(Sento and Gentoku stare at each other. Swinging around the two change into their Rider forms with glass blocking the two.)

(Build watches with Rogue's reflection in the glass as he punches it.)

(The glass cracks and within the cracks are the other Riders and characters who have their eyes closed before opening them.)

(Chifuyu, Taizan, Maya, and the IS pilots stand in front of the torn Touto flag gazing off into the distance. Changes to a pair of 3 people gazing out the window.)

(Changes Mido, Phantom Task, Rogue, and Stalk standing behind a Seito flag, with Mido smiling. Changes to Tabane her eyes aren't visible as she grins.)

(Grease, Akatsu, and Cross-Z walk down separate paths before merging and looking off into the distance.)

(Sento grasps his head, as he lifts his head up we zoom in on his eye with the back of Katsuragi walking off.)

(Build and Cross-Z mirror each other half as they look up. Change to Akatsu and Grease doing the same. Then to Rogue and Stalk with the same, before Stalk leans off and smashes the barrier.)

(Sento puts on a determined face as he stands tall with a device in his hand and the Hazard Trigger in his belt. Sento splits the device and inserts it.)

(Two modes of Build flash on screen only showing their eyes. Then to Sparkling Build swinging his blade to the right before charging forwards.)

(Build battles Rogue, while Akatsu Charge and Grease Crusher battles the Kaisers. Swing around to Cross-Z Charge opening the shoulder missiles and blasting the screen.)

(Build lifts his head up Sento overlaid on top with a smiling Chifuyu behind him. Changes to Rogue with Gentoku overlaid with a burning city in his background. Both Riders jump up and kick towards each other.)

(Grease injured clenches her arm as she gets up to her knee. Akatsu leaned back standing before she leaned forwards and clenched her fists. A battle damaged Cross-Z puts his fists together. Battle damaged Build strikes his pose.)

