Audio log of the meeting between Agent E and D-9341:

The Clown/ Traitor
Description: They call me paranoid for making this list. That Alpha-1 is a loyal team that will protect the Foundation. However, the Clown Incident show us that any agent could very well betray the Foundation and cause destruction to everything we stand for. The mastermind of this attack was former Agent E: The Clown. The Clown is a male with clown makeup and a sick man. His skin is mostly red as if it was melted. He is a possible serial killer that may have a killing count of REDACTED.
Why he was recruited, I will never know. Perhaps the O-5 Council believes it is better to have a monster with them then against them. Maybe he had information that he will only tell if he is giving power. He is a chemist that has created anesthetics, muscle relaxants, and pain killers. He also wields a giant machete. A brutal fighter that will do anything to survive.
History: SCP 2935 is a cave that once you enter, find yourself in another dimension. A dimension that has no life or rather beings that cannot be called alive. We believed the only creatures in that dimension were ones we burned till there was only ash. Thanks to cameras place in the cave, the personal saw the Clown enter the cave, no doubt to hide from the sun. He finds himself in our dimension and was picked up by the security. Whatever he said must have interested the O-5 Council and was transported to meet them. He became Agent E soon after.
I call him a serial killer because the version of him in this dimension is one. We ID him and came with one result: REDACTED. He has killed REDACTED people and made into D-class around REDACTED. The Clown meet his otherself and had a discussion. No one knows what he did as the camera was destroyed but I can say that no one can find D-9341 after the meeting.
He didn't fight any of the SCP. Only one. SCP 457 was the only one he fought. For some reason, he always demanded to be deployed if the Burning Man escape containment. He had fire retardant weapons and subdued SCP 457. However Agent E didn't stop even when SCP 457 was place back in his chamber. Personal would report to say that Agent E has been torturing SCP 457. Turning on the sprinkler system and use the fire extinguisher on it. There were times other Agents had to pull him out of the chamber. That should've been the first warning of the event that would happen.
Video Attachment: Agent D is dragging a trash bag. One of the Site guards see this and is confused. "Sir, there is a janitor. We can fetch him to throw away your trash."
"This is above your paygrade. REDACTED off." The Clown walks away with the trash bag. He stops however and demands an answer. "Where are the D-Class jails?"

The Clown is surrounded by D-Class. Some of the worst in humanity: Murderers and rapists are being kept here in these cells. Agent D is holding a bunch of keys and talks to them, convincing them of his plan.
"You all want to be free? I can do it. Let you do your favorite activities. But you gotta do everything I say. Do it and this facility is all yours."
They all cheer, calling him boss. This satisfies Agent D and he begins to open their cages.

"We need backup! The prisoners are free!" A guard runs into the bathroom and locks the door while she is shouting to her phone, hoping that anyone outside can hear the warning.
"They are releasing SCP too! I saw 106 take my squad to his dimension! Please send backup!" She warns anyone listening as she pulls out her pistol and aims at the door, hearing shouting and screams. However, she doesn't notice the floor tiles behind her are turning to a liquid rust and an old man climbs out of the floor.

Agent E is in front of a door while two D-Class personal is carrying a trash bag. On the door is the words: SCP 010. They drop the bag with a liquid thump. He pulls out a decapitated head with something red in his mouth and puts it on the door. He runs with his two goons and with glee he shouts:
"Fire in the hole!"
(An explosion goes out, destroying the door and camera. Static.)
Interview:
Dr 0: Beginning interview of former Site 5 Director: REDACTED.
Former Director: (Confused and scared) Who are you?! Why did you kidnap me!?
Dr 0: So it is true. You have been giving amnestics. Please listen-
Former Director: You took me from my family! What did you do to them?
Dr 0: We didn't do anything to them but we need you.
Former Director: I don't understand, I'm just a desk worker! I have never meet you!
Dr 0: We had conversations before the incident. The last time we talk, you told me that you fear one of the SCPs will be taken. That happen thanks to Agent E and we need your information.
Former Director: (She suddenly groans in pain) W-what did you do to me?
Dr 0: The water we fed you has chemicals that will temporally regain your memories.
Former Director: I-I... I remember. Oh REDACTED, Agent E took it.
Dr 0: What did he took? What was SCP 010?
Former Director: It is called REDACTED. The device has the power to destroy to destroy planets. The file is in the archives! You have to stop him Doctor!
Dr 0: The REDACTED... Who gave you the amnestics? Why were you fired after the incident? What did you see?!
Former Director: (The drug wears off) W-what happen? Are you going to hurt me?
Dr 0: No. We will return you to your family. Goodbye old friend. Men, give her the amnestics and take her back home.

Weakness: SCP 010 is a device called the REDACTED. It has the power to alter an individual's DNA and give them powers from other extraterrestrials. It attaches itself to a person's arm and can only be taken if you cut off their hand. That is what was taken from Site 5. The clown has a mental disability (Possibly schizophrenia) but it doesn't mean he is a moron. He is a man with no morals and an army at his helm.
Result: Agent E is currently on the run. He has freed over a thousand D-Class personal and 2 SCPs: SCP 993 and 010. The clown is the most dangerous and unpredictable person on our radar. We don't know if he joined the Chaos Insurgency or perhaps created his own group of interest. He is the reason why I am investigating MTF Alpha-1. If one person can create this much destruction, what if an entire faction within Alpha-1 decided to turn on the Foundation?
Dr 0 is in his office, looking at the photos of the aftermath from the Clown Incident. He cannot help but have a thought as he looks at his list as well. 'Who gave the Director amenestics? It was as if whatever information she had needed to be kept under wraps.'
He gets up and grabs his file of MTF Alpha-1. He leaves the office, knowing he needs to hurry and get more information on the task force. Dr 0 is about to open his door when a scientist flings it open. The man is breathing heavily. "Sir, we got a problem!"
"What happen?" Dr 0 ask and what he said frightens him.
"It's SCP 457! It just had another breakout! We can't find it!"
