(We move out to the Japan skyline, a massive tower in the center of Japan as we pan up to the sky.)

(Change to a sky view as every Rider passes by with a concerned look on their face.)

(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand off against each other.)
Everything is bright
(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to a hidden Winged Rider flapping his wings out, flying past and taking up view is a Glowing Red Dragon Rider. View changes to upper body, their body's still shrouded but with another shadow behind both, as our view is split down the middle.)

(We pass in a flyby of every character not connected to the Riders.)

(Change to Chifuyu Smiling at the Camera)
(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)
(Namba stands with his cane as the same red and blue lights illuminates him)
(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)

We are Ichika…
Ichika:(shaking) Ka… Katsuragi Takumi… Tried to kill me?
My throught is cut off when an Ambulance drives over behind me and parks. The door slides open as Madoka and Houki rush out, Houki is holding a briefcase containing the Bottles in the case. I run over to the two, glancing inside the ambulance I see Chifuyu looking over Sento holding her hand.
Madoka:(glances at Tabane) Are we really going to trust him?
Ichika:(looks behind) We've got no choice.
Houki:(hands briefcase to Ichika) Be careful, Ichika.
I nod to Houki as we turn to face Tabane, I hold up the case. "Before we give you the bottles, you'll cure Sento!" I shout. Tabane simply smiles and chuckles. "What's so funny!" I shout, Tabane looks at us and straps on the Evol Driver. "Evol Driver!" "If you want to cure Sento of the poison." Tabane said, she then reaches into her right pocket and pulls out a pair of bottles.
Tabane: You'll have to defeat me… The poison in Sento's body can only be cleansed if I'm destroyed.(gestures with finger) Come on, fight me with your Bottles and Sento's life at stake.
Ichika:(straps on belt) Just what I wanted.
Taking out the Magma Knuckle I open the Magma bottle and insert it into the knuckle. "Bottle Burn!" Houki takes out the Yggdrasil and the bottle inserting it in. "Bloom! Life Continues On!" Madoka takes out the Crusher and opens the cap. "Henshin!" All three of us shout as we insert our items into the belt and turn/press the crank. "Are you Ready?!" The tree, beaker, cauldron forms and pours as our armor forms. "Cross-Z Magma!" "Grease Crusher!" "Akatsubaki Yggdrasil! Oh Yeah!" The three of us step towards Tabane.
Akatsu:(draws blade) Our life is overflowing!
Grease:(puts hand against chest) Fan the flames and crush all in my way!
Cross-Z:(puts up fists) My Magma is overflowing!
Tabane:(holds up bottles) Even with the three of you, you can't beat me.
Tabane inserts the bottles into her belt. "Cobra! Rider System! Evolution!" Tabane cranks the belt as the pipes and runner forms. "Are you Ready?" "Henshin!" The runner closes on Tabane. "Evol Cobra~! Pha-Ha ha ha!" We all stand firm. "His strength is the real deal. No messing around." Grease said as she readies the Twin Breaker.
Akatsu:(fixes footing) Then we must fight together!
Cross-Z:(nods) Got it! Bring it on~!
I jump into the air, raising my right leg up to the sky and I drop down towards Evolt. Akatsu and Grease fire at Evol to keep her busy. Slamming my leg down atop Evolt who manages to block by crossing her arms. Grabbing my leg I'm tossed away, and I hit the ground hard. Grease's Funnels fly and shoot at Evolt while keeping their distance. Evolt phases and dodges the shots flying at her as Akatsu charges in with her blade. I charge in from behind Both Akatsu and I attack, making Evolt block both of us leaving her arms exposed, Grease's Funnels grab Evolt's arms and legs and push her back, holding her in place.
Cross-Z:(Cranks belt) Hit her! Now!
Grease:(cranks belt) As one!
Akatsu:(cranks belt) Haa~!
All three of us jump into the air and dropkick Evolt. "Volcanic Finish!" "Crusher Break!" "Nine Realms Finish!" Our legs slam into Evolt blasting her back. She stumbles and rolls before crashing into the front of a car indenting it upon impact. "Oh… Not bad." Evolt stands back up, taking out her Steam gun and blade.
Evolt:(points gun at Grease) In that case, I'll take you down one at a time!
Akatsu:(holds up blade) She's aiming for you Grease!
Cross-Z:(readies fists) Don't let her separate us!
