(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand off against each other.)
Everything is bright
(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to a hidden Winged Rider flapping his wings out, flying past and taking up view is a Glowing Red Dragon Rider. View changes to upper body, their body's still shrouded but with another shadow behind both, as our view is split down the middle.)

(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)
(Namba stands with his cane as the same red and blue lights illuminates him)
(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)
Construct 125: Tower of Destruction part 2
At the Touto Docks… We are Observers…
Sawa stands at the docks carrying with her two bags, she sets them down on the deck. A discrete boat pulls into the docks. The ship drops anchor as a ramp is placed down on the dock. 4 German girls in black uniforms step out. "You're our contact?" One of the girls asks Sawa. Sawa nods, handing the girl a data stick. "Present this to the UN. It should give them everything they need." Sawa said, the girl saluted Sawa and grabbed the bags and brought them into the ship. "Black Rabbits, we are not going to stay here long." The girl orders.
Black Rabbit 1:(places bags on deck) Get ready to sail.
Black Rabbit girls: Mam!
Black Rabbit 1:(turns back to Sawa) So where are our passengers?
Sawa looks back towards the docks. "They should be here soon." Sawa said, just then Rain and Musel walk over. "Sorry for the wait." Musel said, Rain and Musel are dressed in casual discrete clothing. "No, that's fine. Thank you for coming." Sawa said, walking over to the two. Sawa does another look around the area.
Sawa:(looks at the two) But… Are you sure you two want to do this?
Musel:(nods) I am… I don't want to but…(turns to Rain) Rain is…
Rain: I'm not convinced…(looks at Sawa) My whole life was for Namba Heavy Industries… I swore my life in the service of the president.
Sawa:(steps over to Rain) I once believed the same as you… But being away from Namba changed my whole world view. It will do the same for you. Trust me.
Musel:(grabs Rain's hand) Please Rain, I don't want to lose you…
Rain's face softens as she grabs Musel's hands back. "I… I'll go." Rain said, Sawa pats Rain on the back and gestures to the two to board the boat. "One more thing before you go. It's best if you go without your Bottles and Nebula Steamgun." Sawa puts out her hands. "Could you hand them over?" Sawa asks.
Rain:(looks at Sawa) We already handed them off.
Sawa: To who?
Rain: To Aunt.
Sawa:(confused) What?!
IS Cafe… We are Sento
I sit across from a recovered Gentoku with a cup of tea placed in front of him. He takes out the last Full Bottle and sets it on the table between us. "Is this the Bottle you want?" Gentoku asks. I shake my head, as Yamada and the others watch from behind the counter. "It's not that we want it." I said, sliding the bottle back his way. Gentoku looks confused as he picks up and pockets the bottle once again.
Sento:(picks up cup of tea) We just don't want Pandora's Box to be opened.(takes a sip) Will you work with us?
Madoka:(glances over) …
Houki:(looks at Madoka) … Madoka? Are you alright?
Madoka:(looks up at Houki) …(turns away) It's nothing.
Sento:(sets down cup) You're no longer the same Himuro Gentoku after all.
Gen:(looks in the reflection of the tea) That does not mean the Crimes I have committed have just been washed away.
Maya:(watching Gen) Himuro-san…
Evolt:(coming from all directions) Why are you all gathered for this depressing talk? It really ruins the mood of the Cafe.
In the corner of the room, Ichika, rather Evolt, materializes leaning against a pillar in the room. Everyone jumps to their feet at the sudden appearance. "B-Banjou-kun?" Yamada asks, Evolt simply smirks at us. "No… It's Evolt." Madoka states reaching for her belt. Evolt claps his hands together and points at Madoka. "Bingo!" Evolt exclaims.
Ichika:(steps forwards) I wanted to invite you guys to the ceremony.(puts up hand) Ah- But… The Queen of Mars is blacklisted.
With a flick of his hand, Chloe suddenly collapses only to be caught by Chifuyu. "Chloe? Chloe?!" Chifuyu exclaims. "Ah!" Gentoku exclaims. "Mii-tan!" Madoka shouts. "Chloe?!" Houki and I both exclaim. Ichika flashes across the room, grabbing up Madoka, Houki, Me, and Gentoku as my vision is engulfed by blue light.
