(Sento walks along a destroyed road, when a gust of wind turns his attention to a figure with his back turned. As we come in closer the figure turns around to show it's Gentoku)

(Sento and Gentoku stare at each other. Swinging around the two change into their Rider forms with glass blocking the two.)

(Build watches with Rogue's reflection in the glass as he punches it.)

(The glass cracks and within the cracks are the other Riders and characters who have their eyes closed before opening them.)

(Chifuyu, Taizan, Maya, and the IS pilots stand in front of the torn Touto flag gazing off into the distance. Changes to a pair of 3 people gazing out the window.)

(Changes Mido, Phantom Task, Rogue, and Stalk standing behind a Seito flag, with Mido smiling. Changes to Tabane her eyes aren't visible as she grins.)

(Grease, Akatsu, and Cross-Z walk down separate paths before merging and looking off into the distance.)

(Sento grasps his head, as he lifts his head up we zoom in on his eye with the back of Katsuragi walking off.)

(Build and Cross-Z mirror each other half as they look up. Change to Akatsu and Grease doing the same. Then to Rogue and Stalk with the same, before Stalk leans off and smashes the barrier.)

(Sento puts on a determined face as he stands tall with a device in his hand and the Hazard Trigger in his belt. Sento splits the device and inserts it.)
Dou shitatte!
(Rabbit Rabbit's eyes flash with the second still cloaked in shadow on screen only showing it's eyes. Then to Sparkling Build swinging his blade to the right before charging forwards.)

(Build battles Rogue, while Akatsu Charge and Grease Crusher battles the Kaisers. Swing around to Cross-Z Charge opening the shoulder missiles and blasting the screen.)

(Build lifts his head up Sento overlaid on top with a smiling Chifuyu behind him. Changes to Rogue with Gentoku overlaid with a burning city in his background. Both Riders jump up and kick towards each other.)

(Grease injured clenches her arm as she gets up to her knee. Akatsu leaned back standing before she leaned forwards and clenched her fists. A battle damaged Cross-Z puts his fists together. Battle damaged Build strikes his pose.)

