Touto, home to Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento defends against an Invasion from Namba Heavy Industries, which has taken over Seito. Sento sets off to retrieve Pandora's Box in order to put an end to the war, but…

Sento: Don't try to get laughs, joking about the queen who only just showed up! So, what will happen in Construct 116!?
We are Observers…
Cross-Z inserts the Taka bottle into the knuckle. "Bottle Burn!" "This is the end!" Both Riders exclaim, as Akatsu cranks her belt and Cross-Z throws his hand. "Maidentech Finish!" "Volcanic Knuckle!" Cross-Z uppercuts Engine as wings of energy burst out from sides of the knuckle on impact. Akatsu jumps into the air and the Tree item glows as a sharp piece of ice grows on Akatsu's soles as she smashes into Remote. Akatsu lands on the ground, as Remote stumbles back only for Engine to fall right on top of her. "ACHAA~!" Underneath both helmets, Ichika and Houki's eyes begin to glow a blood crimson.
With Chloe…
Sawa: Banjou and Shinonono… Might not be human.
Chloe's eyes widened.
Back to the fight…
Engine falls to the ground, the armor fading away leaving Rain behind. "Shit… In that case, Honey!" Rain tosses her bottle towards Remocon. "Gear Engine! Funky Match!" "Jundo!" Remocon muttered as she transformed.
With Chloe…
Chloe:(steps forwards) What do you mean that Banjou and Shinonono might not be human?
Sawa:(crosses arms) I can't say for certain yet… but there is a high likelihood… I guess.
Chloe:(worried) What happened to Banjou and Shinonono in the past?
Pandora Tower…
Stark places her hand on the box once again, as the room Build and the others are fighting in change to a beachside with window frames stuck in the ground and windmills in the distance. Build and Cross-Z takes on both Hell Bros and Squall. "The hell?! Why are we outside?!" Cross-Z shouts, Grease and Akatsu fight against the Hard Guardians and Autumn. "It's like magic!" Grease exclaims, Autumn kicks Akatsu into the sand. "It's really like we are on the beach! What's going on?!" Akatsu shouts, getting back up and into the fight.
Build:(looking around) This is the power of Pandora's Box?
A sand cube rises up from the ground, and the sand is blown away leaving Gentoku to step out into the sand. "Gen-san!" Build exclaims, a large claw arm from behind comes in and grabs Build lifting him up into the air. "Pay attention!" Squall shouts as the cannon on the arm charges up. "I am!" Build's tank treads detach and change into funnels, blasting Squall back. Gentoku shakes his bottle and opens the cap. "Danger!" Gentoku inserts the bottle into the belt. "Crocodile!" "Henshin." Gentoku turns the crank down as the beaker forms.
"Break! Chomp! Crush! Crocodile in Rogue! Ooora~!"
Cross-Z:(looks at Rogue) Rogue!(knocks away Hell Bros) He's mine!
Cross-Z charges at Rogue, and engages him. "I see you've become even stronger." Rogue said, catching Cross-Z right arm, he twists then kicks Cross-Z back. "Shut up!" Cross-Z shouts, swinging back and rushing Rogue. "Don't think I forgot what you did to Kasumi! To Sento!" Cross-Z lays into Rogue each punch that Cross-Z threw was harder than the last. "You killed Kasumi!" Rogue deflects and dodges Cross-Z punches.
Rogue:(dodging) That anger… So that's why Stark wants you…(points gun at Cross-Z) More than anything else, Stark desires to see you grow stronger.(shoots at Cross-Z) To raise your Hazard Level, it is necessary to push your emotions to the limit. That's why we sacrificed the girl!
Cross-Z:(fist slowly clenches) What?... So… Stark gave the order?
Rogue:(lowers gun) Your growth was Stark's aim.
"...Whao~!" Cross-Z charges to his feet as he charges Rogue. "Ready Go! Dragonic Finish!" Rogue lets out a silent sigh, as Cross-Z runs in and throws his fist at Rogue. Rogue tilts his head dodging the fist, and punching Cross-Z in the stomach with his own fist. The armor fades away leaving Ichika standing still at a loss.
