(rising up underwater rays of light beaming down, as we exit the water we see Sento holding the Rabbit Bottle. He turns to look at us as we zoom in on his eye. His red eye turns blue, then into a rainbow of colors. Scene changes to the Pandora Box as it opens)

(We move out to the Japan skyline, the Pandora Tower in the center of Japan as we pan up to the sky.)

(Change to a sky view as every Rider passes by with a concerned look on their face.)

(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand back to back against each other.)
Everything is bright
(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)
Asu no hate ni hibikase ru you ni
(Scene changes to Akatsubaki Yiggdrasil flapping her wings out, flying past and taking up the view of Cross-Z Magma. Build Genius appears in a flash and snaps his fingers, as our view is split between Mad Rogue and Rogue.)

(We pass in a flyby of every character not connected to the Riders.)

(Change to Chifuyu Smiling at the Camera)
(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)
(Namba stands with his cane as the same red and blue lights illuminates him)
(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)
Construct 137: The Truth of Best Match
We are Observers… Hokuto Faust Facility…
Evolt walks through the halls of the Facility and enters the room containing a Nebula Gas Chamber in the center of the room. Walking over to the small table next to a chair, Evolt sets down a black Pandora Panel. She looks over the panel with 6 open slots left. "Just six more…" She mutters to herself with a smile. She softly caresses her hand across the panel.
We are Sento… Touto General Hospital…
The heart monitor beeps, as I watch Houki tuck in her comatosed sister in her bed. I step over to her. "Hey, I said I understand what the Best Matches meant, right?" I said to Houki. Houki steps away and sits down in a chair. "Yeah, why? What's wrong?" She asks. "Well…" I said, I sat down in the chair across from her.
Sento:(looks at Houki) I found out they are closely related to Tabane-san's memories.
Houki:(looks at Tabane) Eh?
Sento:(puts hands together) Rabbit and Tank… Hawk and Gatling… Love and destruction. Best Matches are her memories with you.
Houki:(looks at Sento) What do you mean?
Sento: The 60 Bottles in Pandora's Box, reach requires elements of the planet it's placed on.
Flashback… We are Observers…
Within a lab, Shinobu and Tabane talk with all the bottles laid out before them. Shinobu looks up at Evolt in Tabane's Body. "But… How did you get them in the first place?" Shinobu asks Evolt, she chuckles. "Well, I asked Tabane of course." Evolt said, she gestures to the bottles, some filled some empty.
Evolt:(taps side of head) What are 30 things you like? And Tabane looked deep into her memories and came up with things her sister loved.(listing by hand) Rabbit, Panda, Hedgehog.(stands up) Then I asked her to come up with things that kill people. She started listing powerful things like Tank and Gatling. Eventually, he began adding unrelated things like erasers and comics.(sighs and crosses arms) I guess she didn't want to defile the things her sister loved.(shrugs) Even when I pushed her, she refused to give me anything but a strange answer.
Shinobu:(looks at Evolt) So… You control Tabane's body, and have access to her memories. Yet you give her the choice to choose? Why?
Evolt:(shrugs) I guess that was the first time I was moved by Human emotions.(steps over to bottles) Humans are such mysterious and foolish creatures.(picks up a bottle) I thought.
Shinobu then looks back over at the bottles laid out on the desk he sits at. He then looks over at the computer screen with the rest of the bottles all listed out.
Back to the present… We are Sento
Houki and I both stand over Tabane. "She was probably determined to protect the things you loved." I said looking at Tabane. "How stupid…" Houki said, looking at Tabane. "Just for that?" Houki kneels down next to Tabane. "And yet…" She mutters, reaching under the sheets she grabs Tabane's hand and holds it tight.
Houki:(tearing up) … I didn't understand your feelings, Nee-san…(lowers head) I'm sorry. Nee-san…
Sento:(muttering) Happiness, sorrow, anger, surprise…
We are Observers… Meanwhile with Evolt…
Evolt:(sits down) Happiness, sorrow, anger, surprise…(puts hands together) To me, human emotions were all figments of imagination. But…
She leans back in her chair, the moment Build hit him. The feeling of repulsion, the desire to run for her life, her entire self image shattered in less than a second, a decade of dominance at last… Challenged. The very thought brings those feelings back. Evolt's heart begins to race. Evolt stands up and looks at one of the Gas Masked Faust members walking over to him.
Evolt:(smiling) In that moment, I felt actual human Emotions!(clapping) I've never had more fun than EVER before! HA HA!
Evolt walks off, the Gas Masked Faust Member watching her walk off in silence.
The next day… We are Sento…
Back at the IS Cafe, we all sat around waiting. Sawa-san enters the room, "I found it." Sawa said as she handed me a picture of the victim. "The victim's name is Shimizu Kyouichi." I take the picture and get a good look at it.
