(We move out to the Japan skyline, the Pandora Tower in the center of Japan as we pan up to the sky.)

(Change to a sky view as every Rider passes by with a concerned look on their face.)

(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand back to back against each other.)
Everything is bright
(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to Akatsubaki Yiggdrasil flapping her wings out, flying past and taking up the view of Cross-Z Magma. Build Genius appears in a flash and snaps his fingers, as our view is split between Mad Rogue and Rogue.)

(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)
(Namba stands with his cane as the same red and blue lights illuminates him)
(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)
Construct 134: A return to Hokuto
Sento: Evolt, the alien lifeform who has obtained the massive amount of energy from Pandora's Box, makes his move to take over the country. Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento, who has regained his memories as the Demon Scientist, Katsuragi Takumi… faces Evolt's assassin, Kamen Rider Mad Rogue, in a showdown.
Ichika: So you're finally Sento again!
Sento: You are… That simple-minded monkey musclehead who prefers protein to three square meals… Banjou Ichika!
Ichika: Can't you remember something better?!
Houki: You know it can't be helped… That's just who he is.
Sento: The popular Hero returns in Construct 134, in which these two say nothing but "Freaking strong" and "Freaking amazing!"
We are Sento…
Sento:(chuckles) Now, shall we begin the experiment?
I tap the activation cap. "GREAT! All Yay~!" Opening the bottle cap I flip the top of the bottle as a triumph horn plays. I bring down the Genius Bottle and insert it into my belt. "GENIUS!" Inside the bottle window, rows of bottles light up as I grab the Crank and turn it. "Yay~! Gen~! Yay~ Gen~!" A platform builds under me as a series of piping constructs around me, with a conveyor belt wrapping around the back of me. Lines of bottles fill the spirling conveyor as rainbow liquid fills the piping, as connectors appear along the conveyor belt. "Are you Ready?!" I raise a finger to the side of my forehead.
"Henshin!"
"The Completely Flawless Bottle Guy! BUILD GENIUS!~ Sugei~! Monosuge~!"
A Gold Build symbol attaches to Sento's chest as a pure white Build armor forms around Sento. Gold connectors attach to the head, arms, and legs as colored bottles all attach onto ports across the armor. As each bottle is inserted, its respective colored liquid fills piping along the suit. The platform de-constructs and disappears. Leaving Build standing before Mad Rogue. Everyone's jaws open wide as they stare at me.
Mad Rogue:(shocked) That's…
Build:(gestures with visior) The Formula to Victory… is Set!
Mad Rogue:(points gun) Heh heh heh… Ha ha ha ha ha!
Mad Rogue opens fire on me, but as the bullets speed towards me my vision slows as I'm able to quickly deflect the bullets. "What?!" Mad Rogue gasps as he steps back. I snap my fingers as a layer of diamond covers the suit turning me invisible. In a burst of speed, faster than Rabbit Rabbit, I dash behind Mad Rogue, reappearing and kick him in the back. "How di-" Mad Rogue turns his gun to me. I simply grab the Nebula Steam gun and crush it in my hand. Then upper cutting him launching Mad Rogue into the sky, I fly up to him in a flash and raise my right leg over me and then down on Mad Rogue sending him straight into the pavement.
Mad Rogue:(getting up) H-How fast is he?!
Rin:(fist pumps) Yeah! Show that Cyborg not to mess with ya!
Laura:(smiles) Sne- Ah! Sensei! 9 o'clock!
Mad Rogue:(stands up) Gah… Hard Guardians…(points at Build) Crush him!
I glance to my left to see a large force of Hard Guardians charge me. With my left hand I snap my fingers as the bottles on my armor light up. The balls of light exits the bottles and I put out my hands, the energy gathers between my hands. Pumping out my chest the ball of light flashes and enters the ground as a ring of energy forms around then forms into a dome. The dome splits and spirals around multiple portals around me. "How about… I Crush you." I said as the bottles on my suit fire beams into the various portals around me. Suddenly portals appear in front of the Hard Guardians as they are blasted by the beams being fired at them. After a quick barrage, beams stop before much more powerful beams blast the Guardians destroying all of them.
