(rising up underwater rays of light beaming down, as we exit the water we see Sento holding the Rabbit Bottle. He turns to look at us as we zoom in on his eye. His red eye turns blue, then into a rainbow of colors. Scene changes to the Pandora Box as it opens)

(We move out to the Japan skyline, the Pandora Tower in the center of Japan as we pan up to the sky.)

(Change to a sky view as every Rider passes by with a concerned look on their face.)

(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand back to back against each other.)

(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to Akatsubaki Yiggdrasil flapping her wings out, flying past and taking up the view of Cross-Z Magma. Build Genius appears in a flash and snaps his fingers, as our view is split between Mad Rogue and Rogue.)

(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)

Construct 136: Rider System
Sento: Evolt, the alien lifeform who has obtained the massive amount of energy from Pandora's Box, Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento, who has regained his memories as the Demon Scientist, Katsuragi Takumi, goes to Hokuto to investigate why Evolt is gathering Lost Bottles, but…
Gen: You guys have been treating me strangely these days.
Sento: Oh, you finally realized?
Gen: Why? Is it because I can't buy train tickets on my own? Or is it because I can't eat bell peppers? Or is it because I can't sleep in the dark?!
Sento: NO! None of those things?! And what are you, a child?! How did you ever become a politician like this?... Anyways, will you be wearing another text T-shirt in Construct 136?
Hokuto forest outskirts… We are Sento…
Evolt:(points at bottle) I'll use that Bottle to create a new world! If you like, you can help me with that.
Sento:(puts away bottle) Don't kid yourself.
I tap the cap of the Genius Bottle. "Great!" I insert the bottle into my belt and crank. "Genius! Yay! Yay! Yay! Are you Ready?" The platform forms as the white armor outline forms around me. "Henshin." I said as the armor is completed and the bottles attach. "Build! Genius! Suge~! Mono Sugei~!" The platform disassembles with Evolt looking me over.
Build:(steps towards Evolt) Now, shall we begin the experiment?
Evolt:(cracks neck) Sure, why not show me what Genius can do!
In a flash the two of us run up to each other and we race around the forest each time we charge into each other we clash and bounce off. I come in close and jump over Evolt and kick him in the back of the head before putting my arms to the side as the bottles on my suit blast Evolt back. Evolt is hit with a good several dozen shots before he warps through a black hole and makes some distance. "Looks like I underestimated you." Evolt said, pulling out the Evol Trigger he activates it. "Over the Evolution!" "But can you beat my complete form?!" But just as he is about to insert the Evol Driver I dash over and grab his arm. "The law of victory is set." I said cranking my belt. "One side! Opposite side! All sides! Ready Go! Genius Finish!" Evolt tries to break free only for me to freeze her feet in place. Clenching my right fist I bring it back and I punch Evolt sending her flying back into a tree.
Build:(suit glowing) I'll defeat you before you become complete. That's the law of victory.
Evolt:(hits ground) Guaaah~!(suit fades) Ugh… Wh-What… is this feeling?! … I see… So that's what it is!(stands up) Sento! You're the best! To think you managed to cram that much power into that Bottle! In light of your invention… I'll retrieve the Bottle another time. Ciao~!
Sento:(removes bottle) … What was that…(phone rings) Ah!(pulls out phone and answers) Did you learn something?
Ichika:(over the phone) I met with Reika-san. You were right. Your father… is alive.
Later… IS Cafe…
Returning back to Touto, we all gather to discuss recent events. "Sento's father is alive?" Chloe asks, surprised. "But how did you know he was alive, Sensei?" Houki asked me, and I turned to everyone. "It's not like I had solid proof." I said before crossing my arms. "But the lack of a body made me suspicious." Walking over the counter I sit down at the counter crossing my arms.
Sento: Why did Dad, who was closest to Pandora's Box… Commit suicide?
Gen:(Steps over) Exactly. That light turns people belligerent. That's the exact opposite of what would drive him to suicide.
Sento:(turns to Gen) Gen-san, so you~...
We all stare at Gentoku's new outfit. "What the hell…" Madoka mutters glancing at Gen. He's dressed in what can only be described as a rainbow turk. Gen silently lifts up his drink into his lips and sips. "What the hell is this?" Madoka asks looking under the turk to see a shirt reading 'Second Banana Stealing the Limelight.' "Beardy…" Madoka chuckles trying to hold back her laughter. "What?" Gen asks, fixing his outfit. "You jealous, Potato?" Chloe stands up and pushes Gen towards the door. "Objection!" Chloe shouts.
Gen:(looks at Chloe) Objection? What objection?
Chloe:(pushes Gen) NO entry! Get out!
Madoka:(following) Really! That outfit just does not fit you!
