To the O5 Council:
I write to you for a request of mine. After the (REDACTED) Incident, many staff and myself believe that MTF Alpha-1 may be compromise. We of course thank them for their service for protecting and saving us from anomalies that would've killed us multiple times. But not only has the incident show us that the task force have too much freedom and classified information but many of them could be classify as SCP and has reports of abuse of power and factionalism. As such, my request is to analyze every agent to determine if any other agent will cause another (REDACTED) Incident and if necessary find a weakness to neutralize them. To prove my dedication to this assignment, I send you an example in the form of Agent A.

Agent A:
The Warrior
Description: The agent is a female human knight. Her armor is dark blue and her face is hidden under a helmet as well as a mutated right arm. Under the armor, she has long curly pink hair that reaches her back and pink eyes though her left eye is under an eyepatch. She speaks Dutch and French with little knowledge in English. Her personalty is best describe as competitive and every battle she is in, she treats as a way to show everyone her power. Has bouts of depression and may suffer from an inferiority complex.
Her weapon is a blade call Soul (REDACTED), otherwise known as SCP 1600. It takes the form of a dagger and can transform into a greatsword that appears to have flesh and an eye in the center.
History: Agent A was found in Brussels, Belgium. She seemed to be yelling at her sword and when an SCP task force came to take her away, she started to attack them but stop and stare at her sword for thirteen seconds than surrendered. After many questioning, she became an Agent of Alpha-1 where she joined the Despair Faction: A group within the task force that has a history of abuse of power and property damage when in combat of SCP.
She enter SCP 2317: A door to another world. She has enter the door multiple times and may have fought the entity known as (REDACTED.) On the date (REDACTED,) she enter the door and have not been seen for 2 months. When she came back, she had fatal injuries including: Fracture skull, right arm rip off, left leg 3rd degree burns and armor having dents, creating holes on her chest.
Has also protected SCP 231: The Bride. She has shown a rare kindness to the pregnant anomaly and is highly protective of her. An event where cultists attack the facility holding SCP 231 has been caught on video, showing her in action:
Video Attachment: A group of mask men in cloaks are marching through the hallway, all of them arm with assault rifles. Two guards to SCP 231's room see them and aim but they are quickly shot. The leader opens the door but is quickly killed by a sword stab through the chest. Agent A leaves the bride's room and takes her sword back from the leader and decapitate another cultist. They all step back in fear as the warrior growls at them. "If you touch the woman and her child, you and your god will pay!" She slaughter the cult without mercy.
Interview: Dr 0: "Good day ma'am."
Agent A: "This better be worth my time. I am still recovering."
Dr 0: "I assure you this will only take a minute. Could you tell me about yourself?"
Agent A: (Scoffs) "I don't have to tell you at all about my past."
Dr 0: "Of course ma'am. I just want to know about the strongest agent in the Alpha Task Force."
Agent A: (Smugly) "Of course you want to know about my greatness. I'll explain to you why I am the Alpha amongst this team."
Dr 0: "Oh do tell. Let us start with why you are called The Warrior."
Agent A: "I am the greatest swordwoman of my kingdom. Of course I am call The Warrior. With Soul (REDACTED) I am unstoppable."
Dr 0: "So you are the strongest of the task force?"
Agent A: "O-of course. I am the strongest no matter who tells you. Don't let Agent T tell you otherwise."
Dr 0: "Speaking of SCP 1600, could you explain where you gain it?"
Agent A: "The soul within this blade choose me. He actually saw me as worthy. (Whispers) No matter what the others say."
Dr 0: "Soul? What do you mean?"
Agent A: (Nervous) "I-I need to go. This interview is over."

Weakness: The warrior seems to have a competitive mind set and inferiority complex as she goes through extreme aggressiveness and even yells at her teammates if they in her words 'steal kills.' SCP 1600 also seems to need an unknown intake of souls for power so the Foundation is giving her a supply of Class D personal. It is unknown what happens if Soul (REDACTED) don't take any souls but the current hypothesis is a weaken berserker-like stage.
Result: She may be a flight risk if her ego is attack. The best course of action would be to separate SCP 1600 as without the blade, she becomes low risk. However I believe her to be reliant over the sword, she could still cause difficulty to capture. Possible threat level- Keter with her sword but Euclid without.
Dr 0 sits in his office, nervously rubbing his bald head and waiting for the answer from the O5 Council to his letter. A knock at the door alerts him. He opens it to see a woman in a black suit and her face hidden under a hat. She gives him a letter, tilts her hat and walks away. He opens it and smiles once he sees the seal of approval. The phone rings in the office and answers it.
"This better be good."
"Sir it's the B squad! They just blow up Site 13!" His assistant reports to the shock of the chairman. "Site 13 but how? That site hasn't been created yet. Get me someone from that squad."
