A green woman and a man in a green jumpsuit seem to be arguing with eachother. He points at SCP 2203 and pulls out a piece of paper. She does as well and then they glare at eachother. He runs at her with rapid speed while she punches the floor, collapsing the ground and they both fall down the hole.

Agent F:
The Duo
Description: Romantic couples have multiple activities to do together. Some go snorkeling or camping. Leave it to the O-5 Council to find a couple to join MTF Alpha-1. Agent F: The Duo is compressed of two people. The green skin woman is the Power. The Power has super strength and gets stronger the more she gets angry. She can lift over REDACTED tons. She is intelligent and claims to be a lawyer.
The man wearing a green jumpsuit is the Speed. The Speed has supernatural speed. His top speed seems to be Mach REDACTED. They are a team united in love and teamwork. He is deaf and so he was given a hearing aid.
History: The Duo was found coming through a portal located in the containment cell of SCP 579. The second they found themselves surrounded by security personal, they began beating them up. None of them were killed and according to one of the guards, they were surprised when they grunt in pain. Agents C and R had to work together to subdue the intruders. They were taken to the O-5 Council then became agents. From there, they would join the Despair Faction and assist in missions. Watching eachother's back, of course.
SCP 2203 is a standard love tester machine. Once someone activates it, it will dispense a calling card that has the name and address of a present or future love one. As well as advice on what to do. The love machine seems to pick someone that his user is destined to be with. The Duo used it and they had names that wasn't theirs. They got into an argument because of it and fought eachother, which destroyed half of the facility they were in. Luckily the Site where they fought had no anomalies so they were allowed to go all out. It is currently unknown who won.
SCP 5000 was a mechanical harness suit anomaly that was found next to the Duo when they first appeared. Below is the video of their rampage. Along with a conversation they were having.
Video Attachment: The Duo is running around the Site. A guard aims at them when the Speed appears behind him and hits the back of his head, knocking him out.
The Power checks on him. She communicates by using sign language. "He was in pain."
"Like the others. What happen? I thought they got rid of their pain." The Speed speaks by sign language as well.
"I think we succeeded. We are back before Project REDACTED." The Power theorizes which has the Speed in shock.
"Then we can't let Pietro's sacrifice be in vain. We have to hurry." The Speed said until Agents C and R confront them.
Interview:
Dr 0: Beginning interview of the Power and Speed. So, can you-
Power: (Interrupts Dr 0) You REDACTED!
Speed: (Yells back) Looks who talking!
Dr 0: Stop fighting! Can you please tell what cause you to destroy half of the site? Ladies first.
Power: His card had some REDACTED name!
Speed: Yours is the same! Who the hell is Jack?!
Power: He was someone I dated before you. And what about-
Speed: She was someone I had a crush on when I was a child. Trust me, she means nothing to me.
Dr 0: I hate to interrupt this but I should mention SCP 2203 gives advice to someone's destined one.
Speed: You trying to piss us off?
Power: Trust me, telling us that we weren't destined to be together will result in you getting punch in the face.
Dr 0: Perhaps it is what SCP 2203 considers to be a destined one. Not your actually one.
Power: I love REDACTED.
Speed: REDACTED is the one for me. I would never consider anyone else my girl.
Power: (Grabs Speed and kisses him) Right answer. Just like you are my boy.
Dr 0: Well, it is good that you are back together. Could you perhaps tell me about yourselves?
Power: Sorry but we want to get reacquainted.
(The Duo exits, holding hands. This makes Dr 0 sigh.)

Weakness: They work well together. That can be use against them if we separate them. Though still threats, they are easier to subdue if we send them to different Sites. Speed can be easier to capture if his legs were disabled. Possible solutions: mines? Power gets stronger by rage so perhaps we should create a containment cell filled with sleeping gas.
Result: The Duo has a distrust for the SCP Foundation. They seem to expect for the Foundation to do something that could damage the world. It is possibly why they join the Despair Faction as most of the members are force to join the Mobile Task Force or has a hatred for the O-5 Council. Threat Level- Separately Euclid and Keter together.
The Chairman is sitting next to SCP 5000, talking with the Site Director through.
"You said they just appear with SCP 5000?"
"That is correct." The Site Director answers. "A portal open and The Duo and SCP 5000 came out of it. I should mention that a corpse was in the SCP. We ID him as Pietro Wilson, currently a low rank technician in this Site. The only way we can explain is that this Pietro Wilson is from-"
"Another universe." Dr 0 finishes his thought and hangs up. He kneels next to the mechanical suit and notices something sticking out of the knee joints. He pulls it out to reveal a piece of paper. The giant title sticks out and he whispers this mysterious research paper.
"Project PNEUMA?"
