(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)

(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)
Construct 118: Programmed Tragedy
Chloe: Civil war breaks out over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within it. Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento retrieves Pandora's Box to stop Seito rampage. Meanwhile, Sawa discovered that Houki and Banjou have Alien Genes.
Sawa: Chloe-chan, how should we tell everyone about the two?
Chloe:(shugs) Just call them out lightheartedly. "Yo, Mr and Miss Alien!"
Sawa: We can't do that!
Chloe: Then we do it seriously. "Banjou, Houki, you two are inhuman!"
Sawa: No, "inhuman" would mean something different! Ah! The recap is over! What will happen in Construct 118?
We are Sento… Prime Minister residence…
Me, Ichika, and Houki walk down the hall and step up to the office. A Staff Member gives us a bow as he reaches for the door handle. "The Prime Minister is waiting for you inside." A Staff member said opening the door for us as we stepped into the office. At the end of the room, Prime Minister Himuro is flanked by Chifuyu and Yamada. Staff in the room monitor the situation on the tower. "You're back, good." Taizan said as he stood up from his desk. "The Box?" I ask Ichika as he hands me the box.
Sento:(steps over to desk) I have the box, but I could not fathom just how powerful the box really is… Just a small portion of the energy in Pandora's Box is enough to cause changes in the surface of the Earth and erect a huge tower.(places down box) Please use this to negotiate an end to the war.
Taizan :(nods) Of course.(sits down) But the government cannot approve of your actions this time.
Sento:(smiles) I understand. I did everything on my own accord.
Taizan:(looks at Sento) I apologize for making you the villain.
Sento:(shakes head) It's okay.
Outside… We are Observers…
Madoka groans as she lays on her back sitting on a couch just outside of the Prime Minister's office. As she lays on the couch her phone rings, she sits up and picks up her phone. "Mii-tan?" Madoka looks at the caller to see that it's an unknown number. "Or not… Figures." Madoka mutters, she hesitates for a moment before answering the call. "Who is this?" Madoka asks.
Utsumi:(overphone) This is Utsumi from Namba Heavy Industries. I'm currently at Sawatari Farm and I want to make a deal with you.
Madoka:(purks up) Oh, so you must be Cyborg Utsumi.
Utsumi: Sigh~ For the love of- I only had a shoulder injury, I am not a Cyborg! *Ahem* But that's not important. I have a simple proposal for you, I currently have everyone employed at your farm tied up. If you want to save your friends here in Hokuto, you will bring us Pandora's Box and the Bottles.
Madoka:(grits teeth) What are you gonna do to them?
Utsumi: If you fail to meet this transaction… Then I will have the guards execute them. I expect good things.
"Wai-" Madoka exclaims standing up only to hear nothing. Looking at her phone's screen, the call ended. "...Guys…" Madoka mutters as she slumps back into the couch. Taking in everything, as she clenches her fist. Slamming it against the pillow on the couch. "Damn it." She mutters covering her eyes with her hands.
IS Cafe…
Chloe and Sawa are both silent as they sit at the cafe table, a laptop and a data stick in Sawa's hand. The amber sunset gleams through the windows as the lights of the Cafe are limited to only the dim lights in the back of the room. "We're back." Sento said entering the Cafe's entrance with Ichika and Houki. "Welcome back." Chloe answers.
Sawa:(looks over) Welcom- Huh? Where's Madoka-chan?
Ichika:(walking to kitchen) She said she's staying behind at the Prime Minister's residence to guard Pandora's Box. Anyway, I'm hungry! Any cup noodles left?
Houki:(walking over to Ichika) More noodles? You should try and have something that isn't noodles for once.
Sento:(sits down) Wait, why aren't the lights on?
Sawa picks up her laptop and brings it over to Sento. "Actually, I discovered something about Ichika and Houki." Sawa said inserting the Data stick into the Laptop. "Protein and Ramen, Best Match." Ichika said, readying cup ramen. "... At least have a salad with it." Houki said going around into the kitchen to whip up a salad. Sawa turns the laptop to Sento who reads the heading.
Sento:(reading) What the heck?
Ichika:(looks over) Sento, want cup noodles too?
Houki:(cutting vegetables) I'm pretty sure he wants something more than instant garbage.
Ichika:(looks at Houki) It's not instant!(readies hot water) It takes at least a minute or two.
