(rising up underwater rays of light beaming down, as we exit the water we see Sento holding the Rabbit Bottle. He turns to look at us as we zoom in on his eye. His red eye turns blue, then into a rainbow of colors. Scene changes to the Pandora Box as it opens)

(We move out to the Japan skyline, a massive tower in the center of Japan as we pan up to the sky.)

(Change to a sky view as every Rider passes by with a concerned look on their face.)

(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand off against each other.)
Everything is bright
(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to a hidden Winged Rider flapping his wings out, flying past and taking up view is a Glowing Red Dragon Rider. View changes to upper body, their body's still shrouded but with another shadow behind both, as our view is split down the middle.)

(We pass in a flyby of every character not connected to the Riders.)

(Change to Chifuyu Smiling at the Camera)
(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)
(Namba stands with his cane as the same red and blue lights illuminates him)
(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)
Construct 124: Tower of Destruction part 1
Madoka: Civil War breaks out over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within it. Touto's Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento is poisoned by the alien lifeform Evolt who destroyed Mars, and loses consciousness. Then something strange happens to Banjou during his battle against Evolt.
Chloe: Eh? What do you mean by "Something strange?"
Madoka: Mii-tan! Ah- I get nervous if it's just the two of us…
Chloe: Just answer me, what happened to Ichika?! What about Houki?! And why does Grease have to do the recap at a time like this!?
Madoka: You still call me Grease? Oh man… I want you to call me Mado-chan! What will happen in Construct 124?!
We are Observers…
Opening the bottle caps, Ichika inserts them into the Evol Driver. "Dragon! Rider System! Evolution!" Ichika cranks the belt and Houki's eyes widen. "ICHIKA~!" She screams out as the armor runners from around Ichika. "Are you Ready?" Ichika crosses his arms. "Henshin." The armor closes on Ichika transforming him. "Dragon! Dragon! Evol Dragon! Ph-HA HA HAHAHAHa~!" Everyone watches on as the energy around Ichika fades away. Now standing before them in a new suit. Is Evol. Evol looks upon his new suit and chuckles.
Most of the Evol Dragon Suit has the same body and armor of Evol Cobra, minus the rings on the shoulder armor that are rounded now, and the new helmet. The Helmet is Cross-Z's helmet with the colors changed to fit Evol's color palette.
Evol:(rubs wrist) Phase 2, Complete.
Chifuyu:(helps Sento up) That's… Not Ichika…
Houki:(reaching out) I-Ichika…
Sento:(shakes head) No… He's been taken by Evolt…
Evolt:(points at Sento) Bingo, Sen-chan. I've possessed Banjou.(picks up briefcase.) I will just take this. Next on the shopping list, it's time to take Pandora's Box.
Evolt turns and walks into the building. "W-Wait!" Sento shakes off Chifuyu and follows after. "Sento you can't! Your body is still recovering from the poison!" Chifuyu shouts.
Inside…
Evolt walks down a long hallway to a secured steel door. "Cute." Evolt said as he put the palm of his hand on the door. The steel brightens and begins to melt down. Stepping over the molten steel, Evolt enters into an isolated room where sitting upon a table and locked by clamps and reinforced glass is the Pandora Box. "At last, the final piece." Evolt mutters.
Sento: Wait…(takes out belt) I won't let you have Pandora's Box!
Back outside…
Madoka:(setting Houki into Ambulance) … Evolt possessed Ichika…(clenches fist) Damn it.(turns around to Chifuyu) You think, Teach will be alright?
Chifuyu:(stares up at the building) I can only hope… Wait…
Chifuyu rushes over to someone passed out inside the crater. "W-Wait! Nee-san!" Madoka shouts running after, Chifuyu jumps into the crater and over to the body. "What's… Wrong?" Madoka trails off seeing the one lying on the floor. Chifuyu kneels down and feels the still warm flesh of the woman passed out on the ground.
Inside… We are Sento
Evolt:(glances over shoulder) You think you can beat me in your condition?