Pandora Tower Upper Levels…
Dumped to the ground, I feel soft dead grass beneath me. The four of us gather ourselves as we look around at where we are. We are in an isolated area of the tower, with the large walls of the Skywall bocking everything but an open sky. "This is…" I muttered. Houki hits me on the shoulder and points ahead. "S-Sensei! Evolt is-!" Houki exclaims, I look up to see Evolt inserting the last bottle into a Red Pandora Panel.
Sento:(stands up) No…
Ichika:(shows off Panel) What do you think of my Power?
Houki:(gets up) Sensei! The panel it's-
Just as Houki finishes the word, the Red Panel glows. Evolt drops the panel as it floats on its own and attaches to the Box. A red pillar of light blasts out of the box into the sky like a beacon as the ground begins to shake. The walls of the Tower begin to shift like a Rubix cube, aligning together to make a second layer in the tower. It rises up, as we follow it. The moving of the tower is like riding a massive elevator. A third wall Layer rises and lifts us higher and higher, when after we rise above the city skyline we stop.
Sento:(looking around) Pandora's Tower…(looks around) Rose…
Ichika:(Belt appears on waist) I'll be taking the last Bottle, the Phoenix Bottle back if you don't mind.
Houki:(takes out bottle) Like hell we will! Give us back Ichika!
Ichika:(chuckles and shakes head) Oh~ you stupid girl…(eyes glow crimson) You know that's not how it's going to go down.
Evolt raises his bottle, opens them, and inserts them into his belt. "Cobra! Rider System! Evolution!" As he does that we strap on our own belt and ready our armors. "Rabbit!" "Danger!" "Crusher!" "Life Continues on!" We insert our bottles in and take our positions. "Henshin!" The four of us shout cranking our belts. "Are you Ready?!" "Henshin!" Evolt shouts as his armor attaches onto him. "Evol Cobra!" "Rabbit Rabbit!" "In Rogue~ ORA!" "Grease Crusher! ORIYA~!" "Akatsubaki Yggdrasill! OH YEAH~!" Ready in our armor we all charge Evolt and engage him.
Inside the Pandora Tower… We are Observers…
Utsumi and Namba watch the fight unfold from within the tower. "Finally!" Utsumi exclaims, turning back to look at Namba. "Pandora's Box will become yours, President Namba!" Utsumi exclaims, but his look changes when he sees Namba's expression. "President Namba?" Utsumi asks.
Namba:(looking at screen) For now, I have no interest in opening that box.(trembling in excitement) This forbidden energy must only be used when at its zenith!
Back with Sento… We are Sento…
Me, Akatsu, Grease, and Rogue all throw our fists. Evolt phases behind me, my back forms a shield that blocks the punch. I kick Evolt back, keeping my back flat. Akatsu jumps over me and kicks Evolt swinging her blade to keep Evolt moving. Rogue runs in from the side to swing at Evolt, Akatsu swings at the same time. Evolt jumps and flips in the air dodging both attacks, with one hand Evolt flips back into the air and with a spin kick knocks Rogue and Akatsu away. Grease jumps into the air cranking her belt. "Scrap Finish!" She jumps kicks down at Evolt while I stretch out both arms to grab Evolt and pin him. Only for Evolt to catch and use my arms to whip me into the air. Grease slams into me as I drop to the ground. Grease then falls into an uppercut from Evolt
Akatsu:(getting up) This isn't working!
Build:(getting up) If I get the Bottles then-
Rogue:(steps over) I'll act as a decoy.(hands phoenix bottle) Use the opportunity to take the Bottles.(draws pistol) I'm counting on you.
Build:(looks at Akatsu) Come on, let's go!