Gen:(being pushed) What? No, wait…
We watch as Madoka and Chloe make Gentoku leave the cafe. "Try again, Beardy!" Madoka exclaims as the door to the Cafe shuts behind her. "To hide the fact that he didn't commit suicide…" Sawa walked over to me. "Your father used Reika-san's smuggling boat to get around." Sawa finished, I turned back to the counter crossing my arms.
Sento: Why did Dad fake his suicide?(crosses arms) Why didn't he tell his family? Not even mom?
Ichika:(looks at Sento) Reika-san didn't know why either.
Sawa:(holds out hand) But she was told to give this to someone who knows his son.
Sawa opens her hand revealing a data stick in the palm of her hand. Hesitantly, I reach out and pick up the data stick.
Downstairs in the lab…
Inserting the data stick into my PC, I pull up the data. "It has lots of data on the Rider System." I said looking over the data. Ichika, Houki, and Sawa look over behind me as I open a file. "Apparently Dad designed it using the Evol Driver as a reference." As I said that, footsteps rush down the staircase as Gentoku, Madoka, and Chloe rush in.
Madoka:(following) Oi! Hey, why are you back?! Hey wait!
Gen:(running in) Thanks for waiting!
Madoka:(stops) What? We weren't waiting for you! What's with those movements? What's with that costume?
Houki:(sweatdrop) And there goes any semblance of seriousness in this conversation.(looks at Sento) Anything new about the System in the data?
Sento:(looks at Houki) Eh? Oh! Uh… Yes, it covers Best Matches too.
Ichika:(looks over) Seriously? What does that mean? What's up with them?
Chloe:(looking at Gen) Oh my god~...(looks at Sento) Sorry, continue.
Sento:(nods) Right, for now, we should check out Lost Bottles.
Ichika steps back, crossing his arms. "That's right- Wait, why?!" Ichika exclaims, pressing his face against my cheek as we look at the screen. "Ugh… Apparently the artificial Bottles developed by Dad." I said, Houki leans in, pressing her cheek against mine. "Oh~, so that's why the bottles are different from mine." Houki said, I push both of them away. "Oi! Give me some space here." I said going back to the data.
Sento:(points at screen) … Not only does it make people belligerent, but it also has another purpose.
Ichika:(tilts head) What kind of secondary purpose?
Sento:(holds up Owl bottle) It says here, "If you can collect these ten black Lost Bottles, a phenomenon which transcends all known laws of physics will happen."
Houki and Sawa:(in synch) "Transcends all known laws of physics"?
Madoka:(looks over) How is that even possible?
Ichika: So something freaking terrible will happen if they are all collected?
Sento:(nods) Yes, if you speak like an idiot.
"Huh?" Ichika said, as Gentoku and Madoka burst out laughing as they pointed at Ichika. "What are you laughing at?!" Ichika shouts stomping over, the two go silent. "Good." Madoka takes the Hat off of Gentoku and plops it on Ichika's head. "Pff…" The two begin to laugh again. The three begin to swap around hats laughing at each other. They then place the hat on top of Chloe who immediately twists Ichika's arm and kicks him into Madoka and Gentoku. "Sigh~, But Evolt used to destroy planets instantly, didn't he?" Chloe asks, looking over at me. "So why hasn't she destroyed Earth after 10 years?" Chloe asks again.
Sento:(puts hands together) That's true. Even if he was trying to retrieve his power, he could have destroyed the planet right after.
Chloe:(looks at Sento) Let's review Evolt's actions. First he came to Earth to look for the genes in Banjou.
Sento:(nods) Yes, 10 years ago he possessed Tabane.
Ichika:(sits down) But she wasn't able to open the Pandora Box and caused the Skywall Tragedy instead.
Sawa:(sits down) After that, Evolt escaped the Hospital and went into hiding and made Sento's father restore the Evol Driver. Then she disappeared.
Gen:(looks over) Several years later, she suddenly appeared at the Faust Hideout.
Madoka:(looks at Gen) Wait, what was she doing before that?
Sento:(stands up) I don't know. But there's where she starts pulling the strings.
Opening a screen a video reel of previous encounters with Evolt using helmet cameras. "As Stark, Evolt sent us Smash after Smash to make Chloe purify the Bottles." I said, scenes of our fights with Evolt. "Even without Power-up items, she fought you all on an equal level." Madoka said.
Madoka:(looks at Gen) Compared to Night Rogue-
Gen:(crosses arms) I didn't lose.
Madoka:(points at Gen) But! You got thrashed by Stark when you faced off against her.
Gen:(looks at Madoka) I didn't lose!
Chloe:(turns to the two) That's not important!
Houki:(trying to calm everyone down) W-Well, we did a good job defeating every Smash she threw at us.
Sawa:(raises a hand) Hey, I just realized something. That ever since Sento-kun and Banjou met, all the people turned into Smash have been connected to them. Well, up to the beginning of the Civil War.(listing with her hand) Like Kasumi-chan, and Reika-san, who had a connection with Sento-kun's father.
