(We move out to the Japan skyline, the Pandora Tower in the center of Japan as we pan up to the sky.)

(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand back to back against each other.)

(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to Akatsubaki Yiggdrasil flapping her wings out, flying past and taking up the view of Cross-Z Magma. Build Genius appears in a flash and snaps his fingers, as our view is split between Mad Rogue and Rogue.)

(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)
(Namba stands with his cane as the same red and blue lights illuminates him)
(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)
Construct 140: Behind the Mask
Sento: In order to rule the country, the alien lifeform Evolt is collecting 10 Lost Bottles that are purified form the ultimate kaijin, Lost Smash. Meanwhile, Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento's father, and one Katsurgai Shinobu comes out of hiding and appears before him.
Ichika: So you finally met your father? What will he say to you?
Sento: Knowing him it's "Long time no see,' or "How have you been?" I guess.
Houki: No way. Are you forgetting that your face is now Satou Tarou's? He doesn't even know Tsunagiiz, so he wouldn't say "Long time no see" or anything like that!
Sento: Oh shut it both of you! I'm sure the director will make him say something good! Look, I'm curious too, so let's get right into Construct 140.
We are Sento… Area E
The other Build jumps down and lands a few feet ahead of us. He turns to face us, as his helmet unseals. The armor plates begin to fold away, as my eyes widen. "Eh?" Cecilia exclaims, covering her mouth in shock. "B-But that… Can't be…" Laura sputters in shock. "... He is working with Evolt…" Gen mutters, as I'm frozen in confusion as I'm only able to mutter one word.
Sento: … Dad?(scratching hair) I-Is that really you, dad?
Shinobu:(looks at Sento) … Son.(smiles) Your face and hair might have changed, but your habits haven't.(removes bottles from belt) When you were young, you would mess your hair like that when you were excited or nervous.
Sento:(teary eyes) Dad…
Cecilia:(shocked) So this… Is Sento's father…
Laura:(nods) Has to be… This is Katsuragi Shinobu.
Just then, we all hear clapping as Evolt appears from a portal and walks up behind Shinobu. "Bingo~" She said, still clapping. "An emotional Katsuragi family reunion." Evolt said standing next to Shinobu. "Evolt? What's the meaning of this?" I said in disbelief.
Sento:(looking at Shinobu) Didn't you design the Rider System to defeat Evolt?!... Dad!?
Evolt:(sighs) It was all Katsuragi-sensei's plan for you,(points to Ichika and Houki) Banjou and Houki to become Kamen Riders.(shrugs) Though, Houki seemed to be a last minute addition.
Ichika:(runs over) Bullshit!
Cecilia:(looks over) Everyone!
Madoka:(runs over) Sorry for the delay.
Houki:(looks at Shinobu) Why? Why would you deceive Sento? You're son!
Charlotte:(looks at Shinobu) And you're Wife! She's been devastated since your death!
Shinobu:(looks at Charlotte) She's safe and alive. That's all that matters. Everything has gone as I planned.(looks at Sento) Once I finish collecting the Lost Bottles, my goal will be accomplished.
Evolt:(puts hands together) Well! You heard the man!(points at Sento) Stay out of this and save yourselves some trouble. Ciao~!
Evolt runs over to Utsumi grabbing him and the two run into a portal leaving just Shinobu behind. Without muttering a word, he pulls out a bottle pair, and inserts them into his Build Driver. "Ninja! Comic!" Shinobu cranks the belt, as the others are ready for battle. "Are you Ready?!" I'm frozen as I cannot bring myself to move.
Shinobu:(looks at Sento) … Henshin.
Ichika, Madoka, Houki, and Gen:(inserting transformation devices) Henshin!
We are Observers…
The armor attaches onto Shinobu's Another Build. "Nin Nin Comic!" Another Build and the other 4 Riders all begin to clash. "Sensei! What do we do?" Rin asks, looking at Sento, only seeing his shocked face. "Sento?" Cecilia asks. "Why?" Sento asks, Another Build pulls the trigger on his blade. "Duplication no Jutsu!" Another Build separates into various duplicates and quickly surrounds and attacks each Rider in a group of 4. Each time the Cross-Z, Grease, Akatsu, or Rogue attack one, another two attack from an open point.
Grease:(Dodges) I don't care if you're Sento's Father!(Materializes Twin Breaker) I'm not going easy on you!
Another Build:(blocking attacks) Should you really attempt such a thing? Your chances of success are minimal.
Grease:(attacking) Huh? Stop analyzing me like some sorta computer!
Grease swings at Another Build, only for him to split into two more duplicates, as the other duplicates all push back their opponents before all attacking Grease at once knocking her into a wall. "Guah! What's going on?" Grease asks as she falls to the ground, her suit begins to jolt with electricity as Grease quickly removes the jelly from her belt. "Gah! Uh… That was close…" Madoka mutters, Charlotte quickly runs over putting up her shield as she helps Madoka up.