Construct 110: Genius Arrives in a Tank
Madoka: War breaks out between Touto, Hokuto, and Seito over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within it. Touto, home to Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento. Decides to settle things with Seito in a 4 on 4 proxy fight. In the deciding fourth round, Build clashes with Kamen Rider Rogue, but-
Ichika: Why are you doing the recap?!
Madoka: Because Teach's busy fighting! Duh? And don't just call me "You." I'm 15, you know. At least call me "Madoka," Bro.
Ichika: I'll do that when you stop calling me a Musclehend or Bro.
Madoka: No way.
Ichika: Then I'm never callin' you that!
Madoka: Meathead!
Ichika: Greasehead!
Ichika and Madoka:(sticking their tongues out) Beh~!
Houki:(sweatdrop) Ignore these idiots, let's begin with Construct 110!
We are Sento…
Rogue slowly steps out of the cloud of dust. 'Figures you wouldn't go down that easily…' I think to myself as I am ready for further combat. "Oora~!" The Sclash driver exclaims as the damages across Rogue's armor quickly close themselves up. Sliding my footing, I enter a defensive pose. 'Now, it's just biding time… Hurry up everyone…'
Seito Viewing room… We are Observers…
Utsumi:(walks past Mido) Pardon me, Prime Minister.(taps on tablet) Data Upload confirmed.
Back outside…
Rogue systems shows a good counter to be the Diamond Bottle. Rogue pulls out the Diamond bottle and gives it a shake. "Diamond?" Build mutters, but 2 and 2 are put together. Build sighs as he rests his right arm on his hip.
Build:(nods) So Seito does have the Bottles that Hokuto stole… Figures.
Rogue:(removes Crack bottle) The Counterattack begins now.(inserts new bottle)
"Discharge bottle!" Rogue cranks the wrench down. "Unsquashable! Discharge Crush!" Rogue's right arm is rapidly covered in diamonds, throwing his fist, the diamonds on Rogue's arms go flying at Build. Build puts up his shield but this time the Nanomachines form a physical shield. But the diamonds embed themselves in the shield and rapidly grow, breaking the shield. "Tch!" The Nanomachines in the shield quickly change into fists, as Build begins gatling punches at Rogue. But a barrier of Diamond deflects each punch. Build jumps back, as his weapon is summoned into his hand. "Full Bottle Buster!" Build fires at Rogue, but using diamond shields like reflectors, Rogue bounces the attack back at Build, which knocks him back. "What?!" Build exclaims.
Ichika:(running out) What's going on?! It's like he knows his every move?!
Houki:(running over) That should be impossible! Sensei just completed the power-up!?
Sawa:(steps over) That's because the Rabbit Rabbit form's data has been inputted into Rogue's belt.
Chloe:(walking over to Sawa) Sawa-san?... What-(realization) You- You couldn't have…
Sawa:(watches battle) Now that he knows the attack patterns and the form's specifications… He can now completely repel Build…(turns around to Chloe) I'm… Sorry everyone, I gave Seito the data on Build.
Build:(runs around Rogue) How about this then!
Build charges in at different points around Rogue going for a hammer punch, only to be deflected by a Diamond shield. Build drop kicks but lands right in front of Rogue. Rogue is ready, kicking Build up and then upper cutting him. Knocking Build though a pillar and onto the ground. "H-He's reading my every move…" Build quickly gets up and runs back into the fight.
Ichika:(runs up to Sawa) Why did you give Seito the data?!(grabs Sawa) WHY?!
Sawa:(gently grabs Ichika's hand) Namba ordered me to do it.
Houki:(steps over) Eh? But I thought you weren't their spy anymore!
Flashback… IS Cafe Labs…
The events of the Full Full Bottle and Full Bottle Busters completion play out.
Sento:(heads towards stairwell) … Sawa-san? Something is clearly bothering you…You can trust us, if anything is troubling you, just ask.
Sawa:(nods) Right… Um… Sento-kun?(looks at Sento) I told you about my father before, right?... I said he was a researcher who died in a gas explosion accident… That was a lie. I… Was raised in a Namba Orphanage.
Sento:(looks at Sawa) Sawa-san…(walks over to desk) I thought you might be one of the Namba Children too.
Sawa: You knew?... Heh.(smiles) Of course you knew. You figured out Charlotte-chan's identity quicker than anyone else. Yes. I'm one of the Namba Children who underwent their Special Training and swore loyalty to them.
Sento:(leans on desk) So you're becoming a Smash and subsequent expulsion was a lie to gain our sympathy so you could continue to spy on us?
