(We move out to the Japan skyline, a massive tower in the center of Japan as we pan up to the sky.)

(Change to a sky view as every Rider passes by with a concerned look on their face.)

(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand off against each other.)
Everything is bright
(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to a hidden Winged Rider flapping his wings out, flying past and taking up view is a Glowing Red Dragon Rider. View changes to upper body, their body's still shrouded but with another shadow behind both, as our view is split down the middle.)

(We pass in a flyby of every character not connected to the Riders.)

(Change to Chifuyu Smiling at the Camera)
(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)
(Namba stands with his cane as the same red and blue lights illuminates him)
(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)

We are Observers… Touto auditorium…
A cloudy afternoon sky, with Evolt standing alone out in the open waiting for the others. Evolt stretches and readies himself as the Two Kasiers walk over from behind. Evolt doesn't even turn his back as he finishes his stretches. "Did he tell you guys to watch over me?" Evolt turns back as he is met with their silence. "That's fine. Do your job." Evolt said, turning back towards the stairs.
Evolt:(glances behind) You know, you two have been oddly quiet for a while… I like it.
Engine:(points) …
Evolt:(looks ahead) Hmm?
Madoka, Houki, and Ichika walk up the steps. With Ichika carrying a large bag with something large and box shaped inside. "You came!... Now… Show me the Box." Evolt demands, Ichika hands the bag to Madoka, she holds the bag as Ichika pulls out the Pandora Box with all of the bottles on it. "Release Sento!" Houki demands, Evolt shrugs and sighs.
Evolt:(crosses arms in big X) I'm not gonna do that!
Ichika:(slaps chest) What the Fuck!
Evolt:(sighs) Sento pissed me off.(points at self) So, as payback. I'll eliminate you three in front of his eyes! Then… Well, you know what comes next.
Ichika:(clenches fist) Don't screw with us!
Houki:(straps on belt) In that case, we'll take Sento back on our own!
Madoka and Houki:(hold up bottles) Henshin!
The two transform as Evolt glances at Ichika. "What can a Rider who can't transform, and a half baked Rider with a remnant from Hokuto do?" Evolt taunts, he turns around and walks past the Kaisers. "I'm not even needed here. Get them." Evolt orders as the Kaiser's rush Akatsu Yggdrasil and Grease Crusher. "Engine's mine! Remote yours!" Grease shouts as she engages Engine. "Roger!" Akatsu shouts engaging Remote. Evolt watches from the side, while Ichika sets down the Pandora Box and takes out his magma Bottle. Shaking it, Ichika charges Engine and attempts to fight only for Engine to grab his arm and toss him back over towards the box.
Akatsu:(kicks Remote) Ichika! Stay back!(blocks Remote) Please leave this to us! Keep the box Safe!
Grease:(ducks under punch) Whoa!(dive rolls) You guys too…
Grease holds up his comrades' bottles. "You'll fight for love and peace…" Akatsu kicks Remote into the Engine as the two are knocked to the ground. "... won't you?!" Grease shouts as she inserts two bottles into the Twin Breaker and the third into her belt. "Let's wrap this up!" Akatsu said, drawing her blade and pulling the trigger five times. "Jötunheimr!" "Twin!" "Discharge Bottle! Uncrushable! Discharge Crush!" "Jötunheimr Blizzard!" Akatsu swings her blade as a blizzard whirlwind picks up the two Kaisers and fling them into the air. "GO!" Akatsu shouts as Grease jumps into the Blizzard and spin kicks hitting both Kaisers. They fall to the ground and Grease drop's down towards them in a kick. "Eat this!" "Hmf!" Evolt points at Grease as she is flown back, knocking into Akatsu.
Grease:(looks around) Wh-What the!?
Akatsu:(struggling) Grease! Get off!
Engine:(stands up) Now's our chance!
Remote:(stands up) Right!
Evolt:(watches Kaisers) Hmm…?
Akatsu and Grease both get back on their feet. Both Kaisers go on the offensive, Remote punches Akatsu into Grease. "Go!" Remote shouts as Engine jumps over her and kicks Grease back into Akatsu. "Haa~!" Both immediately then kick Both Riders back. "This is…" Remote begins. "... The end!" Both Kaisers said in synch as they create energy gears then launch them at both Riders. "Crap." "Shit!" Akatsu and Grease brace, when something jumps in the way kicking both gears back at the Kaisers hitting them.
