Construct 120: The Final Weapon, Evol Part 1
Sento: Civil War breaks out over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within it. Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento, retrieves Pandora's box to stop Seito invasion, but the war only escalates more. In the midst of all this, Touto's Prime Minister, Himuro Taizan, and Maya Yamada, an IS Instructor and Senior Commander, are abducted by Seito.
Ichika: Are you just gonna ignore the part about me and Houki not being human?! Or the Appearance of that new… Powerup form of hers?
Houki: I mean, yeah us not being human is important and all but the Prime Minister of our nation and our former Instructor has been kidnapped, I think that's more important.
Sento: Yes, we don't have time for that old topic.
Houki and Ichika:(in synch) Old topic? It was last week's big news!
Sento: Will the Prime Minister and Yamada be saved? Find out in Construct 120!
We are Sento… IS Cafe Labs…
We all sit around, with the Pandora Box in our possession. Ichika and Houki fiddle with the box as I sit in my corner workshop, behind me. Chloe and Sawa watch the news on a tablet.
TV Announcer:(on tablet) In response to the Abduction of Touto Prime Minister Himuro Taizan. Deputy Prime Minister Mayuzumi has released a statement condemning the Seito government.
Sawa: Just a statement? The leader of the country has been abducted! But why would they abduct the Prime Minister and Yamada?
Chloe:(looks over) I don't- Wait, Banjou, Shinonono!
Pushing the two off the box, Chloe picks up Pandora's Box. "What are you two doing? Don't touch it!" Chloe said, bringing the box to the Bottle Purifier. "Huh? Where's Madoka?" Sawa asks, looking around. "Resting. Looks like she really overdid herself in the last battle." I said, my phone begins to vibrate. Grabbing my phone, I quickly answer it.
Sento:(holds phone to ear) What is it?
Tabane:(over the phone) The Touto Government must be in chaos right now.
Sento:(clenches fist) It's your damn fault!
Tabane: Fu Fu. That's why I want to make a deal with you. In exchange for Himuro Taizan and Maya-chan… I want the Evol Driver.
Sento:(stands up) Evol… Driver?
Tabane: It's the Build Driver's Base form. A precious, one-of-a-kind object that your father was involved in making to which he derived the Build Driver from. The… Proto-Build Driver if you will.
Sento:(walks over to computer) My father?... And why do you need me to find it?
Tabane: It's your fault Sen-chan. Or rather, Katsuragi-chan's fault. See before you lost your memory, you found it and hid it somewhere. Find it within 24 hours and bring it to Wharf A9. If you're even a minute later, the Prime Minister and Maya-chan will die.
Glancing at the clock, I hung up and turned my computer on. "You guys heard that?" I ask, everyone nods as the others gather around me. I pull up Katsuragi's data and type in the keyword 'Evol Driver.' Pressing Enter a pop up saying: 'Nobody Knows.' "Nothing?" Houki said, looking over my shoulder.
Chloe:(crossing arms) If it's not in Katsuragi Takumi's research data, we're out of clues.
Sento:(hand on chin) Strange?...
Sawa:(looks at Sento) What's strange?
Sento:(leans back) Normally it would just give me an error message. But this time it's "Nobody knows." Nobody knows…(digs into pocket) I wonder…
Sawa:(Sento inserts Data stick) Is that the research data on Banjou and Shinonono I found?
Sento:(nods) Yeah. The one who researched Ichika and Houki and made the Evol Driver was Katsuragi Shinobu… My Father. So maybe…
Pulling up the search bar for the data I type in 'Nobody Knows.' Hitting Enter blueprints and data come up on the screen. "Bingo!" I exclaim, "It's the Evol Driver's blueprints!" I exclaim as I begin reading through the data.
Seito Prison Complex… We are Observers…
Opening the door, Gentoku and Utsumi enter the hall. Gentoku closes the door behind him as the two walk down the hall towards a singular cell at the end of the room. Inside sits Maya Yamada and Himuro Taizan. "... Ah. Gentoku." Maya mutters as Gentoku steps up to the cell. "Do you realize…" Taizan sitting on the cell's singular bed, Taizan turns to look at his son with Utsumi next to him. "... just exactly what you've done?" Taizan asks Gentoku.