Ichika:(falls to knees) Kasumi... Died to raise my Hazard Level…
Akatsu:(looks over) Ichika!(kicks Guardian away and runs over) Ichika~!
IS Cafe… We are Chloe…
Sawa:(turns to bag) There were a lot of problems in investigating Banjou's past.(begins rummaging through) Everyone was tight-lipped and wouldn't talk to me. So I ended up looking through data from the maternity hospital.
Chloe:(picks up Plushy) How did you obtain that data?
Sawa:(glances at Chloe) I think… You know my method to get it. Chifuyu helped where she could.(takes out Data stick) But, we found that the data had been sent to Namba Heavy Industries Integrated Sciences Laboratory.
Chloe:(hugging plush) The laboratory where Pandora's Box was first stored?
Sawa and I walk over to the Computer, Sawa inserts the Data stick and pulls up her investigation files on the location. On that data stick are ton's of records from before the Skywall incident, to when Ichika was born, as well as other records surrounding Houki as well. Sawa pulls up an image of the building when it was in use, then a video of a young Ichika being covered with probe devices that are monitoring him.
Sawa:(nods) Yes, that laboratory was a co-managed lab under the supervision of the Government and Namba Heavy Industries. Banjou was a research subject there.
Chloe:(confused) What do you mean?
Sawa:(pulls up image) This is Banjou's Mother. Her name was Banjou Yuuri. Apparently she and her husband, Banjou Akira worked as security guards, and they had Chifuyu only 8 years prior.(changes to another image) On her list of dispatch locations was the Namba Heavy Industries Integrated Sciences Laboratory. You remember the manned probe that landed on Mars 10 years ago? Before that, an unmanned probe landed successfully on Mars 23 years ago?
Chloe:(looks at Sawa) You mean the probe meant to replace the previous Observer probe?
Sawa:(nods) Yes, I'm sure you remember, it was all over the world news back then… then when the unmanned probe returned to Japan seven years after its launch, Banjou's mother was in charge of the security team. But… She suddenly lost consciousness while guarding it.
Chloe:(clenches plush) Like me…
Sawa: Yes… After a medical exam, it was discovered that she was one month pregnant. Yuuri-san already knew that she was already pregnant with a child… But when the Medical team scanned her again to be safe, they found out she was having Twins. The doctors were confused, as they were sure she was only having one, but in the end they choked it up to an unnoticed second egg, as well as the reason she collapsed.
Chloe: Was it not?
Sawa:(shakes head) No. Because, only one month later, she gave birth to her twins. And they were very healthy babies. That was Ichika and Madoka.
Chloe:(steps back) Hold on! Giving birth after 2 months of pregnancy? That's impossible!
Sawa:(steps back from computer) Of course… Thus, when the two were examined at a university hospital, they found Madoka was a completely normal baby. But with Ichika, they discovered he had an unfamiliar cellular structure.(steps backup to computer) And so, he was sent to Namba Heavy Industries Integrated Sciences Laboratory for further examination, while Chifuyu and Madoka moved to their uncle's place in modern day Hokuto.(pulling up files) Here are those examination results, and the research data that was recorded after.
We are Sento… Back to the fight…
"Ugh!" I grunted, as my armor opened up and fired a volley of gunfire on Hell Bros pushing her back. 'Now!' Removing the Full Full Bottle from my belt I insert it into the Full Bottle Buster. "It's a Full Full Match!" I slowly take aim as Hell Bros charges me. "*Gasp!* Forte Stop!" Squall shouts, but it's too late, I pull the trigger. "Full Full Match Break!" The impact of my round blasts Hell Bros into the wall of the room, her impact causing a ripple affecting breaking the room's illusion. But the impact knocks Hell Bros out of her armor as she falls to the ground, only to be caught by Rain.
Rain:(panicking) Forte! Speak to me!
Forte:(looks at Rain) R-Rain?
Squall:(glances at the two) Rain! Get Forte out of here! Now! Go!
Rain:(nods) Understood, good luck, Aunt!