Evolt holds up a green Pandora panel and prepares to add it to the box, when Rogue comes in shooting at him. Rogue attacks with his Nebula Steamgun, only for Evolt to wrap his arm around Rogue's arm and pull the gun out his hand then elbowing Rogue back. "I will avenge my father!" Rogue proclaims cranking his belt. "Crack up Finish!" Rogue jump kicks Evolt, pinning him between the jaws and blasting him back, causing Evolt to drop a Pandora Panel with all its bottles still in it. "Sensei! Now!" Akatsu shouts as I run over to grab it. Evolt shoots me, but Grease comes in grabbing and holding Evolt with the Funnels and locking her arms around Evolt's. "Teach, Now! Hurry!" Grease shouts.
"Get lost!" Evolt exclaims shooting Grease in the face then effortlessly smashes the Crusher Funnels. Evolt turns to Grease creating a ball of energy that grabs Grease and with a small blast, blows Grease off the Tower. "Madoka!" Akatsu and I both shout as Rogue charges Evolt, flipping and knocking the panel to Akatsu. "Hurry up!" Rogue shouts, knocking Evolt's gun out of his hand and engaging him.
Evolt:(graples Rogue) Really? Now you play the hero? After you started the war too. How convenient.(cranks belt) Your crimes will never be erased!
Evolt tosses Rogue up into the air, as he clenches his fist. "Ready Go!" Evolt punches Rogue, blasting him off the Tower. "Evoltech Finish! Ciao~!" I grab the Pandora panel as I see him fly off the tower. "Gentoku!" I shout. "Houki! Cover me!" I shout pulling two bottles from the Panel and replacing them in my belt. Akatsu keeps Evolt busy as I insert the bottles into my belt. "Kaizoku! Ressha! SUPER Best Match!" I crank the belt as the press forms around me. "Build up!" The press slams against me forming the armor. "Uncontrol Switch Black Hazard! Yabe!~" I take aim with the Kaizoku Ressha and fire on Evolt.
Evolt:(dodges and dives out of the way) Trying out different attack patterns with Hazard Form again?
Build:(moving back and shooting) Houki! Keep him still!
Akatsu:(dodging and swinging) I, Am, Trying! Ah! The bottles!
Evolt:(kneels down and picks up a bottle) After all, you can endure it much longer now.(shakes bottle) But too bad.
Evolt replaces his Cobra bottle with the Gatling bottle. He cranks the belt as pipes from the Hawk-Gattlinger. "I've already seen that form before." Evolt said, grabbing the Gattlinger. "Ready Go! Engine Cannon! Finish!" Akatsu steps over next to me. "Sensei!" Akatsu exclaims removing the bottle from her belt and into her blade. I nod, pulling back the train on the bow I take aim. Akatsu inserts the bottle into the grip of her blade. "Life Bloom, OVERFLOW!" Akatsu enters a slashing stance ready to swing, while Evolt spins the magazine of the Gattlinger. "Local Train! Express Train! Rapid Train! Kaizoku Train! Depart!" Letting go of the train it flies at Evolt, Evolt fires back. "100! Full Bullet!" Both attacks hit each other exploding upon contact. "NOW!" I shout as Akatsu swings with her blade, a massive tree shaped wave slams into Evolt wrapping around him then blooms into a tree before exploding. "Sensei! While you still can!" Akatsu exclaims, I run over to the panel and pick up a pair.
Outside the tower… We are Observers…
Madoka and Gentoku pull themselves next to a damaged building hoisting themselves up. "Houki…" Madoka mutters looking back up at the tower. "..." Gen is silent as he looks at the tower. "I'm counting on ya… Teach." Madoka said.
Back with Sento…
Standing up, I shake the Dragon and Lock bottles. Inserting the bottles into my belt. "Dragon! Lock! Super Best Match!" I crank my belt as the armor forms. "Are you Ready? Uncontrol Switch! Black Hazard! Yabe~!" The armor swapped out, as I summoned the blade into my hand. "Beat Crosser!" "Let's go!" I exclaim activating the plasma blade. "Right!" Akatsu and I charge and swing at Evolt as he ducks and dodges our swings.
Evolt:(blocks blade) Aww, you brought Banjou's Dragon with you?(glances right) How touching.
