Stalk steps out into a completely dark room. Stalk being the only thing visible in the room as she walks up to a pedestal with Pandora's Box sitting atop it. Stalk takes out a Pandora Panel, and begins inserting bottles into it. Once filling up almost the entire Panel, Stalk raises the last Bottle pair over her head. Stalk inserts the last bottle pair as it begins to glow bright.
Seito Opera house…
(starts playing: O Fortuna)
Elsewhere… An orchestra begins playing as Mido direcets the music.
Touto Border…
Soldiers, tanks, IS's, and remnants of the Hokuto Millitary enter combat positions in bombed out buildings, behind makeshift barracades, and all guns take aim at what is approaching down the street. Walking towards them, the scenery behind them engulfed in flames are Namba branded Combat Robots, comprising the entire combat force. Sento, Ichika, Houki, and Madoka rush onto the scene.
Ichika:(looks at the Robots) What the hell?! What are these?
Sento:(surprised) These are… Next Generation Namba Guardians?!
The Next Gen Namba Guardians are much more armoed than before. Less humanoid and much more tank-ish. Shoulder mounted Missile pods, arm mounted beam gatling guns, reinforced armor across the entire board.
The Guardians spot the Riders. "Shit! Everyone move your asses!" Madoka shouts, the Guardians furthest away from the Riders enter into cover to shoot from cover. While the ones closest to the Riders have their arm guns flip down as a blade reveals itself. The Guardians take combat positions with overlapping fields of fire as they charge in to attack the Riders.
Back with Stalk…
The Pandora Panel flies out of Stalks hand and into the Pandora Box, red squares light up the room as the entire room that was once pitch black, suddenly transformed into a large pantheon like room. The walls and ceiling shifted like plates moving to fully take shape, as pillars rose up to the ceiling.
Riders…
The Riders drop into cover as they strap on their belts. Without a word, they insert their bottles and jelly and rush out of cover. "Henshin!" They all shout in unison as the armor of each rider quickly forms on them, deflecting the barrage of beams and bullets firing at them.
Outside…
As the Music picks up, the Pandora Box shines an aura of rainbow of colors. As the Walls of the Skywall suddenly drop away. The fight begins as both sides begin the war again. The Walls open and break away, revealing the new Guardians standing behind the walls as they burst into Touto and Hokuto. Chaos spreads as people watch the walls fall followed by massive earthquakes so powerful they begin destroying earthquake proof buildings.
A beam of light shoots out of Pandora's Box into the sky. The beam shoots out right at the connection point of all 3 Skywalls separating Touto, Hokuto, and Seito. Reuniting Japan once again. But the buildings around the center of the conjunction are crushed and pushed aside as new Skywalls rise up from the ground forming a massive circle.
Build:(looks up) What the-... What the hell?!
Cross-Z:(looks up) What the fuck?!
Akatsu:(looks up) What the Shit?!
Grease:(looks up) Holy Fucking Shit?!
All eyes fall on the ray of light, as the wall's begin to rise forming a massive circle in the center of Japan. Voices all over cry out in horror at the Escalation…

(rising up underwater rays of light beaming down, as we exit the water we see Sento holding the Rabbit Bottle. He turns to look at us as we zoom in on his eye. His red eye turns blue, then into a rainbow of colors. Scene changes to the Pandora Box as it opens)

(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to a hidden Winged Rider flapping his wings out, flying past and taking up view is a Glowing Red Dragon Rider. View changes to upper body, their body's still shrouded but with another shadow behind both, as our view is split down the middle.)

Inside a Limo driving away from the tower, Mido reads the Honinbo Shusaku while he is on a call with Prime Minister Taizan. Next to him is Utsumi, holding the tablet that shows the video calls. "What is the meaning of this?!" Taizan exclaims on the other side in his office.
Mido:(reading book) We attached a full panel of Bottles onto Pandora's Box, which released a small portion of its energy.
Taizan:(over call) Are you seriously thinking of opening Pandora's Box?
Mido: Of course. That's why we need to take over Touto.
We are Sento
Me, Cross-Z, Akatsu, and Grease all battle the new Guardians. "Why's Seito Attacking!? We won the fight!" Cross-Z exclaims tearing off a Guardians arm and then punching though it's chest. "The Results were posted internationally! Not to mention the UN Representatives saw we won!" Akatsu shouts, Grease is knocked back. "And Namba really isn't happy! Argh! These things pack a punch!" Grease exclaims, Stalk walks towards us.
