(Changes to a close up of all three. Screen spins around and moves out to show the three standing atop a building watching the Skywall.)

(Sento walks along a destroyed road, when a gust of wind turns his attention to a figure with his back turned. As we come in closer the figure turns around to show it's Gentoku)

(Sento and Gentoku stare at each other. Swinging around the two change into their Rider forms with glass blocking the two.)

(Build watches with Rogue's reflection in the glass as he punches it.)

(The glass cracks and within the cracks are the other Riders and characters who have their eyes closed before opening them.)

(Chifuyu, Taizan, Maya, and the IS pilots stand in front of the torn Touto flag gazing off into the distance. Changes to a pair of 3 people gazing out the window.)

Sora nirandemo (Staring into the sky)

(Changes Mido, Phantom Task, Rogue, and Stalk standing behind a Seito flag, with Mido smiling. Changes to Tabane her eyes aren't visible as she grins.)

Kawatte ikeru no wa jibun jishin dake

(Grease, Akatsu, and Cross-Z walk down separate paths before merging and looking off into the distance.)

(Sento grasps his head, as he lifts his head up we zoom in on his eye with the back of Katsuragi walking off.)

Tsuyoku nareru riyuu wo shitta

(Build and Cross-Z mirror each other half as they look up. Change to Akatsu and Grease doing the same. Then to Rogue and Stalk with the same, before Stalk leans off and smashes the barrier.)

Boku wo tsurete susume

(Sento puts on a determined face as he stands tall with a device in his hand and the Hazard Trigger in his belt. Sento splits the device and inserts it.)

Dou shitatte!

(Rabbit Rabbit's swings his arm across the screen, changing to Tank Tank bombarting the screen with munitions. Then to Sparkling Build swinging his blade to the right before charging forwards.)

Kesenai yume mo tomarenai ima mo

(Build battles Rogue, while Akatsu Charge and Grease Crusher battles the Kaisers. Swing around to Cross-Z Charge opening the shoulder missiles and blasting the screen.)

Dareka no tame ni tsuyoku nareru nara

(Build lifts his head up Sento overlaid on top with a smiling Chifuyu behind him. Changes to Rogue with Gentoku overlaid with a burning city in his background. Both Riders jump up and kick towards each other.)

Nando demo tachiagare

(Grease injured clenches her arm as she gets up to her knee. Akatsu leaned back standing before she leaned forwards and clenched her fists. A battle damaged Cross-Z puts his fists together. Battle damaged Build strikes his pose.)

Sekai ni uchinomesarete makeru imi wo shitta

(Build and Rogue battle within an arena as we spin around them.)

(We zoom out of the battle as Pandora Panel's close in. The panels close revealing Pandora's box sitting alone in a room.)

(A hand reaches out and puts it's hand on top, camera looks up to a pair of red eyes in the dark.)

We are Observers…

Announcer: As the Rider System has been deactivated, Kamen Rider Build wins! Therefore, Touto wins with a score of 3 to 1!

Chloe:(smiles) He did it!

Ichika:(hugs Houki) He did it, Houki!

Houki:(smiles) Kya~! Don't hug me too hard you'll hurt me!

Chloe:(puts out hands) I can't believe we won!

Ichika:(grabs Chloe's hands) We did! We did! Thank goodness!~ We won! I knew he could do it!

Celebration breaks out, as Houki jumps in as well as the three hold hands together in a circle jumping for joy. At the top of the steps, the IS representatives return just as they hear the news. A look of relief on all of their faces. Madoka, on the other hand, glanced down the steps to see the triangle.

Madoka:(running over) Hey! What the hell is this?! I rush all the way here to find out who won, and find this?! How dare you hold Mii-tan's hands!(runs up to Ichika) Do you know how hard I worked to earn a Mii-tan handshake ticket,(hits Ichika) you bastard!

Ichika: Ow the hell?!(stranglehold) Hey! What are you doing, Madoka?!

Madoka:(steps back) Eh?(points at Ichika) What'd you just say?

