(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand off against each other.)

(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to a hidden Winged Rider flapping his wings out, flying past and taking up view is a Glowing Red Dragon Rider. View changes to upper body, their body's still shrouded but with another shadow behind both, as our view is split down the middle.)

(Change to Chifuyu Smiling at the Camera)
(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)
(Namba stands with his cane as the same red and blue lights illuminates him)
(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)
Construct 133: Unstoppable Genius
We are Ichika… Open park…
Madoka and I engage in a brawl, but I'm on the defensive due to Madoka's initial attack. My boxing memory kicks in as I dodge side to side before punching Madoka in the side of the gut. "Both of you stop this!" Houki exclaims attempting to break up our fight. As Houki moves in, Madoka recovers and kicks Houki. "Ough! M-Me too?!" Houki asks, confused.
A half hour later…
The three of us collapse to the ground, all three of us lay on the ground staring up at the sky. "That should have raised your Hazard Levels!" Madoka exclaims, I groan in pain. "If it's training then just say so!" I shout trying to lift up my head only to give up after my neck muscles ache.
Houki:(gasping) Y-Yeah… No need to come rushing at us all of a sudden!
Madoka:(staring up) You wouldn't fight all-out otherwise. What we're fighting isn't human. We've got to do everything we can, even if it's ultimately futile… Also, Katsuragi Takumi wants to eliminate you.
Houki:(sits up) I guess… That figures.
Madoka:(nods) Yeah, he says you might reawaken as Evolt at any time.(glances at Houki) He sure as hell doesn't trust you either…(looks at sky) Don't worry. I won't let him do anything to ya. No matter how you look at it, you're completely human.(sits up) Although you're closer to a chimpanzee.
Ichika:(sits up) Uki!... Shut up…(lays back down) Hey… If I lose control of myself… eliminate me without hesitation.
Houki:(looks at Ichika) Ichika, what are you saying?
Ichika:(sits up) Ah… You're right, what Am I saying?(waves) Forget what I just said. This is no good. It just feels so depressing without him around.
Just then, we get an emergency call. "This is the Prime Minister's Residence. Seito's Forces are attacking!" A panicked voice requests help. All three of us stand up and look at each other. "We are Requesting Backup immediately!" The operator exclaims. Without a word we all dash for our vehicles to support the Prime Minister Residence.
Prime Minister Residence… We are Observers…
A missile flies into the side of a building as rubble crashes to the ground. The IS girls and Touto forces hold the entrance. "Charlotte! We need to relive the right side!" Laura orders firing her cannon into a Hard Guardian destroying it. "Understood! Kanzashi, come with me!" Charlotte said, firing on Guardians as she and Sarashiki move towards the right to support the failing right side.
Cecilia:(looking down scope) Contact! Utsumi has arrived!
Rin:(slices Guardian) What? That Backstabber is here?!
Tatenashi:(kicks Guardian back) No doubt leading this assault. Where is our back up?
Just then 3 bikes drive onto the scene, Akatsu slashes straight though a line of Guardians before screeching to a stop. Great Cross-Z jumps off his bike and drop kicks a Hard Guardian, smashing its upper body. Grease simply slams into several guardians then jumps off as the bike explodes. "Ah, right on que. How timely." Tatenashi said, with a swing of her lance, water slices through 4 Hard Guardians surrounding her. Utsumi spots the Riders and smiles.
Utsumi:(takes out the belt) This country will belong to Evolt!
Grease:(kicks Guardian) In your dreams, Traitor.
Cross-Z:(punches Guardian) Over my dead body!
Akatsu:(cranking belt) Let's wrap this up boys!
Cross-Z and Grease both crank their belts. "Ready Go!" "Scrap Finish!" "Great Dragonic Finish!" "Maidentech Finish!" All in one swift move the three completely wipe out the remaining Guardians. "How's that? Told'ya the training will pay off!" Grease said holding a Hard Guardian arm then dropping it.
Utsumi:(takes out bottles) Don't think you can protect the country with that level of strength!
