(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

Ichika: I'm hungry! Time for a protein shake!

Sento: Alright everyone, gather around. Terrible things happened while you guys weren't around. Listen before we head into Construct 138.
We are Sento… IS Cafe…
Sitting down at the far end of the Cafe room everyone in the room as I give them the rundown on the meeting, as well as what happened in the end. "All that happened while we weren't around?" Ichika said as he paced around the room. "I can't believe Evolt has Human emotions." Gentoku said, now dressed in a actually good looking outfit.
Rin:(muttering) I can't believe it took us 12 separate outfits to get an outfit to actually look good on him.
Madoka:(crossing arms) How ironic for him to become human-like though.
Chifuyu:(looks at Sento) If that's the case, the Rider system will scale with his emotions. Something she used to lack, Evolt now has access too…(bites finger nail) That will make her even more powerful. Especially now that she's pissed at you Sento.
Sento:(rubbing arm) Tell me about it. Her punches felt as strong as her finishers now.
Chloe:(looks at Sento) What about the Lost Bottles you had?
Sento:(bows) She took them,(looks at Madoka) I'm sorry.
Madoka:(shrugs) It's not your fault.(crosses arms) Besides, it's not like they're destroyed, we can just get them back.
Cecilia:(looks at Sento) Sensei, did you learn anything from before he died?
Sento:(looks at Cecilia) Apparently, Shimizu-san was Dad's assistant. He assisted in the creation… of a Black Pandora Panel. That's why Dad made the Lost bottles.
Gen:(crossing arms) A Black Pandora Panel. I've never heard of it.
Chloe: Wait.(looks at Sento) If Evolt is collecting Lost Bottles required for the Black Panel…
Charlotte:(eyes widen) Then… Monsieur Shinobu might be working with Evolt…
I nod in agreement as the whole room goes silent. "That would be the logical conclusion." I answer. Everyone slowly looks at me… I try to hide my fear, but I know it's plain to see. Chifuyu steps over to me and hugs me. "Sento…" She mutters softly. My hands shake as I wrap my arms around her. 'Please let me be wrong… Please…' I think to myself.
Hokuto Faust Facility… We are Shinobu
Folding up my hazard coat I set it down on the table along with the Gas Mask. 'Feels good to have this thing off my face.' I fix my coat as I turn to Evolt with one hand caressing the Black Pandora Panel with 6 of the 10 bottles inserted into the panel. "Just four more." Evolt said, stepping back, she turned to look at me.
Evolt:(looking at Panel) Four more Lost Bottles and we can open the way to a new world.
Shinobu:(walks over to Evolt) Why did you kill Shimizu? He still had value.
Evolt:(turns to Shinobu) I wouldn't say that. I just didn't want him babbling. I only let Shimizu live because he was vital as a Lost Smash Test subject.(walks over to Shinobu) We don't need him any more now that the Bottle is purified.
Shinobu:(looks at Evolt) And yet, we still need 4 more bottles. Thanks to you, now we've run out of Lost Smash Test Subjects.
Evolt:(crosses arms) Then we can experiment on the Kamen Riders.
Shinobu:(nods) True. They can handle the Dosage required to become Lost Smash.(hand on chin) But… Considering Build's Genius Form is incompatible with Lost Bottles… It's hard to say for certain if we can get the necessary Subjects.
Evolt:(steps next to Shinobu) So your job is to do something about that, Sensei.
Footsteps fill the room as Utsumi steps into the room, fixing his glasses. "Perfect timing!" Evolt exclaims pointing at Utsumi. "We'll speed up production of Lost Smashes!" Evolt said, walking past Utsumi. "To make that happen." Evolt said as he changed shape into Prime Minister Midou.
Evolt/Midou:(smiles) I'll reunite the Country!
IS Cafe… We are Sento…
Sitting down at my computer, I pull up all of the Build Data my father gave to me. Searching through them, I look for anything that could lead to my father. Yet after almost an hour, nothing. "Sigh~" I let escape from my lips as I rub the temples of my head. "We don't have any leads to my father." I said in frustration.
Madoka:(crosses legs) That means we don't have proof your father is innocent.
Sento:(looks at Madoka) What do you mean?
Madoka:(looks at Sento) Your father could be secretly working with Evolt. Worse case scenario, he could be the mastermind.
Sento:(stands up) What? No way!
Madoka:(stands up) Then answer me!(steps over to Sento) Why hasn't your father met with you yet?!(tries to grab Sento) Huh?-
Ichika:(blocks Madoka) Stop it! First we've still got to confirm whether he's alive or not. Evolt has been tricking everyone, Sento's dad could just as easily be dead without us knowing.
Houki:(nodding) It's very possible. We know Evolt can shapeshift, remember? It's possible that it was just Evolt disguising as him.
*Beep!*
Communicator: This is the Prime Minister's residence. Seito's forces are attacking! Location: Prime Minister's Residence Area A!
Sento:(sighs) Can we please just catch a single Fucking Break?!