Sawa: Yup!(turns to Sento) Just as you said, my becoming a Smash was ordered by Namba so you wouldn't be suspicious of me. But… Namba tried to have the Touto Government capture me… I think they wanted to cut me out. Actually, I should have killed myself before getting caught. That is what the Namba Children are expected to do…
Sento: So why didn't you do it?
Sawa:(clasping hands together) It's… Because I found it when I was with you all… the warmth of family… friendship… meeting Chloe-chan, Laura, even hearing of the fate of Ichijou, another Namba Children hesitating to kill himself. Ichijou and I… You and the Girls of the IS Academy…(tearing up) Gave us something we always wanted. I wanted to live.(bows) I'm sorry…
Sento: …(smiles) I'm glad I finally know your true feelings. And better to know that Ichijou's death wasn't for nothing.
Sawa:(looks at Sento) You knew all along that I lied about my father… Why didn't you expose me?
Sento:(looks at Sawa) Because… I know I can trust you. Everyone who comes here thinks of you as a precious friend, especially Chloe. I'm sure she can empathize with you more than anyone else. Being fellow spies and all.(walks over to Sawa) It's natural to believe in your friends. Because friends…(smiles) Can pull you out of a deep darkness. I should know.
Sawa:(tearing up) I can't believe you'd say that…(kneeling down) It's so cheesy…(beginning to cry) after what I just said.
Present…
Build stumbles to his feet and runs at Rogue fist raised. The two exchange blows but Rogue is on the attack. "So…" Ichika mutters, "the person who wiretapped my Bottle was… You?" Ichika asks, stepping away from Sawa, Sawa turns around and shakes her head. "What? I never knew about that." Sawa said with complete surprise.
Houki:(looks at Ichika) Then… It was probably Masuzawa-san, the Prime Minister's former aid.
Sawa: When Sento-kun was in a state of shock after killing Aoba… He returned all Bottles to the Government, remember? He probably tapped the bottles when he was taking stock of our bottles.
Chloe:(walks up to Sawa) If that's the case… Why? Why did you give them the Data?! It could cost us the Match!
Sawa:(looks at Chloe) Because… War Orphans caused by the War in China and here in Japan, Namba is collecting them to create a new Batch of Namba Children, this time all of them are to be made into Riders or Kaisers like Rain or Rogue. In exchange for the lives of those children, he wanted information on Build's power-up item.
Houki:(steps over) That's just a lie! If he really wanted to give up all those children for a win, he would still be able to collect them all over again!
Ichika:(watching the fight) That means we have no way of winning?
Houki:(turns to the fight) If Sensei loses, the match is a draw… Seito still holds the most power, they could call a rematch or just take over Touto in an instant… We'd still lose.
Rogue:(slashes up Build) I will defeat you… and obtain even greater power!(punches Build) For this country to become strong…(slashes Build then puts him in a choke hold) I must become stronger!(knocks Build away) I knew nothing…
Flashback… Touto Prime Minister's office…
Gen:(slams hands on desk) Why was my proposal for increased military spending not approved?!
Tajimi:(stands up) I've told you many times, Gentoku. Military force doesn't solve anything.
Gen: Is the IS Academy not a Show of Military Force!? Training the next Generation of IS Pilots for our Military!? Tabane? Chifuyu?! None of them?! Are we just supposed to let the citizens of Touto Face bullets from across the borders or from the beaches undefended?!
Tajimi:(steps around desk) That's exactly the reason the IS academy exists. As well as our diplomatic relations. Touto, Hokuto, and Seito were divided, but now we can help our neighbors.(steps up to Gentoku) Not to mention the nation representatives will open relations to other nations. Maintaining diplomatic relationships is to ensure Touto's Safety.
Gen: Those aren't people you can negotiate with! There will be those who refuse to listen! We need to defend ourselves!
Present…
Rogue:(kicks Build) I survived by trusting only my ambitions! The lives I've taken, the things I've done… All for my ambition.(slashes Build) But alone, I was just a piece of trash that couldn't do anything.(blocks Build's attack then counters) That's why I…(flashing back) took my great pride… took my vanity… and threw away everything to be reborn… From filth, to what I am now.(cranks belt crank) This time…(clenches fists) I will gain the power to move this country forwards!
Build:(looks at Rogue) Gen-san… You…
"Crack Up Finish!" Rogue jumps and drop kicks Build. Build creates shields to block the jaws but they shattered and Rogue tosses Build into the concrete stairs. "The love and peace you speak of are nothing but illusions!" Rogue exclaims standing tall. Rogue slowly walks towards Build.