Sawa: He was your father's student.(Sento looks up) They met in University. I couldn't find out what happened to him during the years before he became a Smash.(sits down at the counter) But now he lives and works part-time at his friend's bar. I already talked with him.(hands note to Sento) He'll meet you here.
Ichika:(looks over) How did you do all that so quickly?
Sawa:(fixes hair) It's best that you don't know.(scary look) For everyone's sake.
Meanwhile…
Shimizu sits alone in the empty bar around him, he raises a phone to his ear. "I've been contacted by Katsuragi Takumi's People." Shimizu reports, a voice on the other side mutters to him. "Understood, I'll head there right now." Ending the call, he sets the phone down on the counter with a heavy sigh.
Later… We are Sento…
Arriving at the location, I take a seat on one of the supports under the bridge. 'Why do you want to know where Dad is?' Katsuragi said in my mind. Katsuragi steps into my view, leaning against the support pillar across from me. 'You haven't had contact with him for a decade now.' He said, Katsuragi walks around the pillar.
Katsuragi:(looks at Sento) What would you talk about when you meet? To this day, I still ask myself…
Sento:(looks at Katsuragi) Ask what?
Katsuragi:(stops walking) Was creating the Rider System that Dad designed… The right choice?
Sento:(stands up) It occurred to me when I was discussing the Best Matches with Houki. Dad saw Evolt toying with human emotions. Maybe he thought these emotions that belong only to humans could be the way to defeat Evolt. That's why he designed the Rider System, where one's Hazard Level increases with their emotions…
Footsteps approach from the left of me, Katsuragi steps behind the support and fades, as I turn to the left to see a man approach me. "Are you Shimizu-san?" I ask the approaching man. Without another word, he holds up a bottle. "No way!" I said, the bottle in his hand is the Stag Beetle Bottle. Without another word, Shimizu-san opens the bottle as two Clone Smash drop down behind him. Inserting the bottle to the left side of his chest, he screams out in pain as the Clone Smashes are absorbed into Shimizu-san. In a burst of Nebula Gas, a new Lost Stag Beetle Smash stands before me. Strapping on my belt I take out the Genius bottle as he charges and swings at me. I duck and step out of the way as I tap the cap of the Bottle. "Great! All Yay!" Opening the cap I insert the bottle into my belt. "Genius! Yeah~! Yay~!" Cranking the belt the armor platform constructs itself around me. "Are you Ready?" "Henshin!" I shout, as the armor and bottles are formed and attached. "Build! Genius~! Sugei~! Mono sugei~!" Stag charges me, as I put out my hand as I fire a gust of cold winds, holding Stag back as I rush up and grab him. Moving around him, I toss him out onto the road to our right.
Build:(hopping over railing) Shimizu-san!? Why are you doing this?! I don't want to fight you!
Stag:(swinging at Build) I have to! If I don't defeat you,(Build blocking) they'll kill me!(Build pushes Stag back) Guh… They'll kill me!
Build:(grapples Stag's arms) Then let me help you! I'll save you!(grabs belt handle) Just hold on!
Cranking my leaver once, formulas form around me. "One side!" My armor lights up as the calculations run through my head. "The Law of Victory is set!" I exclaimed as I clenched my fist. "Ready GO! Genius Attack!" With one swift punch, I stun Stag as he drops to his knees. "This next will only hurt for a second." I said cranking my belt, as my whole body lights up. "One side! Other Side! All Side! Ready GO! Genius Finish!" With a swift kick, I dispel the Nebula Gas from his body. He falls to the side of a lamp post, as the now blackened Stag Bottle drops to the ground. Picking up the bottle, I look then kneel down to Shimizu-san.
Build:(helmet folds away) I've neutralized the Nebula gas in your body. It's alright now. I know this is sudden but, can you tell me where my Father is?
Shimizu:(looks at Sento) I was Katsuragi-sensei's assistant. To create a Black Pandora Panel… He made the Lost Bottle- *Gasp!*
Build:(looks up) What?!
A tendril stabs right into Shimizu as he's filled with dark poison. "No!" I reach to crank my belt but Shimizu quickly dies, fading into the air as purple particles. "Ha ha ha ha~!" I hear, I look up to see Evolt in her Black Hole form. "Evol!" I scream, she hops down from atop a wall to meet me.
Evolt:(dusting hands off) Ah~ Too bad, Sen-chan. You just saved him too.
Build:(helmet folds back on) Evolt… Why did you kill Shimizu-san?! You've never tried to hide your plans before!
Evolt:(chuckles) Well… I now have real emotions. I wanted to feel the excitement of seeing you in a rage!
Build:(clenches fist) You… Heartless Non-Newtonian FUCK!
Evolt:(claps hands) Ooh~ That's a first! Show me what you got!