Madoka:(nods) Seriously…
Chloe:(steps over) Sento… We'll let you know if we find anything.
Sento:(looks at Madoka) … Thanks.
Gen:(heads for stairs) Sento, let's move.
Houki:(standing up) I'll come too!
Prime Minister's Residence, Area A…
Running onto the open courtyard, we spot Evolt in her Black Hole from along with two Clone Smash, tearing through Guardians. "Evolt!" I shout, she turns around to look at us. "Sen-chan, Houki-chan, Gen-chan too!" Evolt said, crossing her arms and looking at us. "So you two are my opponents for today?" Evolt asks, turning around to face us. "Is my father alive!?" I shout, Evolt looks at the Clone Smash and simply shrugs. "What are you talking about?" She asks.
Sento:(clenches fist) Don't play Dumb! You know where he is, don't you?!(stepping forwards) Where is he? Where?!
Evolt:(shrugs) Who knows?~
Houki:(looks at Sento) Sensei, don't let her provoke you.
Gen:(straps on belt) She's right, Sento.(pulls out and opens bottle) Focus on saving Touto for now.
I look at the others, as they dig into their pockets to retrieve their bottles. 'I really have no choice… Damn it!' We strap on our belts and take out our bottles. "Danger!" "Great! All Yay~!" "Life Blooms ON!" We all insert our bottles into our belts. "Genius!" "Crocodile!" "Akatsu Yggdrasill!" "Are you Ready?!" Cranking our belts, as the armor runners form. "Henshin!" We shout.
Elsewhere… We are Ichika…
While we were waiting, a second report came in of an attack headed by Mad Rogue. Madoka and I rushed to the scene. Grease is battling Hard Guardians in her Crusher form, while I'm battling Mad Rogue.
Back with Sento…
Rogue and Akatsu both rush past me and into the Clone Smashes. Pushing back the Clones, I run up to Evolt and we trade punches. I grapple Evolts right arm then I kick him back. Jumping at him, I fly through the air kicking at her pushing her back. Evolt then grabs my leg and throws me into the ground. I pick myself up and throw another fist at Evolt.
Evolt:(catches fist) Ooh~! You're pretty emotional today.
Build:(pulls away then attacks) Shut up! Where's my father?!(punches) Answer me!
Evolt:(blocks and kicks Build) Are you worried about your father more than yourself?!(Build hits Evolt) Ugh!... Arg…
Evolt pulls out the Steam Rifle and inserts the Rabbit Evol Bottle. "Full Bottle!" Evolt takes aim as I charge her. "Then how about this?!" In a flash of after images, Evolt runs around us firing lead at me, Akatsu, Rogue, and the Clones. "Steam Attack!" I rush over to Rogue and Akatsu. "Get close to me!" I shout as I put up a Diamond barrier around us. The Clone Smashes are destroyed as Evolt stops running around us. "Wasn't that fun? But now…" Evolt said, holstering her rifle.
Evolt:(puts hands together) It's showtime! You three have a front row seat to the action!
Akatsu:(looks at Evolt) What is she?!
Evolt cranks her belt as she points to the government building. "Ready Go!" Evolt floats up into the air. "I will show you all what True Power looks like!" Evolt said as she pumped out her chest, a portal appeared overhead and stretched out, overtaking the bright sky and changing it to night. The darkness is illuminated by crackling thunder as rain pours around us. "What the?!" Rogue mutters looking around. "It's… Raining?" Akatsu mutters.
Over with Ichika…
Grease and I kick Mad Rogue and a Clone Smash back, as the sky darkens and rain falls. "The hell?!" I shout looking around confused. "Look! The Prime Minister's Residence!" Grease shouts, we look over and see a figure floating high above the residence. "What… What's going on?!" Grease shouts over the crackling thunder.
Evolt:(Creating balls of gravity) Now, behold the Finale of our show! Oh Touto, how you have been good to me…(combines balls) But now it's time to say goodbye!
Build:(anchors self to ground) Everyone! Anchor yourself now!
Akatsu:(slams blade into ground) What is Evolt trying to do!?
Rogue:(slams blade into ground) She's… Destroying the Prime Minister's Residence… Destroying… Touto.
Pieces of rubble and whole parts of the pavement are torn from the ground as the blackhole between Evolts palms sucks the rubble into its gravitational pull. "Touto! I shall erase your existence from the entire Universe!" Evolt shouts, as the blackhole explodes in a burst of light illuminating the darkened sky as if it were the sun itself. There in the center of the light Evolt puts out her hand. "Black Hole Finish! Ciao~!" The ball drops and stops right on the roof of the Residence before exploding out pulling in the entire building in less than 5 seconds.
Evolt:(stanced in a god-like pose) HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA~!
Akatsu:(staring) Dear… God… Wake me up from this Nightmare…
Rogue:(staring) …Touto is…
Build:(disbelief) I… I don't think even God could save us… from this…

The sky above the former Prime Minister's Residence is clear as the sun shines through the dark again. My eyes dilate as the clear view of the Residence comes into view. "Ha Ha Ha! Goodbye Touto!" Mad Rogue shouts as Grease and I stare out at the remnants of the rubble.