"I said it." Ichika said, pointing at himself. "You lost." Madoka swiftly said. "I lost." Ichika said pointing at the arena. "Huh? How lame, you actually lost." Madoka said, crossing her arms. "I won tho." Houki poked in, to which Madoka pointed at Houki with a look of 'See? She did it, why didn't you?' To which Ichika simply pouts and crosses his arms. "It was so he could win…" Ichika meekly retorted.

Rin:(walks over) I'm more disappointed we missed the fight.

Cecilia:(steps over) Indeed, though I like the new blue armor on Hazard. Much more uniform compared to the all black of Hazard or bubbly white of Sparking.

Charlotte:(leans on railing) Well, if we consider the trend, if Sensei has a Blue Tank form then it stands to reason he has a red Rabbit form as well.

Laura:(steps over to Chloe) All the more reason, I wish we got here faster to see the tech he put in.

As the mood of the arena lightens, Sawa turns around and walks up the stairs without a word. Seemingly trying to sneak away. "Sawa-san?" Build asks, his helmet folding away. Sawa glances up at a camera watching her. "Goodbye." Sawa mutters at the camera.

Seito Viewing room…

Namba:(stares at screen) How dare you bite the hand of your Master. Prepare yourself.

Mido:(sits down) We lost… At least the war is over.

We are Sento…

Removing the Full Full Bottle from my belt as I walk over to Gentoku lying on the ground. "Sento!" I hear behind me, as Chifuyu walks over to me. "Chifuyu, what are you doing here?" I ask, "I'm acting as a bodyguard for the Prime Minister." Chifuyu said, as Prime Minister Taizan steps past glancing down at Gentoku and then back to me. "Prime Minister." I greet him with a bow.

Taizan:(smiles) Well done. It's all thanks to you and the other Riders.

Sento:(stands straight) Thank you…

Taizan:(walks over to Gen) Had enough?(kneels down) Come back to Touto.

Taizan helps Gentoku up to his feet. Taizan smiles at his son, but Gentoku simply pushes away his hand and walks past us. "Gen-san…" I mutter as he walks past everyone. "I'm sorry, Prime Minister." I apologize to Taizan, he simply shakes his head. "No." He mutters as he turns to me.

Taizan:(sighs) It isn't your fault… I worry for him, but… I also know he needs time.

We are Observers… Seito Viewing room…

Mido:(sighs) We still hold the most power. Our power is still substantial… We can talk about peace between the nations.(stands up) This war is just about over.

Namba:(shakes head) No… Rather, it begins now.(sits back down) The true war. If we steal the Bottles from Touto we can open Pandora's Box.

Mido:(turns to Namba) What are you talking about?! I have to go meet Touto's Himuro Taizan now! Neither of our nations are in any situation to fight! Even if Rogue defeated Hokuto's army, a substantial amount of our own army was also destroyed or damaged during the fight! Neither Hokuto, Touto, OR Seito is in any condition to fight! If the war continues, it will mean the collapse of Japan's overall economy! WE still lost the Proxy fight! It means I will have to call back the army, restore Hokuto and share Pandora's box among the three nations! It's not a victory but it's peace! I made those promises!

Namba: You can break those promises.(stands up) History is written by the victor.(steps towards door) As long as we rule the land, we can give any sort of explanation.

Mido:(steps in the way) You know we can't do that!(blocks door) Public opinion is already against us, they will turn on us if we continue the war. Your shortsightedness will kill all of Japan!

Namba:(stares at Mido) As I thought, you weren't the right man for this.

"What?" Mido asks, Namba chuckles as he grabs the handle to the door and opens it. Stalk quickly steps in, glancing at Mido as she enters the room. "So it's finally my turn?" Stalk said. "Stalk!" Utsumi exclaims, surprised at her arrival.

Mido:(looks at Stalk) Why are you…? What is the meaning of this!?(steps towards Namba) President Nam-

Stalk:(pushes Mido back) Whoa, now. That's not how this goes.(tendril stabs Mido) Here take this.

Mido:(falls to the ground) Wh-Why…?!