Ichika:(awe) Freaking Strong…
Houki:(awe) Freaking Awesome!
Mad Rogue:(looks at Build) Grrr…
Floating back to the ground, Mad Rogue slowly gets back up to his feet. Reaching down to my belt, I grab the crank and turn it once. "One Side!" My left visior, right chest and arm, and my left leg light up. "Ready Go!" Clenching my right hand I charge Mad Rogue and punch him square in the chest. "Genius Attack!" My power burns through the Nebula Gas in Mad Rogue's body which causes the suit to begin to reject him. Grabbing my belt crank I turned it twice. "One Side! Opposite Side!" My right visior, left chest and arm, and my right leg light up. "Ready Go!" Raising my left leg I smash it into Mad Rogue sending him flying right into the concrete and steel of a wall. "Genius Break!" Mad Rogue falls to the ground as his armor fades off him.
Cecilia:(steps over) Great job, Sensei!
Kanzashi:(looks at suit) This is definitely your strongest suit yet!
Tatenashi:(opens fan) I'm quite the fan of the bottles. It's a unique touch.
Madoka:(steps over) Bad ass, Teach. Guess it wouldn't be you if you didn't come back with style.
Charlotte:(smiles) Welcome back… Sento.
?: Yes~ Welcome back. Sen-chan.
A portal opens as Evolt steps out. "Who would've thought you had such a weapon hidden up your sleeve." Evolt said, she clasped as her armor fades. Revealing 'Tabane?!' "Evolt! You've taken Tabane's body again?!" I shout, stepping over, ready to fight. "Hold it. I'll fight you next time, Sen-chan." Evolt said as she turned to the Touto Government Building.
Evolt:(glances at Houki) And for the record. I haven't re-entered Tabane's body.(turns to everyone) I don't need one anymore. I've just come to like this form. Guess that's what happens when you spend nearly a decade with a human. Oh, but before I go-
Evolt speeds over to Madoka and punches her in the gut, dropping her friend's Lost Bottles. "Madoka!" I shout as we all rush over to her. "Oi! What the hell are you doing?!" Madoka shouts getting back up, Ichika and Houki stop her before she charges Evolt. The two bodies block the raging Madoka before she does something foolish.
Evolt:(picks up bottles) I just came to retrieve the Lost Bottles. I'll use these Bottles to manipulate humans to my will.
Build:(rushes Evolt) You won't get away-(is pushed back) What the?!
Evolt:(force pushing Build) … And control your futures along with everything else!
Evolt steps over to Utsumi as she opens up a portal and the two enter the portal and disappear. "Madoka…" I mutter looking at Madoka. Her anger is visible for all to see, but… the Battle is over. We all stand in silence, with nothing else to do but leave.
IS Cafe… Later…
I walked past Maya, Chloe, Sawa, and Chifuyu. I head behind the counter and grab the ingredients to make a coffee. I stand up with a jar of ground coffee only to see Chloe, Sawa, and Maya staring at me. "Wha…" I attempt to ignore them as I prepare the coffee all the while they continue to stare at me. After finishing my cup of coffee I quickly walk over to a table and sit down, the three still watching me.
Chloe:(steps over) Hey, are you really back to being Sento?
Sento: How many times do I have to tell you?(hair patch raises) I'm the Genius Physicist, Kiryu Sento!
Sawa:(looks at Sento) Does that mean you've regained all your memories?
Sento:(crosses arms) That's the strange part.(picks up coffee) I can remember everything up till highschool… But after that… Everything after the Skywall tragedy is a blurr.
Maya:(looks at Sento) So the only memories you're missing are those from your time as the Demon Scientist.