Utsumi:(steps up to bars) Of course.
Gen:(looks at Taizan) Soon, Seito will reunify the country. I will have achieved my goal.
Taizan:(looks at wall) Neither an Authoritarian nor a statement builds a country. It is the people who are still suffering from this war. If you have not seen all of their faces, you have no right to unify this country!
Utsumi:(kicks cell bars) Shut up!(steps away) Hey.(Gentoku steps over) Once the transaction with Kiryu Sento is complete, Kill Himuro Taizan. He is an obstacle. I'm sure you'd love to get rid of the person who banished you from Touto
Maya:(grabs cell bars) Gentoku-san! Don't! You can't! It will create chaos!
Utsumi:(turns around) You overheard? Impressive hearing.(looks at Gen) We really don't need her. Kill her-
Autumn:(steps over) Whoa, hold the Murder Boner their buddy.
Autumn steps in the way of Utsumi as Squall, Rain, and Forte walk over. "She's right, you know." Squall said, walking up to the front of the cell. "You can't just kill the Prime Minister." Squall steps in front of the cell. "Sir, we are here to keep watch." Rain said with Forte between her arms in a loving hug. "And why is that?" Utsumi asks.
Squall:(takes out phone) Kept up with news at all?(pulls up article) The rest of the world is catching on to our little lie.(shows Utsumi) The IS representatives just spoke with the UN defense council. And new sanctions from the US, EU, Russia, and many other nations. They are sucking our resources dry. Killing the Prime Minister just shoots us in the leg.
Autumn:(points to thigh) Right in the thigh. Bursting a major blood vein.
Utsumi:(frustrated) …
Gentoku glances over at Maya and Taizan in the cell. Maya looks into Gentoku's eyes, he quickly looks away when their eyes meet. "Gentoku-san." Maya mutters under her breath as Gentoku and Utsumi leave the prison.
Back with Sento…
Sento:(reading) Apparently the Evol Driver was created to allow Evolt to obtain his ultimate form.
Houki:(looks at Sento) Wait, Evolt? Didn't Bernage mention Evolt?(looks at Chloe) Right?
Bernage:(flashback) Mars was destroyed by Pandora's Box. It was Evolt who did it.
Sento:(nods) She did.(keeps reading) Alien lifeform Evolt. It's ident- Its identity is Tabane Shinonono?
Everyone in the room freezes at the words that escape my lips. "My Sister is… Evolt?" Houki mutters, as she stumbles back. "Houki." Ichika grabs Houki before she falls. "Hey, there's a link." Sawa points out, clicking on the link brings up a memorandum. "A memo?" Chloe wonders looking over my shoulder.
Sento: 10 years ago, Astronaut Shinonono Tabane discovered Pandora's Box on Mars. There, she was possessed by Evolt. There, she retrieved the Box and the Evol Driver.
Houki:(stands up) Possessed? But, then that means…
Sento:(looks at Houki) It means that Tabane Shinonono's body is currently being controlled by Evolt. His former self might still be there.
Pandora Tower… We are Tabane?…
I pace around the room, my hand flicking the Bottle in my hand. "Soon. I'll bid farewell to your body. It's been a long time." Evolt said in my mind, my body moving on its own. "My way of thinking has changed a lot. Thanks to you." Evolt stands up and grips my chest. "I think I might even miss having these." Evolt chuckles. I tense up as I try to force my will.
Tabane:(struggling) What… Are you plotting?
Evolt:(Chuckles) You can look forward to finding out once I've gained my power.
Tabane: No!
Back with Sento… We are Sento…
Sento:(reading) Evolt, who has possessed Tabane Shinonono. Tried to use the power of Pandora's Box to destroy earth like he did with Mars. But Pandora's Box did not open as expected. Instead, it released warped beams of light and created the Skywall. Evolt was taken to the hospital but escaped soon after. After that, she came into contact with someone. The person in charge of Pandora's Box… my father… Katsuragi Shinobu.(Ichika steps over) The Evol Driver was originally Evolt's possession. But it was damaged on Mars, so he got my father to repair it.
Chloe:(looks over) What kind of power does the Evol Driver have?
Sento:(pulls up blueprints) Apparently it can fully utilize the power of Pandora's Box. It's the ultimate belt that would allow you to rule the universe.