Stalk:(giggles) They are Namba Heavy Industries latest weapons. Built off the back of the Sclash and Kaiser systems advances. These are Hard Guardians.
With Mido…
Taizan:(on call) You promised that if Touto won the Proxy fight, you would recall your army, and restore Hokuto!
Mido:(reading) We didn't lose.
Taizan:(confused) What are you talking about? You know Touto won! Not to mention the UN representatives saw who won!
Mido:(slams shut book) Yes, we were the only ones who witnessed the Proxy fight.(looks at Utsumi) Right, U-tsu-mi? Since we gave an official statement, the UN will take its sweet time to get here. The UN are nothing but blubbering idiots that will do nothing in their "Discussions" to decide something. Every nation is too busy with itself to deal with us.
Back with Build…
Splitting the bottle and sandwiching it together I insert it into my belt. "Tank & Tank!" "Build up!" I shout, as the Rabbit Rabbit Armor blasts off me and the Tank Tank Armor attaches itself. "Are you Ready?! The Blue Warrior of Steel! Tank Tank! Yabe~! Tsue~!" Taking out the Full Bottle Buster, I slash down the Hard Guardians that charge me. Two Hard Guardians grab Grease and lock her in place. "Rifle Mode!" Stalk takes aim at Grease and blasts her. The bottles Grease had on her tumble to the ground.
Stalk:(stands up) With these, Pandora's Tower is one step closer to completion.
Build:(looks at Stalk) Pandora's… Tower?
With Mido…
Mido:(looks at Taizan) We have two goals. One: Open Pandora's Box. Two. display Seito's military prowess to the world! This has nothing to do with collecting the Bottles. We're burning Touto down, the Real War starts here!
With Build…
Stalk inserts the last bottle into the blue Panel. Suddenly the Box materializes in Stalk's hand floating in the air. The Panel flies in and attaches to the side of the box. The ground rumbles, as walls of the Pandora Tower begin to rise up from the ground. "Bravo!" Stalk shouts as she steps over towards us to admire the tower. "That tower was created with the Power of Pandora's Box!" Stalk exclaims, she turns to us. As I slice a Hard Guardian down the middle.
Stalk:(looks at Build) When it's complete. Earth will face the same fate as Mars!
Build:(flashing back)... *Gasp!* That tower!
Stalk:(Hard Guardians disengage) Today was just the declaration of war.(points at build) We'll let you taste a sour victory. But we won't go easy on you next time.(walks off) Ciao!
We all stand there, tired and flabbergasted at the events that have just unfolded before us.
Later… Touto Prime Minister's residence…
Tajimi paces around the room. "Seito is serious about opening Pandora's Box." Tajimi said, the rest of us look at the damage unfolding across Touto and Hokuto. "I never would have believed they'd do this…" Tajimi said, the chaos is breaking an already broken Hokuto even more. "But there's no way the people are going to just ignore Seito's rampage." I said.
Cecilia:(shakes head) Unfortunately, Seito has manipulated the facts on the fight.
Charlotte:(looks at Sento) We told the UN that Touto won, but with an official statement from Seito, as well as no video proof, the UN is debating an investigation.
Laura:(watching TV) They manipulated the media and changed the facts about who won. They got themselves a few more months of support if they're lucky.
Rin:(puts hands together) This is bullshit!
Tajimi:(steps over to desk) This is the power of Namba Heavy Industries. I believe this is why they didn't broadcast the proxy fight live. We are being blamed instead for not giving up our territory.
Chifuyu:(watching screen) We still have a way to turn this around.(looks to Tajimi) We need to expose the facts,(glances at Laura) Laura, get your Black Rabbit Team to look into acquiring the footage of the duel. If we get our hands on the Cameras that recorded the fight, we can expose Seito for it's lie.
Cecilia:(looks at Chifuyu) We could also wait out the assault, Seito is not in a good position itself. Hokuto could better support a war economy due to Hokkaido and it's stockpile of food. Seito doesn't have that, it's likely Seito is on life support while fighting the war.
Sento:(sighs) Either way, what a mess…
Madoka: What of Hokuto?
Tajimi:(walks over) If they won't admit defeat, there's no chance of them letting Hokuto go.