Houki:(facepalms) That's not the point, come on Sensei back me up here!
Sento:(reading) Yeah… Ichika, Houki, it says here you're not human.
"Sento?!" Sawa exclaims, jumping back. She glances at Ichika and Houki. Who both look at Sento. "Eh?" "Huh?" Ichika pours some hot water on her hand as Houki cuts her finger. "Ow?!" The two shout.
We are Madoka… Prime Minister Residence…
Walking into the Vault, I hold the Pandora Box between my hands. Slowly placing the box into a security container. "Everyone…" I mutter, stepping away. The container door sliding closed, as the door edges on closing, I take a step, before immediately stopping. A loud thud and the door to the Vault is locked in place. "..." Turning around and stepping up to the windowsill staring out at the Skywall, the crimson glowing outline of the wall still glowing off in the distance.
We are Sento… IS Cafe…
Ichika and Houki:(rush over) W-w-w-what do you mean I'm not human?!
Chloe:(steps between two) Calm down both of you.
Ichika:(steps back) Like hell I could calm down?!
Houki:(points at computer) You're just believing this info?!
Sento:(looks at two) It explains some things.(crosses arms) Whenever we touched Pandora's Box, nothing happened,(points at Ichika) until you grabbed it Ichika. Things began shifting around the room. Stark has the same power.
Houki:(looks at Ichika) Okay, I get that… But how do you know I'm not human?
Sento:(looks at Houki) Back during the match between you and Tib Kaiser, when he fired his Ion Cannon, there was no way you could have dodged that shot in the time you had. But somehow, you did. What's more, you displayed inhuman abilities at that moment. Both moments are abilities that Stark has that's means-
Ichika: W-w-wait!(stumbles back) Tabane obtained her powers from Mars, right? Then I must have gotten my special power when they experimented on me.
Houki:(nods) Yeah! M-Maybe I'm the-
Sento:(shakes head) Not likely.(points at self) If that was the case, why haven't I or Madoka done the same?(points at two) Plus there is the fact you were born in only 2 months after conception proves that.(points at screen) You returned to normal growth levels after your birth because the alien lifeform's powers were reset when you were born. Houki:(steps up) Then how am I roped into this?! How am I not human?! My sister is human and I was born like normal! How am I not human?!
Sawa:(looks at Houki) Shinonono-chan… do you remember the Jupiter Fall Incident?
Houki:(looks at Sawa) You mean the meteors that came from Jupiter? Of course, my parents were on their 12th anniversary trip at the time. They saw one of the meteors.
Sawa:(shakes head) They didn't see the meteor, it crashed close to them.(Houki's eyes widened) When it landed, your mother went to help any survivors. But when she arrived, she fell into the crater and came into direct contact with the meteor and passed out. It's on Medical record, the government coordinated the area off incase of cosmic radiation… 2 months later…
Houki:(shocked) I was… Born? That…(gripping shoulders) That can't be true… it can't be?!
Ichika:(grabs laptop) I have no idea what you're talking about.(looks to Houki) Come on, let's get some air.
Houki:(looks at Ichika) R-Right.
The two walk to the entrance tossing the laptop away, Sawa-san quickly dives to catch the laptop before it hits the ground. Sawa catches the laptop and sighs. "To think my father was researching him…" I said, stroking my chin. "Speaking of, where did you get that research data?" I ask, Sawa looking at the ground where she's sprawled out on.
Sawa:(stands up) At Touto Institute of Advanced Matter Physics.(turns to Sento) But… It was strange.(removes and hands Data Stick) This should be top secret…(Sento takes Stick) yet the security was filled with loopholes.
Sento:(looking at Stick) Could it be… Because of Stark?
We are Ichika… Outside…
I toss a pebble over the railing, it flies across the river hitting off the wall concrete and into the water. Glancing over my shoulder, Houki sits on the steps behind me. "Are we… Really not, Humans?" Houki said, her eyes are glued to the ground. She breathes in deep and exhales, trying to keep herself in focus, I look back down at the river as I lean over the railing. My reflection in the water reflects back at me. "No way…" I said as I dropped a handful of small stones into the water, splashing on my reflection.
We are Madoka…
I stare out into the night sky, the Skywall's gaps showing me the other side. 'Hokuto is right there… But if I go, the war will get worse.' Walking backwards, my feet bump into a bench sitting against a wall. Slumping down into the couch, I rest my hands against my face. "I'm sorry, everyone. I can't go back." I mutter, clenching my hands into fists. My back slumps down against the wall.