(A hand reaches out and puts it's hand on top, camera looks up to a pair of red eyes in the dark.)
Construct 108: The Tiberium that never was.
Sento: War breaks out between Touto, Hokuto, and Seito over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within it. Touto, home to Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento decides to settle things with Seito in a 4 on 4 proxy fight. Kamen Rider Grease, representing Touto wins the first round but Kamen Rider Cross-Z loses the second match… Now the third Round begins.
Midou: This is Midou, Seito's Prime Minister. The third round will definitely be Seito's!
Sento: Then if that's the case, I'll have no choice but to use that Gyuin-Gyuin Sudodododododo thing in the fourth round.
Midou: What's that?! Don't talk in Onomatopeya!
Sento: Geniuses don't talk in simple words! So, what will happen in Construct 108- H-Hold on? Is that… Genming?... How…?
We are Houki…
My eyes widen at the man I see before me. "Genming?!" Rin shouts as he looks at Rin. "Huh… Fancy seeing you here." Genming said, looking at both Rin and Sento. "Tho, I think this is the first time we've met." Genming said, looking at me. 'I'll beat you and end this war! I don't care about your beef.' Strapping on my belt I ready my jelly, opening the cap and inserting it into my belt. "Henshin!" I said turning the crank down. "Sakura Akatsu Charge! Burrah~!" I ready my weapon as I stand before Genming.
Genming:(chuckles) Not fucking around, huh?(scratches crystals) I appreciate that. In that case.
Seito lounge… We are Observers…
Mido:(tilting head) Wait…(turns to Namba) Is-Isnt that the terrorist who destroyed China?! Why is he here?!
Namba:(sips tea) Calm down, none of this is being broadcasted unlike before. Besides, there won't be much evidence of him after this.
Mido: What do you mean? Isn't he your newest weapon?
Namba:(sets down tea) Newest weapon, yes… But he's not expected to last long. Those crystals on his body are solid Nebula crystals. His body was injected with liquid Nebula producing those crystal growths across his body.
Mido:(looking at Genming) Is he dying?
Namba:(smiles) Yes, the crystals are growing internally as well. It's likely he's going to die of the crystals long before he's discovered by the public. But if he wins, we promised him we'd find a way to keep him alive. If we can find a way to keep him alive, we might find a way to further enhance our future soldiers…
Mido:(turns around) I see…(mutter) I hope it does not come to that…
We are Houki…
Genming pulls out a Nebula Steam gun from his hip holster. "Round 3, Kamen rider Akatsubaki Charge VS Tiberium Kaiser!" The Announcer said. 'W-Wait…' "Tiberium? Like the crystal from Command and Conquer?" I ask, Genming shrugs as he pulls two Gear bottles in the same hand. "I dunno what that is, but it was suggested by that Snake Lady." Genming said. 'How am I not surprised?' Genming inserts the bottle into the gun.
"Gear GDI! Gear NOD! Funky Match!"
Sento:(sweatdrop) Really leaning into the whole reference thing huh?
Genming:(aims gun) Jundo.
"Fever!" A refinery-like structure builds itself around Genming. As the ground around Genming grows green crystals are ground up and tossed into the refinery. A drop pod from the sky flies down as a drill rises up from the ground. Both sides of the armor launch out of the pod and drill into the refinery. Everything is blown away leaving a heavily modified Kaiser suit packed with weapons.
The Base suit is the same as the regular Kaiser body and undersuit. But instead of the usual gears, the armor is composed of heavy weapons. The right side is colored red and black, while the left side is tan and gold highlight. The right visior is a curled scorpion tail, and the left visior is a gold eagle. The right shoulder has a laser cannon, the arm has a flamethrower on the gauntlet. The right leg has a series of small leg mounted missiles. The left shoulder has a gatling gun that is connected to the back and slung over the shoulder. The left arm has a twin cannon system. One cannon is a railgun, while the cannon underneath is an energy cannon. The left leg also has a series of missiles just like the right leg.
Akatsu:(awed) Wha- What is?
Tib Kaiser:(cracking neck) Didn't you hear the announcer? I am the Tiberium Kaiser.
Akatsu:(Twin Breaker materializes) Yeah? Well, I am stronger than I was yesterday!
Tib Kaiser:(raising arm cannon) Let's see if it's enough.
Tib Kaiser immediately fired a volley of missiles at Me. Flicking my wrist causes a massive root growth and blocks the missles. Running around the root I fire at Tib Kaiser. He dodges to the side before pointing the flamethrower at me and blasts a ball of flame at me. Growing roots I block the flame. Drawing my bow blade into my other hand, suddenly a red beam cuts though the root and hits me in the chest. I quickly roll out of the way, looking at the armor I see the beam impact glowing red hot. Looking up I see Tib Kaiser's shoulder guns aim at me. The Gatting gun fires at me, ducking under and growing trees to block the bullets. Moving from the cover, managing to dodge the flames and laser.
We are Sento
Ichika slams his fist against the table. "Where do they keep pulling this shit out?" Ichika shouts. We watch as Akatsu attempts to jump over only for the missiles on the legs to keep her pinned down. "She can't move at all like this…" Chloe mutters clenching her hands together. Crossing my arms, I ponder on the amount of armaments on the Kaiser suit. 'This whole suit is purely ranged, if she could get in close… Then she wouldn't have much to prevent her victory…'
Sento:(clenching fist) Still… Something about this… Seems off.
We are Houki…
Stepping back, I stare at Tib Kaiser's right side, weapons are smoking hot. 'This is going nowhere! I need to get in close now!' Charging straight at Tib Kaiser, he chuckles as he aims his left arm cannons at me. Energy charges up and as it reaches full charge, I flick my wrist up, as roots grow out of the ground, wrapping around the arm and pushing upwards to the sky. Both cannons fire blasting straight through the roof of the stadium, causing natural light to pour in, right into Tib Kaiser's eyes.
Tib Kaiser:(looks away) Argh! Wha-
Akatsu:(swings blade) Ha~!
My blade slashes across Tib Kaiser's chest, swinging back around. I slash with my blade and twin breaker. The shoulder laser turns and aims at mw, slashing the turret the laser drops to the ground. "Grr!" Tib Kaiser immediately fires with his railgun again. The knockback has enough force behind it to snap apart the roots and the arm to slam into the side of my groin. I'm knocked away, keeping my footing I slide across the ground. Quickly pointing my Twin Breaker at Tib Kaiser as he points his railgun at me.