Madoka slams her fist against the wall in anger. "..." Madoka is struggling to find the words to express her anger without losing her composure.
Seito Prime Minister residence… We are Observers…
Mido sits in his office looking into a mirror. Stalk lowers her hand in front of Mido and blasts his face with smoke, as his body and face return to Namba. "No matter how young I feel…" Namba mutters, feeling his own face. "My own face is the best." Namba said slowly leaning back in his chair.
Namba:(glances at Stalk) All things considered, I can't believe we managed to erect that tower with just some panels.(Utsumi steps over with Taiyaki) Ah, Utsumi.
Utsumi:(shoulder rubs Namba) Yes sir.
Stalk:(steps over to window) Pandora's Tower will change each time we add another panel.(steps over to the couch) Currently we have 27 Bottles.(sits down) This is just the beginning.
Namba:(glances at Stalk) I don't trust you.(Stalk shrugs) However, the power you obtained on Mars is truly dependable. Continue collecting more Bottles.
Stalk chuckles as she salutes Namba. A knock on the door is heard, as a Seito staff member enters the room. "Prime Minister, the invasion status report is ready." The staff member reports to Mido.
Touto Prime Minister Residence…
Ichika, Houki, Madoka, the IS girls, Chifuyu, and Yamada all sit in a waiting room. "This invasion is wrong!" Ichika exclaims, slamming his fist against the table he's sitting at. "Until proven otherwise, we cannot attack, we would only worsen views on us." Yamada said, Madoka sighs as she looks at Ichika. "We're responsible for the country. We can't just act on our own." Houki said, looking at Ichika. Madoka stands up. "Where are you going?" Chifuyu asks.
Madoka:(glances at Chifuyu) Self-defense shouldn't be a problem, right?
Chifuyu:(looks at Madoka) Returning to Hokuto won't change anything.
Madoka:(turns around) So you're telling me to stand idly by while my friends suffer and die?
Yamada:(stands up) No! We're thinking of a way to end the war. Can't you understand that?!
Madoka:(looks at Yamada) End the war? With an opponent who lies about the results of a proxy fight!? I… I'll protect Hokuto.
Chloe enters the room just as Madoka steps in front of her. The two pause and glance at each other, not a word is exchanged as Madoka simply walks past and leaves the room. "If we fight together… we'd have a better chance to save his friends." Ichika mutters.
Chifuyu:(shakes head) Saving them will only cause more problems for other Hokuto citizens. In the end, someone still suffers.
Rin:(looks at Chifuyu) If that's the case, we really can't do anything!
Ichika:(slams fist against desk) Isn't it our duty to lend a helping hand to those suffering?!
Chloe: We know that. But… We are also responsible for causing the war. So how could we just save the people closest to us?
Houki:(rests hand against head) We… can't do that.
Ichika:(stands up) But…(walks away) I can't just stand idly by.
Prime Minister's office… We are Observers…
Taizan stands alone in a darkened office, looking at the Touto flag. The previous few days come flooding back, stress creeps up as he lowers his tired old head. Watching in silence, Sento walks over to Taizan. "You should get some rest." Sento suggests walking over to Taizan, to which he sighs and shakes his head. "People are still suffering. I'm in no mood for that." Taizan said.
Sento:(walking over to Taizan) To stop Seito's rampage, we might have to change our strategy too.
Taizan:(turns around) You mean we should attack Seito?
Sento:(shakes head) No. But I have an idea to get around it.(look at Taizan) Can I have 100 yen?
Taizan looks at Sento in confusion, but Taizan opens his desk, retrieves his wallet and hands Sento a single 100 yen coin. "Is this all you need?" Taizan asks, still confused. "Thanks. That's all I need." Sento said, flipping the coin and catching it.
The next day, at the Skyroad… We are Observers…
Madoka walks with her gear on her, walking silently across the road. The Skywall is still full of missing wall pieces. Yet a bright ray of light where the walls were once in still radiates. Madoka lowers her view down directly ahead of her. "*Achoo~!*" Ichika sneezes as Madoka stops in front of him. "What are you doing?" Madoka asks.
Ichika:(looks at Madoka) You're late! I thought I was gonna freeze to death.
Madoka:(Ichika sneezes) You were here all night?(sets down backpack) What do you want?