Ichika:(pulls closed bowl of Ramen) I'm thankful for that. Katsuragi hated me and Houki.
Cecilia:(raises hand) Ladies and Gentlemen… That's all well and good but…(points to corner of room) What about him?
We all turned to Madoka slumped into the corner of the room. "Oh? Her?" Ichika said, stepping over to the chair that Madoka is slumped against and lightly knocks her on the top of her head, making Madoka slump down even more. "Well, Evolt stole the Lost Bottle of the Three Crows used." Houki explains, she glances to her right with Madoka slumped next to the chair she is sitting in. "Lost Bottles?" Chloe asks. Taking a good sip of coffee I set aside the cup and step over.
Sento:(looks at Chloe) They're different from Pandora Box Full Bottles as they are artificial Bottles created by humans. They make the user more aggressive.
Houki:(looks at Sento) Wait, does that mean my armor and bottles are Lost Bottles?
Sento:(looks at Houki) Of a sort. They are indeed Lost in that they aren't Pandora Box Bottles, but the differences come in who made the bottles. I created yours, but the other lost bottles weren't made by me… I think.(picks up cup) But what worries me is why has Evolt started collecting the Lost Bottles?
Ichika:(looks at Sento) Yeah, why would he need them if he's already complete?
Madoka: I don't care what he wants with them.(sits up) Those bottles…(grabs Ichika's shoulders) … are my mementos of them!
I drink the rest of my coffee as I watch Madoka and Ichika mess with each other."Wha-wah shtop shaking mee~!" Ichika exclaims as Cecilia and Chloe attempt to break up the fight. I look around and see someone missing. "Huh? Where's Gen-san?" I ask. Maya looks at me. "Gen-san?" Maya asks, I stand up and put aside my coffee.
Sento:(looks at Maya) Well, he's been an enemy up till now, so I didn't say -san… But I thought it might be a bit rude going forwards. So… Where is he?
Maya:(looks at phone) Well he told me he was going to get some new clothes since his old suit was torn up so…(Looks at Sento) He should be back any minute now.
Sento:(nods) I see… Now that I think about it. I've never seen Gen-san's casual form. I always see him in a suit.
Ichika:(steps over) Now that you mention it.
Madoka:(nods) Yeah, it's like he wears a suit everywhere he goes. Think he's gonna get a new one?
Cecilia:(looks at Maya) Or maybe he's gonna mix it up? Perhaps a casual shirt and jeans?
Charlotte:(looks at Cecilia) No… he's far too straight for that. Perhaps clothes similar to a suit perhaps?
Rin:(looks at Charlotte) What? Like he's gonna go on a date? No way, maybe he's gonna get a tank top! Show off his body builder bod!
Maya:(blushing) B-B-Body builder?!
Sento:(looks at Rin) Why do you think that Rin?
Rin:(looks at Sento) Well, you gotta be in top shape to be a Rider. You, Ichika, Houki, and Madoka are all in top shape. It makes sense that Gentoku-san would also be built, don't ya think?(looks at Laura) What about you Laura? What do you think he's gonna wear?
Laura:(crosses arms) Hmm… Maybe a new uniform? Considering his old outfit was a Seito uniform in a sense.
Everyone seems to nod in agreement, when the lights shut off as the light of the front door beams in. "Huh?" We all said as we turned towards the entrance. I pick up my coffee and step closer to the front with Ichika, Madoka, Houki, and Chloe to my sides. "Thanks for waiting." Gen-san said as he entered. Turning the lights back on I immediately spat my mouthful of coffee on Ichika.
Sento:(coughs) WHAT THE HELL?!
Ichika:(dripping with coffee) What… Is… That?
Houki:(hands over mouth) Oh god…
Madoka:(cringing) Oh… No…!
Everyone backs up into a corner as we stare at the abomination before us.
Gentoku is wearing a shitty straw hat, a tacky fake gem covered short sleeved jacket, a white T-shirt with "Pomp and circumstance" written on it in Kanji, mis colored short jeans, and socks… WITH SANDALS?!