Charlotte:(looks at Another Build) How is the base form of Build so strong? It usually requires at least Sparkling or Hazard to reach this level of strength!?
Another Build:(duplicates combine into one) The Build Driver was originally designed for me. I'm the best of the best Builds.(takes out bottles) Though, I am impressed at what my son has achieved.
Akatsu:(turns to Another Build) He's switching Best Match! Get ready!
Another Build inserts the new bottles into his belt. "Kaizoku Densha! Are you Ready?!" The new armor runner forms and swaps with the previous armor. "Kaizoku Ressha!~" Another Build looks at the accompanying weapon. "...Hmf. What a fun design…" Another Build takes aim and pulls the train back. "Kaizoku Ressha! Hassha~!" Letting the train fly, hitting the remaining three Riders knocked Rogue out of the fight. "Mr. Gentoku!" Laura rushes over putting up her shield bits to block Another Build's attack as Laura picks up Gen and pulls back. "He's strong…" Gen mutters.
Cross-Z:(gets up) In that case, we'll take you on! Let's go, Houki!
Akatsu:(holds blade out) Right… You won't escape this!
Akatsu pulls the trigger 5 times. "Jötunheimr Blizzard!" Akatsu stabs the tip of her blade into the ground, as a wave of ice crystals charge at Another Build. "Fascinating." Another Build notes as he swaps bottle pairs. "Taka! Gatling! Hawk Gatling!" Another Build launches into the air, taking out the accompanying weapon and shooting at the two. Then diving back down, Another Build slams into Akatsu and pins her to the ground, shooting up her armor until she falls to the ground, the armor fading into the air. "Houki! Get off her!" Cross-Z shouts as he charges Another Build. Another Build quickly jumps into the air and dive bombs into Cross-Z knocking him to the ground.
"You ba-ah!" Cross-Z vision suddenly switches to that of Mars, seeing the Pandora Tower with a massive Black Hole over the top of the tower. The vision changes to Mars itself in space, with the black hole sucking everything off the surface. "Not enough…" Evolt exclaims holding out his arms watching the destruction take place. "More! Destroy Everything~!" Something quickly builds and erupts within Cross-Z, as he turns to Another Build coming in for another dive bomb. Only for Cross-Z to grab Another Build by the chest and slam him into the ground.
Another Build:(looks at Cross-Z) Interesting.
Cross-Z:(pinning Another Build down) Raah~!(punching Another Build) Guh… It's happening again… I can't control my power! Why?!
Houki:(reaching out) I-Ichika…
Another Build:(grabbing Cross-Z arms) That's because of Evolt.
Cross-Z:(trying to pull away) Wh-What? The hell are you-
Another Build:(holding Cross-Z) To create the black hole, Evolt pushed her power to the limit. That stimulated your genes. Now you hunger for battle, even more than when you used the Sclash Driver.
Cross-Z:(pulls arms free) Bullshit! I'm different! I'm different!
Sento:(watching) Banjou… Enough…(takes out Genius Bottle) Stop it… STOP IT!
Cross-Z:(removes Knuckle) Shut up!(flips handle) I… Will beat him!
Cross-Z removes then re-inserts the Magma bottle into the Magma Knuckle. "Bottle Burn!" Then he puts his hand against the knuckle. "Ichika! Stop it!" Cecilia shouts. "Stop! You're letting him mess with you!" Rin shouts, as she throws her bands to grab Cross-Z's left arm. "Stop this Ichika! Please!" Charlotte shouts as she runs over and grabs Cross-Z's right arm. "Calm down at once!" Laura shouts, as her shield bits form a claw and grab around Cross-Z. "GET OFF!" Cross-Z shouts as a blast of heat blasts away the girl's attempts at holding him. Sento inserts the bottle into his belt and crank belt. "Great! All Yay! GENIUS! Build Genius~!" Build jumps into the air and drop kicks into Cross-Z. Blasting him back and reverting him back to normal.
Houki:(getting up) I-Ichika!
Madoka:(running over) Banjou!
Build:(turns to Another Build) …Dad… Why are you doing this?!... Answer me!
Another Build:(stands up) … That's enough data-collecting for today. We'll meet again!
Build stands up as he watches Another Build fly off into the sky. Build takes a step to follow, when the sight of the girls running past him stops him. As he turns around to an unconscious Ichika on the ground. "Oi! Banjou, are you alright?" Gentoku asks lifting Ichika up. "Banjou! Hey! Banjou!" Gen shouts, as we quickly take him back to base.