Akatsu:(looks up) Wha- Rogue!?
Grease:(looks at Rogue) Rogue… Finally made up your damn mind?
Rogue:(glances back) Yes, sorry I'm late, Potato.
Akatsu: Pff~...(looks at Grease) Cause you're… A potato head!
Grease:(stands up) Hey! My family's potatoes make for great potato chips! So shut it!
Akatsu giggles. "Right, come on, let's go!" Akatsu shouts. Rogue pushes back both Kaisers, blocking and deflecting their attacks. "You're attack patterns…" Rogue mutters, ducking under Engine's fist, Remote immediately grabs Engine's hands and spins her. Rogue jumps back dodging the attack. "I know them… Hmm…" Rogue cranks his belt. "Crack up Finish!" Rogue jumps at Engine and smash punches her knocking her to the ground. "Autumn!" Remote shouts. "Squall! Get him!" Autumn shouts, tossing the Engine gear to Squall.
Rogue:(looks at Remote) I knew it was you two. Your attacks and synchronicity are higher than before… But why are you in the Kaiser suits?
Remote:(inserts Engine Gear) Oh, you know.(aims at the sky) Getting with the Times! Jundo!
Rogue: …(enters battle stance) Very well.
"Funky Match! Fever!" Mist covers Remote as the Hell Bros forms. Hell Bros charges Rogue as the two engage with fists. "Perfect!" Hell Bros drop kicks Rogue who stumbles but regains his footing. Bros kicks, but Rogue forms a Crocodile Energy Knuckle and catches Bros leg and tosses her away. Rogue then cranks his belt, getting a running start at Hell Bros then jumping up into the air. "Crack Up Finish!" The Jaw moves from knuckle to leg as Hell Bros is knocked out of the area.
Autumn:(stands up) Squall! …Damn, pulling back…
Rogue:(glances) …
Evolt:(steps over) So Touto, Hokuto, and Seito's Kamen Riders have all joined forces.(looks at Rogue) Fine. I'll take you on.
Evolt straps on his belt and takes out the Cobra and Rider bottles. "Cobra! Rider System! Evolution!" The belt announces, Evolt cranks the driver as the runners and rings form around him. "Are you Ready?" "Henshin!" The runners and rings close on Evolt as the armor closes and completes. "Evol Cobra!" Evolt cracks his neck as Rogue charges him.
Rogue:(fighting) I won't give this country to you.
Evolt:(fighting) Are you trying to manage this country in your father's stead?!
Rogue:(locks arms with Evolt) I know very well that I don't have the talent or capability to do that. I can't bring this country together.(headbutts Evolt) But! I can lay the foundation for it!(clenches fist) … For love and peace… Grease, Akatsubaki, let's go!
Grease:(nods) Right.
Akatsu:(rushes in) For Love and Peace!
The three Riders easily begin to overwhelm Evolt. After a few hits, Evolt jumps back and makes some distance. "Interesting." Evolt said, taking out the Red Rabbit Bottle. "Then I'll get serious as well." Evolt replaces the bottle in his belt. "Rabbit! Rider System! Evolution! Are you Ready? Evol Rabbit!" The new runner and ring form and close on Evolt swapping his armor out. "Bastard! Let Sento go!" Akatsu shouts.
In a flash, Evolt appears behind Akatsu and kicks her down. Grease and Rogue rush in and throw their fists. Evolt drops down to his stomach then jumps, spinning and kicking both Grease and Rogue in the head. Evolt lands back on his feet as he dusts off his hands. "Like I'd lose to this Slapdash pairing!" Evolt mocks as Akatsu charges in, Akatsu punches but Evolt slaps aside the hand and grabs Akatsu by the throat. Grease and Rogue attack but Evolt dodges then uses Akatsu as a shield before countering with a kick. "See you!" Evolt said, tossing Akatsu up then kicking her into the roof. Akatsu peels off and falls back down, quickly spinning kicks hitting Akatsu into Grease knocking both of them down the stairs nearby.
Ichika:(watching) … Damn it!...
Rogue:(grabbed by the throat) Wh-What is this power…?(upper cut by Evolt) Gah!
Ichika:(clenches fist) … Grr… Huh?(spots bottle) That bottle…(eyes widen) That's it!