Evolt rushes past us kicking Grease back. Evolt slashes at Grease who attempts to block the onslaught of quick slashes. Grease's Funnels attempt to grab Evolt, to which she jumps back flipping in the air as the Funnels gather around Grease. "Tch!" Grease takes out two Lost Bottles. "Help me out here guys." Grease mutters inserting the bottles into the Twin Breaker. "Twin!" Aiming the Twin Breaker at Evolt the Funnels gather in a circle around the barrel and blast a beam at Evolt. "Twin Finish!" A pair of pincers with a Castle following behind flies straight at Evolt. Evolt simply puts out her hand and blocks the beam. "Wha!" Evolt walks towards Grease raising her blade over her head and swinging down at Grease.
"Ragh!" Akatsu jumps in the way blocking the blade with her own. I charge in and throw my fist punch at Evolts head. Evolt ducks, grabbing my right arm and swinging him around into Akatsu and then throwing the two into the side of a wall. "No! Ora~!" Grease fires at Evolt again, Evolt phase shifts and runs up behind Grease flipping her up into the air before Evolt punches Grease into the ground following it up with a kick causing the armor on Grease to fade away.
"M-Madoka!" Akats shouted as she and I got back up to our feet. "Rifle Mode!" Evolt loads her old Cobra bottle into the Rifle as she takes aim at us. "Move!" I shout as the two of us run. "Hm." Evolt turns some dials. "Electrical Steam! Cobra! Steam Shot!" I move to block the round, Evolt fires only for the electrical ball of steam to fly around me and hit Akatsu blasting her over next to Grease. "Houki! Bastard!" I swing my leg around kicking the rifle out of Evolt's hand.
Chifuyu:(looking down at Sento) Ichika! Hurry! I don't know how much longer Sento can last!
Evolt:(blocking Cross-Z's punches) Yes, Ichika. Hurry before Katsuragi hits the bucket!
Cross-Z:(flames grow hotter) Rrr!(throws punch) SHUT UP!
Evolt:(tanks punch) Oof!... Hazard Level 4.7, eh? I'm sure you can do better than that!(grabs Cross-Z) Right, partner!?
Cross-Z:(pushes Evolt back) Shut up! I only have two Partners! And that's Shinonono Houki and Kiryu Sento!
I put more and more fury behind each punch. "Why are you so mad?" Evolt asks as I keep hitting her. "Why are you helping the foolish Humans?!" Evolt asks, grabbing me. I attempt to head butt her only for Evolt to grab my heat and punch me in the gut. I stumble back and recover.
Cross-Z:(looks at Evolt) What?! What are you talking about?
Evolt:(points around) Their ugly ambitions was what started this whole war! Humans are such selfish lifeforms, don't you think?
Sento:(shaking in pain) A… ARRRGH~!
Chifuyu:(holding Sento) Sento! Sento hold on!
Cross-Z:(clenches fist) Stop talking like you know me!(waves arm to the side) You can't define everyone on their worst qualities!(attacks Evolt) Everyone I know has fought this far to protect someone else! They fought while praying for someone's happiness! You only bring out the worst in people by manipulating them! Twisting them! Lying to them! You're the one who is Foolish and Selfish, you self-centered, genocidal, Maniac!
Evolt:(tanking punches) Hazard Level 4.8! You talk like you really are human.(catches Cross-Z fist) But you're different.(twists Cross-Z around) You're a part of me, who has taken tens of thousands of lives!
Cross-Z:(breaks free of Evolt) All Bullshit to throw me off! Just shut up!(throws fist) ORA!
Evolt:(dodges fist) Just accept it already!
Grabbing the crank on her belt, Evolt cranks and kicks me. "Ready GO! Evoltech Finish! Ciao~!" I'm blown back, my armor fading off me. "Ichika!" Chifuyu shouts, Evolt walks towards me. "Looks like I win." Evolt said, I struggle to stand up while still holding the Magma bottle in my hand. "I'll defeat you and save Sento!" Managing to push myself up to my knees I stare up at Evolt.
Evolt:(picks up rifle) Sigh~ What a load of Bull!
Evolt swings at me when Akatsu jumps in the way blocking the blade of the Rifle. "Ichika! Get back!" Akatsu shouts, pushing away the blade and slashing Evolt only for Evolt to catch the edge of Akatsu's Katana and toss it out of her hands. "You… Are… A PAIN!" Evolt swings at Akatsu only for Evolt's arm to lock up. "H-Houki… I-Ichika!" A familiar voice speaks.
Evolt:(sighs) You are stubborn, aren't you? Tabane?
Akatsu:(shocked) Nee-san?!
Ichika:(shocked) Tabane?!
Tabane:(struggling) H-Houki! Ichika! Don't give up! K-Keep fighting! You are… Who you chose to-
Evolt:(shakes head) Raagh! Quite you.
Akatsu: Nee-san!(cranks belt) Get out of my Sister's back, NOW!
