(We move out to the Japan skyline, a massive tower in the center of Japan as we pan up to the sky.)

(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand off against each other.)

(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to a hidden Winged Rider flapping his wings out, flying past and taking up view is a Glowing Red Dragon Rider. View changes to upper body, their body's still shrouded but with another shadow behind both, as our view is split down the middle.)

(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)
(Namba stands with his cane as the same red and blue lights illuminates him)
(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)
Construct 128: The lost Genius
Sento: Pandora's Box, which contains a massive amount of energy is opened by the alien lifeform Evolt. Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento, fights Evolt and attempts to save a possessed Ichika but gets possessed himself instead.
Ichika: Are you really Sento? Or are you Evolt?
Sento: Of course I'm Sento.
Ichika: Then make me a coffee!
Sento:(sets down coffee) Okay, here.
Ichika:(sips) Terrible! You're Evolt!
Evolt: Guess you've found me out. Carry on with the Construct 128 already!
We are Ichika…
Evolt examines the bottle as he retrieves his Evol Driver. "Hmm… Well, whatever." Evolt strap the belt onto his waist. "Evol Driver!" Evolt pulls out the Rider bottle and inserts both into the belt. "Rabbit! Rider System! Evolution!" Evolt cranks the belt as everyone watches on as a new runner and rings form around Evolt. "Are you Ready?!" Evolt crosses his arms. "Henshin." "Rabbit! Rabbit! Evol Rabbit! Pf-Ha HA HA HA HA~!" The new armor stands tall in the bright light.
Evolt:(gestures with visior) Phase 3 Complete…
Evol Rabbit is the same body suit as Dragon but now with the blue of the shoulder, arms, and thighs are now blue. The helmet is now a twin Rabbit Visior, with a splash of gold between the seams of the two visior parts.
Madoka:(holds up Jelly) Now Sento too?
Houki:(points at Evolt) Ah! The Evol Trigger!
Evolt presses the trigger only for nothing to happen. "Sigh~ Didn't think it'd work anyway…" Evolt said, looking over his new body. "I can't control the power of Pandora's Box like this, force-jumped into a human." Evolt puts away the trigger and looks down at his hand and clenches it tightly. "Now you've done it!" Evolt screams in a clear look of anger. Houki pats me on the shoulder and hands me the Magma Knuckle and Magma Bottle. I grab them and turn to Evolt.
Ichika:(steps forwards) What are you mumbling about?(shakes bottle) Return Sento now!
Houki:(takes out bottle) Don't even think of running!
Madoka:(opens jelly) You're not getting out of here in one piece you, ass!
Holding up our belts the three of us strap on our belts then insert our bottles. "Bottle Burn! Cross-Z Magma!" "Life Blooms ON!" "Robot Jelly!" "Are you Ready?!" The three of us crank our belts and shout. "Henshin!" "Akatsu Yggdrasill!" "Robot in Grease Oorah!" The armor appears on Akatsu and Grease… But nothing happens for me.
Grease and Akatsu:(looks at Ichika) Huh?/What happened?
Evolt:(shrugs) Too bad. You can't transform anymore.
Chifuyu:(looks at Evolt) What have you done?!
Ichika:(cranking belt) Why?! Why can't I transform?!
Evolt:(shrugs) That's because you don't have my genes in you anymore.(Ichika looks at Evolt) I absorbed the genes that were in your body.(crosses arms) Basically, you've been downgraded to an ordinary Human now.(looks at Ichika) You should celebrate, hit the town. Your wish has been granted.
Akatsu:(steps forward) Then In that case. I'll save Sento!
Grease:(charges past Akatsu) Count me in on that!
Grease runs up to Evolt hitting him but not phasing him at all. Grease attempts to jump kick him only for Evolt to kick her while she's in the air knocking her to the ground. "He's become even stronger!" I said watching the fight unfold. "I'm seriously pissed off right now. Playtime's over!" Evolt grabs Grease and tosses her high into the sky. "I could say the same thing!" Akatsu shouts twin balls of light from in between her hands as she puts them out and a spiraling beam blasts into Evolt. Evolt simply puts out her hand and blocks the black, but the blast puts him on the back foot as he slides back. "Tch! You bitch!" Evolt cranks his belt as he disappears. "Are you Ready?!" "Wha-?!" Akatsu shouts when Evolt appears behind her. "Evoltech Finish! Ciao!" Evolt raises his leg to kick. "SHi-" Evolt kicks Akatsu, slamming her into Madoka as the two go careening into the side of a building. "Houki!" I shout. "Madoka!" Chifuyu shouts.
Ichika:(looks at Houki) Seriously?