We all stare in horror at the sight, unable to speak for what feels like hours… "It's an abomination…" All the girls said in synch. Chifuyu looks at this and faints as I quickly rush over to catch her. "Ch-Chifuyu's down?!" I shout holding her in my arms. Pulling her over to the others we all stare at Gentoku.
Madoka:(cringing) His fashion sense is even more destructive than I could have imagined?!
Ichika:(looking up and down) I don't even know where to start making fun of it!
Cecilia:(looks at Everyone) Y-You think his father had a similar sense?
Rin:(looking away) Dear god I hope not!
Gentoku flaps his open jacket putting the whole outfit on display. Sawa steps up in a reporter pose. "Where did you get those clothes?" Sawa asks, without a second of hesitation Gen answers. "Everything is custom-made." We all reell back at the answer.'Dear god…' "Are you jealous?" Gen asks.
Ichika:(shocked) Crap… he doesn't even realize how it looks.
Houki:(sweatdrop) He's so dense about his fashion sense!
Sento:(looks at Ichika) Let's be indirect so we don't hurt his feelings.
Chloe:(stands up) Lame! It's so lame~!(lights come back on) It's so lame it shouldn't even be on camera.(walks over to Gen) How could you show up in such lame clothes?
Gen:(looks at Chloe) Lame? Who? Me?
Chloe nods. "Yup." She answers, Gentoku chuckles as removes his hat and places it on Chloe's head. "You have no eye for fashion." Gen said, walking past her. "He didn't get upset!" Everyone separates from me, I look around as Gentoku walks up to me. "Katsuragi…" Gen speaks in his serious tone. "Do you have Kiryu Sento's memories again?" He asked me.
Sento:(holding Chifuyu) Umm… T-That's right… I'm not really confident I can talk to you normally while you're in that outfit… So let's take a quick break!
Later… Outside near the coast…
I walk across the beach and sit down on a rock, looking out over the sea. 'Why is Evolt after the lost bottles?' I ponder as I stare out across the waves. 'Are you thinking about the Lost Bottles?' Another voice asks, "What-" I look around to see no one around me… I'm alone. 'I didn't create the Lost Bottles.' The voice states.
Sento:(looks at waves) Katsuragi Takumi?...
Katsuragi:(in head) It was dad who invented them. The reason the research data is missing could be because Evolt erased it, to keep me from finding out.
Sento:(stands up) Why are you?... Hello?... Great, just hang up on me.
Chifuyu:(walking over) Who hung up on you? Evolt?
Sento:(looks over) Chifuyu…(crosses arms) No it's nothing.
Chifuyu:(steps next to Sento) Don't lie to me. I know you.(looks at Sento) It's something about Katsuragi, isn't it?
Sento: …(sighs) I really can't keep a secret from you? Yeah, Katsuragi is still in my mind. Not too long ago he spoke to me.(scratches head) I know it sounds crazy.
Chifuyu:(giggles) And Aliens from outer space that can create and manipulate Black Holes, my brother being an alien, a giant tower in the center of the nation, and the constant threat of the entire world being destroyed isn't crazy?
Sento:(stares out) … You know…(looks at Chifuyu) When you put it like that it does sound tame in comparison.
Chifuyu takes my hand into her own. "Because it is." We share a laugh together. "The moment you're back Gentoku feels comfortable enough to share his frankly atrocious fashion sense." Chifuyu said, we both shudder when remembering. "Yeah… Sorry for breaking my promise." I said turning to Chifuyu, she smiles and kisses me on the cheek. "You didn't, because you came back." Chifuyu said, I look at her and we stare at each other. "Yeah, I guess I did." I said, we come close to each other, I wrap my arms around her and pull her in close. "So, I guess I'll cash in my reward." I said, we came closer to kissing.
Ichika:(running) Oi! Where are you going Madoka?!
Houki:(running) You can't go by yourself!