Utsumi gives his bottles a quick shake before inserting them into his belt. "Koumori! Hatsudouki! Evol Match!" Utsumi cranks his belt, as the pipe blasts and juts out in random directions. "Henshin!" Utsumi shouts, the pipes wrap around Utsumi then shatters. Smoke around the armor fades revealing Mad Rogue. "Bat Engine!" Mad Rogue laughs and charges at the Riders.
Meanwhile… IS Cafe…
Gentoku collapses to the ground. "Himuro-san! I said to stop!" Yamada exclaims, as she and Sawa attempt to bring him back to bed. "You can't go in this condition!" Sawa exclaimed, trying to get Gentoku to rest. The Fridge door opens as Chloe and Chifuyu rushes out with Katsuragi following behind her. "What's going on?!" Chloe asks, she rushes over and helps Gentoku.
Yamada:(wraps arms around Gen) He insists on going to help them.
Chifuyu:(looks at Gen) Your body is in shambles, Himuro-san. You won't be able to help!
Gen:(trying to get up) I have to go! I destroyed Utsumi's hopes!(looks at Katsuragi) Like I did with you!(everyone pauses)... I took advantage of you two to start the war. It's not something I can ever be forgiven for!(pushing up) But this time… Just this time, let me fight for the country! Please! Just this once!(drops to ground) Believe me…(passes out)...
Yamada:(kneels down) Hey! Are you alright?! Hey!
Sawa:(panicking) What should we do?!

Back with Ichika…
The three riders are blown back as Mad Rogue steps over tossing aside his weapons. "Compared to the Evol Driver…" Mad Rogue cracks his neck side to side. "...Your Rider System is nothing but junk!" Mad Rogue removes the bat and Engine bottles from his belt and swaps it for two other bottles. "Pirates! Rider System!" Mad Rogue cranks his belt as pipes from the Kaizoku Ressha. "Creation! Pirates! Finish!" Mad Rogue grabs hold of his new weapon. "Local Train! Express Train! Rapid Train! Kaizoku Ressha! Now Leaving!" Mad Rogue launches the train, it slams into Grease launching her into a wall. Grease falls to the ground as her armor fades.
Akatsu:(turns around) Madoka!
Cross-Z:(raises fist) Tch!... Ah? Katsuragi?
Akatsu:(looks over) Eh?
We are Katsuragi
Walking onto the scene, I put my belt up to my waist. The Build Driver's belt strap flies around my waist and locks into place. Pulling the Hazard Trigger from my coatI flip the cover and engage the Trigger. "MAX Hazard ON!" Inserting the Trigger into the top slot of my belt, I retrieve the Full Full Bottle. "What are you here for?" Cross-Z asks, his helmet unseals as the armor panels fold away, showing Banjou's face underneath. His hair is blue and Crimson as opposed to his usual dark blue. "Katsuragi-san…" Shinonono asks me.
Katsuragi:(looks at Mad Rogue) Don't get it twisted. I'm not here to help you.(looks at Full Full Bottle) This time…
Laura:(fires cannon) Mr. Katsuragi! Eyes up! A small squad of Hard Guardians are approaching!
Katsuragi:(turns to Guardians) Good, I welcome a challenge. Now, shall we begin the Experiment?
Shaking the bottle I opened the gold Cap. "Rabbit!" Pulling open the Bottle and sandwiching it I insert the Bottle into my belt. "Rabbit and Rabbit!" Cranking the belt, the Hazard Press and the Armor Rabbit form around me. I snap my fingers as I state. "Henshin." The Press shuts on me. "Overflow! Rabbit Rabbit! Yabe~! Hayei~!" The press pulls away as I stand in the Hazard Armor. The Rabbit splits apart into its individual pieces, each attaching on to me. As the facemask flips over and latches on, I lower my arm to my side.
Build: Kamen Rider Build.(raises finger) "Build" as in "to create" or "to form.".(points at Mad Rogue) Pleasure to make your acquaintance.
Rin:(slashes Guardian) Stop stroking yourself off and fight you, Egocentric Mad Scientist!
Build:(sighs) How rude. It's proper to make a good self-introduction.
