick really is powerful!
Houki:(stares at Sento) Don't Change the subject. If it was in First Person I could chock it up to helmet cam. But how do you have a Camera that can view these attacks up close without getting hit?... Sigh~ Fine, So, Build transforms with Best Match Bottles, but what is a Best Match Exactly? I mean, the combination of Living things and Machines being strong I get. But what's with the Combos? Rabbit and Tank I get, but Tiger and UFO? Rocket Panda? And how is a Unicorn and an Eraser a Best Match?
Sento:(raises a finger) It's not Living and Machine. It's an organic and inorganic substance. A Best Match is the good combination of two elements.
Houki:(looks at screen) Then how do you explain, Octopus Light? Lion Cleaner? Dragon and Lock?
Sento:(shrugs) Look, just ignore it. I still can't explain why they have a high affinity for each other.
Houki:(sweatdrop) Even you don't know so you just roll with it? What kind of logic is that?... Ignoring me again? Fine, then here's my next question if a Combo is a Living and Machine, why don't you do two Living and two Machine combos?
Sento:(hand on chin) That's… Oh~ Sparkling's such a blast!
Houki:(sighs) You changed the subject again. Every time it gets inconvenient for you-

Chloe:(sighs)... The basic form is Rabbit Tank… Which uses residual material from Pandora's Box, like Sparing. Also… The Twin Rabbits… I wonder if there's some meaning behind Rabbit Tank?

Sawa walks the streets alone, the area is empty with an off silence filling the air. Even if the Battle was far away, it hadn't been quiet for some time… Finally the silence is broken with a beep of a phone. Sawa grabs her phone and looks at the caller, she's hesitant. But answers.
Sawa: Yes?...
Back with Sento…
The Bottle Chamber door pops open with a loud bang. "It's complete!" I exclaim, Me and Houki's face beaming as they race to the chamber. "This is awesome!" I shout, grabbing the bottle and looking at it, my hair raising up in excitement… "Huh?" Me and Houki look at the bottle. It's rims are white, with the glass being more of a milky red. "A… Another Rabbit Bottle?" Houki said, looking at the bottle.
Houki:(tilts head) Why is the color different?
Chloe:(door opens) Don't ask me.(looks at Sento) I just did as you asked.(walking away) Sleepy, I was focusing hard.(Mii-tan voice) "Please, Bangle-san! For the self-proclaimed handsome- Hazard-" whatever…
Sento:(steps over) That's not exactly what I asked you to focus on… Wait… Rabbit Rabbit… Now that Hoki mentioned it… I've never combined the same element before…
Stepping over to my work table, I grab my Driver and insert the two bottles inside. "Rabbit! Rabbit!" The bottles flash as the standby sound plays. "Hey, they lit up!" Houki exclaimed. I take out the Hazard Trigger and insert it into the driver. "Hazard ON!" 'Moment of truth...' Cranking the belt, Houki and I watched the result. "Are you Ready?!" The belt sparks and the White bottle explodes. "Whoa~!?" We exclaim jumping back. "No good..." Chloe said.
Sento:(picks up pieces) No… Since they're the same element, their effects become superimposed… and all of the elements are condensed into one state! So if I can take this concentrated state and funneled-
Houki:...(looks off) I have NO clue what he's talking about…
Sento:(looks over) If I develop a device that can withstand the power of Rabbit Rabbit… It might work.
Houki: Well, at least it's a start… Ah! Sawa-san… Sawa-san? What's wrong?
Sawa:(puts on a smile) Ah… Chifuyu told me you're developing a new Item.
Houki:(nods) Hey, Sawa-san, have you seen Ichika and Madoka?
Sawa:(looks at Houki) Ah, Madoka said she's going to the Skyroad and Ichika followed.
Houki: The Skyroad?
Skyroad… We are Ichika
As I approach the Skyroad, my eyes fall on Madoka putting together two sticks into a grave, placing a red, blue, and yellow cloth on them. She digs a small hole before pulling something off the dog tags. "You morons..." She mutters, staring at the tags.
Madoka: Why did you all have to die?
Ichika:(approaching) Why are you making a grave all by yourself?
Madoka:(glances over) I thought they'd forgive me if I did this for them.
Ichika:(glances at tags) What are those?
Madoka:(places tags in hole) The Dog tags with their names. Their real names, not their code names.(stands up) One each, in place of their remains.
?: It's unfair that they disappeared without a trace.
Ichika and Madoka:(look over) Laura/Mii-tan two…
Laura:(looks at Ichika) You must know the feeling… Right?
Ichika:(sighs) Yeah… It never truly hits you that they're really gone…(prays) So…(stands up) Shall we begin the experiment?
Madoka:(tilts head) Wha-huh?
Ichika:(steps in front of Madoka) We become stronger the more we fight, right?(stepping back) In that case… let's boost up our Hazard Levels before the proxy fight.
Madoka:(smirks) Sounds interesting. Don't come crying to me after Bro.
Ichika: That's my line!
"Ooi~!" Our gaze turns skyward as Akatsu flies down and lands between us. "Am I interrupting anything?" Akatsu asks. "Naw, my Brother here came up with a decent idea." Madoka said, pulling out her belt. "We train up for the Match!" I said strapping on my belt. "I see, it's like we're back at the Academy." Akatsu said, stepping away. "Mind if I mix in?" She asks.
Madoka and Ichika:(nods) Sure!
Laura:(smiles) I'll let everyone know what you're doing.
Ichika:(smiles) Alright then.(takes out the bottle) Let's do this!(shakes bottle) Huh?
'What the?' I shake the bottle to hear an odd sound. Opening the bottom of my Dragon Bottle I find a small device placed inside. "What's this?" I ask, grabbing the device. Everyone comes in close to see what the item is. "A wiretapping device!" Laura shouted, grabbing it and throwing it on the ground and crushing it under her foot.
Akatsu:(helmet folds away) When did that get in there?
Laura:(looks at Houki) Houki, check your bottle as well.(looks at Madoka) You too.(steps away) I'll inform Sensei of this.
Madoka:(nods) You got it Mii-tan-
Laura:(looks back) Laura. You can just call me Laura you know.
Madoka:(blushes) Wha- F-F-First name Basis? Y-You sure?
Laura:(nods) Sure. We're allies aren't we? At least I hope we are.
Madoka: WE ARE! I-I Y-You should go ahead… Laura.
Laura:(smiles) I'll do that. You just train up for the fight. Madoka.
Laura then activates her IS and flies off. "She said my name… Mii- Ah- Laura said my name!" Madoka's face was filled with excitement. "Let's go!~" She exclaims fist pumping into the air. "Okay, you two let's do this!" Madoka exclaims, Akatsu and I look at each other and just smile. "Right!" The two of us exclaim.

