Event: SCP Foundation's Ethics Committee Meeting

A video is being played to show around fifty people sitting in front of a projector. The lights darken and a slideshow appears to show a site facility that looks like any other place that holds the anomalies. A bald middle aged man with blank eyes hidden behind glasses walks in front of everyone. "Greetings everyone, as you may know I am Dr 0: Chairman of the Ethics Committee and your superior. You have all been called to this meeting for a situation of great importance." He points at the facility image. "This is site 5 before the accident. The accident in question is where a massive containment breach took place. This is the aftermath."

He pulls out a remote and presses a button to show another picture which horrifies everyone in the room. It is the same facility but it is in a rumble, the gate appears to be ripped off and corpses of guards litter the ground. "As you can see many soldiers and scientists died from the breach and we believe it is the work of Chaos Insurgency."

The Doctor presses another button to show a picture of a symbol of a hand holding a spear and below it is of what appears to be 26 soldiers, in uniform, standing at attention though their faces are hidden by black censor lines. There are clear differences that show they are not human such as a mutated arm and another appears to have elven ears that go through the black redacted lines. "MTF Alpha-1 AKA Red Right Hand is a task force many of you have heard of, perhaps even seen in action. They are agents of the O5 council and personally serve them for high risk missions or situations other task forces can't handle. They are the only task force that have agents that have single handedly defeated dangerous anomalies such as SCP 076 and 682. What we are seeing is the only photo of the entire squad together. Any questions so far?"

One of them raise their hand and stands to ask the question. "Sir, what does the the Red Right Hand have to do with Site 5? Didn't they repel the anomalies and Insurgency?"

"They did but the destruction was not just from SCP anomalies, Alpha-1 has also cause in property damage on Site 5." Dr 0 answers and shows pictures of the battle that took place on Site 5: An agent firing a rocket launcher at SCP 173, another agent dodging rust made by SCP 106, someone appearing to stab SCP 096 on the back, SCP 1048's bear creations charging at a firing squad, and a agent using a guard as a human shield to get closer to SCP 049 as SCP 049-2 are tearing him apart.

"Site 5 had become a warzone with SCPs and Alpha task force. This battle has become a graveyard in less than a day. Though the anomalies have been recaptured and sent to other sites, the agents destroyed the site and left it. They didn't care about the destruction and just left it in rubble." Dr 0 said as they went back to the photo of the site in rubble to show how it became like that. He presses it again to show the group photo.

"It isn't just the destruction they cause, there is also the fact of factionalism. The task force seem to have factions within them and they have fought each other due to ideological differences. There are numerous groups but I have discovered two of the largest groups: The Despair and Hope factions. The Despair faction focuses on taking out anomalies regardless of casualties while the Hope faction work more on evacuating and saving people than engaging SCPs. These groups have an intense rivalry and don't seem to want to work together on missions. It is because of this division and destruction that I believe Task Force Alpha is a dangerous risk that may be worse than any Keter class we have imprisoned."

Another scientist raises her hand to ask something. "But sir, what can we do to stop them? They are loyal soldiers of the O5 council."

"Perhaps they are not as loyal as they portray themselves. I will send a letter to the council to request to interview and analyze the agents. Perhaps even find a weakness they possess." Dr 0 said and show everyone a piece of paper with his signature on it. "However to show our dedication, I will need your signatures on this list and send it along with my letter."

They applause at the doctor, taking a case they are to afraid to do. Many sign but a few can be seen not doing it. Either out of respect or fear for the Task Force. After the meeting and everyone leaves, Dr 0 holds the list of signatures with his assistant standing beside him. "Sir why didn't you mention the other incident within Site 5?"

"Trust me they wouldn't believe me even if I had evidence." The doctor answers with the assistant asking another question.

"Is it wise for them to sign?"

"Rest assure this will make sense later. Now let us send this to the council. Soon the council will know the truth of the Moblie Task Force Alpha." He said with a huge smile as he adjust his glasses.

A figure looks at the static of the video. They get up from their chair once they hear screaming outside their house and puts on security armor. On the shoulder, you can see the emblem of a hand clutching a spear. "Doctor 0 huh? Your logic has created chaos."
