Michelle Jones was reading a novel during her sixth-grade field trip to Oscorp's Arachnid Research Lab, sneaking a read whenever she could. She looked around and didn't see Peter Parker anywhere. She found his friend Ned Leed's and asked. "Hey, where is your fellow Star Wars Dork?"

Ned looked behind him, "Peter wanted to get a better look at the spiders."

Michelle chuckled, "Didn't know he was a Nature nerd too?" She looked back as she noticed that the rest of the class was starting to leave their room and glanced back, worried that Peter would be left behind. Not that she would admit it.

Peter finally made his appearance and seemed to be nursing his hand. "Hey, guys, what's up?"

"Glad you could join us, Looser." Michelle smiled. "The class almost left without you."

"Sorry," Peter said. He was leaning on the wall for support.

Gleeson Hedge, the assistant teacher for the field trip. "You three slackers will ride in the van with me."

"See what you did," Michelle complained.

"Sorry," Peter responded.

Michelle couldn't stay mad at Peter, but she wasn't going to say that she had a reputation. While getting in the bad kid van, she saw a black cat following her. It seemed to have a crescent moon on its forehead. "Weird."

As they started driving down the road, they saw a Giant with what looked like a Bull head.

"Dude, I think I see the Minotaur," Ned exclaimed.

"Crap they found us." Hedge said and floored the gas to try and escape. "Change of plans kids, Summer camp is starting early."

The Van caught up with a car that also seemed to be speeding down the road which crashed when the Minotaur threw a pine tree at both vehicles.

A boy about their age got out of the car with an older woman, maybe his mom, and a boy with goat legs.

"Grover," Hedge yelled, "Get these 3 to camp too; I will take care of the bull."

The Minotaur simply grabbed the older woman and squeezed her until she vanished in a puff of light.

"MOM!" The boy screamed and jumped on its back.

Hedge said, "I like that kid; he's got Moxy."

One of the horns broke off in the fight, and the kid seemed to stab the bull, making it explode into dust. "That's for my mom," he said before collapsing.

"OK, this has been a weird field trip," Peter said before Peter sub comes to the Radioactive Spider bite.

Michelle said, "So, who's going to help me carry the bodies?"

Michelle and Ned waited in the infirmary with Peter and the other boy with a blond girl with grey eyes. "My name is Annabeth Chase," she told them. "Welcome to camp, half-blood."

Peter and Percy woke up and were given some nectar to heal their wounds; all four had questions for Annabeth.

"So you are saying that one of our parents was a greek god?" Ned asked.

"Yes, usually we have ADD and have a hard time paying attention in class, but I'm impressed with you three at a Stem Middle school.

Ned was the first to be claimed. A hammer appeared above his head, which was the symbol of Hephaestus. "Sweet," Ned proclaimed. "Not only can I code stuff, I can also build what I code."

Annabeth introduced Ned to his cabin mates and asked them to get him settled into the cabin..

Peter was the next to be claimed; it turned out he was Annabeth's brother and also a child of Athena.

"Well, you don't have to worry anymore," she told Michelle.

"Worry about what?" Michelle asked.

"That I might like him too," Annabeth smiled. "We are siblings, after all."

"I don't care who that loser dates," Michelle replied.

"Whatever you say." Annabeth smiled.

She took Percy and Michelle to the Hermes cabin for his kids and the Unclaimed ones and let their cabin leader, Luke take over the tour while she took Peter back to her cabin.

Michelle had managed to get a call to her father with a stolen cell phone that one of the kids in the Hermes cabin managed to get. Her father admitted that the mom she grew up with wasn't her birth mother, and he knew one day that she would have to go to this camp. But thought he could put it off for later. She just sighed, knowing her dad was a procrastinator.

She sat down on one of the benches when the same black cat from before came up to her and started talking. "Michelle Jones, I'm glad I found you."

"Um, hello, talking cat," she said,

"My name is Luna, I am your guardian animal, and you are the hero and leader of the Sailor Senshi.

"Um, OK," Michelle replied.

Luna did a back flip and Pendant Morpher appeared. "Pick it up, when the time is right you shall transform into a hero."

"I think you got the wrong person," Michelle said picking up the item. "The two dorks i came here with are more into Superheroes than I am."

As soon as she picked it up a MOON symbol appeared over her head attracting attention, which caused Luna to hide.

"That can't be right," Annabeth said. "Artemis doesn't have any kids, she is a maiden."

"You forget, child," Chiron said. "She wasn't the only one who had the moon as a symbol."

You mean she's not the daughter of one of the gods," Annabeth realized. "She is the daughter of Selene a Titan."
