(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)
Construct 132: Genius Isolation
Katsuragi: Pandora's Box, which contains a massive amount of energy, is finally opened. The alien Lifeform Evolt obtains its power, becoming whole and attempts to take over the country. Meanwhile, Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento, with only the memories of the Demon Scientist, Katsuragi Takumi is desperate to defeat Evolt.
Utsumi: It has been a long time, Katsuragi.
Katsuragi: You are… Cyborg Utsumi.
Utsumi: Sigh~ So you've been calling me that behind my back too? I see there is no difference between you and Sento. I wish I could say I was shocked. But even so, I've become a Kamen Rider myself.
Katsuragi: So you wish you were a cyborg?
Utsumi: Want to know what happens to people who can't shut their mouth? Then you'll find out in Construct 132.
We are Observers…
Utsumi opens the bottle caps as he turns the bottles to face the Riders, he then inserts the bottles into his belt. "Koumori! Hatsudouki! Evol Match!" Utsumi cranks the belt, twin gusts of Purple and Red smoke blast out of the bottles and wrap around Utsumi as it flows into him. Utsumi shakes in pain as electricity flows through his body, as the gas fully enters him, his skin now having bulging venom like veins. Utsumi continues to crank the belt as pipes exit out from the belt and randomly form around Utsumi. Utsumi twitches in pain with each crank as his screams fill the room. "Are you Ready?!" The venom veins pull away as Utsumi looks at everyone.
"HENSHIN!"
"BAT ENGINE! Muh HaHaHaHaHaHa~!"
Katsuragi:(eyes widen) That's… Not Possible…
Evolt:(points at Riders) Now, fight to your heart's content… Kamen Rider… MAD ROGUE~!
Mad Rogue:(pushes up helmet) Heh heh heh… HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA~!
Rogue clenches his fists looking at Mad Rogue. "Utsumi… You betrayed us?!" Rogue shouts. Mad Rogue looks at Rogue as he raises his Steam gun at Rogues head. Rogue's helmet folds back on as Mad Rogue starts walking towards him.
Kamen Rider Mad Rogue has a black, white, silver, and purple color scheme. Black for the Undersuit, white for the armor, silver for some exposed steel parts, purple highlights, purple visior, and purple straps. The helmet is a more proper helmet, the twin eyeglasses are purple with silver rims around the mouth, with a white jaw piece. At the forehead is a bat shaped V fin. The chest is a recolor of the Night Rogue chest piece with white and purple, and a silver chest piece. The elbow and arms have fins sticking out. The legs have white knee pad armor with purple straps, and the feet are similar in white armor and purple straps.
Mad Rogue charges Rogue, firing at him, laughing as he does. Coming in close, Rogue and Mad Rogue begin a close quarters fight. The two exchange fists and gunshots. "Don't you care what happens to this country!?" Rogue shouts pointing his steam gun at Mad Rogue's head. Mad Rogue pushes Rogue's gun up before slashing him across the chest. "It's no longer my concern!" Mad Rogue said, disarming Rogue.
Mad Rogue:(attacking Rogue) I don't care what happens as long as my scientific ability gets to shine!(shoots Rogue in the face) Ha ha ha ha!
Akatsu:(helmet folds on) Gentoku-san!
Mad Rogue:(points at Akatsu) Stay out of my way!
Akatsu swings at Mad Rogue and the two enter a bladelock. Akatsu pushes Mad Rogue back, knocking his blade up then kicking him. "First you betray Touto, then Hokuto, Seito, and now even Namba?" Reaching up to her shoulder, Akatsu creates a ball of energy. "We should have never trusted you to begin with!" Akatsu shouts and launches the ball at Mad Rogue. Mad Rogue quickly swings his blade, chopping the ball of energy in half as the two halves fly past him creating an explosion behind him. "He's strong…" Ichika mutters.
Rogue:(runs over) You bastard!(tackles Mad Rogue) Don't you realize you're making the war worse?!(grabs M Rogue by the collar) The UN is moving to invade Japan! You'll only create even more victims then there already are!
Mad Rogue: Oh.. Shut up!(head butts Rogue) You're one to talk! After all you have done!
Akatsu:(swings in) At least!(enters black lock with M Rogue) He's trying to make up for it! But he won't be able to prove you wrong if you let Evolt Control the World?!
Mad Rogue:(pushes against Akatsu) I don't…(pushes Akatsu back) Care!