Sento:(inserts Trigger) Shut up! I'll protect Pandora's Box!
Evolt:(looks back at Box) …Sigh~ Alright. Let's rock then?
Pressing the Blue Button on the Trigger twice I reach into my coat to retrieve my Bottle. "MAX HAZARD ON!" Pulling the Full Full Bottle, I give it a shake and split and then connect it then insert the bottle into the belt. "Rabbit! Rabbit and Rabbit!" I crank the belt as I shout. "Henshin!" The Press forms stamps and I fly into the armor pieces. "Overflow! Rabbit Rabbit! Yabe! Hayei~!" I charge in and throw my fist at Evolt.
Build:(fist is caught) Why are you in Ichika's Body?!
Evolt:(looks at Build) I haven't told you yet?(pushes aside hand and hits Build) -Ah, no of course not. You were in too much pain to hear. Well, Banjou and I were originally a single entity. Together we destroyed Mars, but 23 years ago, an unmanned probe from your planet arrived. I split off and then hid a portion of my genes inside it.(steps over to bui.d) All to find the next planet to destroy. When that broken off piece of me arrived on Earth, it entered the Body of Banjou's Mother. But then something unexpected happened.(kicks Build) It possessed the unborn Banjou instead of her.
I stand up and charge at Evolt, creating a nano blade and swinging at him. Evolt dodges to the left and right then catches the edge of my blade. "When he was born, that lifeform lost both my memories and abilities." Evolt snaps off the blade, then raises it over his head then down on me. Producing a small shield I block the blade as Evolt pushes down on me. "When he did, he became a mere ordinary human." Absorbing the blade into my shield, I push and kick Evolt off.
Build:(standing up) So Ichika was a part of you!... What about-
Evolt:(hits Build) Oh? Houki? No, but her similarities are similar.(Build grapples Evolt) Maybe another of my kind, managed to survive though her? Who knows? Either way, didn't you already have your own suspicions?
Build:(clenches fist) … Of course not!(punches Evolt)
Evolt: See that's why-
Build:(grabs and slams Evolt against a pillar) Shut up!
Evolt:(pushes then grabs Build by the throat lifting him up) … I came to this planet, to retrieve the lifeform that possessed Banjou…(punches Build to the ground) By possessing the Astronaut, Tabane Shinonono, who came in the manned probe.
Turning my right arm into a hammer I swing at Evolt, only for him to grab then pull apart the construct while pulling me to my feet. I swing around throwing my left fist at Evolt. The left gauntlet forms into a drill that Evolt catches with one hand and crushes the drill tip. The drill explodes, as I struggle to keep myself standing up. Grabbing the crank of his belt, Evolt cranks the belt and walks towards me clenching his fist. "Ready? Go! Evoltec Finish! Ciao~!" Evolt punches me a surge of electricity pumps though me as the armor fades and I drop to the ground.
Evolt:(drops arm to side) After failing to open Pandora's Box in Tabane's Body, I went to meet your father, Katsuragi Shinobu. Coincidentally, Katsuragi Shinobu was researching Banjou. So, I threatened him and made him work with me.(pats belt) It was Katsuragi Shinobu who restored the Evol Driver.(sits down) Your father really regretted working with me.
Sento:(looks up at Evolt) S-So that's why he committed suicide?
Evolt:(shrugs) Probably. I made Banjou go through all those ordeals in order to raise his Hazard Level. And he finally reached 5.0, the level needed to reunite with me.(leans in on Sento) Now do you understand? Sen-chan?...(stands up) Chit-chats over. I'm taking Pandora's Box.
As Evolt is about to step away from me, I reach out and grab Evolt by the leg. "I won't let you have it." I said, holding onto the leg as hard as I could. "Do you know why I even bothered to extract the poison out of you?" Evolt kicks me off him as I stumble back. "Because I have another job for you." Evolt walks over to Pandora's Box. He picks up the bottles and box and begins to fade into the air. Transforming into energy. "Ciao!" He said speeding away.
The next day, Pandora Tower… We are Observers…