Sawa-san and I work on the device together. "You're good, Sawa-san." I said looking at her soldering work on the regulator module. "It's my speciality." Sawa responds, as she sodders in the wire. "Your dad was a researcher too, right?" I ask her. "Yeah..." She said,
Sento:(working) Actually… I looked into the gas explosion accident at the research lab… There was no one named Takigawa on the list of victims.
Sawa:(shifting in seat) That's… Because… Takidaga is my mother's surname. After my father died, I used my mother's surname.
Sento: I see… We'll definitely win the Proxy fight. To create a future that lasts… We'll end this war!

Tabane sits in a chair overlooking the Nebula chambers below. Gas fills the chamber as the individual inside is doused in the gas. "Our fourth fighter. Finally." Namba said, while walking over. "Only the best. Or rather, another fighter with nothing left to lose." Stalk said standing up from the chair to let Namba sit.
Namba: Thank you.(sits down) Ah~... So then. Do you have a belt prepared for him?
Stalk:(sighs) That's the thing, I considered the idea… But innovation comes from experimentation. The Kaiser system could use some… Upgrades…(figure steps over) Ah! Utsumi-chan! Is the thing I requested ready?
Utsumi:(pushes up glasses) Not yet, but it will be soon. The Tiberium Kaiser, with a new weapon complement.
Namba:(looks at Utsumi) Show me.
Utsumi hands a tablet to Namba. Studying the data, Namba hands the tablet back as he nods to Stalk. Stalk crosses her arms as she glances over the railing. "Only the best." Stalk said.