Akatsu stumbles back as she and Rogue stand up ready for the next attack. Mad Rogue tosses aside his weapons as he pats his belt on his waist. "The Evol Driver controls Everything!" Mad Rogue shouts cranking the belt. "U-Utsumi!" Rogue mutters, Akatsu braces for the incoming attack. "Ready GO! Evoltech Attack!" Mad Rogue brings his arms in then thrusts them out as bat wings pop out of Mad Rogue's back. Flying up into the air, Mad Rogue dive bombs into Akatsu and Rogue. "Ciao~!" The two are flung back as their armor disappears.
Ichika:(runs over) Houki! Gen-san! Hey! Hold on! Are you two alright?!
Mad Rogue:(lands on ground) How cute… But…(pulls out Rifle) Futile!(aims rifle) DIE!~
Woman voice:(running in) Not gonna happen!
Mad Rogue fires, when Grease jumps in the way, putting up a Castle Smash Shield to block the attack. "Guess it's a good thing I came when I got worried." Grease said, she glances over at the doorway she came in from. "Hurry up ladies! We need to move NOW!" Grease shouts as the IS Girls fly in. "Don't order us around!" Cecilia said, helping Katsuragi up to his feet. "Come on you guys get up!" Charlotte said, helping Houki up. "Get up, sir. Touto still needs you." Laura said, wrapping an arm over her shoulder.
Mad Rogue:(giggles) More targets…(gets wrapped up) Huh?!
Rin:(swings Mad Rogue) Let's see if you can hit us, when you're…(throws Mad Rogue) Dizzy!
Grease:(nods) Nice…(picks up Steam Gun) We're falling back.
Grease blasts smoke around everyone as they disappear into the clouds leaving Evolt and Mad Rogue alone in the room. "Sigh~ They'll never learn…" Evolt said in Tabane's voice. "It's no use running." Evolt now said in his voice, his red eyes glowing in the reflection off Mad Rogue's visior. "There is no future for you!" Evolt exclaims.
We are Katsuragi… IS Cafe…
I watch Sawa-san and Yamada-san patch up Gentoku as he lays on a bet we readied for him. 'I'm amazed he was able to fight with his previous injuries…' I think to myself before I head down into the lab. "Just what should we do?" Ichika asks as I enter the lab. Ichika, Houki, Madoka, Chifuyu, Chloe, Cecilia, Rin, Charlotte, and Laura all sit in a circle thinking. I step over to an empty seat and sit down.
Ichika:(looking at ground) Evolt's seriously gonna take over the country at this rate.
Houki:(clenching hands together) There's practically no one left to oppose him… No one has found where Hokuto's Madam Prime Minister's whereabouts are… And Seito and Touto's Prime ministers are… Both dead.
Katsuragi:(crosses arms) The bigger question here is, why Does she want to rule the country?
Cecilia:(looks at Katsuragi) It's anyone's guess.
Ichika:(thinking)... That's because…(stands up and points to the sky) He wants to become rich and happy! Money! Money! Money is everything!
Katsuragi:(looks at Ichika) … You're dumber than a monkey.
Ichika:(steps over) What did you say?(monkey plush falls on him) Uki!(translation: onomatopoeia for a monkey sounds)
Everyone:(nodding in agreement) Yup./Sounds about right./No argument here.
Ichika:(looks at others) Why are you agreeing?! I'm not that dumb.(looks at Houki and Chifuyu) Right?(dead silence)... OI!?
Katsuragi: Evolt has destroyed countless planets. But this time he's trying to rule the planet. We should find out the true intent behind her actions.
Houki:(looks at Katsuragi) Well, that's because She's taken an interest in Humans. She said so herself.
Ichika:(punching punching bag) Knowing that won't help us beat her stren-

As I punch a punching bag but as soon as those words exit his lips. A memory flashes through my head as I see the Pandora tower on Mars, with a blackhole ripping the surface of the planet apart. "Ichika? What's wrong?" Charlotte asks me. I look towards everyone, a worried look on almost everyone except Katsuragi. "Nothing." I assured, turning towards the exit to grab my jacket. "I'm feeling like going out for some fresh air!" I grab my jacket and begin to leave. "It's stuffy!" I said leaving, "Ah… Wait!" I hear Houki following me up the stairs and exiting the Cafe…

Katsuragi:(looks towards everyone) Now that the two nuisances are gone, let's get on to the main subject.
Glancing to my right, the Panel Box sits on a scanner. I reach over and pick up the box. "I'll complete this ultimate item and defeat Evolt." I said looking at the box. "As well as…" I glance back towards where the Aliens left from. "Banjou Ichika, and Shinonono Houki." I state, everyone looks at me with a look of shock on their face.