Madoka: I can't give in.(dropping hands to sides) Forgive me…
We are Observers… Hokuto, Sawatari Farm…
Utsumi with Gentoku in toe, walks over to the Hostages, the Hard Guardians still watching over. "Has Grease not come yet?" Utsumi asks the drones, who both shake their heads no. The Hostages mutter amongst themselves. They nod, as one turns around to look at Utsumi. "The Boss isn't coming!" The farmer shouts.
Farmer:(looks at Utsumi) If she was gonna save us, she would have come hours ago! But she hasn't come because she's putting her life on the line to protect many more people!
Old Farmer: That's the boss we love! It's pointless!
Old Lady: If she comes, we'll make her leave!
Farmers:(in sync) Yeah!
Utsumi chuckles, as he steps back. "Fine." Utsumi said, he looks at Gentoku and gestures to the Farmers. "As they wish, get rid of them." Utsumi orders Gentoku to approach the Hostages. Gentoku straps on the Sclash Driver and takes out his bottle. "Danger! Crocodile!" "Henshin." "Break! Chomp! Crush! Crocodile in Rogue! ORAA~!" Rogue approaches the Hostages. The Hostages try to keep their distance, Rogue raises his blade and swings… The ropes to the Hostages are sliced though. "W-Were free?" One of the Famers exclaims.
Utsumi:(looks at Rogue) What are you doing?
Rogue:(turns to Utsumi) What I should have done.(glances at Farmers) Run.(looks at Utsumi) The plan has failed.(approaches Utsumi) There is no point in killing them.
Utsumi:(walking backwards) Are you turning on me?(holds up controller) Have you forgotten that I can destroy you using the chip in your body?
Rogue slaps the controller out of Utsumi's hand as he drops to the ground. "Ah! Now! Hurry!" The farmers begin running away, the Hard Guardians move intercept. Rogue jumps back roundhouse kicking a Hard Guardian across the head piece and cuts though the head camera of the second Hard Guardian. "Out of my way." Rogue said as he flips the grip on his blade, ducks under a Guardians punch and easily cuts though the shoulder joint of the first Hard Guardian. The second goes to shoot at Rogue, Rogue jumps and stomps on the barrels of the Hard Guardian and cuts off its arm. Both Guardians now both missing an arm are both kicked backwards by Rogue. Rogue grabs the crank and turns it down. "Crack up Finish!" A crocodile jaw made of energy forms. Rogue lifts his right leg up and kicks at the Hard Guardians, the energy jaws crush the two Hard Guardians together before they explode.
Rogue:(turns to Utsumi) …
Utsumi:(glances as controller) !
Rogue:(goes to run) No you-
Utsumi picks up the controller and activates it, Rogue's body seizes up as red electricity pulses though his body. The Rider armor is disengaged, Gentoku drops to his knees. Utsumi quickly runs over and kicks Gentoku to the ground. "You… Dare!" Utsumi said as he raises his right foot and presses it down on Gentoku's right hand. "Ah-AAARH~!" Gentoku cries out in pain.
The Next Morning… We are Sento…
I set down breakfast on the counter. "Wanna eat?" As I step away, I double back and look at Chloe pouring two cup noodles. "Wha- What are you doing?!" I exclaim, Chloe pauses then smiles as she closes the tops of both cups. "It feels strange without those two." Chloe said, as she took the kettle and brought it back over to the table.
Chloe:(sighs) I can't believe it. I thought it was just me who was abnormal. But now, Houki and Banjou's not human… What's going to happen to us?
Sento:(sits down) … Nothing.(fills plate with food) Stonehead and Musclehead, those two caused so much trouble for us.(looks at Chloe) We can't just write off our history, no matter what happens. This won't stop them, it's just an obstacle they will get over.
Chloe:(smiles) Yeah.(sits down) Let's eat!
Sawa:(entering room) Morning! Ah! What good timing!(rushes over) I'm hungry!
Chloe:(smile) There's some just-made cup ramen too!(points behind) Over there.
Sawa:(turns to cup) Ah! Lucky~!
Sento:(looks at Sawa) Eh?... Are you-(shakes head) Never mind. So?