Cross-Z:(staring) The Prime Minister's Residence?!... It's just… Gone…
Grease:(stumbles back) How the hell do we fight something like that?!
Mad Rogue:(chuckles) You don't.
As I watch on, a spark of something shoots through my head. An image appears in my head. Of a similar scene, a tower… Pandora Tower, with a massive blackhole situated above it, sucking everything into its gravity well. Warning in my suit goes off, as I step back. "It appeared again…" I muttered. 'What's going on?! I can't control my emotions!' I turn to Mad Rogue and charge him, barreling through the Hard Guardians ahead of me. Mad Rogue attacks but I can't seem to feel anything. I uppercut Mad Rogue into the air, as he flies back I dash up to him again, hitting him and repeating that two more times before running around behind while he's still in the air and swinging one more punch. A dark tornado of energy wraps around my arm as I slam my fist into Mad Rogue, flinging him into the pavement.
Mad Rogue:(pulling self up) Wh-What is this power?
Cross-Z:(clenching fist) I'll destroy you… I'll obliterate you!
Grease:(struggling with Guardians) Oi! Ichika!
I charge and swing my arm down then up. "Oriya~!" I shout as I uppercut Mad Rogue, a bottle tumbling out of his pocket as he hits the ground. I rush over and pick it up. 'Ah! My Dragon Bottle!' As I hold the bottle in my hand, the bottle glows then the bright blue bottle turns into a shining silver. "Huh?" I mutter standing up with the bottle in my hand.
Grease:(looks over) The Bottle turned Silver? Oi! Meathead! Use it and help me out here already!
Cross-Z:(shakes bottles) Got it!(opens Bottle) I'm right there.
Removing the Magma Knuckle from my belt I insert the Silver Dragon Bottle into the Bottle slot. "Bottle Burn!" Pressing down on the Knuckle piece I charge and punch Mad Rogue, the punch sends him flying into the Hard Guardians, smashing through them upon impact. "Huh, Nice." Grease said, as she gives me a thumbs up.
Mad Rogue:(Getting up) How is his power going up so quickly?
Cross-Z:(charges) Oriya~!
Back with Sento…
Me, Akatsu, and Rogue all stare at what little remains of what was formerly the Prime Minister's Residence. "This Country is mine now!" Evolt exclaims, I turn to look at Evolt who floats down to the ground and lets out an exhausted sigh. "Phew, been so long, I forgot how tiring that is to do and control. Ha!" Evolt laughed, clapping her hands together, looking at us she simply waves and walks off. "Ciao!" As a portal appears and Evolt walks through it. Rogue's helmet folds away as Gentoku falls onto his knees.
Build:(helmet folds away) Gen-san!
Akatsu:(helmet folds away) Himuro-san!
Rogue:(disbelief) The Touto my father built…
Rogue leans forwards and stares at the ground, his cracked face and eyes portray just how broken he is now. "Gen-san…" I muttered, clenching my fist. 'Damn it… I… I got too caught up with my father… And now…' I look back up at the rubble. "I guess… This means… Seito wins." Akatsu said, looking at me, I looked at her and shook my head. "No." I said, Gentoku turned his head to look at me.
Build:(looks at rubble) Evolt is the one who won and the world that had to pay the price.
Back with Ichika…
I punch Mad Rogue who stumbles back, collects himself, then launches smoke to hide himself as he makes a quick getaway. "Wait!" I shout, running through the smoke. He's already gone as the smoke fades. "Fuck… FUCK!" I shout punching the torso of a Hard Guardian. "Oi! Meathead…" Grease shouts walking over. I ignore him as I continue to punch the Torso. "Ichika that's enough!" Grease shouts grabbing me and pulling me off the robot scrap.
Cross-Z:(pushes Grease off) Shut up! Get off!...(punches torso) FUCK!
Grease:(pulling Cross-Z Back) Ichika! I said enough damn it!
Smoke slowly enters our view. "Ninnin Comic!" We both turn around to see a ball of smoke barrel towards us. "Disappearing no Jutsu!" Suddenly a flurry of attacks hits me as the smoke fills my vision. "Rabbit Tank!" "Oi! Ichika!" Grease shouts, the smoke fades as I drop to the floor, the armor fading off of me. "Hey! What the hell just happened?" Grease asks, as she steps over to help me.
Ichika:(Clutching chest) Someone attacked me… That was… So fast.
Grease:(stands up) Those sounds earlier sounded like Build's Best Match Forms.(looks around) But how?... Teach is over with Beardy, and the bottles are still with Evolt…(turns back to Ichika) Forget it! Come on, get up. We need to go!
We are Observers…
Elsewhere atop a building, Build in Rabbit Tank form steps up to the railing to look out over the bridge. "A Shining Bottle…" Build mutters, he crosses his arms as he puts his right hand up to his chin. "So… He's reached Hazard Level 7." Build mutters, as Grease and Ichika walk away, so too does Build as he turns around and walks away.