IS Girls:(sweatdrop) IN THE MIDDLE OF A FIGHT?!
Cecilia:(facepalms) Even I don't do that…
Rolling my eyes, I flick my right arm out as the gauntlet forms into a blade. "Full Bottle Buster!" The FBB materializes in my hand as I dual wield both weapons. I block slash and kick the Guardians. "He managed to use it!" Cross-Z said, I slice the arm off a Hard Guardian with both Cross-Z and Akatsu now in view. "I simply adjusted the Bottle to fit me, that's all." I said removing the Full Full Bottle and putting it into the FBB. "Full Full Match Des!" Pull the Trigger I swing around slicing the Hard Guardians into pieces.
Mad Rogue:(walking over) In that case, I'll take you on.
Build:(scoffs) If you insist… Ha~!
Running straight towards Mad Rogue I swing my blade as we enter a Blade Lock. The kinetic force I build up in my approach causes Mad Rogue to be pushed back a few inches before stopping. Breaking off, we both clash with our weapons but neither of us make any real hits. "Katsuragi!" Mad Rogue shouts, kicking me back then jumping to stomp my head. Rolling to the side Mad Rogue's boot stomps into the pavement creating a crater. I stand back up and charge Mad Rogue. Mad Rogue simply jumps over me, hooking my armor by the shoulder pad and as he lands on the ground swings me around as I fly face first into a pillar. "Ugh!" I reling from the impact then entered a defensive pose as Mad Rogue swung at me.
Mad Rogue:(enters Bladelock) Katsuragi, you should understand how I feel about Evolt!
Build:(pushing back) I understand the feeling of being fascinated by a power that goes beyond human understanding…(pushes Mad Rogue back) But! …That isn't science that will benefit Humanity.
Mad Rogue:(snickers) Heh… Hahahahaha~! Don't make me laugh!(points at Build) What about your Rider System? All that development, the kidnapping, the lies, the deaths! Betraying Mogami, deceiving poor Spider… And all for WHAT?! It ended up as a tool for war, and caused many casualties!(pulls Kaizokuressha train back) It even reawakened Evolt. Those girls from the UN? The development of the Rider system and the establishment of Faust lead to their countries being dragged into the Crossfire! You're creation, it's leading Humanity to destruction!
Build:(drops arms) … I… I never-
Mad Rogue raises his weapon to my head. "Heads up!" Mad Rogue shouts as I'm blasted in the face knocked back as my helmet's faceplate is shattered. I hit the ground as the faceplate armor hits the ground just next to me. I look in my reflection, seeing "Sento's face" in one eye, and my reflection in the other. Pulling myself back up I turn to Mad Rogue. "That's easy to say with hindsight!" I shouted back, only for Mad Rogue's helmet to fold away, revealing Utsumi's eerie smile.
Mad Rogue:(smiling) I'm sure you foresaw this. You were always the planner, coming up with plans in the event something goes wrong. Yet you gave in to your pride as a scientist and created it!(looks at hand) You just wanted to show off your abilities to the World!
Katsuragi:(clenches fist) No… That's… that's not…
Utsumi:(sighs) Just admit it. What's wrong with pursuing the possibilities of science? We'll reunite the country with the power of science!(shakes fist towards sky) As it has done for earth many times before. Isn't that wonderful?(smiles) We… weren't wrong! Let's transform the world with the power of science!
Build:(faceplate reforms) … I'm different than you.
My faceplate flips back on and seals itself, reaching behind, I take out the Genius Bottle.
The Genis Bottle is only a little taller than the Rabbit Tank Sparkling can. The top of the bottle has 3 caps, two to enter into the belt the third just on the top of the bottle. The head and bottom of the bottle is a clear yellow with silver vents on the front of the rings. On the butt of the bottle is the Build symbol engraved in gold on the butt of the bottle. At the center the bottle is mostly blue with a window facing out.
Cross-Z and Akatsu look over. "Huh?" Cross-Z mumbles. "What is that?" Akatsu asks. "Oh~?" Utsumi asks, his helmet folding back on. "Build up!" I state, tapping on the third cap on the top right of the bottle… "H-Huh?!" I look at the bottle and tap the activation cap. 'What's going on?! Why isn't this working?!' "It's not responding?" I ask.