Sand covers the two in a cube and the cube slides into the sand. I turn my attention towards Rogue, shakes the Full Full Bottle and opening the cap I swap armor. "Rabbit! Rabbit Rabbit! Hayei~!" I rush towards Rogue. "Rogue!" I shout as I swing the Full Bottle Buster at Rogue pushing him back. Taking the Full Full Bottle out, I insert it into the Buster. "It's a Full Full Match!" Knocking Rogue back, I raise the Buster over my head, only for Squall grab me from behind, tossing me over her and into the ground, the Full Bottle Buster falling out of my hands and onto the sand.
Rogue:(looks over) Squall! Stay out of this, you can't beat him!
Squall:(pinning Build down) If memory serves, neither can you! I don't need Hazard Levels or Noisey Rider systems to fight a war!
Build:(pushing back arm) Grrr…
The Nanomachine form thrusters on my back and shoulders that push me up and the arm back before knocking it back. "What? Is the Warmonger mad?" I ask, as I make space between us with the thrusters. "Isn't this what you wanted? Isn't this the war Phantom Task asked for?!" I shout, Squall's tail arm slams the ground. "NO!" She shouts as she flies straight towards me, as a heat barrier forms around her. The thrusters fire up again as the nanomachine on my gauntlets change into energy shields that block the barrier.
Squall:(pushing against Build) This is a Civil War, not a real war! This isn't a Total War!
Build:(pushing back) Well you got a war! You and the rest of Phantom Task are paying the price!
Squall: We were set up!(blows barrier away) Our leaders are dead, in hiding, or left!(shoots at Build) Everything we worked for since the end of World War 2 has gone to hell! The Cold War, Vietnam! And the various other Proxy wars! Hell even the Russia, US, Ukraine incident in 2022! All of it, Gone!
Build:(dodges energy balls) And I'm supposed to feel bad about it?(flies into the air) Why did you even want to cause War in the first place!?
Squall:(flies after) Like I'm going to spill my heart and backstory to you!(cannon arm takes aim) All I care about now!(fires cannon) Is getting me, Autumn, my Niece, and Forte out of this damn war!
Build:(dodges beam) What? If that's the case! Leave!(flies at Squall) You don't need to fight us!(Rams into Squall) Or does Namba have you on a tight leash?!
The two of us crash into the sand, as I stand up. "Namba… Does." Squall mutters, the cannon arm bursts out of the sand under me and grabs me. "Or at least around my Niece. She refuses to run away, I don't know how to free her!" Squall shouts holding me. 'Squall…' The cannon tail holds me by the neck as Squall stands up. "What does she mean to you?" I ask, "What?" Squall asks. My helmet folds away as I look at her.
Build:(looks at Squall's helmet) What does your Niece mean to you?
Squall:(visior folds away) It's the job of her superior to get her out of a bad situation.
Build:(struggling) She's just a soldier to you?! You're not going to convince her like that! You need to be family to her!
Squall:(visor folds back on) I don't need you to counsel my family problems!
My helmet folds on as I'm raised up higher in the air. "Well that's what she wants!" I shout, the claws on the arm tighten around me as I'm tossed into the air. "Whoa~" Turning towards the sky, I put my arms out and grab the wall of the room. Turning back towards Squall, I plant my hand into the wall as my hands become hammers with anchors stuck in the wall.
Build:(looks at Squall.) I've met and worked with Namba Children! None of them had a sense of a true Family! That's all they want!
Squall:(creates shield) Bullshit!
Build: You call each other Aunt and Niece, but have you ever had a Real familial interaction with her?! It's clear she wants something more! That's why she cares so much about Forte! She's family to her!
"Ah…" Squall goes silent, my words seem to land as she can't muster a response. 'I need her out now.' I launched straight towards Squall. "If you want to save her!" I shout as I land in front of her. "Then, act, like, Family!" I shout as the Anchors on the hammers detach and with full force I ram them into Squall's IS shields the impact overloads the shield and short circuits them as the hammers ram into Squall, activating the Absolute Defense knocking her out in the process.
Rogue:(clenches fist) Tch! Autumn! Squall's down, take her and get her out, now! The Hard Guardians and I will take it from here.
Autumn:(looks over) Squall!(kicks Grease away) I don't have time to deal with you! Get her!
Grease:(chases) Get back here bit-(Guardians intercept) Oh, will you fuck off already?!