Evolt:(sighs) Fine. I'll just retrieve Pandora's Box and call it a day.(looks at Ichika) It's at the Cafe, right?
Chifuyu and Ichika:(charges Evolt) Like hell we'll let you!
IS Cafe… We are Observers…
Sawa walks down the steps and comes upon Chloe, her eyes a normal green. "Wha~!" Sawa said, surprised. "You suddenly became Bernage." Sawa surmises looking at Chloe's green eyes. "Evolt is coming…" "Eh?" Bernage walks to Pandora's Box. "...To take the box." Bernage said, stepping up to the Box.
Sawa:(runs over) Eh?! That's bad! We need to evacuate the box!
Without a word, Bernage reaches out her arm as the whole room begins to shake. "Wha-! Bernage-san! We need to run!" Sawa shouts, grabbing hold of Bernage and attempting to pull her away. A light from the bangle engulfs the entire room with light.
Back with Ichika…
Me and Chifuyu are both knocked to the ground powerless to let Evolt leave. "Ciao!~" Evolt said walking off and then phased away and disappeared from view.
We are Observers…
Evolt teleports in front of the IS Cafe, his back facing the front of the store. He turns around but looks around. "This can't be right?!" Evolt said, rubbing the visior of his helmet. He rushes inside only to see absolutely nothing. Where once the IS Cafe was, now is rubble as if the entire store was torn off its hinges and pulled somewhere else. Evolt steps out of the empty building.
Evolt:(facepalms) Damn it! Of course, Bernage's doing… Sigh~ That bitch…
Elsewhere…
Sitting next to the coast now snuggled into the side of an abandoned building is the IS Cafe snuggled in like a wood square through a circle opening. Inside, Sawa rushes up to the main floor to see everything tipped over but rushing to the window she pushes aside the curtains to see the sea side. "What?" Sawa runs outside to see the cafe now inside a new part of a building.
Sawa:(looks at the building) Where is this? Where is here?!
Inside Pandora's Tower…
Evolt in his Rabbit form leans against a pillar inside where the former Box once was placed. The side of the wall opens as Namba, Utsumi, and the Kaiser's step into the room. "Ah… Yo. I heard the speech." Evolt said, glancing over his shoulder. "It was… Nice." Evolt said, looking away from them. "I need to speak with you…" Namba said. Evolt sighs, crossing his arms. "Let me guess? The box?" Evolt muttered.
Namba:(stamps cane on ground) NO!... I've heard that you're an alien lifeform that destroyed Mars.
Evolt:(looks over shoulder) …?
Namba:(stares at Evolt) Well? Don't you think it's about time for a frank discussion?
Evolt:(steps away from pillar) … Fine.(turns around) I want to retrieve my own power.
Namba:(glances at podium) The power to control Pandora's box?
"Bingo." Evolt said. Evolt's helmet plates unlatch and slide back. The rabbit visior pieces unlatch and slide to the side as the seams between the plates fold away. Utsumi and the Kaisers look visually shocked to see Sento's face. "But… I had a little trouble." Evolt said in Sento's voice "As you can see." Evolt gestures to his own body, the Kaisers glance at each other then back to Evolt.
Evolt:(in Sento's voice) I should have become complete after taking Build's system and body… but Sento got in my way and I couldn't. So I took his body.
Namba:(looks at Evolt) Like you did Shinonono and Banjou?
Evolt:(nods) Yup.(hold up Evol Trigger) I've got no choice now but to gather power beyond Hazard Level 6 in this…(sighs) Well, that isn't an easy task either. But Sento's body is a bit of a wild card…
Utsumi:(look at Evolt) What do you mean by that?
Evolt:(slaps chest) Sento here, once was exposed to raw Nebula energy in an experiment a year ago. Which is why he has permanent eye Heterochromia that relates to the bottle he's using. It seems it has also evolved inside him with his little… Act. But, I'm still not sure if that Will help or not.

Evolt said, looking at Namba.
Evolt:(crosses legs) Over the past 10 years, I've grown to love Earth. With Mars, I barely knew the place. I just came and destroyed it. No fuss, but when Bernage. Forced me to hide among the humans. I had… Fun living with them.(sits up) I even started to enjoy the human…(hands on chest) Rather the female form. Those things were troublesome but I liked them. Fact is, Humans are really interesting creatures. I'd like to observe them a little longer.
Evolt stands back up and steps over to Namba. "Of course, I'll be cooperating with you." Evolt said, smiling at Namba as his eyes glowed crimson. "After all. I wanna see this "Modern Japan" of yours on the world Stage!" Evolt said, Namba looks at Evolt straight in the eyes.
Namba: In that case, retrieve Pandora's Box without delay.