Rogue:(looking down at Build) I'll show you with my power…(clenching fist) that you can't build a country with just Ideals!
Elsewhere… Touto Prime Minister Office…
Taizan stands up from his desk and walks up to the screen. "Gentoku…" Taizan mutters as he watches the fight unfold.
Back with Sento…
Build falls to the ground, Rogue steps back taking a breath. "He'll lose at this rate!" Ichika exclaims, just then a phone rings as Sawa reaches into her bag and pulls out her phone. Looking at the call, Sawa quickly answers. "How did it go, Modoka-san?!" Sawa asks in a panicked tone.
Touto international airport…
"Calm down." Madoka said as she sits down on a bench as the freed children are brought over to a daycare area of a shelter. Next to it shows a sign marking the building as part of the Best Match Foundation. Madoka sighs, putting away her jelly, turning to the carnage of broken Guardians outside of the building.
Madoka:(on the phone) I can't believe you sent me here to take care of a bunch of kids. Make sure I get a Mii-tan handshake ticket when I get back.
Sawa: And the girls!?
Madoka: Don't worry about them tho. Aclott here has her helpers in the Best Match Foundation taking care of them. They're all safe.
Cecilia smiles as she walks some of the little girls in, with the other girls taking a quick break. "Thank you! Thank you so much!" Sawa thanks, Madoka blushes slightly rubbing her cheek. "Ah~ It's nothing, tell Teach to kick ass, later." Madoka said before hanging up the call.
With Sento…
Ichika:(looks at Sawa) So the orphans are safe?
Sawa:(nods) Yup, Madoka and the IS Reps saved them. They've taken them to a safe place as well.(running down the stairs) Sento-kun!
Build glances over at Sawa and the others, as Sawa gestures her arms over her head in a circle. Build lets out a sigh of relief. "Finally the go sign? Guess the plan was a success." Build said jumping to his feet, dodging Rogue and punching him back. "Maz Hazard ON!" Build removes the Full Full Bottle out of his belt and changes it back into its long form. "So shall we begin the experiment?" Build asks shaking the bottle, the cartoonish shaking filling the air as Formulas rise up from the ground around Build. "Rabbit!" The Bottle announces suddenly changing sounds to that of a loud drum bang, as if it were almost like a tank cannon. The cap changes back to it's green state, as Build flips it to a blue side showing a tank icon. "Tank!" Sandwiching the bottle, Build inserts the bottle in and turns the crank.
"Tank and Tank! Gatagata Gotton! Zuttan Zutan! Gatagata Gotton! Zuttan Zutan!"
Suddenly from behind Sawa and the others drive up a series of warrior blue tank like armor pieces. The cannons on the tank parts open fire, shocking the others as the tanks bombard Rogue. All of the tanks enter a formation in front of Build. "Build up." Build said as the red rabbit parts of the armor disconnect while the tanks float up into the air taking the same formation as the rabbit rabbit pieces once did. "Are you Ready?!" Build floats attaching to each piece of armor, as the visior piece flips over the helmet.
"Overflow! The Blue Warrior of Steel! Tank Tank! Yabe! Tsue~!"
Tank Tank is composed of 7 blue tank armor pieces. Two on the legs, with their treads pointed out, two on the arms with their treads also pointing out. Two on the shoulders with their treads inwards and their cannons pointed towards the sky. The chest piece is a single tank with a large treads out the back like the rabbit ears of Rabbit Rabbit. The chest has the same gold Build insignia on it. While the visior is the same twin tank visior with gold edges now on edges.
Build:(gestures) The formula to victory is set!
Rogue:(looks at Build) Wha-What is this?! This form wasn't in the Data?!
Rogue charges Build and throws a fist. Build lifts his arm up and blocks the treads on his arm start moving with such force, it knocks Rouge's fits up into the air carrying Rogue with him. The shoulder cannons point at Rogue and blast him mid air. Knocking Rogue into the railing from the bridge above. Rogue hits the railing with such force he bounces back at Build like a bouncy ball, being knocked again right back into the crater he made when he was knocked out of the arena.
Build:(raises arms) Before you ask! I have more than just cannons!
The treads on the arms pull back as the wheels move out of the way as a pair of Gatling guns from out of each arm spin up. "Tch!" Rogue sits up and cranks his belt again, as he puts out his right arm.
"Uncrushable! Discharge Crush!"