Ichika:(crosses arms) Huh… That went from Zero to a hundred real quick. The whole fucking universe?... Sigh~ I miss having the biggest thing to worry about is homework.
Chloe: So Katsuragi Takumi found that out and hid the Evol Driver somewhere…
Sento: Hmm…(spins around in chair) Man… Where did I hide it?
Ichika:(sighs) What are you doing?(steps towards exit) We're running short on time, so let's get searching if we want to find it.
Houki:(looks at Ichika) Where are you going to look? We don't know where to even start.
Ichika: Oh… Uh. Well.(scratches back of head) Around the Neighborhood?
Sawa, Chloe, and Houki:(in synch) Around the Neighborhood?
Ichika: Well, we can't just do nothing.
Rolling my eyes, I look back through the plans. I scroll down to look at the plans for the Evol Driver. "Wait, wait!" I shout raising my hand. "Where have I seen this structure before?" I mutter looking at the components of the Driver. 'Could it be?' Glancing over at the Bottle Purifier, I pull up its construction plans.

Rain and Muse stand by the bars to the Jail Cell as Gentoku walks up to the cell. Yamada and Taizan look up at Gentoku, as he points his gun at them. "What are you-?!" Muse shouts, as Rain is about to draw her pistol. Squall steps in the way as Autumn walks over. "Change of plans." Autumn said. Gentoku fires the lock on the cell as the door creaks open.
Gen:(steps back) Get out. We're getting out of here.
Maya:(stands up) Himuro-san…
Taizan:(looks at Gen) What are you trying to do?
Gen: Your methods will not unify the country. That's why I created Faust to try and unify the country to create a country of smiles with no borders. But my desire warped me.(glances at Rain) I twisted, hurt, and killed so many… But I can't turn back anymore. That's why you…
Himuro:(steps out of prison) Gentoku…
Maya:(steps over) What about them…?
Himuro:(looks at Squall) What do you want?
Rain:(aims pistol) I won't let you leave-
Squall:(grabs Nebula Steamgun) Stand down Rain. We are leaving.
Autumn:(pats Musel on shoulder) Come on let's go.
"Wha-" Rain sputters, "Come on." Squall said as she, Autumn, and Musel all left though the right corridor, Rain glanced back at Gentoku and the others before rushing after the others. "... Come on." Gentoku said, heading out the left corridor. Rushing out of the prison, Gentoku takes point as Yamada and Taizan follow behind. Running out into the open, the three are met by Utsumi who approaches them with a pair of Clone Smashes behind him.
Utsumi:(crosses arms) I thought this might happen, but I can't believe you're that foolish.
Gen:(takes out Steamgun) You're the foolish one. You know you're on the wrong path yet you can't break free from Namba indoctrination.
Utsumi:(clenches fist) Shut up.
Utsumi holds up a remote and activates it. "Argh!" Gentoku drops to the ground. "Gentoku!" Taizan and Yamada drop down to check on him. "I don't mind killing you." Utsumi steps over and steps on Gentou on his back. "Step back!" Yamada exclaims, picking up the Nebula Steam Gun and points it at Utsumi who steps back in fear. "Warh!" Taizan rushes and slams into Utsumi, knocking him back into a wall, causing Utsumi to drop the remote.
Utsumi:(shakes head) Argh… Ah! The remote!
Yamada:(shoots at Clone Smash) Gentoku-san! Get up! Hurry!
Gen:(looks at Taizan and Yamada) … Right.
Gentoku grabs the dropped remote and tosses it away. Standing back up, Gentoku straps on his belt and takes out his Crocodile Bottle. "Danger!" "Henshin!" Gentoku inserts the bottle and cranks the belt. "Crocodile!" The Beaker forms then shatters as Rogue stands. "Break! Chomp! Crush! Crocodile In Rogue Oora~!" Rogue steps towards Utsumi. "Get him!" Utsumi shouts as the Clone Smash charges Yamada. Rogue steps in between and kicks the Clone Smash back.
Elsewhere…
Squall, Autumn, Musel, and Rain exit the Prison from the back entrance of the prison. "Where are we going?!" Rain exclaims, Squall turns to Rain. "Autumn brings the car around." Squall orders, Autumn nods and heads off. "We're leaving?" Rain exclaims, stepping back. "You… You're turning back?!" Rain clenches her fist.