Madoka:(leans forwards) What do you mean? Why those two?
Katsuragi:(looks at Madoka) Ichika possesses Evolt's genes. Houki is a similar genetic match and clearly possesses some of the same abilities as him. Not to mention their stories of their birth are similar. If both are from the same species of Alien, then we cannot risk them continuing Evolt's plan.
Chloe:(stands up) But neither of them have memory of-
Katsuragi:(cuts off Chloe) They might come back at any time. Much like my memories. We must defeat both of them. Before Ichika awakens as Evolt, or Houki awakens to be something… Much worse.
Madoka stands up and promptly leaves the room. "Keep an eye on those two. Inform me of anything." I ask turning my back away as I set about working on the Power-up Item. I hear a chair move behind me. "I object to this!" I slowly turn to Cecilia angrily looking at me.
Katsuragi:(raises eyebrow) Please don't tell me you think of those two as people?
Cecilia:(hand on chest) Both of them had ample opportunity to turn against us. But neither of them ever did! When they were faced with the truth, they accepted that they are human!
Katsuragi:(crosses arms) That supposed to mean something to me?(puts out arm) Do not forget that Evolt hid himself in Tabane for years, mastering her persona. Ichika and Houki could be the same.
Rin:(looks over) But both of them have records. Birth certificate, age, Citizenship, they were born and raised here.
Katsuragi:(looks at Rin) Perhaps, but a hidden personality could have been embedded into those two from birth. A fake personality to hide among humans.(taps side of forehead) Much like my "Kiryu Sento" personality. Here, think of it this way… Those two are born, and they live their lives. But in their minds, a hidden fully developed personality waits and when the right trigger activates. It-(snaps finger) Into life. Completely erasing both Ichika and Houki. Revealing their true colors.
Charlotte:(looks at Katsuragi) Even if that was the case. Is it rash to just kill them?
Katsuragi:(looks at Charlotte) It's safer to cover all possibilities rather than risk our destruction.
Cecilia:(clenching fist) I guess… But-
Laura:(steps over) Miss Alcott. Let us drop this conversation.(glances at Katsuragi) It's clear he won't budge from his point.
Katsuragi:(turns back to PC) Why do you people trust those two so much?
Laura:(turns to Katsuragi) We trust them for the same reason You once trusted them.
Katsuragi: Trust them? That false personality of mine?
Laura: Phrase it however you want. Kiryu Sento was a part of you. You can't lie to yourself.
Open Park… We are Ichika…
Sitting on a stone in a park, I hold the Evol Dragon bottle in my hand. "What was that memory?" I ask aloud, thinking of the memory of the destruction of Mars I can't help but shudder. "It's just like the one before." I muttered, looking down at the ground. My mind flashes to see Evolt float down onto the Mars soil as he looks over at the Mars City then over at a mirror to his right.
Ichika:(looks at bottle) Ever since I began using this…
Evolt:(flashback) You're a part of me, who has taken tens of thousands of lives!
Ichika:(clenching bottle) … Bullshit!
Woman:(Steps over) Ichika? Are you alright?
Looking up I see Houki with a worried look on her face. "You left in a hurry all of a sudden." Houki sits down next to me. "Did you see something?" She asks me, glancing back at the Evol Dragon bottle I look back up at her. "I just… I'm different from Evolt." I said to Houki, she smiled at me then gently took my hand and leaned on my shoulder. "I know you are. Your Banjou Ichika." Houki assures, my face begins to warm up despite the cold air around me. "... Madoka?" Houki said sitting up straight, Madoka walks then breaks into a sprint straight at us. We both stand up, Madoka then tackles me.
Pandora Tower… We are Observers…
Inside the Pandora Tower, Evolt without her armor on, twirls the black Pandora Panel on one finger. "Now that the old man is gone…" Evolt said in Tabane's voice. "...I'll have to act as Prime Minister Midou for the time being." Evolt grabs the panel and looks at the 4 bottles inside the panel. Evolts sits up from her chair and glances over at Utsumi at attention with the Evol Driver still strapped to his waist.
Evolt:(looks at Utsumi) First, we'll destroy the dysfunctional Touto and unite the country. So it'll be easier to achieve our goal.
Utsumi:(adjusts Glasses) What about the Kamen Riders and the IS Reps? The UN is on the move to assist Touto.
Evolt:(looks at Pandora's Box) Ah yes… That. The UN will likely re-install the 3 nations again…(glances over at shadows) Then it will be your turn to handle things.(looks to Utsumi) As for the Riders. I still have use for them. Capture them alive. That's the reason I gave that Evol Driver to you.