Autumn picks up Squall, the sand whisking them away. Akatsu rushes over towards Ichika, when more Hard Guardians appear from the sand. "Get out of the way!" Akatsu shouts engaging the Guardians. I run past them, picking up the buster and swinging back at Rogue, only for him to catch the blade and throw a punch, only for it to stop midway. "Eh?" Rogue grabs me by the shoulder and brings me into ear range.
Rogue:(muttering) Shut up and switch to secure Channel 44-20, Passcode Pandora.(Build and Rogue switch) Listen close, the Prime Minister of Seito is no longer Midou. Namba just stole his face.
Build:(looks at Rogue) There's been a coup d'etat?
Rouge:(pushes Build to the ground) Unfortunately, I planned on using Pandora's Box as a deterrent force in order to reunite the country. But Namba has other plans, he wants to use that power to rule the world. Take it before they can open it!
Build:(pushing back) Why are you telling me that?(blocks punch, then flips Rogue over) What's your game?! Why don't you just take it for yourself? What does Namba have over you?
Rogue:(Build straddles him) Because, there's a chip embedded in my body. If I make the wrong move, they can kill me remotely. Squall does not know this, but it's also in Rain's body too. Now that you know this…(kicks Build off) Finish me off!
Rogue gets up and cranks his belt. "Crack up Finish!" Rogue throws his fist, but swings my blade first, mine hits first. "Full Full Match Break!" Rogue's armor disappears as he collapses to the ground. "Orra!" "Hiya~!" Akatsu and Grease finish the last Hard Guardians. As they do so, one of the picture frames on the sand enlarges, becoming a doorway into the next room. I turn back and rush over to the others, our armors disappearing off of us.
Sento:(looks at Ichika) You alright?
Houki:(looks at Sento) He's fine to fight but…
Ichika:(gets up to his feet) I'm fine… Where do we go now?
Madoka:(steps over) As much as I'd love to say let's get the hell out of here.(looks at the doorway) It looks like our only way forward.
As the four of us enter the doorway passing Gentoku laying on the sand, his words echo in my mind. Entering into the hallway, the door disappears behind us. "You went quiet at the end there, Teach." Madoka said, walking next to me. "Did you and Crock over there do some talking?" She asks, I nod.
Sento:(looks at Madoka) Prime Minister Midou is dead, he's been replaced by Namba disguised as him.
Madoka:(looks at Sento) President Namba became Midou?
Sento: Yeah, if Rogue's words are to be trusted.
Houki:(steps up next to Sento) But why would he go out of his way to tell us this?
I shrug. "Dunno." I said, when we all stop at a large wall, with no other pathways. "A dead end?" I said, when the stone begins to move like a Rubix cube, folding and shifting out of the way as the next room opens up for us. A larger hall like room, at the center is a singular pedestal with the Pandora Box sitting atop it. Sitting on the ground before it, is Stark. "Ah! You made it!" Stark said as she got up to her feet.
Stark:(dusts self off) Kept me waiting. I'm glad you're finally here.(points behind) This is what you're after, right?
Ichika:(clenches Dragon bottle)...
Stalk:(looks at Riders) As for me, I want your Bottles.(glances back at the box) With them, I can open this. I can't wait!
The floor forms those same boxes, as three Hazard Smashes appear from them rising up. We all draw out our bottles and jellies, our belts already strapped on. "Rabbit!" "Cross-Z Dragon!" "Ready! Akatsubaki!" "Crusher!" We crank our belts, the armor materializing. "Henshin!" We all shout, the armor forms and attaches, as the runners, beakers, and armor pieces attach. "Overflow! Rabbit Rabbit!" "Get Cross-Z Dragon!" "Akatsubaki~! Yeah~!" "Grease Crusher! ORIYA~!" Grease, Akatsu, and I all charge ahead attacking the Hazard Smashes, as Cross-Z hangs back.
Stark:(watching the fight) These are Namba Heavy Industries latest weapons. They're Clone Smash, separated form their original entities! A lot more convenient than kidnapping people.(glances at Cross-Z) Now… I'm sure you're itching for a fight.(crimson aura bursts forth) We should begin too.
Cross-Z:(takes out Magma Knuckle) Stark…(charges Stark) WHAA~!