IS Cafe… We are Laura
An unconscious Ichika lays on the bed with his injuries being tended to. Houki sitting next to Ichika holding his hand. I simply watch in the corner next to Sento. I glance at Sento, his face is devastated, much like how he was when he fell into depression. "Last time, I was able to heal Banjou with Bernage's power, but now…" Chloe said, reaching over and placing her hand on Ichika's shoulder, only for nothing to happen. "Oi…" Madoka mutters looking at Sento.
Madoka:(turns to Sento) What were you thinking?(grabs Ichika by the neck of his shirt) Why the Fuck! Did you defend your father?! He's our enemy!
Chloe:(steps over) Stop it Grease!
Sento:(muttering) Dad isn't our enemy…
Madoka:(grabs Sento's head) You saw it with your own eyes.(grabs Sento by the shoulders) Your father is Evolt's ally! He's a traitor who's taken over the country!...(shakes Sento) Say something… FUCKING SAY SOMETHING-
Chifuyu steps over, pulls Madoka off Sento and slaps her across the face. "That's enough Madoka!" Chifuyu shouts, Madoka takes a moment and feels her face before looking at me. "I can't trust you to watch my back right now." Madoka said as she silently walked out of the room. "Wait! Madoka, come back here." Houki said, setting down Ichika's hand and following after Madoka.
Gentoku:(steps up to Sento) … Your hope to believe in your father has blinded you.(turns to stairs) I'm sorry, but I can't fight with you either.
Sawa:(looks at Gen) Hey…
Gentoku turns back around and opens his jacket to reveal a black shirt with the words 'bye' on it. Gentoku then walks up the stairs. "Hey, Potato!" Gentoku said go up the stairs. The girls all look at each other confused. "You could've at least said "Bye!" out loud!" Sawa exclaimed. "Why does he even have that kind of shirt?" Cecilia asks, going up the stairs after Gen. "I'm more confused that he predicted he needed to wear that shirt." Rin said following Cecilia. I then look over at Sento, who's now scratching his hair even more off set than before.
Chifuyu:(watching) … Sento…
Faust, Seito Facility… We are Observers…
Within the laboratory, Shinobu gives Evolt an update on the events of the previous battle. "If Banjou, who possessed the same abilities as you, continues to rampage…" Shinobu finishes, as he and Evolt watch the camera footage from Another Build. "He'll only get in our way. To say nothing of the potential threat that Houki possesses." Shinobu notes, pulling up video from her duel with the Tiberium Kaizer. Evolt simply smiles, as she glances at Shinobu.
Evolt:(looks at Shinobu) I'm sure you have an idea on how to handle him, Sensei.
Shinobu: …
Elsewhere… We are Madoka…
I kneel down before their graves, with the red glow of the Skywall in the periphery of my view. I put my hands together and give a silent moment, when footsteps approach from behind me. "Madoka." Houki said, opening my eyes on the makeshift gravesite of my crew I stare. "How did we get here?" I ask without moving my head.
Madoka:(scratches head) This whole war just keeps unraveling into something bigger than before. Stark is Evolt, Evolt is an alien, Ichika's an alien, you're an alien, black holes, and… and now Sento's father… Just… FUCK!(brings down arms and slumps head towards ground) What I'd give for a gray war at this point. Makes more sense than this shit.
Houki:(steps over) Is that what frustrates you? Or do you really not trust Sento?
Madoka:(stands up) I do trust Sensei.(turns to Houki) But it just seems like Evolt manages to twist everything we know every other minute. And I just can't wrap my head around why his father is helping that bastard!
Houki:(nods) … I bet that question is burning Sento up inside more than you…(hands on chest) This war, it feels like everyone we care for is just waiting to betray us.
Madoka:(crosses arms) That's what scares me. That Sento is gonna walk into a trap because he wants to save his dad… I don't want him to die either… There's been too much blood already.
Houki:(looks at Madoka) Then we need to watch his back. Even if we don't trust him to watch ours.
I stare at the grave, then nod.
Touto government camp… We are Gentoku…
I lean on the railing of a bombed out building, the remnants of the Touto Government are maintaining the government and systems without their head, as I watch I can't help but sigh and look down at the railing below me. "Himuro-san?" Yamada asks, walking over to me. "How are they handling themselves?" I ask her, looking up to meet her.
Yamada:(steps next to Gen) Their holding. They've begun talks of electing a new Prime Minister, Hokuto, and Seito too it seems.
Gen:(looks out) Not like it matters, Evolt still controls the country… Sigh~
Yamada:(glances at Gen) Is this about Sento's father? The girls updated me on the situation…
Gen:(puts hands together) It's my fault this happened.(Yamada looks over) This war, the death, the tower, Evolt, and a dead Prime Minister… All because I wanted power.
Yamada:(looking at Gen) But you were twisted by Evolt and the box.
Gen:(shakes head) It doesn't change what I've done. Destabilizing the government, founding Faust, getting myself wrapped up in all of these conspiracies, getting my father killed, and Koji too.