"Ready Go! World Tree Finish!" Akatsu punches, while Evolt cranks her belt and tilts her head to the side dodging the fist. "Ready? Go! Evoltech Finish!" Evolt punches Akatsu, launching her over me and slams into the side of the Ambulance, her armor fades off as she coughs up blood and collapses onto the ground. "HOUKI!" I shout… "Houki…" I muttered… Clenching my fist, I rise to my feet.
Madoka:(struggling) S-Stop it! It's dangerous to retransform after being forced out of a transformation!
Evolt:(gestures to Madoka) You heard her. What will you do? Will you give up on Sento and Houki's life… or will you offer your life to them?
Ichika:(glances back at Sento) "I won't die for others!"(smiles) guess that's what I'd have said before I met him.
Sento's words echo in my head, "I believe you. That's all." "I will stop you two. Even if I lose myself!" Then I remember the time I spent with Houki. Watching my back, fighting next to me, having my back, giving me hope…
Ichika:(looks at ground) This sucks.(glances at Houki) It's his and your fault I can't stop being a stupid human. Thank you. I'm counting on you two for the rest.
Sento:(looks at Ichika) …
Houki:(looking at Ichika) I-Ichi…
Madoka and Chifuyu:(in sync) STOP IT/DON'T DO IT, ICHIKA!
Ichika:(points at self) I'm… the Hero.
Shaking the Magma bottle in my hand, I open the bottle and insert it into the Magma Knuckle. "Bottle Burn!" Flipping the grip up and over the Knuckle I reinsert it into my belt. "Cross-Z Mamga!" Cranking the belt the crucible rises up behind me. "Are you Ready?!" I put forth my fists in a combat pose. "Henshin!" I shout the crucible pours on top of me. "Infernal Muscles! Cross-Z Magma! Ach Cha cha cha! Achaa~!" A painful strain wraps over my body before I shake it off and charge at Evolt.
IS Cafe… We are Observers…
Chloe slowly opens her eyes and sits up in bed. "Chloe-chan! You're awake!" Sawa exclaims standing up from her chair. Chloe looks around. "Banjou?... Shinonono?" Chloe mutters, Sawa steps over and sits on the bed next to Chloe. "They've both gone to meet with Evolt. I was asked to stay behind and keep an eye." Sawa explains, just then the fridge door opens as a pair of footsteps walk down the steps.
Woman 1: The fridge was the entrance? What's with that?
Woman 2: Who knows.
Sawa:(reaches over into bag) Those aren't the others.
Chloe:(grabs pistol) Be ready.
Sawa and Chloe both draw their guns and rush to hide. As Rain and Forte enter the lab. "The Kaisers?" Chloe muttered, the two walk into the main part of the lab Chloe and Sawa slowly walk up behind the two and point their guns at the back of both heads. "Don't move." Chloe said, Rain and Forte raise their hands. "We mean no harm." Forte said.
Rain: We are just here to talk.
Chloe:(restrains girls) I don't believe you.
Sawa:(pointing gun) Why are you here? Answer that, and we might listen to you.
Rain:(glances behind) We're here to talk to you. Sawa.
Sawa:(looks at Rain) Me? I'm never going back to Namba!
Forte:(turns around) We don't want to either!
Sawa and Chloe look at each other confused. "What do you mean?" Chloe asks, "Release us and let us explain." Rain said, struggling in the handcuffs. "Give us your Gear Bottles and Nebula Steam gun." Sawa said, Rain turns to us. "We don't have them. We left them." Rain said, Chloe pats down the two and looks at Sawa. "They are telling the truth." Chloe said looking at Sawa confused.
Back with Ichika…
The sun sets in the distance as the magma of Cross-Z's armor illuminates the open lot. Flames burn like a raging volcano as the ground under Cross-Z's feet begin to catch fire. "Stop, Banjou! Your body won't last!" Madoka shouts, Cross-Z looks back at Madoka. "It's no big deal." Cross-Z said walking towards Evolt. The heart rate monitor in the ambulance spikes as Sento's face begins to be covered more and more in poison.
Chifuyu:(holding Sento) Sento! Sento, hang on! Please!
Cross-Z:(flames wrap around Cross-Z) Whaaa~!
Evolt:(points at Cross-Z) Heh, that's Me, alright! Ora~!
Evolt's blade ignites becoming a flame edge. Evolt swings, the flame blade extends. Cross-Z raises his right fist up to block. As he clenches, the dragon head on the gauntlet expands and becomes a knuckle gauntlet that blocks the flame blade. The dragon head on the left arm becomes a knuckle gauntlet too, that opens its mouth to blast flame. Cross-Z points the open flame at Evolt pushing her back before Cross-Z charges in to punch with his other fist smashing into Evolt.