Evolt:(salutes) Yes sir~
Elsewhere…
Gentoku sits alone in an abandoned Faust Lab, the non essential equipment left behind to rot. 'Atone for your crimes…' Taizan echoes in Gentoku's mind. '... and rebuild… the country.' Taizan pleads. 'I'm counting on you… my foolish son.' Tarzan's final words echo on repeat. "Where did it go wrong?" Gentoku asks himself, putting his hands in his face. The sound of a door opening behind him snaps Gen out of his thoughts. He turns around to see Madoka, Houki, and Ichika enter.
Madoka:(walking over) Sorry we're late.(points at Ichika) He got lost.
Ichika:(looks at Madoka) Like hell it was. You were the one who got lost.
Houki:(looks at Ichika) Enough both of you.
Gen:(keeping back turned) What do you want?
Ichika:(looks at Gen) I can't transform anymore.(steps closer to Gen) Make me a Rider again.
Gen:(turns around) I don't have the power to.
Ichika: Why not?
Gen:(crosses arms) I don't know anything about science.(looks at Ichika) I studied Politics.
Houki:(looks at Gen) But, you were the director of a research institute, right? Even before making Faust?
Gen:(looks away) I was only there because…(looks at others) of my fathers connections.
Madoka:(sweatdrop) That's honest of you.
Gen:(steps over to damaged desk) Other than injecting Nebula Gas, the only other way to become Rider System compatible is to manipulate genes like Evolt. That's likely the reason why you can't transform.
Ichika steps over to a glass cage that once held subjects for Nebula Gas experiments. "Seriously?" Ichika mutters. "Man… We're back at square one." Madoka said, sitting down on a steel bed frame. "Ichika…" Houki glances at Ichika who stares into the chamber. Ichika looks at his hand, then steps back from the glass. Ichika turns to Gen and steps over to him.
Ichika: If I can't become a Rider, then you're the only one who can back up Madoka and Houki…(bows) Fight with us.
Madoka:(surprised) …
Houki:(looks at Ichika) … Ichika…
Gen:(clenches fist) …(looks at Ichika) I killed your girlfriend. Made your highschool life hell, manipulated Sento, started this war, even the Tower…
Ichika:(stands up straight) I know. But…(grabs glass case) That's why… I don't want to lose anymore people important to me.
Gen:(grips chest) I can't do it. An extraordinary amount of determination is required to fight with the Rider System.(turns away) For me, that came from the country my Father entrusted to me. Now that he's gone… I can't find a reason to fight.
"You…" Ichika mutters, staring at Gentoku's back. The room goes silent… Everyone is thinking of what to do next. When the vibration and ringtone of a phone begins to ring. Ichika reaches into his pocket and pulls out his phone to see that the caller is Sento. "Sento's phone…" Ichika said he answers the phone and puts it up to his ear. "Who is this?" Ichika asks.
Evolt: It's me. Me!
Pandora Tower…
Evolt lays his back down on a block, holding his phone up to his ear. "Come on. Where are you hiding?" Evolt asks. "What do you want?" Ichika asks on the other side. "Pandora's Box. Bring it to me within an hour." Evolt demands, then sits back up. "No way!" Ichika shouts back. Evolt rolls his eyes as he turns on his stomach off the block.
Sento:(stands up) Oh? You okay with never seeing Sento again?(steps over to pedestal) Chifuyu must be in tears. I can erase Sento's personality any time I want. All with a Snap!(snaps fingers) And he's gone… Don't forget I have the upper hand. Ciao.
Evolt ends the call and tosses away his phone. "Sento. Have you been listening?" Evolt mutters to himself as he walks into the center of the room. "It's your fault." Evolt clenches his fist in anger. "... My plans have come to nothing!" Evolt screams into the void of the room. The room materializes a mirror that Evolt stares into, looking over Sento's body.
Evolt:(Evil smile) I'll start by eliminating your precious comrades!
Back with Ichika… we are Ichika…
Everyone takes in Evolts word. I had put the conversation on speaker and we all sat in silence. When Madoka stands up and heads towards the door. "What are you doing?!" Houki shouts, she rushes over and grabs Madoka's shoulder. "I'll handle it somehow." Madoka said, Houki lowered her hand. "But-" Houki said, but Madoka turned right around.
Madoka:(points at tower in distance) He's always fought for others… without giving a second thought to his sacrifices.(looks at Ichika) We have to do it.
Houki:(puts hands together) Love and peace…
Madoka:(turns around) When I first heard it, I didn't really understand what it meant.(looks at ground) It sounded stupid really. But in the end, you and I fought for it.(looks at Gen) Hey, Beardy. Your father's not the only one who can bring this country together.
Madoka quickly runs off, Houki and I follow after Madoka leaving Gentoku alone in the room.