Stalk:(kneels down) Oh Mido-chan. You've outlived your purpose.

Mido:(lying on the floor) This… Can't be…!(veins turning purple) If I'm not around… Seito… Japan… Who will lead it?!

Namba:(steps back) I will lead… For the truth is… The game. It was rigged from the start.

Mido's eyes widen as he goes to grab Namba in an attempt to choke him. Only for Namba to step away, causing Mido to stumble into the Seito flag as he drops to the ground with it. As he cries out, his body turns a ghastly purple as he stares up at Utsumi. "Ah… AAAAHHHH~!?" Mido cries out. Utsumi can only stumble back as he watches Mido's body break down, blood disintegrating, bones, and flesh turning to dust before it glows purple and disappears into the air. The mere residue of the poison melting the Seito flag along with it.

Mido:(turns to Stalk) Now, do it.

Stalk:(giggles) Oh, Doctors are gonna hate me for this!

Stalk raises her hand towards Namba, a blast of smoke pours out of the palm of her hand onto Namba engulfing him. The smoke fades, as Namba's skin softens, his hair changes color, facial features shift, bone structure changes, and after only a few seconds, Namba now stands as a visual copy of Mido.

Utsumi:(steps over) Your face has become Midou's.

Stalk:(chuckles) More than that, he's the same as Mido-chan in every sense physically. Cept for tastes and less physical stuff.

Mido:(removes glasses) Now then… I suppose I should get changed.

Back outside… We are Sento…

Walking over to the others I see Sawa turn to Chloe. "Chloe-chan." Sawa said, everyone turns to look at her and Chloe. "I'm sorry… for lying." Sawa apologizes, Chloe steps up to Sawa, raises her hand and slaps her across the face.

Chloe:(steps back) It hurts, doesn't it? I… Felt the same pain too.

Sawa:(nods) I'll never… forget this pain.

In silence the two embrace, a silent apology is accepted silently. Stepping over, as the two step away Sawa turns to me and bows. "Thank you all." Sawa thanks, a warm smile creeps up my face. "You're welcome." I said back. I get a big slap on the back as Ichika steps next to me. "Man, you made us worry!" Ichika said to me.

Sento:(looks at Ichika) You worry too much if you thought I was in trouble.(glances at Madoka) How are the-

Madoka:(puts hands in pockets) The kids are safe.

Cecilia:(steps over) My contacts are going to ship the kids to a Best Match orphanage in Korea. They will be safe there.

Sento:(bows to Cecilia) You guys were a big help too. Thank you all.

Cecilia:(smiles) Of course.

Madoka:(looks at Sento) … I should be the one thanking you. Now I can return to Hokuto.(takes out Dog Tags) They'd be happy too.

Ichika:(sits down) At least the War is finally over…

Charlotte:(sighs) Let's hope so…

A Seito staff member knocks on the door to the Arena viewing room. Opening the door he enters and bows. "Prime Minister Midou. Prime Minister Himuro of Touto is waiting." The staff member reports. "Understood. I'll be coming soon." Mido said, the staff member bows and leaves the room. Mido glances over at his old clothes, feeling his body, he tosses aside the cane he once used to support himself.

Namba:(smiles) Heh heh heh… I haven't felt like this in years…(laughs)

Utsumi:(smiles) Today our true vision of Namba Heavy Industries will come into existence. President Namba… No, Prime Minister Mido.

Namba:(grabs taiyaki) Namba Heavy Industries will show the true meaning of war!(bites into Taiyaki)

Seito Namba Heavy Industries branch…

Within massive warehouses, massive rows of self-contained containers stacked up nearly to the ceiling. Tens of thousands of containers await lying in storage. A signal goes out to every single container. Hisses of pressure being relieved as the doors to the containers open, inside are newly improved Next Generation Combat Robots. Their chest cores are opened revealing an IS Core with pairs of Nebula Gas bottles connected to them. The chest plates close up as red lights glow within their eyes as their mechanical heads whurr to life. Their arm cannons begin to glow as the Machine all steps out of the containers. Turn towards the door and begin marching towards the door.