Yamada's eyes widened. "Koji? As in, Hotei Koji, the former aide?" Yamada asks, I nod. In the distance I spot the destroyed remains of a Karaoke bar that Koji and I once frequented. "Koji and I were friends since we were kids." I explained, as I pointed to the Karaoke bar. "We visited that Karaoke bar all the time." I said before I let out a sigh.
Gen:(puts hands together) When we entered politics, Koji became the aide to my father. He was to become the next Prime Minister and in my unhinged state, I let Evolt… I ordered Evolt to kill him.
Yamada:(gasps) So then… His death was…
Gen:(nods) Caused by me. If I hadn't, he might have been able to prevent my war, prevent Evolt from taking power, or… Or still be Prime Minister when everything has broken down. Something! Or… Or maybe-
Yamada:(steps up to Gen) Stop, Himuro-san… Stop it…(places hand on Gentoku's shoulder) This isn't helping anyone…(steps back) Right now, the country still needs the Kamen Riders. There are still things you can do! So… Please, stop beating yourself up over this. You can still protect this country.
Gen:(looks out) … Yeah, you're right… I need to find the others.
I turn around and walk off. "Himuro-san." Yamada said, I turned back around to see her looking at me. The sky silhouetted against her. "Be safe out there." She wishes me. I open my shirt and open it, on it is a new design that says 'I'll be careful.' as I turn and leave. "Wh- A-At least tell me that! Jeez…" Yamada said, puffing her cheeks.
We are Chifuyu…
Sawa steps into the center of the room. "This will bring Madoka back!" Sawa exclaims as she holds up a Mii-tan body pillow. "Ta-da!" Sawa exclaims holding up the Body Pillow. 'Wh-When did she have the time to make that?' I can't help but wonder, looking at the surprising quality of the body pillow. "What is that? When did you make it?" Chloe rightfully asks. Sawa brings it closer to Chloe.
Sawa:(showing off) Isn't it awesome? This will fan the flame and she'll return!
Chloe:(phone rings) Stop it…(looks at phone) …
Chifuyu:(looks over) What's wrong Chloe? Who's calling?
Chloe:(looks at Chifuyu) Eh? Oh… Uh, Houki.(stands up) Sh-She's probably found Madoka… Maybe you should check on Sento.(walks towards the door) I need to take this.
I stand up and head for the fridge. "Sure. Sounds good." I said, as I reached for the door, I glanced back at Chloe who exited the cafe. "Hmm…" Turning back to the door, I step in and head down the steps as I arrive at the lad to a frustrated Sento going over data. Sento slaps the desk in frustration. "Why can't I find anything?..." Sento mutters, before pushing aside the monitor of his screen into the wall breaking it, as he puts his hands on his head in frustration. He slowly looks up at the wall and just silently stares, lost in his thoughts.

I stand before a mirror, reflecting Katsuragi back at me.
Katsuragi:(in mindscape) Evolt was right. We were used.(crosses arms) Dad was exposed to the Light of Pandora's Box. It makes sense he'd ally with Evolt.
Sento:(shakes head) If that's the case, he should have regained his sanity when he transformed into a Kamen Rider. Why didn't he?(puts hands on side of head) Does that mean he wasn't able to return to normals like us as the creator of the Rider System?
Katsuragi:(looks down at ground) You already know the answer. That's exactly it…

I lean back in my chair, as I look up at the ceiling lights. "I shouldn't have defended Dad…" I muttered, just then Chifuyu steps in, standing behind me. "Don't blame yourself." She tells me as she kneels down to hug me. I reach up and take a hold of her hand, my eyes are watering at her warm touch. Though I attempt to hold back the urge.
Chifuyu:(let's go and step next to Sento) I'm sure I would have done the same.
Sento:(holding Chifuyu's hand) Thank you…(looks down at ground) But enough of this… Dad… Is our enemy.
Chifuyu:(looks at Sento) Sento…
I let go of Chifuyu as I simply stare off into nowhere. "What have I been fighting for?" I mutter. Looking over all of the items I have created, I see nothing but weapons. 'All of this was used as weapons of war… Just as Dad intended.' "You're fighting for Love and Peace, remember?" Chifuyu said, stepping in front of me, I looked up at her with a firm look on her face.
Chifuyu:(looking down at Sento) We've gone through a lot these past 2 years. And many hard times.(kneels down and smiles) But Kiryu Sento overcame every difficulty he ran into. You've fought for two years to create a world with love and peace. So this time-
Sento:(looks down) It's different this time.(looks at items) The reason I fought… was because I thought the Rider System was for Justice.(looks at hands) Now that's been proven wrong… I…
Chifuyu:(concerned face) … Sento…

Sitting at the top of the stairs listening to this conversation is Chloe, who looks down at her phone. 'Last Caller: Tabane.' Chloe wipes tears off her face, stands up and silently exits the lab.