Utsumi:(removes Evol Driver) There should only be one Evolt Driver in the entire universe.(looks at Belt) So who created this?... You?(glances at shadow) Or maybe the three of you?
Evolt:(sighs) Don't ask unnecessary questions. Just do as you're told, Utsumi-chan.
Utsumi bows to Evolt. "Yes, mam." Utsumi said, he turns and exits the room. From the shadows Ino Kengo, Saiga Ryoka, and Gobara Mitsuomi step out. "Evolt. Is it true? You aren't going to destroy the Earth?" Ino asks, walking over to Pandora's Box. "What of it?" Evolt answers, holding the Panel in her hands.
Gobara:(crosses arms) What is the meaning of this? Our purpose here was to prepare this planet to be destroyed. No different from Mars.
Evolt:(sets aside panel) I've taken a liking to these humans. They are endlessly amusing, not to mention.(grops chest) I'm having too much fun with these!
Saiga:(sighs) As I feared. We have spent too much time here on this planet. Evolt, the longer we stay the more time we give the Humans to unravel and destroy our plans.
Evolt:(looks at others) Oh, but that's the fun! Can't you just taste it?
Ino:(looks at Evolt) Taste what, exactly?
Evolt:(looks at Ino) What else?(eyes glow red) The SUSPENSE?!

My eyes slowly widen to see a light beam down. Squinting my eyes I adjust to see that it's simply an office light. "Where am I?" I ask, a familiar face leans over me. "Himuro-san. You're awake?" Yamada asks, I attempt to sit up, only for a sharp pain to shoot though my waist. "Ah, don't push yourself." Yamada said, helping me to sit up.
Gen:(looks around) What… Ah, right. I was defeated by Utsumi.
Yamada: So that's what happened. Utsumi-san just betrayed us…
Sawa:(steps over) I can't believe Utsumi-san would do that.
Gen:(looks at Sawa) You know him?
Sawa:(looks at Gen) I was one of the Namba Children, he and I were in the same espionage division…

Utsumi leans against a railing over a river. The smile plastered on his face when facing Evolt quickly fades into a saddened look as he stares down into the river below. "When I was shot by Himuro Gentoku…" Utsumi mutters thinking back to when Stark dragged him out of the cold river. "I barely survived. Yet I…" Utsumi rubs his shoulder, feeling the place where the rifle round was placed in his shoulder.
Rogue:(flashback) Don't you realize you're making the war worse?
Utsumi:(clenches fist) I… I…(smiles) I wasn't WRONG!~
Utsumi screams out into the open night sky.
Back at the Cafe… We are Chifuyu…
I lay a blanket over Chloe, I step over into the lab with Katsuragi silently watching the Bottle Fabricator. The door blasts open and Katsuragi immediately jumps over to the door. "What happened?!" Chloe shouts jumping up from her bed. Katsuragi reaches into the Fabricator and pulls out the Panel box as it's now been transformed.
Katsuragi:(holds up bottle) It's complete!(hair sticks up) The ultimate power-up item made from every Bottle element combined! And its name is… Genius Bottle!(hallelujah pose) I'm amazing! I'm fantastic! I'm a Genius!(kisses bottle)
Chifuyu:(sweatdrop) Ah…
Chloe:(sweatdrop) So that phrase came from Katsuragi Takumi…?
Katsuragi:(looks at Bottle) With this, I can defeat Evolt… and those two aliens.
Chloe:(crosses arms) I told you Banjou and Shinonono aren't a threat.
Katsuragi:(looks at Chloe) Then can you explain why logically?(looks at Chifuyu) Hmm? Impressions and opinions don't cut it-
Chifuyu:(crosses arms) How about trusting your allies more?
Katsuragi: Allies?(scoffs) This isn't a shonen Manga. How can you believe in something as imprecise as that?
Chloe:(looks at Katsuragi) Is that what you really think? Is that why you never told Mogami and Spider your plans? After Sento… After you lost your memory, you trusted your allies more than anyone else. Don't you feel the same way deep in your heart?
Katsuragi:(thinking) 'I was a fool to trust you…' I said that to Himuro-san…(outloud) I was nothing but a fool when I trusted my allies.(clenches Bottle) I only believe in science.
Chloe and I watch Katsuragi in silence as he stares into the Genius Bottle. 'Sento and Katsuragi… it's like a mirror. But which one is a truer reflection I wonder?' I ponder looking at Katsuragi. I glance over at Sento's jacket 'Sento… You're in there aren't you? Somewhere?'