Akatsu:(swings blade) Ha~!(Evolt jumps back) Damn! Sorry, Sensei!
Evolt:(tosses gattlinger aside) In that case, I'll bring you down with something created from Banjou's Body!
Evolt replaces the Cobra bottle with the blue dragon bottle. "Dragon! Rider System! Evolution!" Evolt cranks the belt as the armor forms, the runner and ring closes. "Are you Ready?! Evol Dragon!" The armor rings shatter as a layer of energy tears off Evolt's suit revealing the Dragon form. Into his hand, Evolt summons another Beat Crosser.
Evolt:(points blade at Build) Well? Can you win against Banjou's strength fused with mine?
Akatsu:(points blade) Damn Body snatcher!
Build:(keeps blade up) Houki, don't lose focus!
Akatsu and I run and Evolt and swing at him. Evolt blocks my blade then Akatsu's blade with his right arm. Evolt pushes away both our blades while spinning around in the air. Akatsu jumps after as she and Evolt clash though the air pulling away from me. The two land on the ground and Akatsu pulls the trigger of her blade eight times. "Muspelheim! Muspel Magma!" Akatsu slams the tip of her blade into the ground as the ground below her and Evolt rapidly heats up and turns into magma as it, the magma forms into streams and splashes on Evolt trapping him in an obsidian shell.
Akatsu:(takes out Magma Bottle) It's over!
Evolt:(obsidian cracks) Is that right?(breaks out of shell) And how- Oh?
Akatsu:(holds up Magma Knuckle) Let's see how you like this?!
Akatsu inserts the Magma Bottle into the Knuckle. "Bottle Burn!" Pressing her hand on the knuckle. Evolt cranks his belt and the two charge each other. "Evoltech Finish!" "Volcanic Knuckle!" The two throw their fists at each other. "Houki?" Ichika speaks, Akatsu hesitates and Evolt hits Akatsu, blowing her into the ground. "Houki!" I shout, Evolt charges up close to me. "Don't lose your head now." Evolt swings at me, Evolt keeps swinging, keeping me on the offensive before we enter a blade lock. "Urgh!" A stinging pain shoots through my head. "Hazard is at its limit…!" Evolt pushes me back then slashes me knocking to the ground. I roll across the ground then push myself back up, pulling out the Full Full Bottle. "In that case… Build up!" Shaking then inserting the bottle I crank my belt as the Tanks roll up and fire upon Evolt. "Are you Ready?! Tank Tank! Yabe!~ Tsue~!" The tanks attach as I pull out the Full Bottle Buster and a gatling gun on my shoulder. Firing on Evolt, he charges by deflecting my buster rounds but Evolt's armor gets shredded by my gatling gun. Coming in close, I swap the Buster to its blade mode as the gatling gun folds away.
Evolt:(swings blade) Not bad.(armor reforming) But it's futile, since even this amazing invention is nothing but a tool for war!
Build:(presses back against Evolt) You're one to talk! You started this war when you came and brought the Box to Earth!(pushes away blade) If it weren't for you,(swings at Evolt) the country wouldn't have been torn into three! And there wouldn't have been war!
Evolt:(laughs) Is that what you Really think? Even if I never came to Earth… You humans would still have eventually gone to war.
Build:(charges Evolt) Bullshit!
Evolt:(swings back around) Is it?!(attacks Build) Tabane had the Idea for the IS, long before coming to Mars, that kind of invention would have surely started a war! Let's not forget about Phantom Task either!(kicks Build back) Their whole existence is tied to starting the next World War!(swings at Build) Like I told you, Science leads to destruction.(enters bladelock) The more advanced and convenient technology becomes, the more people stop thinking.(Breaks lock and slashes Build) Eventually, they'll unwittingly throw themselves into war. Just look at Russia and Ukraine! The only reason Putin wanted that land was because it belonged to the former Soviet Union. That's it! No more, no less! This and more! Is the future! The future… That science brings!