Squall:(looks at Rain) We cannot stay here. If we do, we are all going to die.
Rain:(steps back) That's what we signed up to do-
Squall: No, I signed up for this. Autumn signed up, Musel signed up. You… You were forced.
Rain: What do you care about? I am going to give my life for Namba!
Squall:(puts arms out) Namba is a burning ship. Their subsidiaries around the world have been liquefied or are no longer associated with them, Japan has been cut off from Raw Materials. And eventually, Namba Heavy Industries will crumble! You need to cut your losses now.
Rain:(grabs Squall) So what!? You never stopped them from taking me!(steps back) From… Turning me into…(looks at hands) This! If I leave, what will I have left?!
Musel:(steps up to Squall) Me… You'll have me.(takes Rain's hand) I… I only joined because of you. You asked me to come with you. Now I'm asking you. To come with me.
Rain glances at Musel then Squall.
Back with Rogue…
A pair of Hard Guardians rush towards Yamada and Rogue. "Prime Minister! Behind us!" Yamada shouts firing on the Hard Guardians, while Rogue battles the Clone Smash. "Yamada! Catch!" Rogue shouts, tossing the Steam Blade to Yamada. She catches the Knife and quickly stabs it into the arm joint of the Guardian, before shooting into it, blowing the right arm off. Kicking the Hard Guardian to the ground, Yamada disconnects the handle from the blade, throwing the knife into the head of the second Hard Guardian's head. Inserting the handle into the back of the Steam gun, she kicks the first Hard Guardian to the ground before shooting right into it destroying the Guardian. "Haa~" Yamada rushes into the second Hard Guardian, jamming the barrel of the Nebula Steamgun into the back of the blade. "Rifle Mode!" tearing the blade out, Yamada aims right in the chest of the Hard Guardian and blows a hole straight through it.
Yamada:(steps back) Phew~
Rogue:(kicks Smash back) Hmf, that's a weight off my back.
Rogue then cranks the belt. "Crack up Finish!" Clenching his fist, Rogue charges the Clone Smash. The fist Smashes straight though the Clone Smash causing it to explode. Utsumi steps back only for Yamada to point the rifle at him, causing him to freeze in his place. "Now-Argh!" Electricity shocks Rogue as he drops to the ground. "Gentoku!" Yamada shouts running over, Rogue's armor fades away. Yamada catches Gentoku in her arms as she looks up to see Stark sitting atop a building watching. "Stark…" Taizan mutters.
Stark:(twirling remote) Too bad, Gen-chan.
Gen:(looks at Stark) Th-There was another one?
Yamada:(aims Rifle) Stark!
Yamada shoots at Stark who moves her head to dodge two shots aimed at her head. Stark then quickly draws her own Steam Gun and shoots the Rifle out of Yamada's hand. "Good to see you've kept your aim. Maya-chan." Stark said, she giggled to herself. "Still…" Stark said.
Stark:(stands up) Now I finally understand the reason why you wanted to unify the country.(looks at Taizan) Your son became belligerent because of the light from Pandora's Box. But the effect of that light disappears when someone is injected with Nebula Gas to become a Kamen Rider. Heh, almost like a Vaccine.(gestures at Gen) That means he's no longer the Gentoku who was overflowing with ambition like before. So why do you still want to unify the Country?(jumps down) It's so your father can continue to be Prime Minister. You made yourself undesirable, leaving the country to your father. That's why you played the villain.
Taizan:(steps towards Gen) Gento-
Utsumi grabs Taizan from behind holding a steam gun to his head. "Don't move!" Utsumi exclaims. "Unfortunately, your fate is in my hands." Stark mocked and then kicked Gentoku into a wall before hitting the ground. "Gentoku-san!" Yamada exclaims running over to him. "Take him away." Stark said, gesturing to Utsumi to come along. "What about her?" Utsumi asks, looking at Yamada. "Dead weight." Stark walks off, Utsumi following behind.
Yamada:(looks at Gen) Gentoku-san! Get up!
Gen:(reaches out) Arh…(picks up remote) Ah…
Yamada:(looks at Remote) …