Cross-Z:(looks over) Huh? What's wrong?
Akatsu:(looks at Bottle) Is something wrong with the bottle?
Build:(tapping cap) Strange… It should be complete!
Charlotte:(looks over) Katsuragi-san! Look out!
I look up to see Mad Rogue right in my face. He began to swing at me, slicing up my armor. "Is that your limit!?" Mad Rogue asks, kicking me into the air. He then jumps up and kicks me again into the Parking Lot entrance. Hitting the ground I crush the bricks under me.
Mad Rogue:(picks up Build) What happened to showing me how "Different" we are!
Build:(Knocked back) Argh!...(rolls across ground) Ugh!(stops rolling) In theory, I should be able to transform with this…
Mad Rogue:(takes aim) Oh well… Katsuragi… I guess this is… Goodbye…
I look at Mad Rogue to see him pointing his weapon right at my head. "Local Train! Express Train! Rapid Train!" I scramble back trying to get my footing only to slip. 'Why? Why can't I run?!' "Kazoku Ressha!" Just as Mad Rogue is about to fire, Cross-Z, Akatsu, and the IS Rep girls all jump in.
Laura:(fires at Mad Rogue) Cecilia, Kanzashi, Charlotte! Suppressive fire! Cross-Z, Akatsubaki, Rin, Tatenashi! Get in close and hit him hard!
Everyone:(in synch) Got it!
Build:(watches) …Wha…
All eight of them attack Mad Rogue in coordinated strikes. "Wha?" I mumble. "You lack spirit!" Cross-Z shouts as he kicks Mad Rogue back. My armor fades off me as I'm left speechless. "He wants to help others!" Akatsu shouts, jumping over Mad Rogue and slashing his back. "He wants to protect others!" Cecilia shouts, firing on Mad Rogue as he attempts to fly into the air.
Rin:(drop kicks Mad Rogue) Ora~!(looks at Katsuragi) Those are the reasons he fights!
Charlotte:(charges Mad Rogue) You don't-(dodges shot) even have a little of that fervor he had!
Laura:(fires cannon) Kiryu Sento… Is a Hero of Justice!
Tatenashi:(thrusts lance at Mad Rogue) He saw how Science could be used for the Good of others!
Kanzashi:(fires on Mad Rogue) Kiryu Sento never asked for a reward! He did it because he wanted to help people!
Mad Rogue raises his arms to guard himself. "Grr… Enough!" He shouts his wings bursting out his back. "You don't understand the difference between our powers yet, I see." Mad Rogue states, he raises his fist into the air and slams it on the ground as a puff of black smoke fills the area. "*Cough!* *Cough!* Wh-What is this?!" Cecilia shouts. Mad Rogue flies up into the air, the chestpiece opens exposing open energy ports. Putting his hands out, balls of energy form in Mad Rogue's hands. "Ha~!" Mad Rogue throws the balls into the gas as it ignites and explodes. I shield myself from the blast as the IS girls all fall around me. Akatsu and Cross-Z are the only two left standing. Mad Rogue laughs as he swaps his bottles and cranks his belt. "Ready Go! Evoltech Attack!" Mad Rogue flies down at the two and drop-kicks both of them. "Ciao~" The two are blown away down next to the Parking Exit lot. The armor of both Cross-Z and Akatsu faded away.
Mad Rogue:(lands on ground) Sigh~ You're so wrong.(steps up to Ichika and Houki) Who's a hero? Him?
Ichika:(grabs Mad Rogue's leg) … Grr…
Houki:(stands up) Ora~
Mad Rogue catches Shinonono's fist and punches her with his other hand. Then Mad Rogue grabs and lifts up Ichika. "The Rider System is nothing but a tool for war." Mad Rogue shouts, I walk down the ramp as I watch this unfold. "Look around you! Who's going to save you? No one!" Mad Rogue shouts, punching Banjou in the gut. "Ha~" Houki charges Mad Rogue again. Only for Mad Rogue to toss Banjou into her as the two are knocked to the ground.