In a flash we dash around kicking and punching each other. We land atop the overpass as we both throw a punch, our fists slide against each other as they meet our faces. "Kuh…" I kick off from Evolt and back flip. "Hmf." Evolt grunts, as she floats up. I watch Evolt hold out his hands before her chest. "Can you dodge this one?!" Evolt asks, as a ball of gravity forms in the palms of her hands, the energy builds up before she tosses it up into the air. The singular ball splits into dozens of gravity balls covering a part of the sky. "Ha ha ha ha ha!" Evolt laughs as the balls all drop towards me. I jump up and fly around dodging the balls as they fall around me. As I dodge, I clench my fist and create a cluster of sharp diamonds with parts to launch like a missile with explosives inside the diamond shards. As the Rocket fists are completed I take aim at Evolt. "Hit her~!" I shout and fire them off as they fly straight into her.
Evolt:(drops to the ground) Argh…(standing up) Cheep-
Build:(lands on the ground) I don't usually do this, but… Eat this!
Evolt:(looks at Build) What?
I cross my arms, as energy builds up in the forehead of my helmet. "BUILD BLASTER!~" I shout, putting my arms to the side as I fire off a forehead beam at Evolt. The beam pushes Evolt back and smashes against a pillar smashing through it. Stepping forwards, Evolt suddenly rushes straight up to me, while cranking her belt. "Ready go! Black Hole Finish! Ciao!" Evolt's fist meets my face, and I'm thrown into the wall. I fall face flat on the ground.
Evolt:(shaking fist) Phew, after gaining emotions, I thought about it again.
Build:(standing up) About what?
Evolt:(walks over to Build) About how, it's easy to manipulate human emotions.
Evolt walks over to me, kicking me back to the ground, as she takes out a Lost Bottle. "I'll turn you into a Lost Smash with this Bottle your father created." She kneels down holding out the bottle to my face. "You who sings of love and peace, shall destroy the world!" Evolt grabs my neck as she tries to insert the Lost Bottle into me. Before it can touch my suit, I grab Evolt's hand holding the bottle, but as I try to hold it back Evolt still inserts it into me. A sharp needle-like pain moves from the point of entry, all throughout my body as my muscles tense up from the Lost Bottle's Nebula Gas. 'I have to stop this!... Genius, can… Purify!' Clenching my hand, I feel the Genius Bottle's energy flow back through my body as all the sharp pain subsides. As I free myself of the Lost Nebula Gas.
Evolt:(looks at Lost Bottle) What?! How? HOW?! You neutralized the Nebula Gas?!(Build Kicks Evolt) Ough!
Build:(stands up) I'm sure Dad created the Demon Bottles… because he believed justice would prevail!(turns to Evolt) I won't give in to someone like you who toys with Human Emotions!
Evolt:(stands up) Tch! Another wild card. Regardless, I will have my way!(brings hands together and creates a ball of energy) Even if I have to destroy everything!
Build:(clenches fist) Whatever you try to destroy, I will build it back up!(grabs Belt crank) With this power brought forth by Dad!
Grabbing my belt I crank it, as Evolt charges up a gravity attack. "One Side! Opposite Side! All Side! Ready Go!" I jump up into the air, as a rainbow graph forms and traps Evolt. "Genius Finish!" I slide down the graph as Evolt shoots his gravity ball at me. Which I break though and kick into him. Evolt attempts to hold me back, but I put more and more energy into my kick. "W-What?! No… NO~!" I break through and kick Evolt right in the face launching him back, as she hits the ground she tears up the pavement and creates a small crater in the road.
Build:(helmet folds away) Wow… Genius, can stand toe to toe with Black Hole now…
Evolt:(trying to get up) H-How?... HOW?! I blocked it perfectly… Why?!(punches ground) What is this emotion?!(stands up and attacks Build) How could I have been beaten by an inferior life form like you?!
Build:(blocking) Argh!(helmet folds on) Get off!(Evolt punches) Argh!
Tumbling to the ground, I drop my blackened bottles. Looking up at Evolt, I can see the clear anger in her. "Did her anger raise her Hazard Level?" I mutter, Evolt collects himself and walks over to the blackened bottles. "Fine, I'll let you live till the very end!" Evolt said, angrily pointing at me. Reaching down, Evolt picks up the bottles and looks at me.
Evolt:(looks at Build) I'll steal everyone of your loved ones and Hopes! Mark my words! I'll make you taste the Ultimate Despair!
With that Evolt opens a blackhole and slinks into the hole disappearing from the area… "...Fuck." I curse as I stumble onto my back staring up into the sky.
Hokuto Faust Lab… We are Observers…
A Faust Gas Masked man, inserts the blackened Lost Bottles into the Black Pandora Panel. The Stag and Owl Bottle gain a golden cap and shine on the imagery on the bottle. "You got pretty emotional." The gas Masked man noted glancing at Evolt standing behind him. "It was just for fun." Evolt deflected as he sat down.
Evolt:(crosses legs) More importantly, I need you to speed up the development of the project…(looks at Gas Masked man) … Katsuragi-sensei…
The masked man reaches up and flips off the white hood, then removes the Gas Mask. Setting down the Mask, Katsuragi Shinobu looks at Evolt.
Katsuragi Shinobu is a 5ft 11inch tall man with short black hair, with a more defined forehead. An old and grizzled look to him.
Evolt looks at then smiles at Shinobu, "Yes sir." Shinobu said with a small smirk. "Good." Evolt said, leaning forwards and putting her hands together. "Very good." Evolts eyes glow red.