Evolt:(stumbles back) Hazard Level 4.9!(swings at Cross-Z) That's great! You're almost there!
Chifuyu:(hugging Sento) Ichika! Hurry!
Cross-Z:(body burning) My power is filled to the Brim!(raises arms to the side) My souls on fire!(smacks knuckles together) My MAGMA IS OVERFLOWING!
Cross-Z immediately throws a punch at Evolt. Evolt blocks the blow as sparks and embers fly off the fists contact with Evolt. The flames burn almost pure white. "Hazard Level 5.0! AhhH~!" Evolt is blown back and hits the ground. The Knuckles retract, as Cross-Z pulls the Magma Knuckle from his belt and removes then inserts the Magma bottle. "Bottle Burn!" Pressing his palm against the knuckle, the knuckle piece burns pure white as Cross-Z slowly approaches Evolt.
Cross-Z:(flames growing) NO ONE CAN STOP ME NOW!
Evolt:(cranks belt) Now!
Sento: Ahhh…Ah…(goes limb)...
Chifuyu:(tearing up) Sento? SENTO!?
Cross-Z:(jumps at Evolt) It's OVER!
Evolt:(clenches fist) Hmm… ORA~!
"Ready? GO!" Evolt and Cross-Z Charge each other, each with their fists raised as they throw it at each other. Chifuyu holds Sento in her arms, tears running down her face. Houki slowly opens her eyes to the battle before her. Madoka still struggles to get up. Evolt and Cross-Z's fists collide and grind against each other as they each approach their targets. "Volcanic Knuckle!" "Evoltec Finish!" Both fits hit their targets. "Achaa~!" "Ciao!" Waves of energy wrap around the two, as their auras turn from orange and yellow into a singular crimson, electricity fills the surrounding air as it ionizes causing the air to excite filling the area with light. Everyone averts their eyes from the blinding light. A shock wave of orange, yellow, then crimson energy enters the sky and blasts out, sending shock waves out over Japan's night sky. The waves of energy pass as the light fades.
We are Maya…
I watch as the waves in the sky fade away. "Banjou-kun…" I mutter under my breath, the bed next to me shifts and I look down at Gentoku, his body patched up and sleeping but seemingly struggling with something. "K-Koji…" I step over to him and kneel down next to the bed. "Father…" He mutters, I caress his head.
Maya: Gentoku-san…(puts hands together) Please everyone be safe…
Back with Ichika…
The light fades as a crater is left in the place of the final blow. Rubble and flames fill the surrounding area as a single figure stands in the center, his face and features are masked by the flames but as the flames quiet down, Madoka and Chifuyu see that Ichika stands alone where once there were two. Ichika glances back towards everyone.
Madoka:(stands up) Did he… Beat Evol?
Chifuyu:(smiles) Ichika… Good job.(looks at Sento) But… Sento is still…
Ichika:(turns to look at Sento) …(waves hand)
In an instant, the purple veins across Sento's body recedes. "Eh?" Chifuyu looks across his body. "The poison is gone?" She mutters, the instruments in the ambulance show that Sento is stabilizing and rapidly recovering. "I…Ichika…" Houki mutters trying to get up to his feet, Madoka steps between Houki and Ichika.
Madoka:(confused) How did you cure Sento of the poison?
Sento:(eyes open) *Gasp* H-Huh?
Chifuyu:(hugs Sento) Sento!
Ichika?:(Evol voice) I helped an enemy in need. Aren't I nice?
Houki:(struggling to get up) Wha… E-Evol?
Sento:(takes off mask) You are…
Ichika takes out the Evol Driver and straps it onto his waist. "Evol Driver!" "I-Ichika… Ichika!" Houki sputters reaching out. Ichika holds up his right hand and wraps it as energy materializes into the form of a blue Dragon bottle.
The bottle is similar to the Cobra Evol Bottle with a blue body, Cross-Z emblem, and a dragon head on the jumper.
Opening the bottle caps, Ichika inserts them into the Evol Driver. "Dragon! Rider System! Evolution!" Ichika cranks the belt and Houki's eyes widen. "ICHIKA~!" She screams out as the armor runners from around Ichika. "Are you Ready?" Ichika crosses his arms. "Henshin." The armor closes on Ichika transforming him. "Dragon! Dragon! Evol Dragon!" The energy fades as now standing before them in a new suit. Is Evol. Evol looks upon his new suit and chuckles.
Evol:(rubs wrist) Phase 2, Complete.