Akatsu:(staring down Tib) Awfully powerful gun there. I'm surprised you can actually use it.
Tib Kaiser:(chuckles) My broken arm begs to differ. I think that shot alone broke my elbow.
Akatsu:(looks at Railgun) You don't seem to be shaking, no way it's just the ExoSkeleton… *Gasp!* Those crystals?!
Tib Kaiser:(fires missiles) Exactly!(Akatsu dodges) My body is a small price to pay.
Akatsu:(runs and shoots at Tib) Why!? You achieved your revenge! Old China is gone! What are you fighting for?!
Tib Kaiser:(following after Akatsu) Nothing! So I'll make others share that feeling… By destroying Japan…
Akatsu:(stops) … You… Revenge was all you had…(turns to Tib) Now you have nothing… That doesn't give you the right to do that to others!(charges Tib) Old China is being reborn!(jumps and swings at Tib) You could have run and lived in the new and better China!
My blade connects, slashing into the Tib Kaiser chest plate. "Easy for you to say!" Tib Kaiser said, kicking me back and firing the railgun at me. The round bounces into my shoulder and slams into the side of the wall. 'Argh! My… My shoulder!' Clenching my shoulder I look up at Kaiser's chest piece to see green crystals growing at the wound.
Tib Kaiser:(cracking neck) Manipulated, twisted, tested, discarded, abandoned! Phantom Task gave me purpose with getting back to China… I… I have nothing…
Akatsu: That's not true!(Standing up) I… I thought the same as you. Twisted and manipulated by someone I thought was family… But there are always going to be people who reach out to help you.
A railgun round flies past my helmet and slams into the ground behind me. "Just give up… China's IS representative nor Build able to help…" Tib Kaiser said, clenching my fist, standing up I ready my weapons. "Never, not while I can save you." I said as I took out my Otome Bottle. Opening the bottle, I insert it into my belt and crank it. "Charge Bottle! Uncrushable! Charge Crush!"
Akatsu:(sets hand over chest) Even if it kills me…(raises blade) I will use this power I have been given… To be a Kamen Rider!
Tib Kaiser:(looks down) Sigh~... You are so… (aims railgun) Naive!
Akatsu:(battle stance) That's what being a Kamen Rider is about! Being stubborn to help people!
"Raah~!" Tib Kaiser fires at me. Swapping my blade to my other hand and I slash the rail gun bolt in half, causing the split pieces to smash into the wall behind me. Tib Kaiser quickly blasts a stream of flame at me. I charge straight into the ball of flame.
We are Observers…
Akatsu flies out of the flames and swings down at Tib Kaiser. Kaiser jumps back to dodge the blade. Only for suddenly another Akatsu to suddenly run in from the side and roundhouse kick Tib Kaiser across the face. "What?!" A third Akatsu runs in and slides, swinging her blade knocking Tib Kaiser off his feet and slamming to the ground. "Rrrgh!" Tib Kaiser fires his missiles into the air. The Akatsu's jump away to make distance. Tib Kaiser gets back to his feet to see three Akatsu.
Ichika:(smiles) Whoa! I didn't know the Otome bottle could do that!?
Sento:(confused) Me neither… Did she learn that in prep before today?
Ichika:(shakes head) No, nothing like that came up at all.
Chloe:(in thought) What is this? This feeling… Almost like… Fear? Fear of something?
The three Akatsu's stare down at Tib Kaiser. Tib Kaiser blasts flames at the three as he moves back to make space, causing Akatsu to duck under the flame. Tib Kaiser quickly follows up with a barrage of missiles at the three, the Akatsu's point their Twin Breakers and they shoot down the missiles. A single Akatsu charges in, quickly closing the space Tib Kaiser attempts to fire missiles, when the missile pods are blown up by the other two Akatsu. "Fine! Come here!" Tib Kaiser shouts as the first Akatsu swings, slashing through the same chest cut made previously. More crystals begin growing to stop blood.
Tib Kaiser:(looks at Akatsu) Real convincing that you're trying to "Save me."
Akatsu:(removes bottle from belt) That's only part one!(inserts bottle into Twin Breaker) This is part Two!
Tib Kaiser:(looks at Twin Breaker) What?!
"Single! Single Break!" Akatsu slams the barrels of the Twin Breaker into the crystals and fires. "Be purified!" Akatsu shouts. "Guaaah~!..." Kaiser's right arm shakes as nebula liquid spews from the arm. After a few seconds of spewing liquid it stops. "Guh… Th-The pain? It's… Gone?" Tib Kaiser asks confused, Akatsu quickly puts Tib Kaiser in an arm lock as the two others Akatsu rush in and slice the Flame thrower and kick it away. While the machine gun turret points at the first Akatsu the third Akatsu shoots it off Tib Kaiser's shoulder. "Ah- Rah!" Tib Kaiser points the rail gun at the third Akatsu, only for the first Akatsu to push then kick Tib Kaiser forwards. All three Akatsu then flick their wrists as roots burst from the ground grabbing Tib Kaiser by the feet then pinning him to the right side of the wall. "It's over!" All three Akatsu shout as they run up the roots.
Tib Kaiser:(points cannon) It's… Too late for me!... I… I still have the Ion Cannon!
Sento:(shocked) Of all the Overkill- Is he insane?!
Mido:(shocked) AN ION CANNON?!
The second barrel of the cannon charges up. "Ion Cannon! Fire!" Tib Kaiser shouts as the beam blasts through the roots and into the ground. The beam fades leaving burn roots and a visible dent in the ground. "...I… Told you… It's too late for me." Tib Kaiser muttered. "I'm not dead yet!" A voice shouts, Tib Kaiser looks up at the roof to see the three Akatsu grounded to the roof by roots. "How-?!" Akatsu points at the Twin Breaker blasting straight into Tib Kaiser immobilizing him. Akatsu jumps off the roof and down towards Kaiser. "Scrap Finish!" Akatsu drop kicks into Tib Kaiser blowing away the roots as green Nebula liquid spews from gapes all over the suit. The two drop to the floor, only Genming dropping out of the suit the Nebula steam gun and the two Gear bottles shattering upon impact with the ground.
Akatsu:(gasping for breath) … Like… I said… I'm stronger than… I was… Yesterday… Enough to save you… today.
Announcer: Winner! Kamen Rider Akatsubaki!
Viewing Room…
Ichika:(fist pumps) Yeah~! She did it!(looks at Sento) She did it!
Sento:(sighs) Yeah, she did… But what was Namba thinking about putting a rail gun and Ion Cannon on his arm…
Chloe:(clenches hands together) He was really expected to die…
Sento:(nods) Yeah… Ichika. Let's head in there.
Ichika:(nods) Right.