Sawa:(puts down bag) Ah… Right. Sento-kun was right.(sits down) I showed Tabane's photo to people who knew Houki and Ichika's parents. And… Some of them said they've met her before. After meeting her, Houki and Ichika's memories became fuzzy.
Chloe:(looks at Sawa) Then, Tabane might have… erased their memory.
Sawa:(nod) Yes, just like Sento-kun…
We are Houki… IS Academy…
The door of the railcar opens as I step out onto the clean but empty train station. 'The war took the soul out of this place…' In complete silence, I step off the platform onto the campus grounds. A silent gust of wind blowing unkempt leaves off trees. The entire place has been untouched since the war began. Unkempt crates, terminals, ammo, arms, and more are just left lying around.
Houki: Abandoned and left to rot…
Woman's Voice: I didn't think anyone else would come here.
Houki:(turns around) Who- Oh, Banjou-Sensei.
Chifuyu:(walks over) You don't have to call me that. Sento told me about the truth.
Houki:(looks at ground) Oh… I see.
Chifuyu:(steps over) Hey, don't look down. I thought something weird was going on ever since my mother suddenly had twins… But that doesn't change my feelings on Ichika, or you.
Turning around I look over at a dead tree, all of its leaves and branches all broken off. "Easy for you to say." Stepping over to the base of the dead tree "For me, I just realized I never had a real family." I said, leaning my head against the stump. "You know…" Looking at the dead dirt, I reach into my pocket and take out the Sakura Full Bottle.
Houki:(clutches Bottle) I at least know why I always felt so… Different.(steps back) I feel like my entire life is just crumbling around me! First I learn my own sister was taken over by an alien. Learning I was only a tool to her so she caused this war, caused so much death, and now I learn my own existence is not even from Earth…(throws fist) Ragh!(fits hits tree) … How am I supposed to React?!
Chifuyu:(steps over to Houki) Houki, this changes nothing.
Houki:(turns around to Chifuyu) How? This changes everything?! My Sister- Stark never even cared about me!(throws Bottle to ground) She's only seen me as a tool.(stares at the ground as she tears up) My life up until this point has been all a Lie!
Chifuyu:(crosses arms) Is it? You're saying you're friends with Ichika, Kasumi, Sento, Me, Cecilia, Rin, Charlotte, Laura, Chloe, Madoka, and everyone else. All of what you have experienced with them?(kneels down) You were still born as a Human, Houki.(picks up bottle) Every fight you have fought, the memories you had being at this school, every meal you've had, everything. Are you really saying all of that is a Lie?
Houki:(looks up)... Eh?
Chifuyu:(steps up to Houki) You were born into this world as a Human, Shinonono Houki. You were brought into this world by odd means, but born nonetheless. You said that you would change from who you were Yesterday, right? Well, it's time to ask you. Have you changed?
Glancing at the Classroom building behind her, my mind wanders back to how I was at the beginning of the year. Distraught, lost, confused, happy, and many more I can't recall. Ichika's first duel, Rin, Charlotte, Laura, becoming a Rider. Meeting my seniors, meeting Sensei, learning his truths and so much more. "I have something for you." Chifuyu said, holding up her left hand, a modified Katana blade with a bottle slot and 9 gems going down the balde.
Chifuyu:(holds out blade) Sento asked me to give this to you. With a message to. "I'm here for you, as you two were for me." He is waiting for you and the Idiot to come back.
Houki:(looking at blade) Sensei…
Chifuyu: Please, take care of Ichika. He needs someone like you to keep him sane.(holds out blade) Can I ask you to do that for me?
Houki: Sensei…(grabs Blade and bottle) I… promise.
Chifuyu:(nods) Houki, you are human first. Never forget that.
Houki:(firm nod) Understood! That's right… I have changed from who I was yesterday…
Chifuyu lowers her hands as I hold both bottle and blade in my hands. I holster the blade on the side of my waist and the bottle into my pocket. Glancing back at the dead Tree, I place my palm against the tree. "No matter what happens. I'll still be growing until I bloom." Turning back I head off back towards the station.
We are Chifuyu…
I watch as Houki walks off. "Looks like it worked…" I muttered, glancing over at the dead tree. A hand mark of Houki's hand presses against the tree, the dead trunk of the tree suddenly begins to regain color, as the dead branches regrow. Flowers blossom out of them as a new tree has been grown from the old tree. "Huh… I think?" I shrug as I walk towards the station.