Houki:(nodding) She has a point. Nabeshima, who framed Ichika. The Kouhai of Satou Taro who swapped faces with Katuragi Takumi. Sento's Mom, Sento's colleagues. And finally Sawa-san.
Sento:(crosses arms) That's true… It's almost all people we know.
Madoka:(looks at Gen) Hey, Beardy, do you know something about that? You created those Smash at Faust, didn't you?
Gen:(looks at Madoka) Shut up, Potato. I don't know because I left the job to Stark.
Madoka:(crosses arms) Tch. She probably just left you out then. No wonder you were betrayed.
Gen:(grabs Madoka) Of course not!(shakes Madoka) Absolutely not!
Madoka puts her hand in Gen's face trying to push her off. "Get off me Beardy!" Madoka shouts, as she pushes Gen off herself. "I get it alright?!" She shouts pushing Gen away. "You're being overbearing." Madoka said, sitting back up. "Stark's identity was Tabane." I said remembering the night I discovered this fact, I rub my shoulders thinking back. Glancing at the others I immediately spot Madoka in a cold sweat.
Madoka:(thinking aloud) Hold on… If I had married Mii-tan back then… I'd have a wife possessed by a Martian and a mother-in-law possessed by an unknown alien that I'm also technically related to?! What a Crazy family!
Chloe:(sighs) There's no way I'd marry you.
Madoka:(looks at Chloe) Wh- H-How did you hear my thoughts?!
Chloe and Sento:(in synch) You were yelling at the top of your voice!
Sento:(sighs) You really need to learn when to keep things to yourself. Anyways, the war between the countries broke out. Touto was invaded by Hokuto, then Seito captured Hokuto after the proxy fight. Namba Heavy Industries took over Seito.
Houki:(looks at Sento) Not before Namba used Phantom Task to trigger conflicts all over the world to start a World war.
Sento:(nods) All of which was Stark Pulling the strings.
Ichika:(Looks at Sento) Evolt caused the war to raise my Hazard Level and to make Sento create the freaking strong Rider System, right?
Sento:(looks at Ichika) Yes. Everything was so she could obtain the power in Pandora's Box.(sits in a fetal pose) Unfortunately, we totally fell for it…(head pats and snacks are handed) Thanks, but finally, Kamen Rider Evol was born.
Madoka:(grab back popcorn) With the restored Evol Driver, she was Kamen Rider Evol Phase 1.
Ichika:(crossing arms) After possessing me and absorbing his genes back, he became Phase 2.
Madoka:(looks at screen) It was then he opened Pandora's Box and completed Pandora Tower.(glances at Gen) I thought Beardy would put up a better fight than that! Everyone knows he should be trying to avenge his father!
Gen:(sipping on drink) I had a cold that day…(sips drink again)
Madoka:(looks at Gen) Huh? What an obvious lie. You lost because you were weak.
Gen:(stands up) I did not lose!
Houki:(pull back Gen into seat) Easy, Himuro-san.(looks at Madoka) Leave him alone Madoka. Ever since this war started, Evolt has been ruining everyone's lives. I guess even before the war too.(looks back up at screen) Then, after Evolt possessed Sento-sensei's body, he became Phase 3.
Ichika:(looks at Sento) Yeah, and now we have Albino Sento because of it.
Madoka:(looks at Sento) But he returned to normal pretty quickly. No surprise from the Lead character.
Sento:(sweatdrop) Can we not break the fourth wall? And Evolt finally became complete with phase 4. Since I became Katsuragi Takumi, I don't remember what happened after. What happened to Evolt?
Ichika:(gritting teeth) She was freaking Strong!
Houki:(rubbing right shoulder) An absolute Monster.
Madoka:(rubbing hair) She left no opening!
Gen:(clenching fist) I didn't lose!
Sento:(materializes rubber slapper) I shouldn't have asked you guys.(slaps Gen) And enough with the "I didn't lose!" line. Just grow up. But with that we are all caught up.
Chloe:(stands up) That was a pointless recap. We all know what's been happening.
I swing around in my seat to look at Chloe. "No, that's not true." I said, opening the video on screen again, I looked back over the people turned into Smashes. "When we were talking about the people who turned into Smash, I spotted someone unrelated to us." I said, Ichika stands up and steps behind me. "Who?" Ichika asks, I stand up and look at Ichika.
Sento:(crossing arms) The first person who became a Smash. The random man who ran when the authorities arrived.
Ichika:(puts hands together) Ah! You're right!
Sento:(hand on chin) He must have some sort of connection with one of us.
Sawa:(nods) Then I'll go investigate it.
I nod to Sawa. "We're counting on you." "Be safe out there." Chloe said. Sawa nods as she heads for the stairs. "Of course. I'm off." Sawa said walking up the stairs, I turned to the smart board next to my computer. "There's something else that bothersome." I said, stepping over to the board. "What's that?" Houki asks, I lean on the desk in front of the smart board screen.
Sento:(looks at Houki) The period of time before Evolt appeared at Faust. She might have discovered the phenomenon that transcends the laws of physics back then.(hand on chin) What could that be?