Within the inner chambers of the tower, Namba stomps over to Evolt sitting in his new armor. With the Pandora Box in the center and a black Pandora Pannel sitting across it. "Did you deceive me to obtain the Evol Driver?" Namba asks, pointing with his cane. Evolt stands up, putting his hands up to explain himself.
Evolt:(pats belt) It is true that I'm the only person who can use this.(turns away) But that means I'm now the ultimate weapon.(turns and points at Namba) I'm still loyal to you. I did bring Pandora's Box, didn't I?
Namba:(turns to box) Just one more Bottle…(slowly hugs box) and the forbidden energy within will me mine! I will rule the world! A true Japanese Empire is within my Grasp!
Evolt:(crosses arms) That's great and all but… Please don't drool over the box will ya? I just got it here.
IS Cafe… We are Madoka…
I watch over Houki and Sento's sleeping bodies. Houki is still recovering from her injuries and Sento is still recovering from the poison. 'Houki and Bro were close… Getting together after Bro's old- After Kasumi died. I can't imagine Houki taking this well.' I can't help but sigh as I glance at Chifuyu-nee, wrapped up with Sento and holding his hand. "Damn reckless fool." I muttered under my breath.
Woman: Grease… How are they?
Madoka:(turns around) Mii-tan… Both are still asleep. Chifuyu refuses to leave Sento… How's Tabane?
Chloe:(shakes head) She's still unconscious. But, Evolt seems to be gone from him at least. I hope everyone's alright.
Touto General Hospital… We are Observers…
Sawa watches over the comatosed body of Tabane the silent sounds of the Hospital room.
IS Cafe Underground Labs…
Madoka:(turns to bed) Yeah…
'Hm? … Wait. I'm alone with Mii-tan, Seriously?!' Madoka's face suddenly warms up as she puts her hands on her cheeks and turns away. 'N-No! Get Serious Madoka! Houki, her sister, Mii-tan's savior, and Teach are both unconscious.' I turn back and look at Chifuyu and Sento wrapped up together. 'I shouldn't be happy at a time like this.' I give myself a slap across the face. 'Wait, this is when Mii-tan needs me to support her! Yeah! that's it!' Looking at Mii-tan, her face set on Houki.
'I'm the only one who can do that!'(points at self) 'This is my best chance, chance, chance to get upgraded from Grease to Mado-chan! I can see it already! I will fan the flame and embrace her gently!'
Stretching out my arm I move to wrap it around Mii-tan's shoulder. Yet I cannot seem to grasp her shoulder. 'Come on arm! I just… but-guh!?' My hand cannot seem to grasp, I push to just place my palm- Sento suddenly opens his eyes and stands up. "Sento?" Mii-tan exclaims, Chifuyu opens her eyes too and looks at Sento. 'OH COME ON!' I drop my hand to my side. "Sento! You're awake!" Chifuyu said smiling.
Sento:(looks at Chloe and Chifuyu) What happened to Pandora's Box?!
Madoka:(air punching) Stan Hansen… Stan Hansen…
Sento: Did he open it?
Chloe:(shakes head) Not yet, I think. Pandora's Tower is still the same.
Chifuyu:(Sento tries to move) Don't be reckless! You haven't recovered yet!
Sento:(tries to move) I've got to go…
Chloe: Even if you go… You'll have to fight Evolt who's in Ichika's body.
Sento:(putting on shoes) I had a dream. When I was poisoned… I heard his voice.
Ichika:(flashback)'This sucks. It's you and Houki's fault I can't stop being a stupid human… Heh, Thank you… I'm counting on you for the rest. I'm… the Hero.'
Madoka:(leans against the railing of the bed) That wasn't a dream.(points to Houki) It was his words to you and her.
Houki:(slowly sits up) I-I heard them to…
Chloe:(steps over to Houki) Houki!... Thank goodness you're awake too.
Sento:(glances at Houki) Houki…(start standing up) In that case…(helps Houki up) We have to live up to his expectations.
Chifuyu:(looks at two) But, in your conditions.
Sento:(looks at Chifuyu) We're the only ones who can save Ichika.
Chloe:(looks at Sento) Sento…
Madoka:(stands up) That's great and all but… What are you two going to do?
Sento:(looks at Madoka) The reason he hasn't opened Pandora's Box is because he doesn't have all the Bottles yet.
Madoka: But we already gave him all of Touto's Bottles.
Houki:(ties hair into a ponytail) Not all of them.
Sento grabs his phone and quickly dials up a number and puts the phone to his ear. "It's me. We need to talk." Sento said.