Ichika runs at Evolt as Evolt kicks Rogue to the ground. "Ora!" Ichika shouts, tacking Evolt and grabbing the Dragon bottle from his side bottle holder. "Get lost!" Evolt shouts, grabbing then tossing Ichika to the ground. Evolt steps over to Rogue, grabbing him and lifting him up as he cranks his belt. "Ready? GO! Evoltech Finish! Ciao~!" Evolt punches Rogue down on the other two Riders.
Ichika:(stands up) … Hey!(Evolt turns around) You made this Bottle from my body,(holds up bottle) right?
Evolt:(glances at holder) Hm? When did you…?(turns to Ichika) Ah… You're a little football tackle. But still, you can't handle it.
Ichika:(looks at Bottle) Even so…(puts fists together) I have to do it.
Ichika charges and attacks Evolt, but each punch that lands does nothing. Evolt brushes him aside but Ichika gets back up and fights. "Oh~ How nostalgic." Evolt said. "This was how you used to raise your Hazard Level!" Evolt grabs Ichika's arm then uppercuts him. Ichika flips in the air and lands on his face. "But…!" Evolt kneels down to Ichika.
Evolt:(grabs and lifts Ichika up) What's clearly different from last time…(tosses Ichika) Is that you no longer possess my genes.
Evolt back hands Ichika, as he stumbles down the steps. After a moment Ichika pulls himself back up. "Not yet… I'll get back on my feet…" Ichika said walking back up the stairs. "... No matter how many times I fall." Ichika said, running up to Evolt and punching him. Evolt simply sighs. "It's pointless." Evolt said, shrugging. "No matter how many times you try." Evolt crosses his arms. "You're just an ordinary human." Evolt shakes his head side to side. "There's no way you can beat-" Just as Evolt said that, Ichika's fist connects as blue flames burst out from the impact. Evolt's helmet visior cracks. "Wh-What?!" "ORA!" Ichika's next punch hits, cracking Evolts helmet even further. "...ORIYAA~!" Ichika punches again, shattering the side of the helmet as Evolt falls to the ground.
Evolt:(stands back up) Wh-What's going on?! This is impossible!?
Ichika looks at the Dragon Bottle to see it changes color from blue and gold to Gold and Red. Just then the Cross-Z Dragon flies overhead. "Can I do it?" Ichika asks looking up at the Dragon, it nods as it flies into his hand. Ichika opens the cap and inserts it into the Dragon. The Cross-Z Dragon changes color too, Ichika straps on the Build Driver.
The Evol Dragon Bottle has blue for the body, gold for the dragon's head and body, and the under belly of the dragon's neck is now red. The upper half of the bottle is gold with the emblem in blue.
The Cross-Z Dragon is the same but now with the same Blue, Red, and Gold of Evolt.
Ichika flips up the head and tail and presses the activation button. "Awaken!" Ichika inserts the new Cross-Z Dragon into his belt. "Great Cross-Z Dragon!" The belt announches, Ichika cranks the belt as Nebula gas pours out of the belt and fills Ichika as the gas turns blue. Ichika's eyes turn the same color of blue as his hair changes color to blue too. "Are you Ready?!" "Henshin!" The new armor runner forms then shuts on Ichika.
"Wake up Cross-Z! Get Great Dragon! Yay~!"
Cross-Z:(shakes) Whoa~!
The Great Cross-Z Dragon is the same base suit as Cross-Z Dragon, but now the upper body is colored differently. The arms have gold accents to the gauntlets. The wings that wrap around Cross-Z shoulders are designed like Evolt's chest piece, with the same blue, red, gold color scheme, and the design close to the chest is no longer flames but the same astral imagery on Evolt. The helmet has a darker shade of blue, with a gold mouthpiece, and a red connector piece on the top of the head.
Akatsu:(helmet folds away) Ichika! He did it! He transformed!
Grease:(helmet folds away) Heh, good timing bro.
Rogue:(helmet folds away) Great Cross-Z Dragon?
Evolt:(looks at Cross-Z) B-Bakana!?(helmet reforms) That's-
Evolt is not given time to think as Cross-Z runs straight at him. Cross-Z puts Evolt on the back foot as his punches hit Way harder. Evolt attempts to punch back, but Cross-Z tanks the punch and hits back twice as hard. Cross-Z grapples Evolt and tosses him down the steps, where the other three Riders are. Evolt speeds around to get behind Cross-Z, he punches only for Cross-Z to spin around and catch Evolt's fist.
Evolt:(looks at Cross-Z) This is impossible! I'm sure I took all my genes back!(Cross-Z knocks and hits Cross-Z) Were new genes somehow created?