Ichika: Well… I came to stop you…(rubbing shoulders) Actually, I wanted to fight with you…(looks up) But I guess the cold changes a person. I don't feel like dying. I'm sure Sento didn't want you to die either. That's why he tried to stop you.
A notification sounds from Madoka phones. She quickly pulls it out and opens her phone to see a new Mii-tan stream.
Mii-tan:(spins around) Hi~! It's everyone's idol, Mii-tan! Today… I have a request for you! I understand the feeling of fighting to save someone. But I want you all to cherish your own lives too. So let's try to think of a way for us to fight together! Please… To end this war…
Ichika:(steps over) What's she doing so early in the morning?
Madoka: Mii-tan… Is everyone's idol…(Ichika tilts head confused) During the harvesting season…(bouncing backpack against Ichika) Everyone would enjoy watching her videos while taking a break. We'd get all excited like fools. Talking about stupid stuff. A bunch of hopeless guys… But to me, Hokuto…(tosses backpack to Ichika) is filled with irreplaceable friends! But…(glances at grave) This might piss them off…
Footsteps approach form down the road, as Blood Stalk, the Hell Bros, and Hard Guardians approach the two. "Make sure you guys do a good job today." Stalk said to the Hell Bros. Without saying a word, Ichika and Madoka strap on their belts and open their jellys. "Dragon Jelly!" "Robot Jelly!" The two take their transformation poses. "Henshin!" They both shout as the beaker forms. "Squish! Stream! Overflow!" "Robot in Grease! Burrah~!" "Dragon in Cross-Z Charge! Burrah!" The two riders charge at the Kaisers and the Hard Guardians. Grease breaks off to duel the Kaisers. The Kaisers tag team against Grease, slashing and shooting at Grease. Grease charges the two and jumps over them while shooting. The Kaisers grab each other by the arm and swing around slamming Grease away. Grease floats into the air before flying at the Kaisers again.
Cross-Z:(attacks Stalk) Stalk~!
Stalk:(grapples Cross-Z) I'm happy to see that you've grown!
Cross-Z:(throws fist at Stalk) Don't get cocky! My Hazard Level is higher than yours!
Stalk:(giggles) True, Ich-chan.(raises hand) But I have this!(crimson fireball forms) Bang!
The Crimson fireball blasts Cross-Z away, rolling across the ground, Cross-Z slowly gets back up to his feet. "I-Is this the power of Mars?! You can do that too?!" Cross-Z asks. Meanwhile, the two Kaisers strike Grease with the gears blasting Grease back over to Cross-Z. "Phew~ That was quick." Stalk said, dusting her hands off. "Game's already over. I'll be taking your Bottles." Stalk gestured to the Riders.
?:(walking over) It's not over yet!
?:(walking over) Not by a long shot!
Elsewhere…
Chloe and Laura stand next to Build's Bike, Chloe twiddles her thumbs. "I hope the Broadcast was enough to persuade Grease with it." Chloe mutters. "Don't worry." Laura assures, Chloe glances at her sister, without a word, Laura reaches out and grabs Chloe's hand. "Sento will get through to her." Laura assures again, this time looking at Chloe.
Laura:(holds hands) We can trust Sensei, if anyone can get through to Madoka, it's him. Like he did for us.
Chloe:(smiles) Yeah… He's used to dealing with Teenagers.(bangle begins to glow) Huh?
Laura:(looks at bangle) Whats?-
We are Sento…
Walking up behind Stalk, Houki and I take out our transformation devices. "MAX Hazard ON!" "Sakura jelly!" Inserting the Trigger into the belt, I take out the Full Full Bottle. Houki takes her transformation pose. I give the bottle a quick shake then open it. "Rabbit!" Splitting the bottle I then insert the Belt. While Houki cranks the Sclash driver. "Rabbit and Rabbit!" Cranking the belt, the press stamp forms then closes. "Are you Ready?!" "Henshin!" We shouted as the Rabbit armor breaks apart then I float over and attach to them, while the beaker around Houki shatters. "Overflow! Rabbit Rabbit! Yabe! Hayei~!" "Akatsu Charge! Burrah!~" Grabbing hold of the Full Bottle Buster I land on the ground and point my blade at Stalk.
Build:(gestures) The Formula to Victory is decided.
Akatsu:(cracking knuckles) I'm stronger than who I was yesterday.