Removing the jelly from my belt, the other to Akatsu's fade into the air. Leaving me Genming laying face down on the ground. 'Is he…?' "*Cough!* *Cough!* *Cough!*" Genming coughs, I rush over to him and pick him up. "Are you okay?!" I ask looking at him, the crystals across his body are melting and fading away. "H-Holy shit…" He mutters, feeling his forehead. "Y-You really did stop the crystals from killing me." Genming said looking at the Nebula liquid leave his body.
Houki:(looks over body) You're still heavily injured, I am taking you to the hospital.
Genming:(Sigh) I told you… It's too late. I was dying even before coming here.
Houki:(looking at Genming) You can't just give up like that! You're still alive! You can't just-
Genming:(smiles) Just stop… I was made to have a short life… But it's odd.
Houki:(confused) What?
Genming:(chuckles) The guys at Phantom Task as well as my creators said my slow death would be painful… But oddly… I don't feel any pain…
Houki: Genming?(shakes Genming) Genming?
I feel a warm hand being placed on my shoulder. "Looks like he finally died…" Sento said, kneeling down next to me. "I… I couldn't save him." I said tearing began to well up. "No, you did." Sento said, I look at him confused but his eyes are on Genming's face. "He died smiling. Without pain." Sento said, looking at Genming's face, eyes wide open but with a simple smile on his face.
Sento:(reaching out) I should have looked more into China's super soldier program… I might have found a way to preserve his life, but with his destruction of most government records, it would have been impossible to do it in time…(shuts Genming's eyes) But you saved him, prevented him from dying a painful death.(looks at Houki) That's the most anyone can ask of you.
Houki:(tearing up) Sensei…
Sento:(picking up Genming's body) I'll see if I can get Rin to bury him in China.
Houki:(wiping tears) Thanks… Thank you, Sensei.
Sento:(nods) No problem. Meanwhile, Ichika… I leave the rest to you.
"You got it." Ichika said as he kneels down and wraps my right arm over his shoulder. "Up we go." Ichika said as we stood up but my knees gave out. "Whoa… You really did a number on yourself huh?" Ichika said, I try to keep myself upright, when Ichika wraps his other arm under my feet and lifts me up. "Whaa~!?" I said.
Ichika:(smiles) There we go! This should be alot easier.
Houki:(blushing) Th-This suddenly?! Wha- P-Put me down!
Ichika:(looks at Houki) Oh calm down, besides, you're injured, let me take care of you.
Houki:(looking away) Just… Let me know next time.
Seito viewing room…
Mido:(looking at Namba) An Ion cannon? You never told me you were even developing such a thing! And that you decided to put it on an Experimental Kaiser Suit? You may as well put a Nuclear bomb at that point! We're lucky this isn't being broadcasted, or we'd immediately have the entire ire of the nations on us!
Namba:(sighs) Clam down, Mido.
Mido:(clenching fist) How can I? How could I be calm when you're keeping secrets. I hope you aren't sneaking anything more underneath my purview.
Namba:(chuckles) No, that was the last of it. And mostly made in a rush, so if we had won, it would be a boon to our cause, but we would lose nothing big if we do lose this match. The next one is the most important one.
Mido:(deep breath… exhale) You're right… It's 2 to 1, if we lose the next match then we have to pull out all our forces. If we at least draw, Seito still has the most power… We just need to move to another arena first…
In the medical room… We are Observers…
Sento:(exits room) We will let you know the results of the match. But I think we all know the results.
Houki:(chuckle) Yeah, go win this Sensei, just don't go berserk. I'd rather not have to beat you up with a broken arm.
Ichika:(smiles) Yeah, let's hope the power-up actually does what it's designed to do.
Sento:(crosses arms) What? You think my Genius could possibly overlook something like that? Of course not. Now rest up Houki. As for you Ichika, we need to talk about your match.
"Geh?! W-We still need to talk about that?" Ichika mutters. Sento grabs Ichika by the shoulder, the two head back towards the arena. Houki chuckles as she lays back down and rests, while Stalk stands on a building adjacent to the arena. "There was no way she could have dodged that last shot…" Stalk mutters, clenching her fists.