Build starts firing a massive barrage of bullets at Rogue. Rogue's shield defects most of the bullets. Armor plates open and slide out of the way as missiles are revealed across the armor. The missiles all fire at once straight at Rogue, seeing this Rogue attempts to make a turtle shell around him only for a beam to shoot his arm. Looking up to the sky he sees a tank Tread Funnel that has a beam cannon on it. Looking at Build, Rogue notices one of the tank tread tracks has detaches from the tread capes. The diamond shield shatters as Rogue is hit with missiles and bullets.
Seito Viewing room…
Utsumi stares at the screen in confusion. "What is that form?" Utsumi asks, looking through the data, he finds nothing. Namba steps up to the screen, with Utsumi stepping aside to make space.
With Sento…
Rogue runs back out at Build with his energy scales blocking bullet fire. The gatling guns on Build fold up and slide back into his armor as Build engages Rogue in close quarters. Rogue launches the energy scales at Build then quickly throws a punch. The scales and fist land, but as the smoke clears, not a single scratch is left on Build's armor. "Impossible!" Rogue shouts. Build winds back with his right fist, three gun barrels from just under the tank treads. "Ora!" Build shouts, as he punches Rogue in the gut knocking him back. Build then fires at Rogue as he's put back on the defensive. "What is that?" Choe asks. "Tank Tank Form." Sawa answers.
Sawa:(watching) Sento-kun made it along with the Rabbit Rabbit Form.
Houki:(nods) I see, where Rabbit Rabbit focused on Speed and Melee, Tank Tank is focused on Strength and Firepower.
Ichika:(puts fists together) It really looks like it can take a big hit and dish it back too!
Flashback… IS Cafe Labs…
Sento:(places hand on PC) Give Nanba the Rabbit Rabbit Form data.
Sawa:(holding Data Stick) But then…
Sento:(nods) I know, I can't beat Rogue with it.(steps over to keyboard) But we have this.
Sento inputs the phrase "Tank Tank Form" into a search bar as a blueprint of the suit appears next to Rabbit Rabbit. "What's this?" Sawa asks. "Tank Tank Form. Don't tell anyone about this form." Sento said, grabbing his coat again. "I'll use it once you confirm that the Orphans are safe." Sento said, heading towards the exit.
With Sento…
Chloe:(walking down steps) So it was Sento's idea to give them the data.
Sawa:(nods) Yup, it was to buy time to find and save the Orphans. I heard Laura's Black Rabbits team helped a lot in that regard.
Ichika:(smiles) That bastard! Kick his ass Sensei!
Houki:(smiles) This is the real comeback! Get him Sensei!
Build grabs Rogue and with ease, slams Rogue's head into the ground. Followed up by a kick that knocks Rogue tumbling back. "Crack up Finish!" Rogue stands up and blasts a chest beam at Build. Build doesn't block, he simply tanks the blow as he slowly walks up to Rouge. Raising his right fist the barrels pulsing with Plasma energy, Build punches Rogue back, sending him flying into a pillar. Rogue hits the pillar and drops to the ground. "How are you that strong?!" Rogue shouts.
Build:(takes out Full Bottle Buster) What's wrong with promoting an Ideal!?(slashes Rogue) I know how weak and fragile love and peace sounds in reality.(punches Rogue) Even so, I won't give up. Love and peace aren't things I can bring about by myself.(slash's Rogue) I will create a world where they can be found in everyone's hearts…(Slashes Rogue back) That's what I'm fighting for!
Build opens the Full Bottle Buster open and inserts 4 bottles into it. "Tank! Jet! Gatling! Rocket! It's an Ultimate Match!" Build takes aim with the Buster. Rouge cranks his belt again, creating another diamond barrier. "Ultimate Match Break!" The ball of energy shatters easily through the barrier, but Rogue manages to deflect it to hit the stairs behind him, destroying the stairs so utterly leaving no rubble behind. Build removes the Full Full Bottle and changes it back to it's bottle form quickly inserting it into the Full Bottle Buster. "It's a Full Full Match!" The tank treads on Build's feet combine and change into a large tank body with Build's upper body being the cannon. From the body, shoulders, arms and chest various ports open up, with nanomachines reforming into guns, missiles, beams, lasers, grenade launchers and more. Absolutely pelting Rogue with more firepower than he can dish as Build drives around Rogue in circles. "Full Full Match Break!" Every weapon fires at Rogue blasting him away as his suit finally breaks and the Crocodile Crack Full bottle ejects from the Sclash driver leaving Gentou on the ground. Build's legs return to normal armor form as he stands up.
Announcer: As the Rider System has been deactivated, Kamen Rider Build wins! Therefore, Touto wins with a score of 3 to 1!