Cross-Z:(hits Evolt) Shut up, Already!
Evolt:(grapples Cross-Z) But you're just a part of me, after all.(looks at Evolt) There's no way I'd lose to you!
Evolt punches Cross-Z back. Cross-Z rolls on the ground then stands back up. "Sento…" Cross-Z mutters as he takes out the Magma Knuckle. "With the power you gave us…" Cross-Z stands up and shakes the Magma Bottle. "We'll create the future!" Shaking, then inserting the bottle, Cross-Z flips the Magma Knuckles grip and inserts it into his belt. "Bottle Burn! Cross-Z Magma!" The crucible raises up behind Cross-Z. "Are you Ready?!" "Lend me your power! Build up!" Cross-Z shouts as the magma covers him. "Infernal Muscles! Cross-Z Magma! Ach-ch-ch-ch-ch-Accha~!" Cross-Z charges Evolt, the two punch and Cross-Z overwhelms Evolt pushing him back.
Evolt:(stumbles back) How?! How are you stronger than before?
Akatsu:(looks at everyone) It's almost our chance.(helmet folds on) Get ready!
Grease:(helmet folds on) Right!
Rogue:(helmet folds on) Understood.
Cross-Z:(hitting Evolt) My power is filled to the brim!(blocks then whales on Evolt) My soul's on fire!(knocks Evolt back) My magma is overflowing!
Cross-Z cranks his belt. "No one can stop me now!" "Ready Go! Volcanic Finish!" Cross-Z runs in and sends a barrage of punches at Evolt, then charging back and throwing one big fist knocking Evolt back, he stumbles into an open garden area. "Thi-This is the power of a Kamen Rider?!" Evolt said, trying to get up. His armor is cracked and damaged all over. "Ichika! Let's save Sento! It's now or never!" Akatsu said, running over to him. "Alright!" Cross-Z said, all four Riders crank their belts. "Ready Go!" "Scrap Finish!" "Crack Up Finish!" All four jump kick towards Evolt.
Evolt:(takes out item) In that case, I'll improvise and use this Power!
Cross-Z:(kicks Evolt) It's over!~
"Volcanic Attack!" The four Rider slam against Evolt as he holds out the Evol Trigger. The Trigger begins absorbing the energy from all four Riders at once. The faded color of what once was stone changes to black and white. The stone fades as the Evol Trigger spins and blasts away all four riders. "What?!" Cross-Z shouts. "Crap! The Trigger!" Akatsu shouts.
Evolt:(laughs) At last! With no further delays! Revive, my true POWER~!
A black tornado suddenly forms around Evolt lifting him into the air. Its wind speed picks up the Riders, but Akatsu slams her blade into a pillar and grabs Grease, who grabs Rogue. Cross-Z meanwhile hits a pillar and lands on the ground. A body begins to spiral within the tornado. "Sento!" Cross-Z shouts, Sento's body flies out. Cross-Z jumps in the way and catches Sento. "Hold on!" Akatsu shouts, pulling Grease and Rogue down to the ground.
Ichika:(armor fades) …Agh…(looks over) Sento!
Houki:(armor fades) Sento!
Madoka:(armor fade) We got him?(looks up) What is that?!
Gen:(armor fades) Evolt's… Next form?!
The black tornado is blown away as a figure floats in the air, defying gravity. The Black and White suit stands in pure contrast to the sky and Pandora Tower. A purple aura glowing around him as an almost vacuum presence fills the air.
"Black Hole! Black Hole! Black Hole! REVOLUTION! Ha ha ha ha ha~!"
Gen:(looks at Evolt) That's his complete form…?
Ichika and Houki help Sento up. "Sento?" Ichika asks. "Sento- Sensei?" Houki asks. Sento's body still has the albino white hair from when he was possessed. "Sento!?" Both Ichika and Houki shout, Sento's eyes shoot open. He sits up and looks around confused, he glances at Ichika and Houki with a confused look. "You are…" Sento mutters.
Houki:(smiles) Oh thank god… Everyone was so worried!
Ichika:(nods) Yeah, especially my sister.(looks at Sento) Are you alright, Sento?
Sento?:(tilts head) Sento…? Who are you talking about?
Houki:(mouth across mouth) No… Did Evolt… Wipe you again?!
Sento?:(hand on forehead) I'm… Katsuragi…(looks at Ichika) Katsuragi Takumi.
Ichika:(shakes head) No… Much worse…