Evolt charges me and swings at me. I parry each swing then grab Evolts wrist and twist it under. "Humans aren't that simple!" I shout swinging at Evolt which he blocks. I push against Evolt, treads on my legs pushing Evolt back. "Even if we make mistakes…" I shout kicking Evolt back as the tires in the tank treads open up to reveal lenses that fire lasers that bend. They fly into Evolt pushing him back.
Build:(lasers fire at Evolt) …We do research to make sure that the same thing doesn't happen again!(comes close to Evolt) That's the duty of Scientists!(swings blade) Your viewpoint is arbitrary! You can't Judge someone on their worst qualities! Our world is not perfect! But I still Believe in Humanity!
I go back on the offensive slashing at Evolt. Each time we parry our blades, I fire a laser into him. Again and again I chip at him, breaking his armor and pushing him back. I swing my left leg and trip Evolt up, I slam him to the ground and press my blade down upon him. The chest plate of my suit opens up as energy begins to build up for a blast. Evolt's head shakes. "S-Sento… It's me." Ichika's voice speaks. 'Ichika?!' "H-Help me!" Ichika please. "I-Ichika?! H-Hold on!" Evolt suddenly slides the Dragon bottle into the Beat Crosser. "Special Tune!" "An opening!" "Shit!" Evolt slashes me, opening a large gash in the chest reactor. Evolt spins around pulling the pommel of the blade. "Hit Parade! Smash Slash!" Slashing one more time I toss back and onto the ground my armor fading off me as the bottles I was carrying all drop to the floor, me along with it.
Sento:(trying to get up) No! The bottles…
Houki:(eyes open) Ichika- Sensei!(looks at Evolt) Ah!
Evolt:(steps over to bottles) Wasn't that a nice voice?(picking up bottles) I'm great with this thing, I could've become a popular Seiyuu with cords like this!
Meanwhile, inside the tower… We are Observers…
Namba and Utsumi watch as Evolt picks up the remaining bottles. "He's trying to open Pandora's Box! Stop him!" Namba orders. "Right!" Utsumi nods, running towards the exit of the room. "Kaisers! Let's move!" He shouts as Engine and Remote Kaisers follow after.
Back with Sento…
Evolt inserts the last bottle into the panel and hovers it before the box. The Green Panel glows and reattaches onto the Box. Another pillar of red light beams into the air as the ground begins the shake again. In the sky, I see the parts of the wall fly over to the tower. A whirlwind of dust surrounds the tower as rubble from buildings around the tower is caught up in the whirlwind. "What's going on?!" I shout watching the tower grow. Parts of the tower are attached, raising the tower further and further higher. When Utsumi and the Kasiers run into the Arena.
Utsumi:(stops and looks at Evolt) Stop this now!(points Steamgun) Bastard, what the hell do you think you're-
Evolt:(flicks hand at Utsumi) Fuck off.
Utsumi and The Kaisers are knocked to the ground. Evolt takes out the final Red Panel and it flies and attaches onto the Box. The ray of light glows even brighter as I see the walls, all of the remaining parts of the Skywall being pulled out of the ground and attached onto the Pandora Tower.
Evolt:(takes out Last Panel) At Last! The time has come! Humanity! TASTE DESPAIR!
Sento:(reaches out) STOP IT~!
Houki:(tears running down her face) ICHIKA~!
Evolt slams the last panel into the Box. The beam of light from the box is cut off as each of the box panels glows their color, the Box changes with all of the bottles now visible with the panel colors also on the surface. The box floats and spins the air as it fires another ray of light into the air. The sky turns dark as black thunder rains down from the skies. The tower extends upwards into the sky, the arena we are in changes as pillars rise from the ground. The tower goes higher and higher into the sky, going high past any other building in the world. The air becomes thin as I stare up at the sky. Each piece of the Skywall attaches to grow the tower.
Sento:(staring up) This is… The power of Pandora…
Houki:(staring up) A power to destroy… Worlds…
Evolt:(laughs) This is it! The Climax Event! The Big Finally is finally HERE! IT'S THE END OF THE EARTH BABY! Heh heh heh…(breaths in) HA HA HA HA HA HA HA~!