Mad Rogue:(steps over) There are no Heroes!
Katsuragi:(watching) … Ah!(feels head)
My mind rushes as my mind flashes to an unfamiliar memory. "He… believed in me!" This past Banjou said about me. "He gave me back my future!" Ichika said. "Then We… will use it to bring about Love and Peace!" Houki said, as an opened floodgate of memories filled my mind. "Please! Just this once! Believe me!" Gentoku shouts. With one person being the most prominent out of all of them. Her face… Banjou Chifuyu's face.
"This needs to be done… I… I get that. So… Just promise me you will come back."
Katsuragi's Mindscape… We are ?
The landscape is filled with formulas and cogs, as an open sky with a sunset in the backdrop. Katsuragi and Sento stand face to face. At Katsuragi's back a barren and crumbling world. Rusted gears falling apart, formulas falling apart and dark shadows of thousands of people. The shadows whisper hatred to Katsuragi. Those people extend to Sento's back, but his shadows are smiling and laughing. Sento's world is brighter, cleaner, more put together.
Katsuragi:(looks at Sento) You believe in your allies?
Sento:(smiles)...(points behind)...
Katsuragi looks behind Sento to see all the faces he has helped. Sento then reaches out as the mindscape begins to be filled by Sento's world. The dark shadows stop whispering and simply smile. A hand pats Katsuragi on the shoulder, glancing to his right he sees Mogami smiling at him. Spider steps over on Katsuragi's left also with a hopeful smile.
Katsuragi:(looks at ground) … Then…(looks at Sento) Then show me the future you'll create.
Sento: …(nods)
Katsuragi reaches out and takes Sento's hand. In a flash of rainbow light Katsuragi is absorbed into Sento. As he fades leaving only Sento, the formulas begin to move along with the gears. Sento takes another look at everyone, they all give him an assured smile.
Back in Reality…
The clouds above the ground parts as bright sunlight beams down. Mad Rogue looks over at Ichika and Houki, when I step in the way. "Sigh~ What are you two doing?" I ask, everyone looks over at me. "Looks like even being a sub-character is too much work for you two." I said, glancing down at the two. "Sento…?" Ichika and Houki both ask me.
We are Sento!
Sento:(smiles) The hero with too much self-consciousness,(holds up Genius Bottle) is back!
Madoka:(smiles) Ha ha ha!~ His memory is back!
Cecilia:(standing up) … Sento-Sensei!
Rin:(tearing up) Stupid Sento! You had us all worried!
Charlotte:(wipes tear) Welcome back… Sento-Sensei!
Larua:(nods) Glad to have your scientific Nonsense back!
Houki:(sniff!) What took you?!
Ichika:(covers eyes) You're late! Moron!
Sento:(chuckles) Apologies later. Now, shall we begin the experiment?
I tap the activation cap. "GREAT! All Yay~!" Opening the bottle cap I flip the top of the bottle as a triumph horn plays. I bring down the Genius Bottle and insert it into my belt. "GENIUS!" Inside the bottle window, rows of bottles light up as I grab the Crank and turn it. "Yay~! Gen~! Yay~ Gen~!" A platform builds under me as a series of piping constructs around me, with a conveyor belt wrapping around the back of me. Lines of bottles fill the spirling conveyor as rainbow liquid fills the piping, as connectors appear along the conveyor belt. "Are you Ready?!" I raise a finger to the side of my forehead.
"Henshin!"
"The Completely Flawless Bottle Guy! BUILD GENIUS!~ Sugei~! Monosuge~!"
A Gold Build symbol attaches to Sento's chest as a pure white Build armor forms around Sento. Gold connectors attach to the head, arms, and legs as colored bottles all attach onto ports across the armor. As each bottle is inserted, its respective colored liquid fills piping along the suit. The platform de-constructs and disappears. Leaving Build standing before Mad Rogue. Everyone's jaws open wide as they stare at me.
Mad Rogue:(shocked) That's…
Build:(gestures with visior) The Formula to Victory… is Set!