Sento:(sighs) Everytime. Something has to get in the way…
Chifuyu:(steps back) Let's go see what's wrong.
Turning towards the commotion, we see Ichika and Houki, following Madoka down the road nearby. Ichika and Houki try to stop Madoka as they attempt to pull him back. "Stop following me!" Madoka shouts. Chifuyu and I both walked over. "What's going on?" I ask, the three notice us. Madoka finally shakes Houki and Ichika off herself.
Ichika:(looks at Sento) Sento, Chifuyu-nee.(points at Madoka) She insists on going to Hokuto.
Madoka:(looks at Sento) Those lost bottles were created by Hokuto's Faust. The stolen Bottles might be there too.
Houki:(crosses arms) It's stupid, Sensei, please try talking some sense into him.
Sento:(smiles) Actually, perfect timing. I'll come along.
Ichika and Houki:(looks at Sento) Huh?! You kidding!?
Sento:(puts hands in pockets) I'll go to my mother's house in Hokuto to investigate the Lost Bottles. I might find something there.
"... Fine, Do what you want!" Ichika said, turning and walking off. "I'm still a Touto Kamen Rider so… I have to stay." Houki said, glancing back at Ichika. "But stay safe out there, Sensei. You too Madoka." Houki wished us. "... Sure. I'll watch Teach's back." Madoka assures Houki, to which she smiles and nods. "Be safe Sento." Chifuyu said before kissing me on the cheek then walking off. "Hey, Bakaodka." Ichika said, digging into his pocket. "My farewell gift." Ichika said, tossing the Dragon Jelly to Madoka and leaving without another word as we went our separate ways.
Hokuto Faust facility… We are Observers…
At night, within the dark labs a painfully cry echoes through the halls. Within a Nebula Gas chamber, a female is strapped down in the chamber as Gas is injected into the chamber. "What are you doing to her?" Utsumi asks to step over next to the chamber. Utsumi looks over to the back of the room, where Evolt out of her suit sits on a chair watching the whole process unfold.
Evolt:(looks at Utsumi) I'm developing Lost Smash. The final form of the Smash series.(gestures to Lost Bottles) By using a Lost Bottle to fuse them with Clone Smash…(gestures with hands) the Ultimate slave will be born.
Utsumi:(looks at chamber) But why are you doing this now?
Evolt:(shrugs) Don't you think it's interesting?(stands up) Greedy humans will instill fear into others and ultimately destroy them.(walks over to Utsumi) Humans will destroy each other and the Earth.
Utsumi:(looks at Evolt) So you were after the Kamen Rider to-
Evolt:(nods) They…(looks at Utsumi) will become the ultimate Lost Smashes.(turns around) But before that, let's celebrate the completion of the first Lost Smash!
Evolt steps over to a leaver and pushes it as the door to the chamber opens revealing the woman inside. She sits up, her eyes dead and goolish. She's silent as she exits the chamber.
The next day… We are Sento…
After crossing the border we rode across the rural country on my bike. "Looks like this area has been evacuated." Madoka notes as we pull up on my house. Parking in front of my house, I kick up the leg and we get off my bike. "Mom should be at the evacuation center too." I said walking up to the gate. "I see. You going inside?" Madoka asks me.
Sento:(looks at Madoka) Yeah, what are you going to do?
Madoka:(turning around) I'm going for a walk.
Sento:(turns to Madoka) Don't act on your own. We'll attack Faust's hideout after I learn more about the Lost Bottles.
Madoka:(smiles) Chill, Teach. I said I'm going for a walk, didn't I?...(scratches back of head) Honestly, I don't know anymore. I swore to end the war quickly for the sake of my hometown. But Namba took our enemy, Seito. Now Namba has been killed by Evolt. And suddenly we're talking about space and aliens? Just what should I fight for?(takes out tags) If they were still around, I might still have a reason.
Madoka falls silent as she pockets the tags and walks away…