Tib Kaiser blasts the Ion cannon at Akatsu, in a flash, red mechanical spider legs protrude out of all three Akatsus as they jump up towards the ceiling. The Akatsubaki's land on the ceiling as spider webs stick them onto the ceiling. In a flash their visitors glow red.

Stalk:(crossing arms) That familiarity I felt…
Ino:(walking up behind) I see your brother has arrived on Earth.
Saiga:(walking over) Or perhaps it's more proper to say… Awakened?
Gobara:(chuckles) Ironic, brothers reunited within the bodies of sisters. A fated reunion.
Stalk:(turns to the three) This is no joking matter.
Stalk's presence grows, as the three stare at Blood Stalk in silence. "Our objective stays the same," Ino said, stepping to the edge of the building looking down at Hoki asleep in the hospital bed. "So long as "He" is not awakened, your plans will continue." Ino said, turning to look Stalk dead in the eyes. "Perhaps even being able to Kill him here." Ino suggests, Stalk ponders then nods.
Stalk:(nods) Right. Then, our plans are back on schedule, and things are proceeding as I desire. Build will win, Prime Minister Mido will decide on continued War, and Namba is put on top. After that… Operation Blood is yours.
Ino:(turns around) We will hold you to that. As survivors of the Blood Tribe, we will complete the destruction we have been planning…(walks off) Good day.
Stalk:(waves) Ciao~(looks at Houki) Hmf, Ironic indeed…(walking off) Killbus.
